Please don't buy anything from flipkart because ultimately they don't take ownership for the problems you face with regard to the purchases. The customer service is one of the worst. The manager some pravin singh kept blaming me for the product automatically being cancelled by flipkart and after i paid for it. Anyone who decides to buy things for a better and easier option... Please think it a million times over. I wish i could physically meet them because i felt like a victim and hate the helpless feeling. I wasted over 6 hours fighting my issue and also got penalised y my bank buy no resolution was provided. Forget an acknowledgement of their mistake.. They kept blaming me saying i should have more sense and not trust the delivery guys sent by them.. Absolutely livid.

    I have ordered a washing machine from flipkart with exchange offer on 10th oct 2018. And the delivery person came for taking up the old washing machine and refused to take showing some very minor rusts in under body. My old washing machine is at proper working condition and looks brand new without any scratches or dents. Since the washing machine deals with water there are possibilities of minor rusting within the body. I'm sure any washing machine older than 3 years in our country will have minor spots of rust within, in that case flipkart's exchange offer doesn't makes any sense. No one will exchange brand new washing machine i believe.

    Flipkart management should definitely look into subject matter to avoid losing its reputation and regular customers like me

      I am not able to login my account. My account is freezed and i had received the email from [protected]@flipkart.com stating that your purchase history trend shows that you might be a reseller that's why you won't be able to login. I had replied to that email giving my explanations that i had ordered mobiles for my friends and relatives and there is no such prior intimation given by them that if you will order more then your account will get blocked. Also i am a flipkart plus member. I asked cc about the bonus coins that flipkart credited me to avail free flipkart plus membership, they told me that customers who are having good purchase history are getting these bonus coins. On 15 aug 2018, my purchase history was good according to the flipkart, the day i got bonus coins, but in september, they found flaw in my purchase history and they freezed my account. Isn't that ridiculous?
      I just want to have the access of my account again so that i can access atleast the invoices of my orders.

      They have banned my account on completely baseless reason. I have asked them if you think i am reseller, you should block the further order so that i cannot order from flipkart anymore but you should not block my account. I want the access of my account to have to invoices of the order to claim company's warranty. I haven't saved it though i thought i can download it from flipkart anytime. Now i want the access of account. I want to access the invoices. But they are denying that once account is freezed we cannot unfreeze. But they have freezed it on completely baseless reason. They are not even able to unjustify my statement. They can block order but they should allow invoice access, account access, order history access.
      My account is freezed. I can't login. What can i do? It is written that I'm entering wrong password so I clicked forgot password. Again they are telling contact for customer service

        I purchased d four burner gass stove in april. When i start using it's creates a sound. I thought it's new. Then my neighbour purchased d same gass stove from my account in august. We both facing a problem now. Bcz its liking. My gass stove liking from first button and my neighbour's stove burner is liking. Plz replace both or repair it. Otherwise any accident could in our homes. You r responsible.

          My flipkart account has been disabled by them stating the following reasons.

          "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

          I can assure that non of the products bought from flipkart.com is for reselling, and all of them are used for personal use only.

            I purchased ipro power bank 10400 mah power bank (Ip1042) 5 months ago through the flipkart. Now it was not working. I want to replace the power bank or repair it. I have warranty card. I am very disappointed with flipkart order id : od[protected] invoice no : # faaaab[protected]

            I don't have nearest service center in my area. I contact with flipkart but they are not responsible. I said we complain to consumer regarding this but they said to go head and complain.

              I have many times talk to flipkart executive and my issue not relsolve.
              I have 10, 000 add in my flipkart wallet then flipkart is automatic logout from my mobile apps and then it is not logging from last 20 days i have complaint to flipkart executive but not resolve my issue, my 10, 000 rs is still in flipkart account.

                Hello, i have booked mi 32 inch smart tv from flipkart on 10-oct-2018 by paying 12, 149 inr. And cancelled it on 11-oct-2018.
                I din't received my refund yet. I got message from flipkart that, amount will be credit on 23-oct-2018. It will be very late. Why they need 10 days
                To refund my money? Due to the other commitments i need the money to be refunded as soon as possible. Hence i am raising this complaint. Please look into this.

                  The order id is od[protected]. I am not available at the current address and i want to cancel this order but flipkart is denying cancellation saying some 24hr deadline.in the order status the latest status i see is that the payment is approved. The seller has not yet processed, packed or shipped the item. The customer service executives are just saying the flipkart is just a platform and is not responsible for the orders placed by customers. If that is the case flipkart is not providing me the seller (Hometown) contact details also for me to talk directly with them.

                  Customer wants the cancellation to be done as he is going abroad.

                  Order has been cancelled. The timescale of return and refund is shared with the customer. Closing the case.
                  Flipkart customer care is unable to provide any resolution to this complaint. I don't understand how flipkart can deny responsibility towards customer for order placed on their website.

                    On 10th oct 2018 i ordered apple macbook air for rs - 49990 in big billion sale 2018 as i am part of their loyalty program the sale starts at 9 and i made payment through bajaj card and order was placed successfully and i got confirmation for the same and same night the order was dispatched from their warehouse but the next day i got mail regarding cancellation of my order by seller that due to high demand and provide equal opportunity to grab this deal we have to cancel you order. After that i contacted customer care and they told me that due to bulk order the seller had to cancel your order now that is not my problem and further told me that refund is in process and will take 6 to 7 days to get back into your account and u can place another order for your laptop. This is the issue from your end and what is the benefit of plus member if you can't provide the product to us. I didn't expect this from flipkart you guys make fool o[censored]s your sales are rubbish and i will do everything i can to let everyone know what you guys do with their costumers. Working on to take legal action against flipkart will do for sure and make sure you won't get away with this.

                      I had ordered a redmi note 5 pro phone back on 11th oct and the delivery date given to me was 17 oct. I'm not saying the promised delivery date is over, but what i'm saying is, there is no change at all when it comes to the status of my order! Since 11th oct. It's been showing 'order is under processing.' i mean come on guys, it's just a phone, not something very big that you'll take forever to process! What kind of irresponsible behaviour is this? Either the seller is doing a very mean very irresponsible business or flipkart is just spreading fake news about different festival offers to lure people and rob 'em blind! This evening i called the customer support team and they too couldn't help me out in anyway, whatever i had already known, i. E 'your order is under processing' was repeated to me and was told me that the order will be delivered on the promised date. But, seriously i don't see any hope of that happening, if things go this way!
                      I don't know complaining here will make a change or not, but as a customer i'm doing my part and if flipkart or trunet value their customers, they better keep their word

I order this mobil, but after this i realised the product was not comeup with the told offer, so with in 4 hours i cancelled. But flipkart delivered the product without my knowledge in my home and trying to do a fradulant business by delivering the cancelled product.                           There was some defect in the shoes which i had ordered thereby i requested to return it at the earliest, also i was having all the mrp tags, brand box etc that was required. A person from ecart delivery services reached my home to pick up the product. What happened next was unacceptable, this person who was supposed to collect the product was already not in his consciousness he was very adamant that he won't be taking the product for senseless reasons. Also, he visited my home twice after rejecting for picking up the product my mom was the only person in the house at that time. And this guy was behaving very strangely towards her, his body language was creepy and suspicious. He was already saying that price tag on the shoes was missing whereas there was no price tag on the shoes itself. Also, there are no price tags on the shoes itself; it is seen on the box of the brand and then this person left without picking up the product and misbehaved with my mom and spoke to me in an inappropriate tone. And the result is that the damaged product is still with me and my money is getting wasted. I being a regular flipkart user... Today's incident has damaged its reputation and this isn't flipkart's fault but my request to return has been cancelled as that person reported to flipkart that he didn't reach me which is a lie. I don't know that guy's name but his contact no is [protected] adding to that he wasn't picking up my fone. This type of service is gonna affect customer satisfaction for flipkart; i hope an immediate action will be taken against this!

                              I order a helmet on 4th oct with order id od[protected] and it was expected to be delivered by 8th oct but it got delayed. I spoke to a rep and he told me that the order would be delivered next working day. So i asked them that if it is not delivered then i would cancel it and they agreed. On 9th oct i didn't get the order so i requested for cancellation they told me after confirming and cancelling the order that the refund will be processed only when the item is delivered back to seller and will take around 6 busniess days which is not a good thing and now on 11 oct, i received a text that your order is delivered and the refund is cancelled. But i have not got the product. And how can i get the product since i have cancelled it. I have suffered a lot and they are now asking me to wait for 18 oct. I have spent the money and i am one who is suffering

                                In nov-17, by paying 500rs, i became flipkart first customer for 1 year by virtue of which i was getting free delivery of products.in the month of aug-18, flipkart discontinued this service without refunding the money i paid for the service. They launched a new program i. E. Flipkart plus service in which you have to collect 50 flipkart coins by placing more and more orders on flipkart. I did the same and became fk plus customer in the month of sep-2018. Now yesterday all of sudden they blocked my account giving reason that i am doing reselling of the products. Not only that, i had around 8000 fk gift card added in my account and fk is not ready to refund them. Due to ongoing sale, i had placed many orders on fk which have been cancelled by them without any refund. This is unexpected from an online store like flipkart.

                                  With the height of immodesty, i express my deep greif against the cancellation of my apple macbook air core i5 5th gen., order id - 0d[protected] being cancelled due to limited stock.
                                  Since the order made by me was for my official purpose, the cancellation has led me to emotional and financial trauma. The further plan has hampered me in many ways. The booking of macbook insured me and unfortunately i cancelled my other orders.
                                  The loss is irrevocable and unethical.
                                  I appeal you to kindly undo my cancellation, so as to save my time, plans, emotions and financial stability.
                                  To show macbook in stock initially and then cancelling it after 10 hours is not acceptable.

                                  Customer complain was his order cancelled from seller after order confirmation so he wanted to reinstate the same order, so apologized and info given that order cancelled from seller end due to bulk order which is against policy of Flipkart, so refund is also completed from seller end, so customer did not agreeing and started abusing so since necessary info given so disclaimer given and disconnected the call and closed the complaint from our end.

                                    My flipkart order with order id: od[protected] which was ordered with debit card payment on 3rd october 2018 from the
                                    Mail-id:[protected]@gmail.com was promised to deliver on 8th of october 2018 when i track my order my order seems to be stagnant! And on 8th of october, they didn't deliver the product and my promise date to deliver the product was changed from 8th to 12th of october, 2018. Today (11th of october, 2018) i tried calling flipkart customer care and they told me that my product won't be delivered on 12th of october, it will only be delivered on or before 15th of october, 2018. They are not providing with any updates in the app and no notifications were given.
                                    Flipkart's delivery is getting worse.

                                    They provided my refund to the same payment mode that i used for the payment! ofcourse if was delayed. But still they provided it!

                                    What the hell is going on??? Its been 10 days since I cancelled the order, and till now I haven't received any refund. Flipkart is getting worse! There is now no way for me to go for my refund! Everytime I call the customer Care, they keep on saying that my refund request have been initiated and will be processed shortly. But haven't yet refunded the amount! I am really disappointed! Please do something!

                                      I ordered two pair of jeans for women jeans for total of rs 2008 on cash on delivery.
                                      My order id was od[protected] from flipkart.
                                      My mobile number is [protected].
                                      The courier was supposed to be delivered to me by 11th oct but the delivery boy with phone number [protected] whose name happens to me saroj kumar cancelled my order without my knowledge.
                                      And i feel betrayed as a constomer.
                                      And this is not just my loss but its a loss for your company two because these small mistakes can slowly create big image in the customers mind and as consumers we have a very wide network.
                                      Please keep the reputation of your company clean by taking action against such employees.
                                      Please.
                                      Its my humble request that this must not be taken lightly.
                                      I have hope for support from your side.

                                        So as per big billion day offer from the giant company "flipkart" samsung galaxy s8 is available for a price of rs 29, 990/-. And has a exchange offer too.
                                        When i go to exchange my phone bought from flipkart the previous year that is october 29th 2017, still 1 year not completed. I purchased this product with buy back guarantee from flipkart.
                                        Everything goes fine if i don't exchange my old device.. It takes me directly to the payments page.
                                        But when i add my phone as exchange (10500 value is given as exchange discount as mentioned at the time of buying.)
                                        Now when i go to place the order it says out of stock.
                                        They are cheating people.
                                        I talked to customer care for nearly an hour, tried every possible way they told me to do.
                                        Finally with disappointment i left the call and feel hopeless about flipkart.
                                        I want to file a complaint on flipkart for wasting my time and giving misleading ads and cheating customers about buy back guarantee..
