I have placed 4 orders on Flipkart 06 aug delivery date was 14 August, but flipkart has not delivered even single order, now falsely claiming that delivery agent tried reaching me but unable to!! I didn't get any option to contact ekart executive either, when I raised complaint with flipkart they don't respond n resolve complaint! Flipkart is not reliable ecommerce company any more doesn't care about customers, I had ordered as bday gift but flipkart ruined it, I need compensation from flipkart and reason why product was not delivered to me !! There was no attempt to deliver product but false claim from delivery agent!! Flipkart is cheating customers, I will not be alone with this experience!! Strict action for failing on delivery commitment, I waited for 20 days for my order

    I was ordered mi 4a pro tv and tv mrp was rs 21999 and i get instant discount of 2250 and pay rs 19749 at 1st september 2020 18:11 hrs amount was deducted and payment page was timeout order goes in pending then i was again orderd same product after 55 minutes on 1st september at 19:06 hrs of rs 19749 my account was debited and transaction was successful but second order not created till now my first transaction was stucked but second was successful but not get order confirmation till now about 84 hrs and not any satisfaction calk get by flipkart concert team please help concert team said i fone only one transaction but i done two transactions of same amount i attached my bank statements

    I was paid rs 19749 on 1st September at 19:06 hrs successfully but order not created till now and i want this product because i was got 2250 rs instant discount on this order then this product price convert from rs 21999 to 19749 rs after 2250 rs discount and transaction was successful and credited to flipkart seller but he not confirmed my order till now i want same product in same offer because i was paid amount to seller account within offer period so i want this offer and not want refund but flipkart concert team not contact to me

      I’m a vendor of flipkart and working from since 3years with honesty.
      Suddenly flipkart suspended/on - hold my account on 08/06/2020
      Reason - ‘selling fake product’
      Brand - plum

      To be honest i didn’t sold single piece of that product how product can be a fake? Also i took brand approval by submitting trademark certificate before add lisitings.. I really didn't sold a single product of brand plum.
      But after getting plum brand approved by flipkart after that i finalized my deal with plum and placed my first order with plum brand.. Also i added 5 listings of plum products on flipkart with '0' quantity. Thinking that when i received stock of plum i will update quantity immediately. But before this all flipkart deactivated my seller account next day. And i have to rejected the product of plum becuase i don't have offline customers.. I only sell on flipakart!
      Sir if you wish you can block this brand plum i also deactivated 2 listing of plum and 3 listings already blocked by flipkart. I promise i will not sell plum products on flipkart henceforth. I also believe that this account deactivation could be a mistake by flipkart.

      Please let me sell & work with my all others brands i have more than 300 listings on this marketplace.. I’m doing my best from starting and selling 100% genuine products with proper gst invoice i never received any single complaint about product authenticate. You can check my whole business history..

      I have a warm request to you sir please check and help me to get my seller account reactivated.

        Flipkart first cancelled my order and then on the same day they blocked my account. When i called flipkart customer care and asked the reason for cancellation and blocking, they were giving false reasons and they did not have proper knowledge.
        They said logistics department cancelled my order because they find some discrepancy in product after opening it. But how can they open the package because it's been packed and shipped by seller and for blocking, they said seller blocked my account. But i opened my account on flipkart not with the seller. So how come seller blocked my account.i am not a reseller I am a student who loves shopping and using new things

        Sir.please check my order history mobiles and grocery are been shopped from Flipkart now due to covid every thing is online and due to which in my family members mobiles were not working well I was need to shop each and everything which is order in my history is owned by me only I need mobiles and some essentials please unblock my account I m student and need to have a mobile for study purpose

          Had changed my payment option from gift card to neft, hence after that the documents were pending for verification.
          But now it's almost 2 months but account says
          "the documents submitted are under process. It will take 10-12 days for verification to be completed"
          Almost rs.19, 000 pending in payment
          No reply to emails i try all other option

            Received mail that return request for an item from your order od[protected] has been accepted. Then the product suppose to collect by 2-3 days afger it deliver on 28 th. Then received message for it might delay the pick up because of covid situation. Then after till the return policy end on 10th august no one came to collect the parcel.
            We are placed the return on on day it was delivered still no one came to pick upand any action does not taken by them.
            I need to return product as it was not like which we have order on very first day. Thats not aur mistake that nl one came to collect it even after complaint.

            Please revert back with positive response.
            We need to return it if not possible please send us amount of purchase back.

              Hi flipkart,

              My order id is od[protected]. I have ordered "panda rideons & wagons non battery operated ride on (Multicolor)" on 17th aug 2020 expected date is 27th aug 2020 they didn't delivers as expected date. Again i have called and enquirers they said again it's got post pones to 2nd of sep 2020. I have waited for order they didn't delivers as expected again post pones to 3rd sep 2020. Even they didn't delivers got cancel the item with out intimation. Please can you help me on this many day waited for my baby rider they simply time delays and now they said canceled the item. It's worst services.

                I have purchased this product on 19th march, 2020 with cost 10, 340rs and got delivery on 8th may 2020 and had to raise complaint with you for installation as it was not done till 22nd august, 2020.

                I have already raised multiple requests to replace this unit and flipkart is also ready but flipkart and its associate company jeeves are not working properly and cancelled my 4 requests back to back with not able to connect with customer reason whereas they called me and cut call after picking. They are doing intensely.

                Now, i am so much frustrated as a customer and already followed many times to jeeves and flipkart. Both companies are not working their works so my unit is not changing.

                Please replace my unit with new color "melamine walnut" or refund my amount asap, so i can use my unit or money.

                              Hello

                              I have ordered Motorola One Fusion+ on 27th Aug 2020. Order ID - OD[protected].

                              On 29th Aug was my delivery while doing the transaction with my IDFC Debit card money was debited from my account and the delivery boy is saying that the money was not credited to their account and it's been 5 days I have raised a complaint with Flipkart but no proper response or resolution I got to my problem. Every time when I give a call to the customer care they are extending the days without any update or solution to my problem.

                              At least now could you please give me the solution to my problem apart from extending the dates.

                                  I've ordered realme C3 phone on 24 Aug and made payment through my bank of Maharashtra debit card but I cancelled the order on 27 Aug and the refund date they provided there is by 2 September but now the date is passed and I still not received my refund money 9, 924. They also initiated refund for complete mobile protection but that also not refunded yet. Please help !

                                  I contacted flipkart customer care support and they assured me that the the issue will be solved and they told me that my issue is noticed by seller after that they give me a high date upto what my issue will be solved and after that only after 3 days I received my refund money . Thank you flipkart !

                                      I continue trying to order the mobile phone using my gift card but Flipkart is always canceled my order continues from 5 days. I only buy the gift card to buy the smartphone from the Flipkart I need helo to order the smartphone or to another solution is only the refund my gift card because I am buying for the purchase the smartphone If I am not able to buy the smartphone than no use of my gift card if I am not able to purchase the smartphone from the Flipkart there is only 2 solution is 1st is complete my smartphone order or 2nd one is refunded my gift card of total 10, 000. The gift card amount was 10000 this is unfair with me when I buy the gift card but If I am not able to order whatever I required to purchase than there is no use of purchase the gift card of huge amount 10, 000 this is no a small amount please solve my issue asap. If I am not able to buy the smartphone using my gift than there is no use o[censored]sing your service or buying the gift card of the 10, 000.
                                      I contact the Flipkart customer support team through toll-free and than I am trying to reach out to solve my problem but they said that you need to wait for some time and I am already waiting. and another response was they clearly said that you are right now not able to but a smartphone from this account but I want the clear and logical answer from the Flipkart. They said that if you are not able to buy a smartphone then you buy another item from Flipkart using your gift card but if I buy a gift card for a specific product then why I buy another product when I don't want to buy.
                                      I am contacted with and whenever I asked them about the response to my complaint using my complaint number than they said they didn't register a complaint against this number the complaint number is IN[protected], IN[protected].
                                      Only there is I want only two solutions 1 is want to buy a smartphone or 2 refunds my gift card voucher.

                                        "maximum units allowed for purchase reached", am experiencing this kind of popup over my screen whenever I am trying to place an order. It is not for a single product it shows for a brand. I have been using Flipkart for years. The other e-commercial sites don't have this problem. Is this any bug or something. Anyway I'm fed up with this.
