My order id is od[protected]. My product is not delivered and seller didn't even ship the order. He gave a fake tracking code and marked it as shipped. After contacting customer care around 6 times now in past 10 days, i'm extremely disappointed. They just keep marking issue solved and doing nothing. Can i get my money back please?

    I have ordered Jabra Elite 65t wireless earbuds on 5th of August. They were delivered on 10th of August but found to be defective. The left earbud is not working and raised a return request on the same day. Flipkart customer care contacted and gave troubleshooting instructions to be followed but were ineffective. Then a tech vist happened and technician declared the product as defective. I thought someone would come for pick up but strangely flipkart cancelled the return request without stating any reason. I called up customer care to know the reason and they are clueless why it was cancelled. They raised a new return request. The same story repeated for 3 times and they will raise a new request and escalate the issue whenever I contact them.

      And also it's showing the shipment is delivered to me in Flipkart

        I ordered for poco X2 mobile from flipkart on 9th of aug and the delivery date is 15th of august, today is 26th of august and the product is not yet delivered.
        the product is reached to the nearest hub on 13th aug itself after that what happened nobody is telling, they are not providing any response i had contacted coustmer care for lot of times but they dont have any contact details of delivery service, or the concerned team which raised my complaint on 17th of aug after i called them. They are taking coustmers grantedly they are not giving prooer response or respect or appology to the customer i literally begged them for proper information no use.

          I ordered a laptop 'cooling pad' from Flipkart on 16-AUG-2020 which cost 1, 599rs and paid the amount with my debit card. I canceled it on the same day hours later because of some personal reasons. Flipkart said the amount will be refunded by 25 of August. Now that day has passed and I haven't received any refund from them. The chatbot said they are working with smaller customer support teams so you may need to wait for longer than usual before you can speak to an agent. But how long? Will I get my money back? Or is it gone, Flipkart just stole my money? Help me please. I need that money back as soon as possible.

            My flipkart account has approx 800 coins and 500Rs which was deactivated by me but now I want to re-activate it but unable to do it . It is Giving error everytime I try to reactive. Please help

              I placed my order for this mosue on 14th Aug listed under flipkart assured and was given estimated delivery by 21st Aug.
              I checked my order status on 17th Aug but it was yet to be packed by the seller for which i raised a issue. The flipkart support assistant filed a complaint for which update was to be provided by 24th Aug.
              On 20th Aug, I received an email from the site regarding delay in delivery due to some unforseen issue and the delivery date was shifted to 26th Aug.
              On 24th Aug i checked the status of my complaint and found that it has been shifted to 25th Aug. I contacted the customer care support, where the guy furthur assured me that he has put me in priority list and the issue will be resolved shortly.
              On 25th Aug, that status of the complaint filed was updated to 'unresolved' with no furthur resolving date information. Furthermore on the same day, i received a mail from the site that the delivery date is again shifted to 31st Aug due to some unforseen issues with the seller. I contacted the customer care at 17:08 on 25th where the support guy assured me that the 'Issue Resolving team' would contact me by 21:00. But till date no response has been provided. I again contacted the customer care where the support guy again asked me to wait again for 48 hours for issue resolving and 31st Aug for delivery.
              I have already paid for the order beforehand and have been in touch with the different customer support multiple times and still didn't get any trustworthy or reliable response.
              On the site, the order status is still not packed yet.
              I have waited and have invested more than enough time for this product and wont opt for the cancellation of the prouct. I want proper feedback on this query and my placed order asap. Got a complain id in the form of " IN[protected] ", hope it helps.

                  Hello,

                  I am very sorry to write to this now as my Replacement request is closed by Flipkart without informing me and now i have received mail for the same.

                  This is very much unfortunate to get this type of service after getting the below mail from Flipkart.

                  I think it is a tricky Fraud that flipkart has done. After they got the return period in completed they closed this return Request so i can not return it now.

                  Requesting you to take action against it otherwise i will reach to Forum(Official and Social) to make all others customers aware and to make sure no one do shopping from this cheater company.

                  If nothing happened on this then I know how to do tricky activities agianst it.

                      I ordered a laptop which costs 1, 14, 990rs on 14 aug 2020. I have cancelled the order because they cant include our company gst number. On 18 aug 2020 the seller have trasnfered the amount itseems and a message came that your amount will be refunded within 24 aug 2020. But still i dint receive the amount. The payment was done through net banking (Tamilnady merchantile bank). Will attach the last transaction of the bank.

                        I ordered the phone on 8th of August, delivery time was 14th of August, then it was changed to 21st of August with no updates regarding the product. A complaint was raised and I was told that I will receive a call by 25th of August. Now they changed the complain deadline by 26th of August. It's a prepaid order on EMI and first installment has already been deducted with interest. Flipkart didn't even contact me once from it's side and no giving me any details regarding the order.

                          I have purchased the phone from Flipkart and when the same was delivered and then i saw the packing was unsealed and the phone was missing.
                          I have received and in the box, only charger is available to the phone was missing. When the courier boy given the delivery. I felt something is missing. I complained to the Flipkart and informed about the same and they said the same will be resolved within 72 hours and today its been more than 4 days and i have not received any resolution from their end and they have closed my complaint without any resolution.

                          I am your customer and waiting for a resolution from 14 days and you people closed my case without any resolution. What did you confirm with your courier service provider I have not received my phone and lost my hard-earned money 18k. You people are playing with me by saying the seller can't fulfill my request. Hell, you are talking. I am not at all satisfied with your service no customer service and satisfaction. I have provided you all the relevant documents still no resolution. I am going to raise my complaint to the consumer forum. You people are just looting the customers and befooling them. let me know who the hell your seller give me the contact details of your seller.

                            I had ordered 12 notebooks of classmate and in my Flipkart order section it is showing that both 12 notebooks is delivered but in the package that I received only six copies are there so what to do
                            Also box weight on box is written as 5.49 kg and when I weigh up its real weight is 2.7 kg

                              I placed an order for nokia 3310 ds phone on 25th august 2020 on flipkart. The payment was processed and "confirmed" by my bank. I also received a reference for the payment from my bank but the flipkart website says "order pending" and "payment not yet confirmed from the bank".

                                This is Vinay from Vadodara. I have ordered asian shoes for my wife from Flipkart. My product was to be delivered by 17th of August but then the date was transferred to 18th of August. When I contacted Flipkart they said that they are continuously working on it, and then they said that the issue will be resolved by 25th of this month.                                 I got delivery of Realme Buds 2 from Flipkart on 23/08, but the product was fake without any packaging and warrenty paperwork. I called Flipkart they told me to wait for the call from our team but it's been 3 day no one have called me regarding my issue. My return period will be over on 30/08. Please look in this matter as fast as you can.

                                    Hi,
                                    Flipkart delivered washing machine on 11-Aug-2020. But till now installation is not done.

                                    I have called the flipkart customer care 30 times and every time they are taking request and asking me to wait for 48 hours from past 2 weeks. There is no resolution from flipkart and return policy also expired in order history without installing product.

                                    I want to take legal action on this issue and ready to submit all proofs (Screenshots and call recordings with flipkart customer care)

                                      I had applied for laptop exchange offer. When ekart person came, he rejected on basis of boot time. He told that it took more time than necesary. It is not written anywhere in thier policy.
