I have got my product on 24th august 2020 from flipkart. Order od[protected] this is the order id. It has to be installed by 26th aug 2020. But now it is 1st september 2020, not yet installed.

Please help me with this regard

I am concerned, will it be installed or not?

    We already registered this complaint about display damage of poco m2pro, its being a week.
    And everyday we are waiting for flipkart's response but they are making excuses like server is down. And at last told technician will be coming and we were waiting and again they extended the date.
    When will this be resolved. I think have to move legally because of their irresponsibility of the product, customer care and return delay.
    By lot of hardword and effort we bought that phone it's urgent and kindly do the needs.

      I raised 10 days back retuen request becasue worst product.. And flipkart selling duplicate product,, with out customer flipkart cancel the request.. Tomorow is last day. I am lossing 750

          On 2nd July 2020 I gave my mobile to Jeeves of Flipkart to repair my mobile. According to Jeeves mobile insurance they should repair and return my mobile within 15days. But it's already 2months, they are not returning my mobile. Whenever I called them they told me that mobile has been serviced, and asked me to wait for 5days because they can't generate tracking ID for courier. But when today I called them they told me that mobile has not been serviced yet. Im suffering of agony and mental pain due to this. They are not returning my mobile.
          They are not responding properly.

            I have purchased a nokia phone on 4th of august 2020... I made a payment through debit card while the delivery guy was out for delivery
            They didn't received the money due to the technical error and asked me to made payment and cashed and even promised me my refund would be reflected to my account by 14th of august which i haven’t received till today
            They just tell me to wait for a call back and no one calls back and no money has been refunded yet

              Everytime I order groceries they cancel my shipment saying that I have requested for cancellation. Am I a fool to u ppl? I[censored] cannot deliver, u can remove grocery section in ur app.I have my other orders delivered in the promised time line with the same pincode. Then y not groceries? This is very worst. And customer service is very poor

                Such a bad service provided by flipkart. I had ordered a backpack on 13 aug and delivery date given to me was 23 aug. Since 18 aug no update was given by ekart or flipkart. I called on 23rd aug to enquire about my order i was told to wait till 7:00 pm. Post that if its still not delivered, a complaint will be raised. It did not get deliver, i called again and was told that by 24aug you will get your order. No complaint was raised. On 24th i didn’t get any order again i had to call and then the same usual reply from customer that wait for tomorrow and i’m raising a complaint. On 25th still the same case and again i had to call that is when i got to know that the complaint was never raised which means the company is fooling customers. Complaint was raised on 25 aug and they told me that issue will be resolved by 27 aug and i will get a call from the senior team or concerned team. I had to wait till 27 aug. 27 aug passed and no contact received from flipkart. I had to call again and then again excuses that again give them time till 28th aug and product will be delivered for sure. Nobody even bothered to call me. 28th aug no contact received again i had to call and one more day was extended and asked me to wait till 29 aug. Again did not get any contact or update from them. I was then asked to wait for 48 hours and team will get back with resolution. Its beyond 48 hours, no update or contact received from flipkart or any team. The product is not yet delivered. They customer service flipkart is just harresing the customers by giving false promises and nobody knows what’s happening with the order. Their policy also states that of a product is not delivered within promise time then the customer is entitled for complete refund. Give me refund as the issue has breached 5 different dates already

                    Hi, we have ordered an water filter on 4 aug and we raised the return request on 11 aug because of the size and fitting issue. Your executive came and check for the same issue he agreed that size is not fit, i spoke to seller as well he is also ready for the return. But now flipkart team is refusing for the return request. Your support team agreed on the same before now they are denying, i will not buy any other product in future and raise complaint on consumer forum.

                        Dear sir,

                        This has reference to my letter dated 26th august 2020 regarding non-delivery of apple iphone se (Red, 128 gb) ordered under the above order id. I have, so far, complained at least 6 times to your customercare service and each time i received the answer that the order would be delivered by 7:00 pm of that evening.

                        I have been able to access your help desk website only once as after that i have been diverted to my orders placed three years ago and not to the one placed this month.

                        I am shocked at the poor service quality of flipcart and defective software you are using.

                        I look forward to an early and immediate delivery of my order - apple iphone se (Red, 128 gb) and if it is not possible, refund of charges.

                          My product was delivered on 23rd august 2020. Till date, it has not been installed. While depending on the role, three to five working days in which it was to be installed. It is a shame that such a large product has not been installed yet. Covid 19 pandemic the parcel that has arrived is from bangalore and in such a situation health can also go bad. Finally, i would like to ask you whether my product will be installed or not. Return policy valid till wed, sep 02, 2020. I didn't know it was such a bad service. Now i doubt if that product is damage. I have talked to customer care three times so far but nothing has come of the right response yet. Man would be happy with such a large product but i am upset. Pay attention to it and complete the installation as soon as possible.

                              I ordered two pairs of sandals from Flipkart and received only one pair in the box but it costs me the price of two. In the bill, it's clearly mentioned that there are two products inside. But when I opened it there was only one.

                                I purchased a hp bag (Order id. Od[protected] on 14th august and it got delivered on 29th august. I wanted to make a return but my account have been blocked sinced the day i tried to make return. I contacted the customer service many time. They said we have escalated your problem to the concerned team. Your problem will be solved with 4 days. But i always got a mail from customer support that your have blocked due to unusual high number of return. And i also contacted them on twitter and the same process went again and again and they didn't even reply. I mail that i got everytime is always the same. I tried all the options but my problem isn't solved.

                                I am unhappy with the product that i got and mostly my orders are prepaid. I am a plus member. I am a regular customer of flipkart and if i am not satisfied with the product then i obviously make a return. At least i deserve from the customer support but they didn't contacted.

                                  Sir,
                                  I purchased a xiomi mi 4a pro 32 inch led android tv and which got delivered on 27th august 2020. From the date of delivery of my tv iam very much anxious about the installation process of new tv. From the date of delivery i thoroughly checked the date of demo and installation of tv will be conducted. I checked my orders and it shows that installation and demo service got cancelled on 26th august. From the date of delivery towards 29th august evening i got contacted your customer service and informed the same to them. They told me that they had made attempts to solve the issue and and it will reflect in 24 hours. I cntacted jeeves, demo and installation service provider. They told me that flipkart doesn't gave instruction to conduct demo and installation service of my tv and they told me that, contact flipkart and told them to raise tickets. From 27th august evening towards 29th august evening i contacted flipkart. But no improvements i couldn't see. I am very much sad for causing delay in demo and installation service. I request you to take sufficient action to solve the issue and gave instruction to service provider to conduct installation and demo at the earliest.

                                    Flipkart account blocked and flipkart pay later pending payment

                                    Hi Sir,
                                    This issue is regarding my account.
                                    Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
                                    I am a plus member from past 2 years. Currently I have more than 500
                                    supercoins with nearly 200 on the way.
                                    I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
                                    I am willing to pay.
                                    Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am

                                    On 18 aug i had requested for the return and now its been 11 days i didnt get an update regarding the pick up and refund process. Every time i call the customer support first it has been told my issue will resolved by Aug 30th and now it has been telling to wait till sept 5 . I have orderd the laptop for my educational purpose and i cant attend classes due to your irresponsibilty. I couldnt wait anymore if i wouldn't get a reply from your side i will be filing a case in high court. I want a quick pickup and refund at any cost it has been already been 11 business days and cant wait any longer. Expecting a quick response from your side.

                                      I ordered a hero cycle from Flipkart which got delivered on 28th August
                                      During assembly, there was no perceivable defect, but during usage, the chain was getting detached very frequently.
                                      Due to covid, there wasn't any cycle shop that was open as we live in a very remote area. Also heavy rains deterred testing of the cycle further.
                                      Further, when we got access to a cycle shop, it was informed that the cycle has a manufacturing defect - the rod is tilted sue to which the chain keeps on detaching.
                                      The return policy is exhausted, but we need some way of return or replacement or refund as we cannot use the cycle.
