Hi flipkart,

I have ordered oppo f9pro 6gb ram 64gb rom sunrise red on 17sept 2018, and on 20th sept 2018, i received a wrong product (Oppo f9 pro 4gb ram, 64gb rom) black.

I am constantly calling everyday to customer support but all customer support agents are illiterate, giving false promises, everyday same solution wait for 24hrs, system down, call after 2hrs.
I paid 17290/- cash and exchange my old handset redmi note4 for 6800/-, now i don't have mobile to use, the delivery agent took everything from me and handed over wrong product. This is unfair trade practice from flipkart, which costs me 24k and harassment everyday.
I request you to take action asap for this wrong product and send me my ordered product or else i will file case against flipkart in high court.

    Very irresponsible behaviour of team flipcart. Called them 3 times to take back the wrong parcel delivered to me. Never ordered it from my account, nor any near or dear ones did it for me. I provided them with parcel id and suggested they track the account from which this order originated. They did not comply.. I have paid the price for the mess up which flipcart did by mixing up addresses. Not ready to take up accountability. No wonder they are loosing customers to amazon.

    Instead of identifying the issue, each time i called i was given gyan as to how I shouldn’t have accepted the parcel and why didn’t i read what was on parcel. I told them it was accepted by my mother in law who cannot read English. Moreover, she thought it was something that one of the family members had ordered. I come home only by 9pm. So will Flipcart arrange for a delivery at that odd an hour?? Instead of finger pointing, they could do well to acknowledge the mistake and try to rectify it

      I ordered indus valley hair colour and paid for same in advance on 13 sep 2018 and delivered on 14 ep whereas the product i received was used damage the packing seal was open and all the product was leaved. I generated a replacement request on 15sep and replacement was supposed to be provided on 18 sep 2018 but till date no replacement provided always seek extention for resolving the problem on different occasions one after another if i enquiry about the product before the said extension the executive always says please wait for aaid period you product would definately be delivered at any cost on said period but nothing happens when said time period comes again seek extra extention to resolve the issue i have suffered monetary losses as there was se function in my house and called the saloon person to apply it and all the stuff i have to pay her also as she did came and cancelled her rest orders for me. I was forced to go and buy product locally and waste my time again and again on call and help centre chatting for the said issue at last they tried to afraid me that product comes with no return policy no refund would be provided to you do whatever you want as i have told them that its your last opportunity to solve my complaint at your level and further i will go to superior authorities related to the said complaint.

      I request Hon'ble Consumer Forum to act on my complaint as the flipkart executives are not ready for any help they are just delaying the process and always provide contradictory statements. They are delaying my complaint on one pretext the other and now the are forcing me to take the replacement product and give damaged product back to them whereas im ready for the pickuo and need no replacement as they have not fulfilled their promises and several extentions were provided to them but no response was their only fake promises were maked to delay the matter. Executives at service centres over chat and call are not ready to listen and they are trying to blackmail and say we will provide no refund if you want replacement take it and always trying to cancel my request by making confusion.So irequest Hon'ble Consumer Forum to take this case for further proceedings.

      Spoke to customer on [protected], customer confirmed that product is delivered but he doesn't required the product anymore. Apologies for the same and informed customer refund can't be provided. Hence customer was unhappy and was telling the same thing, hence closing the case.

      Yes flipkart executives spoke to me but they were not ready to listen to my issues they were just sorry for there i suffred alot due to there delay there was function in my home for which i ordered the product and booked saloon i have to pay the saloon also for same without any service waste my time and take off from office for the delivery on different occasions as they always promised it would be delivered on relevant dates i.e. 21sep, 22sep, 23sep whereas they always failed to do so and no delivery was made for same. I haved already purchased this product and a hair colour has a expiry date and once you apply it stays for few months so till the time i start using this product may get expiry because im using the product which i purchased after the delay caused. Due to expiry the product will be of no use to me and again i will suffer monetary loss which i already suffred by taking offs and paying to saloon and mental harassment due to the delay caused and fake promises one after another.

      I further request Hon'ble Consumer forum to proceed with my complaint as flipkart is failing again and again to solve my problem and refund my hard earned money and keep on delaying matter on one pretext or other. It is a request to Hon'ble Consumer Forum to proceed with further actions for the same. It is just a small complaint and flipkart is delaying it wasting my time and mental harassment beacause everytime they provide contradictory statement.

        I ordered jbl headset with flipkart on the 8th of september 2018 and they got it delivered on the 10th of september 2018. When i opened the product, there was nothing inside the box. They send me an empty box. The box was completely empty and i immediately called them. They told me that replacement could be given and asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I called them and after 24 hrs and again they said me to wait and wait and wait!!! But nothing. Even when i send an e-mail to them, i get an automatic reply saying, your e-mail is not registered with us. They asked me that i have to wait until 23rd of sep 2018 for the resolution. With no option i had to wait. I called today the 23rd of sep 2018 and spoke with someone named nitika sharma who claimed that she works for chandigarh location. On my several request to speak with the manager/supervisor, she only stated that they are not available. She even told me as you wish i[censored] want to stay on the line, not my problem. I called the second time and one of the gut told me that i will receive a call before 9 pm. I didn't receive any call nor any e-mail from them. I called again and they again are telling me to wait for another few days to do a return request. Now i have lost my money and neither did i get my product. Also, everytime i call the customer service, they only tell it is being investigated and its on high priority but never get any answer as to what is happening. Its been more than 13-14 days.

          My marq over glass turntable broke sometime in june 2018. I soon contacted marq and was quoted a price for the part and directed to jeeves. My issue is still pending.. With marq quoting the price and jeeves saying part not available in bangalore. I wonder how many eons these guys need to get a part from mumbai to bangalore. When you buy a product, they deliver it next day. Long story short.. Pathetic after sales support and service. Moral: marq leaves a mark of pain and frustration.

            Dear sir,
            Actual i was going to purchase a product from online shopping site "flipkart" of rs.204 on 11 sept 2018 at 9:13 p. M. So i was add to cart that item and when i going to payment option & choose my sbi net banking and proceed to payment, then payment is successful but order is not completely placed. Then i contacted flipkart customer support, and they are saying from 12 sept to till now that's my money is refund as soon as possible. But my money is not refund to me till now. Further when i called to their customer support for the solution, then the customer executive told me your money is refunded in 24 hours. This process are going from 12 sept 2018 to till now. I have some prove of this transaction and i uploaded those prove on your site.
            So please sir help me about that issue as soon as possible.

              I have bought poco f1 mobile 128 gb variant thru credit card emi options on 22nd sep, 2018. 22799 rs has been debited from my credit card (Including the offers of 1200 rs flat discount) but no order id generated for this. Hence i have contacted flipkart customer care and they told that they are looking into the issue. But still no response came. Please help to get the refund soon.

              I would not provide the bank details here but you can see that the transaction happened on 22nd September somewhere between 00:00 and 00:30 hrs and I have contacted customer care for the same. My bank also confirmed the same and it has been done using HDFC credit card EMI options.

                  I had given an opportunity to use flipkart pay later for which i got 5000 credit limit in last year. I used it 2times. First time i made the payment on time. But 2nd time when i purchased i did not pay the outstanding that time due to some financial problem. As i know flipkart pay later rules i paid the outstanding amount 2weeks before. I know there is much delay in payment but i thought after payment i will use the facility. Although my flipkart pay later balance shows a credit limit but i am unable to use it. I raised a complaint for which today i received a call. They said that as i paid the outstanding amount very late now i can't use this facility. My question is why i can't use although i paid all tue outstanding amount. They take the payment after 1year but they are not given the facility. I want justice in this matter. All the executive told that as i have balance i must use this facility but due to some technical problem some issues are coming.

                  When today I received the call they told that I can't use this facility. They will watch my purchasing transaction now after that they will consider whether I can get the facility again or not? I think this is unfair. If I paid the outstanding amount after 1 year it means I do not have intention to do fraud. If I fraud I will not pay the outstanding amount. What is done with me is unfair. They did not do this to me.

                        I have purchased one asus zenfone max pro m1 one days before. The mrp price on the phone is rs13199 and you people charged me rs.14999 total. I expected that i could get atleast 10 % cheaper than mrp. My expectation about flipkart is disappointing. Instead of giving good product and price you are looting the customers. You people done a fraud thing to me. By this iam sure that you people will doing same type fraud to other customers also, i will make sure that my friends, family, relatives no one buying anything flipcart any mote.                             I have booked a Laptop and paid Rs.15090 but the material they have not delivered me and customer care executive and Sr. Executive, Manager all people misguide me, every person comment me different type.

                              Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective as not satisfied with the sound quality. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller but customer has rejected the delivery of replacement item as he wants refund. We have informed the customer that the seller has only 10 days replacement policy and do not have refund policy, due to this, the seller will not be able accommodate the return request for refund. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                                I ordered an asus zenfone max pro m1 with 64gb storage and 6gb ram. But they sent me the one with 32gb storage and 3gb ram. I paid 15, 000 rupees for the variant i ordered and got the 11, 000 rupee model. I have put up a return and replacement request 3 times and got rejected each time claiming that their seller has verified correct delivery. Their seller is committing fraud verification against their return policies and flipkart is not doing anything about it. I've sent emails to their customer support team and they keep stalling and do not provide a resolution.

                                  I had asked for a refund of nike shoes orange as i bought green nike shoes, abut was told by their customer care staff that the seller will not give refund, where as i had specifically stated that i need a refund for orange shoes as i have purchased green shoes, while placing the order for green shoes they said it would be possible but once i paid for the green shoes and requested for refund of orange shoes they flatly refused citing policy issues.

                                  Totally misleading people.

                                    My brother ordered tv in july 2018 and they delivered in aug. The man who installed it open the box and we saw all glass of it broken then he took the pictures of it and gone away. Then brother call customer service and said cancelled ordered but they said it is not possible bit we replaced it. Brother said ok. But till now they didn't provide any service to replace tv. My brother called so much time and every time they said we are doing, we are doing from last 30 days. Very poor service by flipkart. Its shameful. I am just want to aware the people about flipkart service.

                                      I had ordered a laptop (Dell inspiron 15 5000 ryzen 5 quadcore) worth rs 46990/- (Cash on delivery) on 3rd of september, 2018 with order id — od[protected]. As per delivery date, i got the laptop on 8th september, 2018 at approx 3 p. M. And i paid him rs 47000 in cash but when i unboxed it, i found a total scrap laptop. It is totally a fraud incident which happened with me. I have immediately complained at customer care no. And applied for the refund. But i want an explanation. What the hell is happening nowdays?
                                      I want each and every single penny which i had paid for this scrap of yours. And see what you have to deliver. It is totally bad.
