I placed an order for nokia 3310 ds phone on 25th august 2020 on flipkart. The payment was processed and "confirmed" by my bank. I also received a reference for the payment from my bank but the flipkart website says "order pending" and "payment not yet confirmed from the bank".

Complaint marked as Resolved After trying to contact Flipkart but in vain, I posted this complaint. Right after my complaint was forwarded to Flipkart customer service, they "confirmed" my order. Perhaps you could make it easier to contact you directly via customer online chat option. Thank you both Consumer complaints forum for helping me reach Flipkart.
