Flipkart — My order is delayed

I have ordered a mobile of samsung and it has to receive by me at 6th april 2014 . But I talk to yours employees they have given the reason of holiday purpose... but we want the mobile on that day only because we have taken the ticket of my travelling it should to come today I have ordered on purpose of 24hr delivery for this delivery I have paid 90 Rs... So it had to come in one day... I think you accept my complaint and take some action against them...

I have bought New Asus Zedphone from Flip cart on 6th October 2014 & they have assured to deliver on 11th October 2014 just based on this confirmation i have ordered the product. I got sms also & i have track the status also it shows me to deliver the product on 11th October 2014 but now suddenly it shows that the delivery can be able to get by 15th October 2014. It's really a cheat becasue we get the same product in same price from Local mobile store also, now i want to cancel the order but they are not ready to do so

I booked a phone Moto E on 21th of Oct 2014 and they inform on mail as i will get it on 29th yesterday. I called them from last two days and still they are saying you will get it within Sep 2. I am not getting a proper response from CS.
If your not able to make commitment with customer it means your service is zero.I think you people thought that i[censored] give lots of discount on products public ignore you, its not possible.Wake-up..before customer
