    I ordered two pairs of sandals from Flipkart and received only one pair in the box but it costs me the price of two. In the bill, it's clearly mentioned that there are two products inside. But when I opened it there was only one.

      I purchased a hp bag (Order id. Od[protected] on 14th august and it got delivered on 29th august. I wanted to make a return but my account have been blocked sinced the day i tried to make return. I contacted the customer service many time. They said we have escalated your problem to the concerned team. Your problem will be solved with 4 days. But i always got a mail from customer support that your have blocked due to unusual high number of return. And i also contacted them on twitter and the same process went again and again and they didn't even reply. I mail that i got everytime is always the same. I tried all the options but my problem isn't solved.

      I am unhappy with the product that i got and mostly my orders are prepaid. I am a plus member. I am a regular customer of flipkart and if i am not satisfied with the product then i obviously make a return. At least i deserve from the customer support but they didn't contacted.

      It means that the product will not be returned.
      On 2nd July 2020 I gave my mobile to Jeeves of Flipkart to repair my mobile. According to Jeeves mobile insurance they should repair and return my mobile within 15days. But it's already 2months, they are not returning my mobile. Whenever I called them they told me that mobile has been serviced, and asked me to wait for 5days because they can't generate tracking ID for courier. But when today I called them they told me that mobile has not been serviced yet. Im suffering of agony and mental pain due to this. They are not returning my mobile.
      They are responding properly.

        Sir,
        I purchased a xiomi mi 4a pro 32 inch led android tv and which got delivered on 27th august 2020. From the date of delivery of my tv iam very much anxious about the installation process of new tv. From the date of delivery i thoroughly checked the date of demo and installation of tv will be conducted. I checked my orders and it shows that installation and demo service got cancelled on 26th august. From the date of delivery towards 29th august evening i got contacted your customer service and informed the same to them. They told me that they had made attempts to solve the issue and and it will reflect in 24 hours. I cntacted jeeves, demo and installation service provider. They told me that flipkart doesn't gave instruction to conduct demo and installation service of my tv and they told me that, contact flipkart and told them to raise tickets. From 27th august evening towards 29th august evening i contacted flipkart. But no improvements i couldn't see. I am very much sad for causing delay in demo and installation service. I request you to take sufficient action to solve the issue and gave instruction to service provider to conduct installation and demo at the earliest.

          Flipkart account blocked and flipkart pay later pending payment

          Hi Sir,
          This issue is regarding my account.
          Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
          I am a plus member from past 2 years. Currently I have more than 500
          supercoins with nearly 200 on the way.
          I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
          I am willing to pay.
          Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
          not a reseller,...

          On 18 aug i had requested for the return and now its been 11 days i didnt get an update regarding the pick up and refund process. Every time i call the customer support first it has been told my issue will resolved by Aug 30th and now it has been telling to wait till sept 5 . I have orderd the laptop for my educational purpose and i cant attend classes due to your irresponsibilty. I couldnt wait anymore if i wouldn't get a reply from your side i will be filing a case in high court. I want a quick pickup and refund at any cost it has been already been 11 business days and cant wait any longer. Expecting a quick response from your side.

            I ordered a hero cycle from Flipkart which got delivered on 28th August
            During assembly, there was no perceivable defect, but during usage, the chain was getting detached very frequently.
            Due to covid, there wasn't any cycle shop that was open as we live in a very remote area. Also heavy rains deterred testing of the cycle further.
            Further, when we got access to a cycle shop, it was informed that the cycle has a manufacturing defect - the rod is tilted sue to which the chain keeps on detaching.
            The return policy is exhausted, but we need some way of return or replacement or refund as we cannot use the cycle.

              I have been trying to order one unit of poco x2 (6/64 gb version) since 27/08/2020. The product page shows the product is in stock and gives me a delivery estimate too. After everytime i order one poco x2, the order is placed and within 5 minutes the order is being cancelled. This has happened almost 10 times and the customer support has been of no benefit at all. This is a highly frustrating and careless behavior from a company of such repute adding to customer harassment.

                The delivery boy don't deliver the products at proper address, mentioned in my profile. His behavior was too much rude. The delivery date is today but i can't get the parcel.                   Dear sir/ madam,

                  I have ordered a steelbird adonis
                  Dashing motorbike helmet (Order id: od[protected] on 12th august, 2020 and it was delivered on 14th august, 2020. But due to size issue a return had been placed on 14th august, 2020 and it was showing in the status that the product will be picked up by 15th august, 2020 and refund will be processed by august 16th. But till date the pickup has not been done and numerous times i contacted the customer care for the same but every time they assured me to resolve the issue by next 48 hours and i was told that i would get a call from flipkart regarding the issue, but till date i didn't get any call from flipkart regarding the issue and also i got mail from flipkart claiming that they couldn't reach me although i didn't get any calls from them. Current status of the product is given below. Please find the attached files.
                  Please solve this issue and give my refund back as soon as possible.

                    I have made fool by flipkart since one month. As my flight cancelled and flipkart travels told me to wait for it as it will take some days. Nothing happened so i called them again they told me that it will take 15 days to respond about further information so i waited for the same nothing happened and i mailed them again due to my medical personal emergency as i was in need of money urgently. But they told me to wait again i waited. Then they told airline didn't refund my money so i asked the airline they told they already did. And gave me the proof in text and gave flipkart the evidence of the talk which they asked me to do to initiate my refund. But no one responded well still they are doing the same. It's going to be a month now. No care for customers who are paying and spending there sweat money.

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I sushant sinha would like to draw you attention to the issue with my order id - od[protected] for iimraz furniture l 56 engineered wood study table worth inr 1399. The order was placed on 5th aug and the expected delivery date was 18th aug. I did not receive the order yet as of 30th aug moreover the customer care is unable to resolve or provide any concrete resolution. Each time i tried reaching out to the customer care i am being instructed to either wait for 24 hours or 48 hours however this hasnt led to any resolution yet. Moreover the customer care executives hang up the call mid way when they dont have an answer. The same repeated pre scripted response is all i had been receiving. No product delivered. No one from flipkart is really looking into this hence i am reaching out to you to help resolve this.

                          Dear sir/madam
                          I ordered a marble cutter machine on 16/08/2020. and i received it on 20/08/2020 I have paid amount on COD. But the product is not that which i ordered. they sent me wrong company's machine.
                          I ordered I Bell company's machine and they sent me Maxima company's machine. From 20/08/2020 I request for a complaint regularly but daily they give me a new date for further process. They asking me for PAN card, Aadhar Card i give them all but after that they not refund my money or even not replace my product. after 10 days i got very upset. so kindly file a case against them that they refund my amount as soon as possible. this machine stalled my work.

                          Flipkart agree to replace my product and they sent me the replace product today (02 sept. 2020) but again flipkart send me wrong company's product. I declined to accept this product. So kindly request him to sent me I Bell company's marble cutter which i ordered. Or refund my amount as soon as possible. Due to this mistake of flipkart my work is pending . Kindly take action as soon as possible.

                              Hellow sir,
                              I purchased a realme c12 mobile phone which is delivered on 29th august, 2020. It is below avarage model. Camera quality is very poor, 3gb ram not support any game. So i want to return this faulty product and get my refund. But there are no return option shown in system till not. But a message also shown that 100 super coin will be credited after return period is over i. E 5th september. But the customer care executive today said that this product is not returnable. They misbehave with me and suddenly cut my call. The invoice send by flipkart shown that lenovo vibe ki note is exchange with this order. But they do not take my old device. They take cash rs 1900. Rs 7099 already paid through online. But generate wrong invoice indicate with old device exchange. Please do something.

                              They arrised a issued with device exchange problem and told that they solved it by 2nd september 2020. But today they told that return policy is not available. So it is not showing. Last call came from 8045306500. She clearly stated that return is not possible, go to service center.

                                  I have ordered 2 products on 18 aug 2020 but still not received. I contact customer then they give me date 28 aug 2020 but product not received then next date given 29 aug 2020 but product not received, now they give 1 sep 2020.
