I ordered, 2 google mini for cash on delivery and 2 more google mini through phonepe, after some time I cancel one product they cancel all my products, and I did not understand why they cancel all the products I just called the customer care and they are so dumb they can't understand what s the problem so I decided to post about flipkart in twitter

    I ordered an shoe from flipkart order id is OD[protected]

    . I found this product is not ok so i thought to return the product on the same day i received the product same day when i revived 01.10.2018 wish master rejected my to pick up the product by saying price tag is missing. I spoke with flipkart customer care and informed there is no price tag when i received the product they understood and arranged pick up from by themselves by saying pick up wil be done without price tag. Again wishmaster rejected the pick up by saying price tag is missing.They not taking the product

      We booked nokia 6•1+ on september 14 of order number od[protected] we received a defected one thus applied for a return on september 17th• still we are getting messages regarding the return dates but no one is here till now and the product is still with us•firstly the date was confirmed on september 22nd then with no information they itself recharted the date to another one and the last date they informed was october 9th•today it is 10th and it's been a month• it is such an insult from such a renowned firm like flipkart•we are completely disappointed and annoyed by their customer service"• the thing which triggered as the most is that, the same item is in their big billion days with 1000 rupees off. Hope the authorities find it as an important message and will do the procedures as soon as possible.

        It's regarding Order ID OD[protected] which has been delivered with size & quality issues.
        But Flipkart is not allowing me to return the items for reason " too many returns "
        From last 15 days I am chasing Flipkart but Flipkart is not responding me. Made false commitment for call back but didn't make call. Sending auto generated email again and again instead of resolution and arranging reverse pickup.
        2 day ago One of Flipkart representative put me on hold for half and hour to transfer call to senior and disconnect the call without proper communication.
        I am 5 month pregnant woman who is being harrassed by Flipkart.
        I have attached order history snapshot with the image of products I need to return.

        Such kind of emails I am getting from Flipkart from last 15 days even after making complaint to consumer court. On phone Ms. Kavita Flipkart representative said same thing.. I want to ask WHY? Why I can't return the product when I am having size issue and quality issue. They are doing monopoly. Instead of improving themself they are stopping and blocking their customer.
        I need to return the products.

          Past 72days Acer liquid Z630S defective mobile phone is lying with Acer service centre, in past 10months for second time

          Case has been passed from Umesh to Vikas to Banglore HQ since these many days with no end result

          This have been serious issue since then as to how they have surpassed whooping 2months plus days by just looking into matter reply now and then

          We have provided sufficient time to solve the case but in vain

            I purchased a mobile phone on flipkart. Mobile phone was not taking pictures properly so i wanted to return the phone. I raised a request for the same with flipkart. Flipkart executive called me and asked to perform some steps. I did all the steps after that also issue still persist. So i asked for the replacement of the phone and at the backend flipkart closed my request without any notification and without any replacement.

              Dear, sir/ madam.
              I am arvind kumar singh from godda, last week i had orderd solar light from your company. It had to deliver on 8th october 2018 on that day he had called me but he didn't come. On 9th oct he came to my office with one boy while i was out of station and he was forcing to my staffs to receive the the product and according to my staffs both of them were full drunk of alcohol. So they sent them back. Today on 10th oct again he had called me and told about the product, so i told to send back because his ill and cheap behavior. After telling him, he started to abuse me over call.
              Hence i would like to request for proper action and not to send this type of people for any further. Because he is completely unfit for your marketing.

              Customer raised a complaint regarding product delivery we have interacted with Customer and informed we will check with courier service provider and arrange for a delivery but customer was not ready for a delivery of the product it was a courier service provider mistake noted as feedback since customer was not looking for a delivery of the product . Hence closing the case.

              The product return request was raised within a few hours of placing the order on 5th Sep-2018. Its more than 30 days yet the refund is not initiated.
              Customer Care is asking me to wait for fr 48Hrs-72 hrs every time.

              I think flipkart is saving card details to loot out money through such transactions
              Myself has an account with phone number [protected].Now I am unable to login to my account because I forgot my password. Flipkart given me the message unable to process retry. But I tried so many times but I did not get my password.

                  I had ordered a book on website www.flipkart.com on 28-September-2018. Order reference number is OD[protected].
                  Payment has already been made to Flipkart. At the time of order placement, delivery was on 05-Oct-2018.
                  Product was not delivered on 05-Oct-2018.
                  I contacted Flipkart on 08-Oct-2018. It was informed by Flipkart that matter has been escalated to the concerned team and problem will be resolved by 12-Oct-2018. On 10-Oct-2018, Flipkart called up and informed that matter has been escalated and they are co-ordinating with logistics team. During the phone call on 10-Oct-2018, Flipkart further informed that they will try to deliver by 12-Oct-2018. However, Flipkart refused to commit that product will be delivered by 12-Oct-2018.

                  We need this book on urgent basis. In absence of book, the user is suffering and her studies are getting hurt.

                    Hi,

                    I ordered honor 9 lite vide order id od[protected] on 21.05.2018. Payment was made through my axis bank debit card of rs. 10, 149/- on 21.05.2018. On same day, i was cancelled the order. The seller was omnitech retail & i was assured to get the refund within 3 working days i. E. 24.05.2018.

                    Later i requested so many times to flipkart customer care team & omnitech retail to process the refund, but all in vain.

                    It was replied that, the refund was already processed though i cannot see the amount in axis bank statement for the last 4-5 months.

                    Please help me get back my money.

                    Product ka refund money mila nahi abi thak
                    Ordered nokia 6.1 plus by using gift card & debit card on[protected] amount has been debited from bank but order not confirmed. & they are saying it will take min 4days to resolve problem.
                    I am not able to login in filpkard as I am loving in it shows invalid account and password I tried it many times I request to clean it and help me in loving in as soon as possible
                    We have order the phone 25 oct and my phone is arrived today i pick my courrier but we opened the packet and box and other box brand is oppo but not real me box but i am fresh we mind this is extraa packing but we opened the box i am shocking is because they are no handset because one of marbel material i found on box so flipkart please suggest me

                      We buy 2 nokia 6.1 plus device.
                      One device is used one and another device slow motion video was very worst.
                      I raised complaint regarding both phones.
                      For refurbish phone they ask me to courier back - no one is receiving courier on flipkart warehouse.
                      2nd phone they arrange tech and tech confirm issue for slow motion video and he update flipkart guy will pick phone.
                      I called multiple times flipkart customer care they also inform that we will receive call from backed but we never received call from backend team.

                      One of the very worst experience with flipkart shopping.
                      Still they are asking me to go and check with nokia service center.
                      Flipkart arranged technician and he confirm there is a issue with nokia limitation.
                      Now they want something in written by Nokia Service Center.
                      Flipkart just asking multiple things to do apart from returning both phone.

                        Pl note i have done this transaction by guest appearance on website and i don't have flip kart login id. Kindly clarify as soon as possible.

                        We've interacted with the customer and apologized for the amount debited and the payment didn't go through to which the order isn't successful hence info provided as per the refunds response that Refund has been processed on 11/10/18 kindly inform the customer it will be completed within 8 business days from 11th Oct for Rs.746 to the Netbanking account hence requested customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.

                        I ordered a back cover for my mobile Moto x4. But when cover was delivered to me I found it different which I ordered. And it is not useful for because the segments of my mobile and that cover are different too. So I request you to refund my money back.
                        I have a small doubt on flipkart cardless credit is approved but I don't use the credit amount we want to pay any EMI for the credit amount ..

                          No any support from Flipkart, can any one help in this

                          Maxima watch..when i call to customer support..they tell me different thing...i call 3 times bt the resolution given by 3 diff persona was diff..which is true i don't know..they delayed my product ..they are not sure when the product was delivered to me...so i registered a complain aginst flipkart
                          We order a body of HTC mobile body.but it's too small according to our phone .that why we want to return it..as soon as possible.

                              Hello sir, i am sai prem hari krishna, i have an flipkart account with the registered mobile number : [protected] and email address : [protected]@gmail.com, i have booked 2 mobiles at a time from my account on a flash sale for my friends. Mobiles were delivered successfully and flipkart blocked my account. I have raised a ticket with them, incident id: in[protected]. I got a reply from flipkart that "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account." i have called them 3 to 4 times and all they said is to send a reply to their email address [protected]@flipkart.com, i have sent 3 mails and there is no reply from them.                                 I just have ordered one device and i had a track of that all of a sudden. Flipkart delivered two device as i was not at home that time the order was received. And from that day i am trying to inform then that they need to come and take it back and now it has been around 6 or 7 days and no one is trying to help. As they arrange a. Callback but we are also a employee and we do work and cannot spend all day waiting for the phone calls. On advisors are help full. And doesn't know what to talk or what to be done. This is the worst service provided by you and i promise this is the last order u have done please come and take the product back the mobile is still packed not opened yet.

                                  This is to inform you that i have received a fake call from a mobile number - [protected]. He was having full record of my order details and was claiming to be a flipkart representative and was offering me a lucky draw gift of tata safari.
                                  I am worried that the online shopping we are doing with flipkart is not safe.
                                  We, the customers are not safe whlie doing online shopping with the flipkart.
                                  This is really insane and a matter of pity for all the customers of flipkart.
                                  I would demand a serious action against this fake call.
                                  This is really a dark spot on the reputation of the company.

                                      Hi sir, ma'am,

                                      I have ordered a tshirt from flipkart.com worth rs.390 in last week of july. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and returned it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back the same next day. On the website it showed that the refund will be credited back by 1st august, but that never happened and i raised the dispute on the website. I got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"

                                      I waited didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to hsbc customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. I raised the dispute form with my bank but still refund was not there. Bank said flipkart has not returned the money.

                                      Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for support. I shared my 3 months credit card statement with them but still they have one standard reply that the seller has refunded the money and i need to get it checked with my bank. The seller doesnt share any proof of payment made. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                                      They are simply cheating and no one is here to help the customers.

                                        I booked mi led tv on 30 september and i cancelled mi led tv on 1 october. I booked led tv on debit card emi offer. But flipkart debited 13999/- up to today no refund from flipkart. Give not proper solution to me. I used debit card emi option how they will debited my 13999/-. Up to yesterday they informed me that amount should be refunded up to 9 oct. Up to today no refund from flipkart. Flipkart executive inform me that your amount was refunded on 1 october. Who is responsible my bank is axis bank or flipkart. If i am using debit card emi option then how they debit my full amount. No positive and serious reply from flipkart.
