I rohit kumar and my flipkart number [protected] and my concern is about my account as my account is blocked and my amount is stucked with flipkart you people blocked my account when i complaint regarding my product and still i didt get my money for the product as daily i am compaining and calling to call centers they are always giving me 72hrs time line for resolution see i am already sent a mail to you so many times but no one is responding even i tweeted my concern but still i didt get any resolution always you peoples are saying “trust we have classified shame on your company flipkart this is big company and you people are making me fool and fraud as its my huge amount of rs32995 from last 4 months i am complaining and struggling this is lockdown time but no one is ready to resolve my issue what is this service issue also and there is no proper help to the customers even i saw in the social platforms all the social handles i have checked everybody is suffering try issues to understand me i want my money i have paid huge amount and from the march month i am complaing regarding my return of product you can see that 4 times my return request has been cancelled from your end i want the account to be unblocked and iniate the refund of rs 32995 as already 4 months i have waited but you people are sending me the copy paste replies and i would like to inform you that in my account there is no email id is registerd at the time of account signup i was not updated any email so on call with flpkart customer care they haven’t updated till now and kindly reply back here and please don’t send me the same copy paste messege as number of returns you are stating but i request you to check i have given return request because it’s wrong item deliverd to me kindly provide my account to be unblocked and inaite the refund and update this email [protected]@gmail.com i dont know wherther they updated my email or not because whenever i am writting complaint over the mail i am not getting any reply here and your call centers are saying we have send a mail to you and reply to that mail and as i can check there is no mails from your end istead of offer mails of flipkart atlast kindly call me regarding my issue please try to understand flipkart already its 4month over but i did’nt receive my money during this lockdown you peoples are just giving me 72hrs time to resolve the issue like that but its completly fake commitments there so many complaint its above 100 times complaints i am mentioneing the order is here ;- od[protected]

    My flipkart is not crediting my gems. As i am winning crazy cannon live game and winning gems but the gems are not credited. This problem arises for the past four days. So i request to solve this issue as fast as possible.

      I received a damage item on 23/07/2020 same day i called customer care they said it will be replacement 31/jul/2020 and no one come, again call customer care they said it will be delivery 02/08/2020 and no one come, again i call customer care they said it will be delivery on 08/08/2020 and no one come, again i call customer care they said it will be delivery on 17/08/2020 and no one come, again i call customer care they said it will be before 24/aug and today is 24/Aug no one come or no call received from Flipcart. i send many email but there is no reply from flipcart.

      this is how flip-cart service, they just want to take money there is no solution if you received any damage item.

        I purchased realme air buds and received on 17th August, i immediately found out that it is defective and not fitting into my ears. I asked for refund and they told me to go for service center in this lockdown time. So, I raised formal complaint to them and chasing for more than a week and no response from them and not at all updating me on the resolution. My 4K is with them and i do not want to keep this useless product with me. They don't know how to treat customers. They lost one valuable customer.

          I ordered my phone on 10th of August the promised delivery date given to me was 20th of August, it reached the nearest hub on 19th of August but still wasn't delivered to me saying "it has been cancelled as it could not be delivered even after multiple attempts" when the truth is that it was never out for delivery, no calls were made to resolve the problem and I was at the delivery adress at all times. Then today they cancelled the order. I need this issue resolved and I NEED MY ORDER NOT A REFUND. They can't just cancel the orders just because they're not able to deliver on time. You need to improve on this.

          I bought my Motorola One fusion plus in Jan 2021, and it has not even been five months o[censored]sage, that the screen broke. It fell from the bed, and got damaged severely. I did not expect that. I bought motorola in full confidence that it was one of the sturdiest handset out there. As it claimed. But seems like they are selling cheap stuff ! Both Flipkart and Motorola. I want refund or exchange.

              Dear team jeeves,

              Hope this mail finds you well!!!

              I am writing this mail in a very disappointing circumstances because my kodak tv which i purchased in december 2018 and took an extended warranty (Invoices attached) is not working since last week.

              The point of disappointment is due to following

              1. I lodged a complaint on 14th august 2020 and engineer (Mr arshu) visited on 17th august 2020 and found pcb faulty on the basis of his diagnosis which he told us it will take a week for the pcb to be replaced.
              2. Engineer completed the call on 18th august 2020 with remarks "customer has rescheduled for another two day" which i got to know when i called the service centre number [protected] (The number was given by mr arshu).
              My question is if the machine is faulty how an engineer can close the service call with wrong information?

              3. I called the service centre again then they said you please get the complaint lodged again which i did on 18th august and till today 21st 2020 i was not contacted by anyone. Even the call is also not registered till now for service
              4. Today is 24th august and nobody has visited till now

              This made me dissapointed customer for flipkart and jeeves
              Next time i shall think so many times before purchasing anything from flipkart

                Dear Sir,
                I want to inform you that the OD[protected] mentioned order that I have ordered this product 21st of August 2020 11 AM in COD (including a discount offer 15%) for the offer given by the flipkart company that this product is delivered by one day delivery that is 22.08.2020.

                So that day I was waiting for whole of the day but the product not received in my home also I contacted the flipkart he told me we are sorry, please you wait for tomorrow I will delivered to you the 23.08.2020.

                But this day also over they are not respond as per just their careless services.

                I want to inform you that as per tracking report to this order flipkart through ECART LOGISTICS my product last updated tracking report 21.08.2020 at 5PM from Kolkata still not any progress.

                But I want to inform you that as per my location from Kolkata hub just 1, 2 hours by road distance but they are not resolved my issue that I want the product for my urgency as per their mentioned date.

                I want to inform you that still they are just talking sorry sorry but they are not respond as seriously to deliver my product.

                I want to this product for urgent for this moonson weather cause this is the umbrella.
                But they are not action for delivery also not updated their system.
                I think this product will be cancelled by flipkart from somedays as per their behaviour.
                So now I decided to file a consumer helpline page.
                I think I want to a positive resolution.
                Please find the three attachment.

                  Why am i getting error "awb does not exist" when i track the status of my order placed from flipkart?

                      Ordered phone from flipkart but received wrong product and even after 10+ days I didn't even got any update about that and still the wrong product is with me and i paid 12990 for that mobile and i got tecno spark 2 which cost around 9999 approx. The company and the seller are not giving any response even after so much complains registered by me. This is kind of a cheat these sellers are doing and indirectly they are representing flipkart so its a question on flipkart that how such sellers can work with this type of behavior with a reputed e-commerce company.
                      Need officials to have a look.

                        I received a product which was used and I opted for return in Flipkart. But on the date of pickup some one called and asked for the address and after sometime SMS was sent explaining pickup unsuccessful.Next day the same thing happened and noi one turned for the pickup.Now I am unable to return the product no refund has been initiated. Even the flipkart customer care service is not available.This is not at all tolerable.

                          I have ordered a poco x2 on flipkart on 16th august through prepaid payment and the seller of the mobile is truenet commerce. My order got confirmed and i got the delivery date of 22nd august. It is 23rd august today and the product is not packed yet and my payment is done already. They have also given me new delivery date of 26th august but the product is not packed yet. What am i supposed to do now? Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                I have ordered Realme c11 2gb/32gb varient as on 12th August and it was supposed to be delivered within 16th Aug and which was cancelled and deliver on 17th Aug as mentioned by Flipkart, but i have not received the product till now (23rd August)

                                At first i have raised the issue regarding this issue to flipkart customer care. I have been told that it will be solved by 24th Aug, Since last 1week i was taking followup from customer care But today i got a call from customer care and he was saying to cancel the order and placed the new order, The phone i have ordered was in sale event of realme c11phone, Now i have to wait again for next sale and availability of the phone stock.

                                I have wasted the 1week of time for followup, Now i dont want to cancel the order, I need the delivery of the same product/phone as soon as possible

                                  I had ordered one refrigerator on Date 12th August by doing exchange of my old refrigerator from Flipkart, which was delivered by Ekart on Date 21st August. on Date 22nd August Samsung Representative came for Installation But after unboxing of Refrigerator we found damaged refrigerator. Now when as per policy i urged flipkart for replacement of Refrigerator then they denied for same. My old Refrigerator is already with them new one i can not use due to damage.

                                      I ordered
                                      Skycandle.in disc brake lock brake lock 1 disc lock with order id od[protected] was expected to deliver by 21st august but i got a text from flipkart that your expected date has been changed to 23rd of august (Sunday) being a working professional i don't work on saturday and sunday that's the reason i opted shipping address as work instead of home. I won't be available on sunday at working premises. I would like to ask is it relevant to change date to non-working days? Being a flipkart plus customer i can't expect flipkart to be so insensible with their prime customers. Kindly take a note of this issue and try not to repeat these kind of blunders.

                                        Hello,

                                        I have ordered for three items and the delivery of all those three items went on a toss.

                                        1. Pressure cooker
                                        2. Cloth
                                        3. Office chair

                                        The pressure cooker has been ordered on August 2, 2020. The item reached the nearest hub. It’s was in the hub for 9 days. 9th day I got a message saying that your order has been canceled. Called the flipkart customer support, they said the seller has canceled the order since the delivery executive was not able to contact us. But no one has called us.

                                        Cloth - it has been the ordered on August 10, 2020. The product has been packed shipped from Kolkata. It’s August 23, 2020. Still the product has not reached Bangalore. As usual, customer support people told, they will raise a case and will get the product delivered by August 16, 2020. They also said some unforeseen circumstances. So the product will be delivered before August 22, 2020. Now, the product was not delivered nor a refund. The product is in middle of nowhere..!!

                                        Office chair - I have ordered the office chair on August 10, 2020. The promised date is August 23, 2020. The product has been shipped from Bangalore. Instead of coming towards Bangalore, it’s going towards Hosur. Called flipkart, they said sorry for the inconvenience sir. We will raise a concern with eKart team and get it delivered As early as possible.

                                        How can I trust flipkart services provided the last two items has been canceled and not refunded. Also, frequently making users call flipkart support is annoying.
