Hi i placed an order with flipkart order number od[protected] on 2nd october and it still shows waiting confirmation with seller (Retailnet). This is highly unprofessional from flipkart as i have received no update from them about the product plus when i called them all the executive had to say is cancel the product and reorder again. This is ridiculous can flipkart guarentee that if i reorder again the product would be delivered. This is happening to me twice as the previous order also had the same issue and i had to follow up with flipkart rather than they updating me. I dont want a refund i want my product

    Order placed on flipkart for moto one power with order id od[protected] on 6th october 2018 on flash sale and confirmed for delivery by 8th october 2018.
    On 6th october message came saying

    Hi vishal kavathankar,

    We're sorry to let you know that your order od[protected] for the below listed item was cancelled by the seller as their partnered courier service provider is currently unable to deliver to your address.

    Again on 8th october message came saying

    Shipped: your moto one power (Black,... With order id od[protected] has been shipped and will be delivered by monday, oct 08, 2018. You will receive another sms when the wishmaster from ekart logistics is out to deliver it. Track your shipment here http://fkrt.it/VFVK~nuuuN

    I dont know how they are cancelling on there own, and how they are shipping again and then cancelling again.

    Flipkart please respect your customers.
    No business exist without customers.

    I want package back immediately.

        Sir/maam,
        I have been a customer of flipkart since last 4 years but never faced such rudeness as now by a deliveryboy.
        Just because i refused to receive the parcel from the spot where he felt himself convenient which was 2km away from the actual address stated by me, he behaved rudely to me. Also he threatened to cancel the delivery in a very rude tone. This incident is not good for the well reputation of the organisation. I m seriously not satisfied with the way the product was delivered to me. I hope the flipkart would look into this matter as i was dissapointed with the service.

            Invoice date: same as above
            But I received only one (1) quantity, balance of 2 is not received, hence requesting to send the balance of 2 quantities.

                I recently got a woodland shoes from flipkart for rs 2656 which turns out that the product was fake. I used it for 2 times and the shoes colour started fading, thread started coming out and it became a 2 year old shoes in 2 days. The flipkart customer care was not ready to refund or replace me with the product. I asked for a refund within 15 days. I am a frequent online buyer from flipkart and you guys delivering fake products and i am not gonna buy a single stuff from flipkart anymore. Once bitten, twice shy.                     I am 3 years old flipkart customer. I have ordered 2k + orders tv aac, mobile n clothes. May be few times returns. I am also flipkart plus member. Few days ago all of sudden my flipkart account blocked without any intemation. Call many times flipkart customer care they also don't know anything about this n unable to unblock my account. I sent mail to everyone flipkart customer care but they didn't bother to reply. This is what happens with flipkart old customers. Now i got mail please pay your rs.360 amount in paylater or you will charge late payment. Now tell me without account access how i can made payment or please unblock my account.                           My friend gifted me egv. Before using it flipkart deactivated the egvs. When i first contacted flipkart customer executive, i was told that issue will be resolved within 3 working days. The same assurance was given to me for 3-4 times. But 3 months ago, they said me that the egvs have been deactivated from my friends side. But when i talked to my friend he told me that he has not deactivated any egv. Then again i contacted to flipkart executive. But they didnt provided me ny solution. They are just trying to make me fool from last 3 month. I am tired of doing complaints with flipkart customer executive. Now i want the solution of my problem through consumer court.

                          I many times complaint this site and not any response from flipkart. They have stuck with me.
                          If i do not get any reply then i will meet you in court with my lawyer. You'll be ready to be 420 fraud case. Have kept me crazy for 3 months if i do not receive my money in 5 days, i will go to court.

                            As per flipkart policy, all delivery steps are flipkart's responsibility. I was supposed to recieve my my phone today. I called courier guy but he did not answer my call. I asked for call back and did not get any solution. Arihant kumar senior supervisor did not even lets me speak with manager on floor and said that is the only senior person available on floor right now. This is the worst customer service experience i had in my entire life. Neither i got my product not i got any solution. I ordered this phones as i wanted to gift to someone's whose birthday is today. If i wanted my product to be dilevered after few days, i would have waited for sale. This is really pathetic and i am really disappointed with flipkart and their customer service.

                            Once i will get my product, i will deactivate my flipkart account. This is really unacceptable.

                              Through my bank account... Money was stolen by shopping thorugh online ecommerce website.
                              I was unaware that money has been stolen. Then i went to bank and took up the statement and was shocked to see that money was stolen. Thousand of money were stolen. I have also attached the bank statement for the same. The time and the transaction id through which it was done

                                In noida, i had the pathetic experience of flipkart services. On many occasions the flipkart delivery executives will call you twice/thrice to ask you for address & by the end of the day will update that customer was unable to be contacted. They would neither carry their card swiping machines nor change if you want to pay in cash. If requested for any particular time slot, they say their day starts at only after 11am, by 5pm they say they have returned home for the day and will deliver the next day.

                                I also had the experience when they have called to come to receive in the main road which is over 200m away from my home address. If a customer has to spare so much time and invest in repeatedly following up, why to buy it online? Reality is flipkart outsources the logistics service by 3rd party vendors who do not give a damn to what customer service they are giving. Their aim is to deliver flipkart’s orders in their own convenient time slots rather than the customers. And to this the flipkart’s customer executives do not have any contacts to their delivery executives to inform the customers requests.

                                With so much of my time wasted on every orders that i had, i would think twice before ordering from this online shopping platform. I wouldn’t recommend it. It would be time saving to visit a market and shop there. Thanks.

                                    Last 23 days following of my single order first time i have order for tycon black watch and i have not working condition then i have replace of this product.
                                    After replacing product i have received other product then i have get refund and i have placed new order for tycon blue watch and after aprox 10 days i have received product but again wrong product received that's why i want to complain against flipkart

                                        There was a deduction of rs. 21401 on 27 september 2018.
                                        My bank account statement shows that the deduction was done for a payment to flipkart via net banking. However it was not me who carried out the transaction. I have reported this matter to the bank but the bank has refused any action saying this transaction is legit.

                                        Can you please help provide the details of who put the purchase order.
