As I order hitcolus shoes ..size 8 and they mention in recipet as 8 no. But in inside the box there is larger size.. it happen second time .. and in Flipkart there are no option for replacement .. I don't want refund because same product rate is so high.. I want replacment

    Ordered sony sa-d40 80w bluetooth home audio speaker on flipkart. Promised delivery date was 14 aug 2019, the product was not delivered on 14th august, i've enquired on toll-free number of flipkart, the flipkart team promised that they will delivered within 3days as they failed to deliver on promised date. On 16th now flipkart team saying it will take till 20 aug 2019.

      I have order boat headphone from flipkart. Excepted delivery was 13 aug, but on 15 aug product was not delivered so i called customer care and she ensured me that our customer service executive will get back to me. Today order was cancled tell delivery person was not able to reach even after multipal attempt, but i didnt received any call from delivery person.

        Dear sir,
        I had ordered a rakhi set for my brother on the auspicious occasion of rakshabandhan. But the product he has received was totally different from what i had ordered. I am very disappointed with the seller. If they don't sell the product as shown in the picture, they have no right to scam us by posting a different product and selling a completely different of a very cheap quality. The product that my brother has received was not the worth paid. It has hurt our feelings. Flipkart should block this sellers from their site for doing such fraud. Just look at the difference in the rakhi advertised and the rakhi that they actually sent. Really a very horrible experience.

          Ordered caso edifice watch from flipkart the cost was 8495 they sent me a wrong product. The cost was 2500 only. I complain against this issue and they assured me they will pickup the product and will make refund but its almost passed 25 days they didn't pick up my product yet. Once whishmaster came at my door to pick up but he refuse i don't know why he was saying they want some kind of confirmation email from flipkart. I call every day to confirm when they will pickup my product as always they said today we will pickup but relality is they are not picking up my product

            Respected sir,
            I placed my order of realms 3i mobile on 9th of august and the product was to be delivered on 13th of august. On 13th of august i got a message that the company delivering the product on behalf of flipkart was not able to contact me. I was shocked because my mobile was on whole day. So i placed a complain with flipkart they said that i will get my product the next day i stayed the whole day at my home leaving my work at office but the delivery boy didn't arrive. Again the delivery boy called me the next day that he is on the way to deliver my product but the delivery boy didn't arrive. I wasted 3 days of mine waiting for the delivery boy. Even when i call the delivery boy back he is not receiving my calls. After repeated complain against the delivery boy flipkart is not taking any action. My order id is od[protected]

                There were flipkart pay later dues amounting to 5499 which i needed to pay but i am unable to do so as every mail/sms sent by flipkart for payment redirects me to the website/app for login and i am unable to login as mentioned above.

                I have contacted flipkart customer service many times but they were unable to activate my account till date.

                Flipkart continues to send me harassing mails and sms daily for me to pay the dues and i am unable to do so due to no fault of my own.
                Please unblock my account so that i can pay my dues.

                  I got an email form Flipkart that i had made higher no. of returns in my purchase history hence i will no longer able to login into my account. Flipkart have not mention anywhere any limit of returns in their terms and conditions.

                    M/s flipkart has not yet refunded my money rs.26999 paid against unsuccessful order (Order id : od[protected] rather delaying it day by day. It has gone more than 38 days but flipkart plus customer is facing problem due to non-refund.

                    A very long delay in processing refund by m/s flipkart.

                    This is a very bad practice being adopted by m/s flipkart.

                      I'm a regular customer and i place orders on behalf of my friends as well since im holding mutiple cresit cards. But all one a sudden i'm not able to login to my account. I have not returned any orders, i might have cancelled a couple as soon as i placed it and before it gets shipped.

                      1) i want to know why my account is frozen
                      2) i do not have the soft copy of the invoices for delivered orders o[censored] just froze my account how can i download them again.

                      Is this the way a customer will be treated in flipkart.

                      And the biggest issue there is no way to contact flipkart customer care without logging in. No dedicated phone number or an email address. This is the most careless policy about customers. How can we reach you guys?

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I placed a laptop order during an offer season on 9th August. They delayed till today(15th August) and cancelled this order today. And they updated the refund status.
                        When I called them, they said that "product got damaged during shipping & hence seller cancelled. You can reorder". But now the cost is nearly rs.20, 000 more.
                        In app, the status is mentioned as "User requested" which I didn't do and is also confirmed in the call recording attached.

                        All I am asking is that my product should be delivered on the ordered price ASAP. Which ideally should be done instead of initiating refund and asking customer to reorder after offers sale completion for the mistake done by seller.

                          Flipkart assured that they initiated refund for order od[protected] and it will reflect in original payment mode by 23rd july. But is 15th of august and no refund. Neither they give satisfactory reply on support, no reply of mails, no satisfactory chat, and never pick up or call-back when contacted. Such a irresponsible and disgusting behavior is not tolerable.

                          I tried to purchase a phone which was on sale a few months ago. Everytime I ordered it the order was confirmed but later rejected. I tried the same with other phones also, but the result was exactly same. After a few more attempts I was unable to access my account and till now I have the same problem.

                                I ordered two beds and two mattresses from flipkart yesterday. The sum of those amounting to 29000 was debited from my account. I have the the transaction id. But in the app or website i cannot see that the order has been placed. When i called the customer care executives, they told me that i will either get a confirmation mail or message in 24 hours, or they will initiate a refund in the same time. It has already been more than 24 hours. I have not received any responses from there end. Kindly look into the matter. This is a very disappointing experience.

                                This is very very bad that M/s Flipkart is not processing customer's refund against unsuccessful order.

                                Delaying refund from more than a week by M/s Flipkart is a big CRIME.

                                Longer delay in refund is not a customer's satisfaction on TOP PRIORITY being adopted by M/s Flipkart. This is VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I have ordered "toyhouse 3 in 1 mega push car ride on" on 9th aug, 2019 and the delivery date was 13th aug, 2019. But, now it is not delivered and changed to 20th aug, 2019. The status shows that the product is already in hyderabad and the order number is od[protected].

                                  As per the status i could see that the product reached the nearest courier point on 13th aug it self. But, it was still extended for 7 days... I. E 5+7 = 13 days...
                                  I called up customer care to check "when the order was just taking 5 days to deliver when i order a product from seller, why it was taking additional 7 days when the product is already in my city and near to the delivery place". That customer care person is not able to check that and saying you have to wait till 20th aug. I asked to escalate to next level and he said, my next level would give the same reply. I said it is my headache and not his concern and asked to escalate and after waiting for couple of minutes some lady named swetha i guess spoke to me and she hasn't inquired anything about my concern and directly mentioned that i have to wait till 20th aug. I said, first of all you should ask me what my concern is and then update me on what the resolution would be. She immediately disconnected the call. But not some stereo recorded answers... With out listening to what customer is asking for. Not sure how flipkart is recruiting such people and assigning them to customer care and supervisor departments... God save flipkart with such employees in customer care support...

                                  I hope the flipkart people reading this complaint at least will be able to understand my question about why 7 days for delivering the product which already reached my city, when it was only taking 5 days for the product to reach from seller to delivery city...

                                    I have ordered rakhi for this rakshabandhan, but while placing order the vendor has put different attractive rakhi pictues and just opposite they delivered very cheap quality rakhi. Now i feel that i am being cheated, now i will not ever use flipkart and i suggest my friends, family & relatives not use flipkart.
                                    Flipkart should blacklist and remove such vendors.

                                      I got 2500rs giftcard from flipkart as compensation for my cancelled order on 11 augest 2019 11.53am

                                      Then i transferred it to my friends account by typing his email on same day 3.39pm
                                      And he is still not received it i called on customer care and they checked my account and friends account they confirmed it is not received and they told me to wait 48 hours and you will receive it on your original account which me got it

                                      They told this on 12th augest
                                      Today is 15th augest 2.18pm still i am not received it please help me
                                      If i call again they will tell me to wait another 24-48 hours and it goes on until i stop calling them
                                      I contacted more than 10 times in different ways of contacting them

                                        Hi,
                                        I have ordered redmi note 7pro mobile to replace with redmi note 4. My order has been replaced. Another day wise master came to my given address and said that in your phone have scratch on screen so i didn't replace your phone if you have money so you can pay and take the order otherwise i will cancel the order. I said that i have no money right now then after wise master cancelled my order and said that talk to customer care. I called to customer care. He said that we resolve the your problem 11aug 2019. I said ok and i call again on 11aug2019 same problem and he said need to more images of your phone and your problem will be resolve on 15aug2019. I said ok but my order cancel on 13aug2019. Again i call to customer care, he said that we have time to 15 aug2019 but till now my problem is not resolved. So i request to replace the my phone.
