I have ordered two mobile cases in another dates. You have shipped that case for me and get the courier seevice, but I'm not receive the item and I have to request another delivery date to tell that worst courier service. Why did you give the order this type agencies. I shame on you Flipkart.

    Hi i purchased poco f1 last thursday on 20th. The earphone jack is not working with all headphones. I tried its own brand mi itself. It's not working. The flipkart agent rejected the replacement because his apple headphones were working. I showed defective phone in mi service center they also told to put replacement.

    The agent scammed me and not picking the phone up and now replacement rejected.

    Worst customer care now 23k is at stake for me.

    New phone purchased and it's defective still didn't replace. Thanks for teaching me a lesson.

      I ordered one "almas cigar strong pocket attar" on[protected] at 9: 14 pm. An amount of rs. 203 was deducted from my a/c but no order confirmed. At last, i again ordered the same product by cash on delivery.

      Now, the amount of rs. 203 has not yet been returned/credited to my a/c.

      I have no objection, if the amount is adjusted with the product ordered on[protected] for cash on delivery.

        My registered number in flipkart is [protected]. I have placed an order for mi note pro 5 on 23rd sept, 2018. While placing the order an amount of rs 12449 got debited from my account of bank of india, but the order was not placed. As the amount is huge and not limited to some hundreds i called up flipkart customer care. They even accepted that the money has got debited and gave us a assurance that by 25th sept 2018 9 pm i will get a resolution. I will get a call from flipkart for the same. Till now i have not received any call from flipkart, yes i did get a msg from flipkart with the tranaction id that they are trying to confirm the payment from the bank. If confirmed the order would be placed but no response after that its been 2 days already. Amazon customer care is far far better than flipkart at least they dont keep hold of any customers hard earned money and also when the amount is such a huge one.

        Seller has refunded amount of Rs.14999 is done on 23 Sep 18, to your DEBIT and it will be credited within 8 business days as per standard banking procedures. Closing the case from our end.
        My order (order no OD[protected] of Mi POCO F1 was accidentaly cancelled by me I would like to know the process of restoring the same order without reordering it on the next sale.

          I have ordered a shoe it should be delivered on 20/9/2018 but it came on 21/9/2018. Delivery late and then i asked to courier boy to deliver on monday. I got sms on monday that shoes will deliver but at 4 o clock i got sms saying that my shoes delivered and asking to give the feedback. I didn't receive my product. After complaint to courier guys saying they will send signature who has taken they send the acknowledgement but signature is not available simply one straight line is the signature. Not at all happy with the flipkart and with the courier guys.
          Please check and revert back if not i will take this matter to court.

            I have ordered dymatize whey protein rich chocolate on 20.09.18 from flipkart and material delivered on 23.0918 and today when i opened the package, the jar seal was broken for starters then to my shock material inside the jar was flour instead of protein and even i have tasted to check whether it is true and to my shock it is flour and i felt like vomiting.
            Pls check and arrange to take back the material as i have kept it as it is and give me money back. This is horrible experience for me from flipkart as it was fassured also. I have never ever experienced such things from flipkart for my previous buying. Kindly resolve this asap.

            I have made a complain on 24th sep and Flipkart representative called me on 25th Sept to know about the complain in details and after that they had given a assurance to clear this mess within 24hrs but to my dismay, 72 hrs has already been passed and there is no feedback from the company and I am stuck to that same old position.. Product is full of flour and if someone consumes it then severe medical problem is bound to happen and could result in loss of life. I have kept the thing as it is and waiting for my refund of Rs. 6064 on tomorrow and if this is not sorted by the company within 24 hrs then I will have no choice but to think on other lines and move to consumer forum/other bodies.

                I brought the product mentioned above on september 15th 2018. The product claims to have 5000mah battery life but actually it doesn't seems so. The phone gets discharged very quickly and takes full day for getting charged which is contradictory to the reviews made. Either replace the product or help me to solve the issue. I hope that the authorities will look into the matter seriously.

                  Regarding order with flipkart.com [od[protected]]

                  Its about the worst customer support.. I got my payment debited twice from my account and its been 14 days approx without any proper resolution except a repeated sentence"team is looking into and will get back to earliest in 24 to 48 hrs". Its really mental trauma for me.in my mind i have done the 13th day last rite ceremony for flipkart. I will nor recommend anybody to buy anything in flash sale they do provide the above mentioned world class support to you.

                  Hoping to tweet the big guys of flipkart will help but it all in vain till date.

                    I booked a VIVO V11 Pro mobile cost of 25000 on 19th September and I got Motorola Headset cost of 2499 on 20th September. Delivery boy also taken by buyback mobile. Flipkart taken 24 hours to take a compliant. Afterwards they are keep on extending the ETR. But no Use. I am called their customer care executive more than 20 times. Flipkart CE told concern team will call me but I am getting only mail that they are not able to catch me on my mobile. I even shared my alternate number and email id. But till now no response from their concern term.

                      I ordered an intex 10000mah power bank in flipkart, but i got an used one it looks like an old one, so i returned the product in flipkart, but flipkart says they can't pick up from my pin code, previously i ordered and returned other product from flipkart there is no issue for my pin code or my place for the pickup.
                      i contacted many times to customer care, they didn't take seriousness to my issue, concerned team is not contacted me, still the old power bank that they send to me is still in my hand. they didn't find a perfect solution for this issue. i want to raise complaint against flipkart irresponsibility .

                        I purchased a vu official android 140cm (55 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv vide order no. Od[protected] from flipkart against the exchange of my 47" lg led tv for 15k and they delivered me an used and faulty tv which i used for 7-8 days and when i realised the problem in tv i raised a replacement request and they delivered a new tv this time but my problem starts here as i found that the serial no. Of the tv on invoice is different from the serial no. Sticker on the back of the tv. I raised this issue with flipkart and they advised me to contact the manufacturer to provide correct invoice. When i contacted the manufacturer i. E. Vu for this purpose they informed that only the seller can provide correct invoice because he is the person who has taken money against the sale of the product which i think is a correct point. When i told this to flipkart they say that they can not provide me the correct invoice and i need to return the product for refund.in between the cost of the tv has been increased by 5k. I want flipkart to solve this matter as the problem arise due to their mistake and why do i suffer and bear loss for flipkart's mistake?

                          I had booked an Aquafresh blue and white on FLIPKART Order No. OD[protected], and got delivered the same on 14.08.2018. There was an adopter porblem in the machine so I applied for the return and replacement on 16.08.2018. The item was repleced on 15.09.2018 but in replacement they sent an empty box of Aquashift without anything inside the box e.g. RO, Adopter, Filter etc.
                          I complained to FLIPKART several times regarding this. They used to note
                          my complaint and next day cancelled my complaint without taking any action. so please do the favour for me in this matter.

                            I ordered one puma shoe and received it on 17th sep. 2018. On 20 th sep. I tired to return it but it was denied due to no price tag was there on the shoe.

                            However, i did not receive it with any price tag. I have the invoice
                            Then i talked to one of their senior guy on 20th sep. He talked to me and his team for 1 hr and assured me the shoe will be picked up

                            After calling them several times they just kept me assuring that the shoe will be returned and the support team will contact me. But suddenly today (24th sep.) they are saying it cannot be returned

                            The shoes are in perfect condition and never used.

                            I did not get any solution from Flipkart side. They are asking for evidence that while opening the box tag was missing, which I don't have. But when I asked for evidence from their side they are just saying it is Flipkart assured so there cannot be any error from their side.

                            Now I asked them after all the security checks the flights still get hijacked. So how it is possible that there cannot be any human error while packing millions of boxes. They don't have any answer to that. Moreover the senior guy who assured me of the return, they are not accepting that. One guy told me that he will pull out the conversation but still did not get back to me.

                              I have ordered for redme note 5 pro just now payment is done through credit card emi payment i have got the message from saying amount has deducted from card but there is confirmation from flipkart no listing of my order in the order tab and customer service center is not picking up the call they are like cheating me.                                   I have ordered oppo f9pro 6gb ram 64gb rom sunrise red on 17sept 2018, and on 20th sept 2018, i received a wrong product (Oppo f9 pro 4gb ram, 64gb rom) black.

                                  I am constantly calling everyday to customer support but all customer support agents are illiterate, giving false promises, everyday same solution wait for 24hrs, system down, call after 2hrs.
                                  I paid 17290/- cash and exchange my old handset redmi note4 for 6800/-, now i don't have mobile to use, the delivery agent took everything from me and handed over wrong product. This is unfair trade practice from flipkart, which costs me 24k and harassment everyday.
                                  I request you to take action asap for this wrong product and send me my ordered product or else i will file case against flipkart in high court.

                                    Very irresponsible behaviour of team flipcart. Called them 3 times to take back the wrong parcel delivered to me. Never ordered it from my account, nor any near or dear ones did it for me. I provided them with parcel id and suggested they track the account from which this order originated. They did not comply.. I have paid the price for the mess up which flipcart did by mixing up addresses. Not ready to take up accountability. No wonder they are loosing customers to amazon.

                                    Instead of identifying the issue, each time i called i was given gyan as to how I shouldn’t have accepted the parcel and why didn’t i read what was on parcel. I told them it was accepted by my mother in law who cannot read English. Moreover, she thought it was something that one of the family members had ordered. I come home only by 9pm. So will Flipcart arrange for a delivery at that odd an hour?? Instead of finger pointing, they could do well to acknowledge the mistake and try to rectify it

                                      I ordered indus valley hair colour and paid for same in advance on 13 sep 2018 and delivered on 14 ep whereas the product i received was used damage the packing seal was open and all the product was leaved. I generated a replacement request on 15sep and replacement was supposed to be provided on 18 sep 2018 but till date no replacement provided always seek extention for resolving the problem on different occasions one after another if i enquiry about the product before the said extension the executive always says please wait for aaid period you product would definately be delivered at any cost on said period but nothing happens when said time period comes again seek extra extention to resolve the issue i have suffered monetary losses as there was se function in my house and called the saloon person to apply it and all the stuff i have to pay her also as she did came and cancelled her rest orders for me. I was forced to go and buy product locally and waste my time again and again on call and help centre chatting for the said issue at last they tried to afraid me that product comes with no return policy no refund would be provided to you do whatever you want as i have told them that its your last opportunity to solve my complaint at your level and further i will go to superior authorities related to the said complaint.

                                      I request Hon'ble Consumer Forum to act on my complaint as the flipkart executives are not ready for any help they are just delaying the process and always provide contradictory statements. They are delaying my complaint on one pretext the other and now the are forcing me to take the replacement product and give damaged product back to them whereas im ready for the pickuo and need no replacement as they have not fulfilled their promises and several extentions were provided to them but no response was their only fake promises were maked to delay the matter. Executives at service centres over chat and call are not ready to listen and they are trying to blackmail and say we will provide no refund if you want replacement take it and always trying to cancel my request by making confusion.So irequest Hon'ble Consumer Forum to take this case for further proceedings.

                                      Spoke to customer on [protected], customer confirmed that product is delivered but he doesn't required the product anymore. Apologies for the same and informed customer refund can't be provided. Hence customer was unhappy and was telling the same thing, hence closing the case.

                                      Yes flipkart executives spoke to me but they were not ready to listen to my issues they were just sorry for there i suffred alot due to there delay there was function in my home for which i ordered the product and booked saloon i have to pay the saloon also for same without any service waste my time and take off from office for the delivery on different occasions as they always promised it would be delivered on relevant dates i.e. 21sep, 22sep, 23sep whereas they always failed to do so and no delivery was made for same. I haved already purchased this product and a hair colour has a expiry date and once you apply it stays for few months so till the time i start using this product may get expiry because im using the product which i purchased after the delay caused. Due to expiry the product will be of no use to me and again i will suffer monetary loss which i already suffred by taking offs and paying to saloon and mental harassment due to the delay caused and fake promises one after another.

                                      I further request Hon'ble Consumer forum to proceed with my complaint as flipkart is failing again and again to solve my problem and refund my hard earned money and keep on delaying matter on one pretext or other. It is a request to Hon'ble Consumer Forum to proceed with further actions for the same. It is just a small complaint and flipkart is delaying it wasting my time and mental harassment beacause everytime they provide contradictory statement.
