Dear flipkart & ambrane,
I bought ambrane 27000mah power bank on 17 may 2020 through flipkart. I was happy, but now it is not working properly, and i am very disappointed with this product. When the power bank is connected to the mobile phone, it does not charge the mobile phone. It automatically turns off the power bank after 1-2 sec. But the power bank is not charging while charging it. no response to the toll-free number of ambrane and flipkart customer service, i have made many phone calls.
Kindly do refund my money, change this power bank, otherwise ambrane and flipkart will file an fir against the company.

Hi, Thanks for writing in. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Ambrane 27000 mAh Power Bank (Fast Charging, 18 W). Since the product was delivered to you on 19th May 20, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that there has been no response from the authorized service center Ambrane yet. I assume my product will not be repaired and the product is under warranty. Therefore, I request Flipkart not to sell any inferior quality products on Flipkart.

Note - I suggest to all friends that you do not buy any products from Flipkart. I bought an Ambrane 27000mAh power bank (fast charging, 18 W) from Flipkart, but this is a poor quality product and Flipkart is now selling inferior quality products.

    We bought a brand new poco m2pro by trying a lot (Flashsale). We put great effort to buy a phone as it is a pandemic period and short of money. After all the hardwork and effort, were so happy when it came.
    After unboxing we directed phone to charging after that we saw something like a "display damage" (I don't know what's the exact word for that)
    Can you believe that a brand new phone with lot of excitement changed to grief all of sudden.
    As we believe flipkart is one of the best trusted and good group we ordered and gave money
    Its the responsibility of flipkart to check the products they are selling.
    Either need a replacement or compensation.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I order my product on 28th July 2020, and dilivered on 1st aug 2020.

      I received my product is totally different brand, I order a desktop of DGCAM Core i5 (8 GB DDR3/500 GB/ Windows 10 Home / 512 MB/ 17.1 inch screen / All in Computer 12310)

      But I received different brand i.e Monitor is "Crystal" brand and keyboard and mouse is "Intex" brand.

      This order replacement policy is 10 days.

      I request for replacement on 1st day of delivery but this request is cancelled by seller.

      I request for replacement 2nd and 3rd times but this request is cancelled by seller.

      Please concern my query and help to replace my order.

      I already have 25 days of my query but not solve by seller.

        On date 18 aug i tried to brought a laptop on flipkart and when i paiy for it a amount of 49998 was debited from my account and transfered to flipkart internet priv as printed on my passbook and my bank also said that the amount was successfully transfered to flipkart but when i call i call flipkart they said that we didn't received amount i have given every proof that proves that the amount was transferred to flipkart seller please help.

          I ordered poshak women printed flared kurta, order id : od[protected] is actual delivery date is 25th august 2020. But till today 27th august 2020 the product is not delivered... Our delivery area is not under containment zone, triple lockdown etc... This is the 3rd product is going to be cancelled... On ordered time showing delivery is available, then why make these type of issues... Now the product is also be out of stock...
          I also agreed to pickup the querier from the delivery agents mentioned locations...
          Do the needful early as possible...

            After playing YouTube when we exit to come back on cable tv the tv turns black and it has to be turned off and turn it on back again then it becomes normal .We bought the tv on May 25 2020 and have started facing issue.

                  I booked flight ticket from Flip kart travel But it’s cancelled by the airline due to COVID restrictions during lockdown. I contacted to airasia airlines and they confirmed that they had already given the refunded amount to travel agent.

                  But Flipkart not refunded the money which is already refunded by airline to them .I contact Flipkart customer care but they have no answer and they are now refusing to refund my money by telling several stories. I already frustrated with the service of Flipkart. Whenever i email them to refund my amount they start to tell different procedures by different customer executives.

                  Without knowing anything flipkart executive saying airlines will refund. But how airlines will know my my bank details? such a lame execuses flipkart are giving.

                  I booked flight ticket from Flip kart travel But it’s cancelled by the airline due to COVID restrictions.                       This is regarding the failed transaction happened from my hdfc account towards payment for flipkart pay later.
                      As flipkart's beneficiary bank for pay later is idfc, my payment transaction was initiated for idfc for the amount rs 6884/-, the transaction was done at 12:05am on 10th january 2020, upi transaction id[protected]. This transaction was showing successful however at 12:07 got another notification that transaction cannot be completed and so refund was initiated, however this transaction got failed and we haven't received the amount back in my account, upi transaction id of refund transaction is[protected]. I have attached screenshots of all transactions.
                      When i checked with flipkart customer care they said that they haven't received the payment, however i didn't get the refund for the amount as well. For flipkart pay later i did another payment on same day later, which was received by flipkart.

                      So i had checked with my bank, hdfc for chargeback sheet on the transaction, and they had confirmed that the amount is with idfc bank. When hdfc was trying to get refund from idfc, idfc was giving response that goods and services is already processed for the transaction to the customer. The id which was given was pzt[protected]wx4k101.
                      However i haven't received any goods and services for this payment as flipkart also confirmed that they haven't received payment.

                          I stay in bangalore, i ordered a phone on 21st Aug, the phone was shipped from bangalore and flipkart delayed my order 3 times taking up a total of 8 days for delivery n still i see that my shipment is in motherhub of malur from past 4 days ... i dont understand what flipkart is trying to do here . either they faked my order or they dont have stock of the product.

                            I had ordered a pair of turtle beach gaming headphonea from flipkart. The headphones came with a 1yr warranty. After just one month the headphones has become unstable. It only gives out sound from one of the earcups. The volume rocker wheel has also become obsolete and whenever i try to adjust the volume, it further lowers the volume and the music stops in tbe headphones altogether. The seller is not replacing or repairing the product and syas that 10 days return policy has ended while the product clearly has 1yr warranty period.

                              I bought a jbl wireless bluetooth headphone from flipkart on august 7, 2020 and received product on august 13, 2020. On receiving i found the product was an already opened piece and seal didn't look fresh. Upon opening further and checked the headphones, found the ear padding was damaged and it will completely worn out if we use for a week. Hence i requested for return/exchange on aug 13, 2020. On aug 14 flipkart raised return request and on aug16th jeeves technician visited to inspect and agreed it's damaged product. But on 16th aug, i got message that return rejected with comment as "problem solved by troubleshooting". From aug 16 till today (26th august, 2020) i'm chasing flipkart for return/exchange but no proper response / resolution. Looking for some help

                                I have won a Saregama carwaan bluetooth speaker on 1st august but have not received neither notification nor sms.
                                Now in the coupon section it is showing the pruze for 1Rs but after clicking on the coupon the prize is not showing 1Rs it is normal 6k showing.

                                  I purchased a laptop from Flipkart and found pixel defect on display now they are not willing to give replacement and refund and they keep asking me for defect confirmation from dell and when i contact Dell they told me we can't do anything in this ask Flipkart for replacement or refund.
