I am a flip-kart customer from past 5 years. Last week i have placed order (Od[protected] but didn't received till now.
As my deliver date was on 4th august not received till now. I have sent many mails grievance no use of that. Barkath from grievance told will send it within 11. But he is also not replying to my mails.
Send my product soon as possible. I have also paid amount for that.

    I had order for a wrangler regular fit jean on 3rd august 2019 instead of a regular fit jeans they sent skin fit jeans however product was returned and also got the money refunded however since i was really looking for jeans then i came across lee regular fit jean and i ordered the jean on 8thaug 2019 and paid money onlin3 oncee again i ordered size 38. Once again incorrect product has been delivered once again skin fit jeans have been delivered.. I guess company is thinking customer is a fool and don't know the difference.. I frustrated now and i have decided to take this matter in to social media si the other customers should also know about this..

      I have buy jbl product from flipkart, after receiving i have faces some issue in product like call connectivity, volume touch button not working properly so that why i want to return the same product and i don't want this product anymore.

      But flipkart is not accepting return, because i am asking for refund. As per the policy there is option for refund. I have selected that option but they have rejected my request.

      This is very poor user experience i have ever got. If you guys cannot get your product back, don't run this site, amazon is very best site that yours.

      And you customer care is also not having any sense that how to talk with customers. Very poor website

        I have ordered a Rakhi set for my brother as Rakshabandhan is approaching. The product my brother have received is completely different from what I have ordered. The product he has received is not worth the amount paid. Please resolve this problem before Rakshabandhan. I was not expecting this from flipkart.

          On delivery it was as mentioned in the subject. Alongwith it a note was sent that if you don't want the product it will be returned or replaced. As it didn't match our order we sent a return reques. It's been now almost a month but return request is still not accepted. Instead receiving messages - concerned team will resolve by 11/8 n now by 15/8 at 7.30 p. M...

            I have been calling customer care from last 1 month and every day they have the same story. Your issue will be resolved in the next 48 hrs... There is an amount due in my flipkart pay later account which i want to pay but i am not able to login into my account... I am receiving calls at odd hours like in the night at 23.48 pm or in the morning at 5.30 am to pay the amount. I am ready to pay the amount but flipkart is not providing any resolution to my problem... Since the due date has gone so now they will charge extra money... I made a mistake by being a flipkart plus member and shopping from it... Please help me out, it's really bad to receive calls to pay money which i am ready to pay...

              Dear sir/ma'am,
              I have received a dell laptop charger with a wrong pin which is not compatible with my laptop. My laptop requires a charging pin of wider diameter and the charging pin description was missing in the details section hence i could not figure out the right one from the description.
              When i wanted to place a return request, they did not allow me as i was given only the replacement option. What will i do with the same product which is not compatible with my laptop? My money will go to waste. Kindly refund my amount or exchange the product for a compatible one. I
              Would have ordered it from amazon which is giving me in a much lesser amount and with an easy return policy.

                I was purchased women's watch on 6 aug and the delivery date was 10 aug however product was not received on time and in 13 aug i got a massage stating that your order has been cancelled and refunded, how it was cancelled without customer concern.

                No intimation
                No on time delivery

                My second query: i was tried to purchase another product from flipkart and delivery date was mentioned as 14 aug, after making the payment the delivery date was changed to 16 aug, so how could they changed the date

                  I ordered a laptop from retailnet on 8-8-19 in freedom sale it was confirmed and the delivery date was by 11-8-19. Today it's 13-8-19 still has'nt got my package, really disappointed. And also dismayed with the flipkart assistance no customer care number displayed in the app neither contact us number nothing. It's a request to please inquire into this as soon as possible.

                    I have placed order with flipkart to buy a mobile on exchange and the courier people cancelled picking up my old phone saying its broken when its not. He gave an idiotic fake reason and cancelled the order and whn i had word wid customer care they said they'll make sure they'll deliver the product but not they are saying they can't. Which is completely insane.. They are holding my 2 orders amount. They take almost a week to refund the amount. Same thing happened with my friend the courier guy just said the phone has opened for repair so he can't pick that phone and cancelled her order as well. So basically flipkart is accepting fake orders and cancelling the delivery of product giving unwanted reasons. I was following up with them from a week.. They have wasted my so much time and never delivered any product nor did they refund my amount..

                      I placed order of motorola vision one in exchange of moto g5s plus.
                      Expected delivery was on 22nd of july and the delivery person came without prior information. I had to ask him to come again at the end of the day since i hadn't taken backup. He checked the phone and told me the phone is fit for exchange and asked me to collect the new phone from their hub later after i take the back up. The person at the hub denied for the exchange. And after multiple complaints regarding the same incident, flipkart escalation team provided me dates after dates for resolution. They kept my prepaid money in their channel for 2 weeks and the refunded. During this time i complained multiple times and asked for prompt response which was keeping delayed.
                      The attitude of the hub incharge and delivery person hasn't been good.
                      Aug 11, i received a call from flipkart escalation team that their is nothing they can do about it.
                      I now have to pay interest for the amount they kept with them for 2 weeks, and flipkart has earned by delaying the response.

                        Supercomnet has received my order on 9th and yet today is 12th and still no update on the package. It is still showing order is being processed by seller while the delivery date was supposed to be 10th. Flipkart has no idea about my package and it seems apparently they don't knw anything about their own sellers. I will be leaving town but still they won't deliver my order. How do u expect customers to trust flipkart when they can't even communicate with their own god damn sellers. And why do they give a date if they ain't gonna follow it anyway.

                          I ordered a redmi k20 from flipkart and paid for it in advance as well. I was supposed to recieve the product on 10th aug and i can see that the phone has reached the nearest flipkart hub to me on 10th aug and yet i still haven't recieved it. Customer care representative has assured me that i will recieve the phone by aug15 and i can't wait that long. It is sad that i didnt even recieve a notification for the delay and that i had to contact customer service to get the update.

                              I had ordered some grocery items from flipkart on 3rd aug 2019. the delivery date was 8 aug but without intimation flipkart delay my order i also talked to customer care executive but no solution was found
                              i registered a complaint (complain number :-IN[protected] regarding order but no solution found even flipkart not updated regarding my complaint. the customer care executive her name was kavita singh was very rude.

                              i have already paid the amount when i ordered product.

                              this is the second time flipkart delay my order without intimation

                                I have issued a complaint to flipkart against wishmaster for cracking screen of my device while exchanging on 08/08/2019 order id: od[protected] dated 06/08/2019. Flipkart assured me solution within 10/08/2019 by callback but they didn't. I have contacted them again on 10/08/2019 and they extended deadline upto 12/08/2019 without giving any resolution & without any callback. Again i contacted on 12/08/2019 and again they extended deadline upto 14/08/2019. What's going on in flipkart! Careless service from them.

                                Shame!!!

                                  I had ordered for iphone x space gray from flipkart. The seller (Pradeep trades, jaipur) gave me a silver iphone x which is the us varient. There was nowhere mentioned on flipkart that it is an us varient. Fraud was committed with me. Flipkart deals with unauthorised sellers. The charger of the phone also looks like it has been used. Flipkart really has the worst customer support

                                    I am jayapala p m, i have ordered the above item on 15th july 2019, order id - od[protected]. The item not delivered at all, but the order details that shows delivered on 18th july 19 thought the item has not been delivered. I have sent two need help? In the flipkart app but the issue is not resolved. I request flipkart team to look in to the issue as early as possible. I am a premium customer for flipkart from the beginning of the flipkart launch in india. This is the first time i am facing this issue? Please look in to it as early as possible.

                                      This is in reference to my recent purchase of Samsung A70 phone, which was denied to deliver to me by ekart person, stating that the phone that I am exchanging, i.e. Oppo F1s has scratches on its upper back side and we can't accept it as per our policy and at the same time i called the customer care and also got the same revert.

                                      As per your policy:

                                      By participating in the exchange i confirm that i am the sole and absolute owner and/or user of the product mentioned above (Device).

                                      I understand that the following checks will be conducted by the delivery personnel who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device:

                                      A. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device.

                                      B. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger.

                                      C. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.

                                      D. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone

                                      The outcome, I got is I didn't received the new phone.

                                        I was paid my paylter of july due money was deducted from my account but i didn't get any conformation from flipkart. It shows due after my payment also.
                                        I was complaint 2 times to flipkart costumer care they said that your money was reached to flipkart we will updated in 2 to 3 days but after 1 week also it didn't resolve and my paylater account was suspended beacuse of non payment. i did the payment and i complaint twice they didn't respond correctly.please take appropriate action.
