Hi flipkart,
I have ordered oppo f9pro 6gb ram 64gb rom sunrise red on 17sept 2018, and on 20th sept 2018, i received a wrong product (Oppo f9 pro 4gb ram, 64gb rom) black.

I am constantly calling everyday to customer support but all customer support agents are illiterate, giving false promises, everyday same solution wait for 24hrs, system down, call after 2hrs.
I paid 17290/- cash and exchange my old handset redmi note4 for 6800/-, now i don't have mobile to use, the delivery agent took everything from me and handed over wrong product. This is unfair trade practice from flipkart, which costs me 24k and harassment everyday.
I request you to take action asap for this wrong product and send me my ordered product or else i will file case against flipkart in high court.
