I want detail information regarding why i am not able to login my flipkart id, how you can do so without any prior notice. I want to return my shoes worth ₹ 6500 as soon as possible so help me on this otherwise i have to some legal action regarding this. If return are getting higher from my id who will inform me that becoz at tym of making id you never said that mam or sir u can make this much return only.

    Delivery time was 8th october. But product was not reached.
    But shipment was cancelled by courier on 10th october. This is a prepaid order.

    If this problem done by ur end, then why i suffered & my money is blocked.

    Customer complaint was he did not received refund so info given that refund will be processed the once the product receives to warehouse for the order which is cancelled, customer agreed and closed the complain from our end.

      I’m complaining about that when i’m signing up flipkart it is saying that unable to recognise your number. Please call customer care number and access your account and i’m calling on customer care number but they are not picking up my call and i have called him 10-12 times but they are not picking up my call. So, please look into my matter and take out solution of this as soon as possible, it’s a humble request.

        As per my complain earlier that i have not got the product as shown on your website. Even that kind of product is not available at any website.
        I could claim that it's a duplicate product as the content is also different.
        I have talked with the customer care and he assured me that i will get the same product as shown on flipkart website, so i have asked him to replace the product without asking him to refund and today the replacement happened in which i got the same product as i have complain of that is a duplicate product and with worst packing. Attaching the image of the product.
        Let me know what should i do of this.

          I had ordered 10 apparels from flipkart on 9th oct, 2018 (Order number - od[protected]. I have received 4 out of them today. After sometime the order of all the apparels got cancelled and the delivered items reflected the return request with the message that "the shipment is cancelled/return requested by you". But i haven't initiated any return request or cancelled any item. When i called the customer service they replied that the seller has cancelled the order and they can't do anything. This is a highly unexpected and irresponsible behavior shown by flipkart. This occurred during the big billion day by flipkart on 10th october 2018

          Now you are convincing me over call to reorder the product when it is either out of stock or price has increased.
          I just don't care about any technical error of seller. I ordered the product at flipkart and flipkart is responsible to deliver the product to me.
          Is this type of "Buyer's Protection" you maintain??
          By cancelling their orders.

          If you guys can't handle such big sale and cancels the order they why you put sale and advertise so much.

            I had purchased an apple cider vinegar (Rs539/-) on date (Order id - od[protected] when i was ordering through flipkart it was not taking cash on delivery option. The option was coming pay later so i thought it would be cash on delivery option. When delivery boy came to deliver i took my item and tried to give him cash but he left my place in mean while. When i saw my flipkart account it was showing that i can pay ill 10th october’18. When i started doing payment through my debit card on 30th september, payment didn’t debited from my account due to bad network.
            On 1st october at midnight after 12 am, i got a message that rs.999 is debited from my account to flipkart bangalore. It was midnight so i didn’t give mind that this amount was debited from my account. When i woke up in morning i saw that there was 50 messages in my phone and it was stating that rs. 49950/- was deducted from my account and every transaction was of rs.999/- and same happened on 3rd october’18 so it was total 55 transaction of rs.999/- from my account and 1 transaction was of rs. 23/- and also 6 times rs.999/- is credited in to my account and then again it is debited. Flipkat stole rs.50000/-from my account without my permission. I have provided all details to flikart.
            I checked my bank statement and called flipkart customer care on 2nd october’18 for help, since 2nd october’18 i’m following up with flipkart but nobody from flipkart is able resolve my issue. Every time a new person from flipkart speak to me and they ask me same thing and close the call stating we have raised your issue but no resolve yet.
            This is serious case of fraud, cheat and now flipkart harassing me mentally.
            Could you please resolve this asap.

              Update from flipkart customer service for [incident: in[protected]]

              Dear sir

              Sub: complaint against the order - rude behavior - customer service executive.

              I hereby would lodge an complaint against the order id: od[protected]

              Product: cosmic byte g1500 7.1 channel usb headset for pc/ps4 with rgb led lights. Vibration wired head set with mic

              Above product was ordered on 04 october 2018 and subsequently cancelled on 05 october 2018., and that too, before the product could reach us. We got an message stating the order was cancelled and refund process is under way.

              On 06th october 2018, the same product was ordered again and the product got delivered to us on 09 th october 2018.

              To our surprise we again got the same product on 10th october 2018 to our security person instead of refund as request at the first instance.

              When enquired with your call center., they told us that the seller has refused refund and hence product was sent again. They also were unprofessional and unfriendly asking us to escalate the issue to any level and expose the same in social media.

              Our question is when the refund process is not applied to this product then why on first instance the app gave the message as cancel successful and refund is under process.

              Request you to kindly collect the product which was delivered twice and initiate the refund amount of rs.1699/-

              We normally pay the amount upfront for product purchased thru amazon and flipkart
              And never expected such rude behavior of your call center executive.

              We never faced such situation with amazon.,

              We should have taken the product thru cash on delivery to avoid such unexpected situation. And regret purchasing the product thru flipkart.

              The product was in unpacked state and request you to arrange pickup and initiate refund.

                I had ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 (6 gb, 64 gb variant) on 10.10.2018 and prepaid the order by paying rs 11698/-. When i checked the status of my order (Order id od[protected] on the flipkart app, it showed that the phone was out for delivery today (12.10.2018).

                2. I received a call from mobile number [protected] (True caller shows the name as ‘babu’) today i. E. 12.10.2018 at around 4 pm. The caller told me that he is from flipkart and need to deliver my parcel. I told him to come to the delivery address mentioned on the parcel i. E. My office address before 6 pm (Office closing time). I called him at around 5 pm to enquire at what time he will come. He told me that he will call me back and let me know. I left my office at 6 pm. When i reached my home, he called me at 7 pm asking me to collect my parcel. I told him that i have reached my home and requested him to deliver the parcel on monday (15.10.2018) between 10 am to 6 pm. He once again called me at around 8:30 pm and told me that my parcel has been delivered. I asked him to whom he has delivered the parcel. He said he don’t know because his friend amit has delivered the parcel.

                3. I thought he must be some bogus caller, otherwise this is no procedure that my parcel will be handed over to someone else without even informing me and against my request to deliver it on monday. I asked him what has he delivered. He told me that he has delivered asus zenfone max pro m1 (6 gb, 64 gb variant). I immediately got suspicious how did he know what was inside the parcel when the outside cover just mention the name and address of the recipient. I told him to immediately take back the phone and deliver to me on monday, otherwise i will complaint on flipkart. He replied in an arrogant voice that i can complaint on flipkart.

                4. I immediately called on flipkart customer care to complaint them about the fraud. The customer care executive raised a complaint against complaint number in[protected]. I asked him to raise the matter at high priority and direct the delivery boy to immediately take back my parcel. The customer care executive just kept on saying that the matter will be resolved by 18.10.2018.

                5. I have been a long time customer of flipkart and never witnessed fraud like this by its own delivery boy. This is a clear cut case of stealing my mobile phone by flipkart delivery boy (Mobile number [protected]), otherwise he would have never known what was inside the parcel with such accurate specifications i. E. 6 gb variant of asus zenfone max pro m1. Further, the delivery boy would not be able to provide the proof of delivery to me (My signature), since he has not delivered to me and kept the phone with himself. I don’t know the back end process of flipkart and how i was sent the message of ‘delivered’ when the delivery boy has not even got signature from me. This way the delivery boys can do as much fraud as they want on the prepaid orders.

                6. I ordered this phone to gift it to my wife on 17.10.2018, but the customer care executive just kept saying that the matter would be resolved by 18.10.2018 despite my repeated requests for urgent resolution. I request flipkart to provide me an immediate resolution and provide me the same phone by 16.10.2018. I, further request flipkart to make an internal inquiry against the delivery boy and get an fir registered against him and get him arrested for the mental harassment i have suffered due to my phone being stolen by him.

                This is in continuation of my above mentioned complaint.

                2. Even though I was sure that the Flipkart delivery boy with Mobile Number [protected](True caller shows the name as ‘Babu’) is a Fraud and he had not delivered my package, I thought that I should confirm the same in my office (Nirman Bhawan) to be 100% sure. Today (15.10.2018) I have confirmed everywhere in my office including Central Registry, Post Office and CISF Control Room. Everyone said that the e-commerce delivery boys are not allowed inside the premises of Nirman Bhawan by CISF personnel for delivery of parcels, then how can the delivery boy deliver my parcel inside my office i.e. Nirman Bhawan. Further, CISF Control room said that the personnel of CISF manning the main gate do not accept any delivery from e-commerce delivery boys until and unless the parcel belongs to one of their personnel and if anyone from e-commerce is claiming that he has delivered the parcel to CISF personnel, that do not belong to them, then a FIR can be registered against the deliver boy. Further, the Flipkart delivery boy is not picking up the phone from the past two days, even though I have tried umpteen number of times. Every time he just disconnects the phone call. This confirms his misdeed.

                3. In view of the above, I request Flipkart to deliver my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1(6 GB, 64 GB variant) against Order Id OD[protected] at the earliest and do not make me suffer through further mental harassment and fulfill its ‘Customer-first’ promise. Further, I request Flipkart to take strictest possible action against the delivery boy to maintain its goodwill in the market.

                  I've ordered rustic art shampoo from flipkart on 8/10/2018 and i received product today i. E 12/10/2018. The shampoo bottle is looking bad as if it was used already, but i see there's no sign of that, and the lables are torn and there's no manufacture date on the product, i've checked around the bottle but no sign of manufacture date. So i request you to replace my product with manufacture date on it or refund me. As flipkarts policy there's no return for this product.

                        I purchased apple iphone x max from flipkart. On 30th september 2018 it was delivered to me.
                        Order id. Od[protected]
                        Phone charging stopped working within a week.
                        When called flipkart, they said talk with apple customer care.
                        The phone number of apple customer care mentioned in flipkart didn't pick up the call even after calling on it several days and several times.
                        I complained this thing also to flipkart because replacement policy is only of 10 days.
                        Flipkart said that there is no need to worry and they'll solve the issue.
                        But they completed the 10 days period and didn't give any solutions.
                        After completing 10 days they called and asked to go to apple service center.
                        Flipkart has cheated and apple also.
                        I need the replacement and also that these two companies should be heavily penalised and tell me sorry for this inconvenience.

                          I want to share an incident happened today with me. I am a flipkart plus member.in this billion day offer, i ordered (Order id-od[protected] a laptop with exchange of my old laptop. The delivery boy came with the new laptop. He asked me for the laptop applied for exchange. He verified everything and declared my laptop is physically damaged. But, it has minor scratch which is negligible. Also, it is in working condition and that scratch doesn't affect its working in any way. His behaviour was horrible. Neither he offered me to pay the exchange amount and get the new laptop as per my order nor he gave me opportunity to speak about it. He just asked me to call customer care. But while i was trying to call, he left. He didn't even bothered to wait for my response. This is how service to a flipkart plus member is given by #flipkart. This is the way #flipkart is treating his customers.

                            I had ordered two products on 6 sept 2018 and paid the specified amount online through my sbi debit card but flipkart kept on delaying the delivery till 15 sept and then asked me to cancel the order because they were not able to deliver it. When i applied for refund then i got updated from flipkart that i will get my refund in my sbi bank account before 27 sept. But today is 12 oct 2018 and still i didn't get my refund. I checked with my bank also they don't have any transaction details related to the arn no provided by the flipkart. Everyday im calling to flipkart executives but they just put my call on hold and not providing any solution. I have registered 4 times in flipkart for refund request but didn't get any solution. Then they registered one complaint on 6 oct to which their backend team will coordinate with my bank and provide the solution before 10 oct and again i registered the same complaint on 10 oct and i was promised that will get the solution before 12 oct but no progress regarding these complaints. Infact their executives are not able to tell the status of these complaints they are telling they have no information regarding those complaints. They never transfer the call to their senior executives and put my call on hold and never come back. So im requesting you to take a strict action against them as this is not the first case.

                                My order od[protected] has cancelled by seller without prior information. How seller can cancel my order without any reason. I had paid entire money in one time.
                                This is not expect from flipcart.
                                Your customer care team telling me we can't do anything, tomorrow you have to book nice again. How it is possible because amount paid by me will be refund on 24 oct 2018. So my request is that, to tell saler to reinitiate the order which has been cancelled by him.
                                I am sure team flipcart support me in this regard.

                                Note :- i already sold my old 42" tv which was purchased on flipcart on very cheap rate.
                                Hope flipcart team will justify wit us.

                                    I have an flipkart account with mobile number [protected] and name akash jarwal but one day i recieve a mail that "your account is blocked because you have done lot of refunds from this account" but in reality i never done a refund and i only order a mobile and a bag from this account and i never do any request for refund or refund from my aacount.
                                    So, i request flipkart to un-block my flipkart account

                                      I had ordered an blaupunk 50" tv. It was delivered after i made the full payment. I received an intimation for commissioning it. Your rep visited my house next day. He tried to commission the same but could not commissioned. He has packed back & kept it my house. I received sms that amount would be refunded & tv to be returned. I request you to replace the tv & i am not interested in refund.

                                      Customer has not agreed for closing the case. Till date my TV is yet to be commissioned. I ask Flip kart team to solve this long pending issue.

                                      It is nearly a month, flipkart customer care team has not yet solved my problem. The 50" TV was delivered on 12/10/18 but it is not yet commissioned. Many phone calls, SMS & email to flipkart has not yielded results except that each time different person gives different date for solving my problem. I expect them to commission the TV within 3days otherwise I will be forced to take up other course of actions including approaching police/court.

                                      Fact is my TV has been returned on 11/11/18 vide reference no. FMPR[protected]. Since then I waiting for my amt of Rs 34999 which they told it would be refunded within 2 days.
                                      Flipkart customer care reply DT 13/10/18 was checked. I have requested for replacement and not refund as they have claimed in their reply.
                                      As per their SMS sent to me on 22/10/18, they promised to send their team again on or 25/10/18 for re- installation & demonstration.
                                      Hence till date the issue not resolved.
