        I received a fake pair of realme headset on 29th of July for which I received a replacement on 14th of August which were as fake as the first delivered product. Since then I've been trying to place the return request but Flipkart keeps on delaying the same from 18th to 22nd, 24th, 26th, 29th, 31st and now 1st of sept which has also passed by still nothing has happened. When speaking to the customer service agents they say that their courier services Ekart Logistics has not updated their system for my replaced product that was delivered to me as "Delivered". Honestly, It is not my concern if there is a technical glitch or a petty excuse made up to stop my return/refund. It has been a month now and it's a mental torture to follow up on Flipkart's customer service calls, reviews and emails time and again. I want my return product pickup and refund amount credited to my bank account ASAP.

        I received a lot of calls from the social media team, highest escalation team and customer service team regarding the issue. I had to constantly mail them regarding the delay in the resolution with reminder mails and eventually I received a refund for the fake product received. Customer service team was of no help, mailing them was the best resort in my case though it took 2 months to resolve the issue I have finally got the refund.

          I have ordered for a pack of two boxers pf XL size at 359 rs, they sent me medium size boxer, which even if i want i cant use it, now they are not replacing stating no return or replacement policy, I understand this policy but atleast provide me the right product i have ordered, its totally flipkart fault and its unfair, please help me in replacing the product

            I had placed a request and made money for the product which is of black colour. Though i received a different colour, as a normal behaviour i raised a replacement request and this became messy since this. They initially stated they want an email id and i tried updating my mail id. Later after few days it was found that the mail id was used in an old account which i had created. It had a mobile number that i do not use any longer. I asked them to close that account and release my email id from that account but they did not work and instead they asked me to create a new mail id!!! Why would i create a new mail id for this transaction? Later the request got closed on the application for which i did not get any notification. While browsing other products, i saw the ticket was closed just the day before and i re-opened. This time they asked for an id proof. I submitted my aadhar and after few days they closed the incident stating that the aadhar is invalid!!! Now i am not sure what else can be done for my id!!! And why would someone ask id proof for replacement. They closed this incident and when i called back they started playing smart on call and was not helpful. Every time i put a request, someone calls and disconnects the call as if it was planned among themselves. I have placed 6 call-backs and they agents on all these 6 calls disconnected the calls.

            Till now it was for the product but the behavioural response from these agents made it really bad. I need a proper response on this.

                The below shipments from Flipkart are still not delivered even after the scheduled date of delivery finished . most of them have no updates since 10 days . i have contacted customer service many time still no change . It is very much disappointing that some of the shipment not even have any update since 10 days

                    I purchased call of duty 2019 pc std. Version on 22 aug 2020. Received delivery on 29 aug 2020. The product delivered i. E. The code slip is invalid for a non existent game on steam platform. The above game version is not available on steam platform. So in effect the genuine game i ordered was not delivered to me.
                    I have been cheated by a well known online shopping site flipkart.
                    Hence either my money is refunded immediately or the genuine game is delivered to me.

                        We already registered this complaint about display damage of poco m2pro, its being a week.
                        And everyday we are waiting for flipkart's response but they are making excuses like server is down. And at last told technician will be coming and we were waiting and again they extended the date.
                        When will this be resolved. I think have to move legally because of their irresponsibility of the product, customer care and return delay.
                        By lot of hardword and effort we bought that phone it's urgent and kindly do the needs.

                              On 2nd July 2020 I gave my mobile to Jeeves of Flipkart to repair my mobile. According to Jeeves mobile insurance they should repair and return my mobile within 15days. But it's already 2months, they are not returning my mobile. Whenever I called them they told me that mobile has been serviced, and asked me to wait for 5days because they can't generate tracking ID for courier. But when today I called them they told me that mobile has not been serviced yet. Im suffering of agony and mental pain due to this. They are not returning my mobile.
                              They are not responding properly.

                                I have purchased a nokia phone on 4th of august 2020... I made a payment through debit card while the delivery guy was out for delivery
                                They didn't received the money due to the technical error and asked me to made payment and cashed and even promised me my refund would be reflected to my account by 14th of august which i haven’t received till today
                                They just tell me to wait for a call back and no one calls back and no money has been refunded yet

                                  Everytime I order groceries they cancel my shipment saying that I have requested for cancellation. Am I a fool to u ppl? I[censored] cannot deliver, u can remove grocery section in ur app.I have my other orders delivered in the promised time line with the same pincode. Then y not groceries? This is very worst.                                     Such a bad service provided by flipkart. I had ordered a backpack on 13 aug and delivery date given to me was 23 aug. Since 18 aug no update was given by ekart or flipkart. I called on 23rd aug to enquire about my order i was told to wait till 7:00 pm. Post that if its still not delivered, a complaint will be raised. It did not get deliver, i called again and was told that by 24aug you will get your order. No complaint was raised. On 24th i didn’t get any order again i had to call and then the same usual reply from customer that wait for tomorrow and i’m raising a complaint. On 25th still the same case and again i had to call that is when i got to know that the complaint was never raised which means the company is fooling customers. Complaint was raised on 25 aug and they told me that issue will be resolved by 27 aug and i will get a call from the senior team or concerned team. I had to wait till 27 aug. 27 aug passed and no contact received from flipkart. I had to call again and then again excuses that again give them time till 28th aug and product will be delivered for sure. Nobody even bothered to call me. 28th aug no contact received again i had to call and one more day was extended and asked me to wait till 29 aug. Again did not get any contact or update from them. I was then asked to wait for 48 hours and team will get back with resolution. Its beyond 48 hours, no update or contact received from flipkart or any team. The product is not yet delivered. They customer service flipkart is just harresing the customers by giving false promises and nobody knows what’s happening with the order. Their policy also states that of a product is not delivered within promise time then the customer is entitled for complete refund. Give me refund as the issue has breached 5 different dates already

                                        Hi, we have ordered an water filter on 4 aug and we raised the return request on 11 aug because of the size and fitting issue. Your executive came and check for the same issue he agreed that size is not fit, i spoke to seller as well he is also ready for the return. But now flipkart team is refusing for the return request. Your support team agreed on the same before now they are denying, i will not buy any other product in future and raise complaint on consumer forum.
