I placed a nokia 6.1 plus mobile in flipkart on 13th sept 2018. It delivered on 16 th sept 2018.
Facing multiple issues with that mobile by over heating, battery draining fast, ear peace damage, headphone connectivity issue and camera getting blur sometimes. For that i raised a request for replacement on 21st sept 2018.
Even it is in 10 days replacement policy, they send a technician from jeeves store for troubleshoot instead of replacing.
He came and just checked the battery and installed cpu-z app to monitor temperature and told me like put the charging for 5 to 6 hours and check the same temperature. If it is 45 to 50 degrees the item will be replaced.
I checked whatever he said the temp is 49 degrees. Now, without any notification they closed my request as issue is resolved by troubleshooting. But, the issue is not resolved yet, i'm trying to contact customer care they are just saying have to wait for the resolution.
In the flipkart app the status is showing as return rejected. Please fins in screenshot for the same.
Customer support is not at all good with flipkart. Very worst... Service flipkart.
Please find the screenshot for battery temperature and the status showing.
I want new mobile or refund my money back.

      I ordered honor 9n with a exchange of my old redme 3s prime forvwhich i got 4000 as exchange amount on 12k mobile which i was getting for 8199 on 20th sept, order got confirmed. Wish master came on 23rd but the delivery date was 21st my order was delayed by 2 day that's still fine and on to that he denied to take my exchange with stupid reason that power button color is slightly fade which is not mentioned anywhere in exchange terms and conditions and i talked to customer support person and he told me my problem will be resolved on 27th sept and they send another wishmaster before 27th sept and on 26th they cancelled my order without informing me. Since then i trying with customer support to provide me a solution. Pathetic support service i have ever come across no one knows how to deal with a customer. They didn't give any solution wasted my 2 full days, they failed i asked them to transfer the call to your senior or manager they were not available at anytime i tried in morning evening night not available. Now site shows refund completed i got nothing, they asked me to reorder after so much of trouble. I tried that too now i am getting same phone 1000 rupees more what i paid last time.           I have orderd asus max pro m1 through flipcart order id od[protected] sold by konde product and service limited
          Handset is working properly of 2 days use when battery reaches to 10 % battery drains and hand set it switched off till date is not charging nor booting up. I have complain this to flipcart customer care they told me file a complaint of defective product is deliverd. Replacement handset is arrived on 26sep 2018 but delivery boy refuse to give me and said that u have registered a wrong compalin. And cancel replacement again i talked to customer care it wil take 48 hour to make a new compaint flipcart customer care misguide me and daily ask me to give us time for 2 days from 26sep till now 48 hours is not complited. I want replacement of product or compunsation for inconvenient.

            Im getting calls and messages in the name of flipkart. They are offering me like "you are winner of flipkart online company". You win 1st prize tata safari and amount rate is rs.12, 80, 148. Registaration service charge of rs.8, 500 etc. Contact no: [protected] for more details helpline no:[protected]. I want to know that whether it is fraud calls or message or a really flipkart is providing this offers for the users. If it is not by flipkart please take a serious action on this kind of illegal activity provided by the frauds.

                  My friend gifted me egv. Before using it flipkart deactivated the egvs. When i first contacted flipkart customer executive, i was told that issue will be resolved within 3 working days. The same assurance was given to me for 3-4 times. But 3 months ago, they said me that the egvs have been deactivated from my friends side. But when i talked to my friend he told me that he has not deactivated any egv. Then again i contacted to flipkart executive. But they didnt provided me ny solution. They are just trying to make me fool from last 3 month. I am tired of doing complaints with flipkart customer executive. Now i want the solution of my problem through consumer court.

                  I many times complaint this site and not any response from flipkart. They have stuck with me.
                  If i do not get any reply then i will meet you in court with my lawyer. You'll be ready to be 420 fraud case. Have kept me crazy for 3 months if i do not receive my money in 5 days, i will go to court.

                  Mene is site pr 3 se 4 baar complaint kri hai or ak baar call aati hai usko baad koi response nhi dete mere 10, 000 block kr rkhe hai 27 june 2018 se abhi tk koi flipkart se response nhi hai ase naam naam hai company ka yh to fraud company hai or abki baar bhi me advocate ke khne pr ye likh rha hu ab 5 days ke under mujhe mere paise nhi mile to me 420 dhokadhdi ka case kr dunga.

                      I ordered this phone on 14 September and cancelled on the same day. It's been 12 days, since I am in contact with them. They are just averting me and repeatedly takes a time of 72 hours to resolve but no such resolution happened.
                      I am fed up with the flipkart service. Seems like their customer service and resolution department are far apart. Very Poor coordination between both.

                      Resolution: Refund with compensation ( for all the problems, wastage of my precious time, and stuck my money in stagnant platform for non growth of my money)

                        I have order a couple on september 14, 2018 but i have cancellec it for some reason and i have paid for the ring through mobile banking but refund was still not completed. I have already made an complaint but still now there is improvement. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. When i made my last complaint they said that refund will be done with september 26, 2018 but the problem has not been solved. I didn't expect this from flipkart.

                            I purchased a mobile realme2 for RS 8250 but it's touch was not functioning properly since the day it was delivered. When I raised a request for its return I was told that no executive will come to collect it and I have to courier me on my own although it was delivered at the same address a day back by flipcart. Now when I sent it by courier now the co refused to take parcel from courier agency. May I know why??? Again when I called customer care I was told that my issue will be resolved before Jan 2019. Why is this mess??? I[censored] have asked me to return at the address mentioned than bow can the co refuse acceptance of parcel?? Why d executive did not collect the parcel when it had delivered on d same address?? Is d company just trying to befool or misguide customer?? Why 3 months will be taken to resolve the issue when there is no fault from my side?? Why defective mobile was sent to me?? And if erroneously sent why is it not returned?? Where on d site is it displayed that in case of problem with product d customer has to return it by own?? 15 dayshave passed by without proper response from ur side. Do resolve my issue within a week or else I will have to go to consumer court for dispute redressal.

                                  I bought poco f1 on its first sale dated august 28th 2018. After few days i strangely noticing the screen bleeding issue at the bottom of the phone.
                                  It was a such a shame to give bad quality product to the consumers. I need the flipkart/xiomi to act up and do the fix for the affected phones. There is lot of phone affected by this due to bad quality control.

                                  Flipkart/xiaomi - please fix the issues and get the replacement model.

Od[protected] but i got only 1 book i immediatedly raised a query with them first i was told my issue would be resolved by 23rd then they cancelled the same stating that return period ended thinking that i am a fool now they are telling me 4 oct 2018 but todayie 26th sept 2018 they cancelled the same stating some stupid reason ok i will wait till then but i am thier genuine customer never returned any product i was to get pack of 3 books but i got only 1 book their packaging seal is intact i havent opened it yet can send u pics also
                                    Am extremely dissapointed with flipkart letting me down this is not a matter of money but a clear case of money but a clear case of cheating and fraud and that too from a losted company will unfortunately will have to highlight the same on all social media platforms news channel police news papers etc so that no other person becomes victim of such fraud
                                    Hope this doesn't happen and my issue gets resolved.
                                    Now i just cannot understand what to do these guys jus keep cancelling my requests dont know how long have to wait but one thing for sure am very let down by flipkart!!!

                                      Dear flip kart,

                                      The mail sent by your team is really unacceptable and disappointing. As i am the one of your regular customers and the way it was mentioned in mail, saying that my account has been blocked as flipcart team have observed number of returns from my account. Its obvious if the stuff is not fulfilling our requirement surely it will be returned and 2nd thing it is not mentioned anywhere in flipkart portal that number of returns could be the result of my account block.

                                      Now coming to the point, the last stuff we had ordered from flip cart was sun glass. As per the image of sun glass on flip cart and ordered it was black but we have received a sunglasses having golden frame with black glasses. Now please advise or suggest what we should do if we have not received appropriate product as per our choice.

                                      Therefore kindly accept the return request and unblock my account.

                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      got may SMS and call from [protected].

                                      "Dear.cstamr flipkart (congratulations) you are winner of show(home shopping) you wub-1st price(tatasafari) and amount price is 12, 40, 148. registration service charges 2650. "

                                      he also shared Bank Account Number to deposit 26000Rs to get tatasafari
                                      An order was placed with flipkart for a book with order id OD[protected], while the amount was debited but no order was placed. On complain to the officials no action was initiated neither the amount was refunded nor was the order placed.Incident: IN[protected]
