I have ordered "fabrify baby reversible round bedding tub set cum mattress" on 6th august. It was supposed to be delivered on 12th august. Regarding this delivery issue, i have contacted the customer care. There are around 8-10 calls made for this issue to the customer care.
Initially i was promised that the product will be delivered by 17, then 20, 21, 22 and 24, 26, 27 and now 31. These are all the dates i was told that the product will be delivered.
I am not getting the cancel order option and the same goes with customer care as well. Because it is with the courier facility. They are asking me to cancel the order once the wish master calls me. I totally lost hope whether the wish master will call me or not.
I would request you to intervene and assist me to atleast get my order delivered asap. And take strict action for the delay in the order delivery. Even i asked for a senior member for a call back to explain the issue related to the order delivery. I have not received any call yet.

I have ordered Crompton mixer grinder in flipkart. At first I received a damaged product and requested for a replacement.
Today I got the replacement and the product which got delivered today is used and damaged one. It is really disappointing a lot. I want an explanation.
