    I have ordered a pocophone f1 128gb 6gb variant on 12 september 2018 from flipkart on order id-od[protected] and paid through hdfc credit card emi for interest rate, which was suppose to deliver in 15th, it got delayed, then again they given me two business days to deliver by 19th, but they didn't, so on 19 customer care from flipkart called me from this number[protected] to cancel this product and purchase again, because some thing went from seller, so i got no other option to cancel, so i canceled the product, and on the same call customer service representative ask me to purchase the product again, and same will be delivered by 21st, i asked customer service are you sure this time you will delivered the product on time, he said yes, so booked again pocophone 128gb 6gb variant with orders id od[protected], which was suppose to deliver on 21st, then again as usual delayed, i called customer service about the same, thn again they given me another two business days, after two business product didn't arrived, now today is 25th, i got a call from customer service and asking me to wait another two business days, or cancel the order, i told him to connect the call to your manager, he says manager not available, i have waited for 37 minutes long still representative didn't connect the call to his manager, its been almost 15 days, to deliver a product, i have gone through mental trauma, nobody knows where exactly the product is, i haven't received my first cancelation money yet, paid around 45k for both phones, called dozens times to customer service, pathetic service. If i cancel this product who will pay the interest to bank? Flipkart, seller, courier, who is to blame for this entire fiasco? There no updates on the flipkart and their courier partner ekart since 21st, i have received msgs saying your product is out for delivery couples times, no professionalism. I want my phone by tomorrow or else i want flipkart to compensate me. Will also take this complaint to flipkart highest management tomorrow if not delivered my phone by 7pm, if you see my screenshots for ever delay they will escalate and even after escalations no results, then whats the point of escalation? What surprises me here not a single customer service representative able to trace what exactly went wrong in delay instead they are asking me about the product, enough is enough now, i want update tomorrow and please consumer forum, please take strict action against flipkart. Am attaching the screenshots for reference

    Hello flipkart,

    You and your never ending 24 hours, your customer service representative ask me to wait 24 hours, after completion of 24, you ask again 24 hours, first you ask 2 business days, then you will come up with 48 hours, then 24 hours, this is the 6th time you are asking me to wait for another 24 hours, its almost 10 days, have some shame, you have already crossed the limits. Improve your services or close your business, don't loot people. Also update your app first with status that you are late and also ask your courier service to update their status, last update was 21st and today is 28, be professional, don't make mockery of yourselves in public, and don't play with hard earned money of poor people. And resolve my query ASAP

    Since flipkart is not bothered to update the status, i will update from my side, after completion of another 24 hours, they have made another 5 days of time, since am their priority customer, finally they have done away with 24 hours circus, every representative at flipkart ask you about your alternate number, i have given 12 times my alternate number on each call, escalations after escalations taken, now one more escalations taken by them, they have come up with 3rd October deadline to deliver, so i will update you on 3rd October evening. Stay tune, picture abhi baaki hai

    One more update, i got a call from flipkart at 4:30pm, dated 28, feb, 2018, [protected], and they are asking me to cancel the product, after 17 days from the day of my first purchase of product. Utterly 3rd class services from customer service from a third class company flipkart, now see, how am gonna put on social media, galli gaali shore hai, flipkart sabse bada chor hai

      flipkart didn't convert my purchase into emi

      I have purchased the product on 14 september 2018 with 6 months no-cost emi plan.
      Purchase amount is ₹64, 337.
      I contacted flipkart customer care multiple times (More than 15 times) they gave me problem resolve deadline by 22 september 2018 and then rescheduled to 25 sep then again today they rescheduled to 26 september.
      Its more than 11 days they still they did not converted my purchase to emi plan. My statement will...

      I ordered for a tempered glass from flipkart which got delivered today. I received broken pieces of a tempered glass with no well/ dry wipes and i guess the tempered glass didn't look like the one i ordered for. I tried to send you a photo of the broken tempered glass that they sent me but it seems the attachment file is too big to be uploaded. I spent rs212 for this stupid product and i cannot do anything else with this broken product but to throw the broken pieces in the dustbin. I wish to get a reimbursement for this product but it seems this product is ' non returnable'. Please do help me with the same.

        Since newly hipe product is launched and i have ordered Realme2.

        Product has many manufacturing defects, just to highlight:
        * You can not able to accept the calls, since interface is not working during calls
        *Face unlocker main feature is also not working

        I have contacted Flipkart customer care via email, via calls i have all recordings and mails, they dont even bothered that mobile is with manufacturing defect, they just cant help it (because they are MNC now and they dont care the middle class division of india)

        Wow Wondeful !! Flipkart got scared with the Compliant and in the return they have "deactivated" my account with reasoning 'Missuse of the account for buying more than one product for reselling of Product Redmi 5A'.

        They did not know I have Ordered Redmi 5A for very first time!! Anyway one more proof from Flipkart!!

          Installation service was given to jeeves engineer bhasker [protected]. Bhasker arrived on 22/09/2018 to install tv. He said it would require a movable wall mount to install the tv as it would not fit in the place. For that purpose he has taken 1000 rupees from me to procure movable wall mount and said he would come by evening to install. Till to date he has been postponing the service and avoiding my calls. Please rectify the problem and provide service as soon as possible. Please contact me through mail (Ch. Sandeep9).

          Flipkart cheated me by sending wrong product and I am unable to claim refund/ or exchange.If it is not exchanged or refunded I am going to sue Flipkart.I have the details as a proof of my order.This is really unacceptable.

            Hello Team,

            I have ordered the "Panasonic SC-HT19GWK- 45 W BT Home Audio speaker" around one month back.
            But I received Panasonic Ear phone order id "OD[protected]" instead of home audio speaker.

            I raised a concern so many times about this but everytime get the same line from customer care that we will surely resolve your quary and send you a right product
            but I didn't get.

            At last I raised a request for money back (refund my full amount).
            when the delivey boy came to take to product he denied to take the delivery and he said I want home audio speaker not this ear phone.
            I explain the whole story that I got only this one not the home audio speaker but he not agreed on that and he went away.

            Now again six times visit happened from delivery boy and again everytime he denied.

            I already faced so much inconvenience as no response from you and I highly dissappointed being a loyal customer.

            Can you plz refund my full money back as being more than one month to talking follow up.

              The product which we bought from this online shopping app is very bad. We had purchased a mobile screen guard. When we opened the pakage the guard was completely brokened. So we had called the corior labourer but his phone is switched off. The guard is costing about rs340. The pakage is not returnable so better give back the money or change the product. Otherwise through consumer rights we will complain against you.

The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on 26 September, 2018 and will be delivered on 04 October, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                      Hi i purchased poco f1 last thursday on 20th. The earphone jack is not working with all headphones. I tried its own brand mi itself. It's not working. The flipkart agent rejected the replacement because his apple headphones were working. I showed defective phone in mi service center they also told to put replacement.

                      The agent scammed me and not picking the phone up and now replacement rejected.

                      Worst customer care now 23k is at stake for me.

                      New phone purchased and it's defective still didn't replace. Thanks for teaching me a lesson.

                        I ordered one "almas cigar strong pocket attar" on[protected] at 9: 14 pm. An amount of rs. 203 was deducted from my a/c but no order confirmed. At last, i again ordered the same product by cash on delivery.

                        Now, the amount of rs. 203 has not yet been returned/credited to my a/c.

                        I have no objection, if the amount is adjusted with the product ordered on[protected] for cash on delivery.

                          My registered number in flipkart is [protected]. I have placed an order for mi note pro 5 on 23rd sept, 2018. While placing the order an amount of rs 12449 got debited from my account of bank of india, but the order was not placed. As the amount is huge and not limited to some hundreds i called up flipkart customer care. They even accepted that the money has got debited and gave us a assurance that by 25th sept 2018 9 pm i will get a resolution. I will get a call from flipkart for the same. Till now i have not received any call from flipkart, yes i did get a msg from flipkart with the tranaction id that they are trying to confirm the payment from the bank. If confirmed the order would be placed but no response after that its been 2 days already. Amazon customer care is far far better than flipkart at least they dont keep hold of any customers hard earned money and also when the amount is such a huge one.

                          Seller has refunded amount of Rs.14999 is done on 23 Sep 18, to your DEBIT and it will be credited within 8 business days as per standard banking procedures. Closing the case from our end.
                          My order (order no OD[protected] of Mi POCO F1 was accidentaly cancelled by me I would like to know the process of restoring the same order without reordering it on the next sale.

                            I have ordered a shoe it should be delivered on 20/9/2018 but it came on 21/9/2018. Delivery late and then i asked to courier boy to deliver on monday. I got sms on monday that shoes will deliver but at 4 o clock i got sms saying that my shoes delivered and asking to give the feedback. I didn't receive my product. After complaint to courier guys saying they will send signature who has taken they send the acknowledgement but signature is not available simply one straight line is the signature. Not at all happy with the flipkart and with the courier guys.
                            Please check and revert back if not i will take this matter to court.

                              I have ordered dymatize whey protein rich chocolate on 20.09.18 from flipkart and material delivered on 23.0918 and today when i opened the package, the jar seal was broken for starters then to my shock material inside the jar was flour instead of protein and even i have tasted to check whether it is true and to my shock it is flour and i felt like vomiting.
                              Pls check and arrange to take back the material as i have kept it as it is and give me money back. This is horrible experience for me from flipkart as it was fassured also. I have never ever experienced such things from flipkart for my previous buying. Kindly resolve this asap.

                              I have made a complain on 24th sep and Flipkart representative called me on 25th Sept to know about the complain in details and after that they had given a assurance to clear this mess within 24hrs but to my dismay, 72 hrs has already been passed and there is no feedback from the company and I am stuck to that same old position.. Product is full of flour and if someone consumes it then severe medical problem is bound to happen and could result in loss of life. I have kept the thing as it is and waiting for my refund of Rs. 6064 on tomorrow and if this is not sorted by the company within 24 hrs then I will have no choice but to think on other lines and move to consumer forum/other bodies.

Ki maine resell kiya h unke product hai but realty me main apne family ke liye wo product order kiye the. Shayad mene jyada order kr diye isliye flipkart walo ko lg rha h thi main resell krta hu product but flipkart wo product bole main wo product mere pass h uska proof de skta hu. Reason kuch bhi ho but flipkart apne customer ke rs nhi le skti i request to unblock my account else i want my money back.

                                  I brought the product mentioned above on september 15th 2018. The product claims to have 5000mah battery life but actually it doesn't seems so. The phone gets discharged very quickly and takes full day for getting charged which is contradictory to the reviews made. Either replace the product or help me to solve the issue. I hope that the authorities will look into the matter seriously.

                                    Regarding order with flipkart.com [od[protected]]

                                    Its about the worst customer support.. I got my payment debited twice from my account and its been 14 days approx without any proper resolution except a repeated sentence"team is looking into and will get back to earliest in 24 to 48 hrs". Its really mental trauma for me.in my mind i have done the 13th day last rite ceremony for flipkart. I will nor recommend anybody to buy anything in flash sale they do provide the above mentioned world class support to you.

                                    Hoping to tweet the big guys of flipkart will help but it all in vain till date.

                                      I booked a VIVO V11 Pro mobile cost of 25000 on 19th September and I got Motorola Headset cost of 2499 on 20th September. Delivery boy also taken by buyback mobile. Flipkart taken 24 hours to take a compliant. Afterwards they are keep on extending the ETR. But no Use. I am called their customer care executive more than 20 times. Flipkart CE told concern team will call me but I am getting only mail that they are not able to catch me on my mobile. I even shared my alternate number and email id. But till now no response from their concern term.
