Flipkart — jokin smartwatch not replaced or no refund | |
I bought jokin multi functional smartwatch but it was not charging after 3 days usage and i placed for replacement but it was rejected without prior intimation. It was mentioned i can return before 10 days after purchasing. Even i put complaints in flipkart website but no reply. I need my hard earned money back this is not the correct way to do business. I have received call from flipkart customer care yesterday mentioning in 24 hrs my product will be taken back and I will get refund but today when I contacted customer care of flipkart they are rejecting my return mentioning return policy has expired. Why flipkart is giving wrong updates to customer? Please resolve this issue. I know for a billion dollar company 1000 rs is nothing but for common people it is life's worth. Where is my fault in this? even I claimed return before 10days of return policy but was rejected without any reason. Please either give a replacement or refund and always give proper updates to customer.
