I placed an order on Flipkart by Sep 10, 2018, and they confirm to deliver it by Sep 12, 2018, but it is not delivered so I raise an issue for delay deliver. Now It is Sep 17, 2018, and they asked to pick the Order from Hub...Why am I picked it from hub if you guaranteed to deliver?
It is a Birthday gift which I sent from Pune to Gurugram.
