I ordered LG tv with product I’d (OD[protected] on 14th Aug that is to be delivered on 19th Aug. Deliver person told me that since it’s broken so it will be delivered in next three days. Nots it’s 2 Sep and. not even a proper date is given to me. Every time I connect fliptkart customer care they keep on saying we will rectify this issue in next 24-48 hours. I am hearing this every day and now they not even cancelling my order. I asked to connect me to higher management so for every call they please call after 2 hrs as no one is available. Kindly help me to rectify this issue.

        The geyser I purchased on Aug. 10th has stopped working since installing I have been waiting from the past 20 days for refund and there is no Response. I have contacted them
        for return way before the return period. My issue has not been resolved and they keep giving me a date and nobody is calling me or giving a response. I have lost 2949/-. The order ID- OD[protected].

          I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

            The pick up for my dell laptop (Order id - od[protected] was scheduled twice and no one visited my house regarding the pickup and rejected my request basis fake reason that there was a product mismatch. I am been trying to get this resolved but the flipkart team is not helping me and they are putting false reasons to reject my request. This is against the policy and i request the indian consumer complaints forum to take strict action against flipkart.

              I have returned a product with
              Order ID - OD[protected].
              I raised number of issues for my refund. but support staff is either stupid/or flipkart as a whole is fraud.

              I have told them, My registered number is not functional. But still they send me link to my old number to fill my bank details. And this has happened number of times. Same things they just keep on repeating. ###!!!

                  I had my flight tickets booked via Flipkart Travel for dates 2nd April COK to IDR and 23rs April COK to IDR.
                  But due to Covid 19 the flights got cancelled. As for the refund we were initially told that Indigo Airlines (Flight I had booked in) have created a Credit Shell for which I had got respective mails as well from Indigo Airlines.
                  But last month I came to know that as per govt regulations travel agents were refunding the amounts stuck in the credit shell.
                  So when I inquired about the credit shell amount to indigo they said, they have already given the respective amount to my travel agent FLIPLART Travels on around July 1st week for both my credit shells.
                  I've been asking flipkart to cancel my bookings last month onwards but till date they haven't been able to do so. All what I get to hear from their side is that the cancellation is under process even though they say that the first booking 2nd April booking ID FF[protected] has been cancelled on July 4th 2020 and 23rd April booking FF[protected]has been cancelled on 7th July 2020, the status is their app and website still states as Cancellation Pending..
                  And according to thier representatives as long as the status is under pending.. Refund is under process.

                  Sir/Madam, I humbly request you to please look into the matter and help me get my refund back.. Flipkart has been blocking my refund during such tough times which in itself is a very pathetic customer service from their end..

                            I received a fake pair of realme headset on 29th of July for which I received a replacement on 14th of August which were as fake as the first delivered product. Since then I've been trying to place the return request but Flipkart keeps on delaying the same from 18th to 22nd, 24th, 26th, 29th, 31st and now 1st of sept which has also passed by still nothing has happened. When speaking to the customer service agents they say that their courier services Ekart Logistics has not updated their system for my replaced product that was delivered to me as "Delivered". Honestly, It is not my concern if there is a technical glitch or a petty excuse made up to stop my return/refund. It has been a month now and it's a mental torture to follow up on Flipkart's customer service calls, reviews and emails time and again. I want my return product pickup and refund amount credited to my bank account ASAP.

                            I received a lot of calls from the social media team, highest escalation team and customer service team regarding the issue. I had to constantly mail them regarding the delay in the resolution with reminder mails and eventually I received a refund for the fake product received. Customer service team was of no help, mailing them was the best resort in my case though it took 2 months to resolve the issue I have finally got the refund.

                              I have ordered for a pack of two boxers pf XL size at 359 rs, they sent me medium size boxer, which even if i want i cant use it, now they are not replacing stating no return or replacement policy, I understand this policy but atleast provide me the right product i have ordered, its totally flipkart fault and its unfair, please help me in replacing the product

                                I had placed a request and made money for the product which is of black colour. Though i received a different colour, as a normal behaviour i raised a replacement request and this became messy since this. They initially stated they want an email id and i tried updating my mail id. Later after few days it was found that the mail id was used in an old account which i had created. It had a mobile number that i do not use any longer. I asked them to close that account and release my email id from that account but they did not work and instead they asked me to create a new mail id!!! Why would i create a new mail id for this transaction? Later the request got closed on the application for which i did not get any notification. While browsing other products, i saw the ticket was closed just the day before and i re-opened. This time they asked for an id proof. I submitted my aadhar and after few days they closed the incident stating that the aadhar is invalid!!! Now i am not sure what else can be done for my id!!! And why would someone ask id proof for replacement. They closed this incident and when i called back they started playing smart on call and was not helpful. Every time i put a request, someone calls and disconnects the call as if it was planned among themselves. I have placed 6 call-backs and they agents on all these 6 calls disconnected the calls.

                                Till now it was for the product but the behavioural response from these agents made it really bad. I need a proper response on this.

                                    The below shipments from Flipkart are still not delivered even after the scheduled date of delivery finished . most of them have no updates since 10 days . i have contacted customer service many time still no change .                                         I purchased call of duty 2019 pc std. Version on 22 aug 2020. Received delivery on 29 aug 2020. The product delivered i. E. The code slip is invalid for a non existent game on steam platform. The above game version is not available on steam platform. So in effect the genuine game i ordered was not delivered to me.
                                        I have been cheated by a well known online shopping site flipkart.
                                        Hence either my money is refunded immediately or the genuine game is delivered to me.
