I ordered grocery for the 1st time on line on 29th sep with flipkart. These guys committed to delivered on 1st oct between 8pm to 10.30pm. I get a sorry message after 11pm that it cannot be delivered. The next schedule for delivery was sent me by sms for the next date i. E 2nd oct same time. Again i get the sorry message from flipkart that they could not delivery it. This is been repeatedly happening and today it is 4th i have still not received my grocery.
Total inefficient, absolute no commitment!! Along with the sms i receive a phone no to check the delivery products. This number given does not even go through i have tried multiple times.
Completely taking customer for granted since i have already paid for the product.
I called the customer care, they need 48 hours to work this to respond to my query, how painful service can't understand to check and let me know the status flipkart needs 48 hours. Total pathetic!!
Don't even order grocery from flipkart if you need your food soon, they take eternity to delivery.. It is more quicker with just a call to the nearest shop near your home, they can be much fast rather you stay hunger and wait for the flipkart to reach your grocery.
These guys can stave you to death if wait for them.
