I received a fake pair of realme headset on 29th of July for which I received a replacement on 14th of August which were as fake as the first delivered product. Since then I've been trying to place the return request but Flipkart keeps on delaying the same from 18th to 22nd, 24th, 26th, 29th, 31st and now 1st of sept which has also passed by still nothing has happened. When speaking to the customer service agents they say that their courier services Ekart Logistics has not updated their system for my replaced product that was delivered to me as "Delivered". Honestly, It is not my concern if there is a technical glitch or a petty excuse made up to stop my return/refund. It has been a month now and it's a mental torture to follow up on Flipkart's customer service calls, reviews and emails time and again. I want my return product pickup and refund amount credited to my bank account ASAP.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received a lot of calls from the social media team, highest escalation team and customer service team regarding the issue. I had to constantly mail them regarding the delay in the resolution with reminder mails and eventually I received a refund for the fake product received. Customer service team was of no help, mailing them was the best resort in my case though it took 2 months to resolve the issue I have finally got the refund.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
