Hi team,
I have ordered "toyhouse 3 in 1 mega push car ride on" on 9th aug, 2019 and the delivery date was 13th aug, 2019. But, now it is not delivered and changed to 20th aug, 2019. The status shows that the product is already in hyderabad and the order number is od[protected].
As per the status i could see that the product reached the nearest courier point on 13th aug it self. But, it was still extended for 7 days... I. E 5+7 = 13 days...
I called up customer care to check "when the order was just taking 5 days to deliver when i order a product from seller, why it was taking additional 7 days when the product is already in my city and near to the delivery place". That customer care person is not able to check that and saying you have to wait till 20th aug. I asked to escalate to next level and he said, my next level would give the same reply. I said it is my headache and not his concern and asked to escalate and after waiting for couple of minutes some lady named swetha i guess spoke to me and she hasn't inquired anything about my concern and directly mentioned that i have to wait till 20th aug. I said, first of all you should ask me what my concern is and then update me on what the resolution would be. She immediately disconnected the call. But not some stereo recorded answers... With out listening to what customer is asking for. Not sure how flipkart is recruiting such people and assigning them to customer care and supervisor departments... God save flipkart with such employees in customer care support...
I hope the flipkart people reading this complaint at least will be able to understand my question about why 7 days for delivering the product which already reached my city, when it was only taking 5 days for the product to reach from seller to delivery city...

Updated by mvkchaitanya Customer care called me back and was saying the same thing that the maximum date is 20th and it will be delivered by then . I asked them why it was taking days to deliver a product with in the city . They again say it will be delivered by 20th Aug... Pathetic customer care...

Someone named Sankalp Jaiswal has called me and stating the same reason.. some operational issue and so the product is not being delivered in time and though it is in city will take days and days or weeks of time...and that too in a very high tone as if I work under you and I haven;t done some work.. Pathetic people...

Updated by mvkchaitanya Hope you start taking interviews and train them them before taking them into customer care... rather than placing such arrogant people in customer care
