I ordered 2 moto g turbo mobile and when delivered i found these to be the diffrent to the one moto g turbo i was already using. These does not seems genuine products seems like they are delivering refurbished mobiles. I was able to get the replacement for the 1 while when requested for2nd one, no one contacted and the return request closed on next day. I called their help desk after 3~4 days and now they are saying u have already passes the 10 days replacement warranty so need to visit motorola help center for any issue. If i had that much time to visit service center i could have bought the mobile from the market it self. Though i first raised the return request with in 10 days and now as the mobile is faulty and they are not ready to replace it. Please help.

    Flipcart courier boy come and say i can, t take different brand
    But i get different brand... My amount was still no refund... I, ll never purchase agaain from flipcart i was so disopinted by the service they provide.. I think flipcart loose their goodwill becoz of ekart courier service

    Spoke with the customer, customer stated that he have received different brand product. When checked customer earlier stated that he just received one qty and other qty is missing. Investigation team already updated that seller confirmed product was intact and customer received right qtyies. Now customer is changing statements by saying he received different brand products and wanted to return. informed that we will not be able to honor this request as Investigation team also stated customer is highly suspicious. Closing the case.

      I have placed an orderfor philips fidelio headphones which are being sold by seller: choice online for ₹3499. Today on 12th june 2017 i have received the package and the first thing i have noticed was the seal was broken and when i have opened the package there was no product at all. The box was empty. I tried calling them thrice and the customer support are saying no refund is possible and only a replacement and i agreed for that as i just need the product. They said of raising a complaint on this and when i checked the account it is updated as return is rejected. They deliberately put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and i was on call for 30 minutes. The money i have spent is from the death benefit received by me due to my father passing away. We are three in our family and my mother is an employee. I just need the refund or the product. Please help.

      I got the replacement product today and the package was intact unlike the earlier one which was torn and taped on stealing the product. Someone from the logistics are opening the packages and are replacing with trivial things and sometimes leaving them empty.

        I don't know whether i will get my solution. Because calling from 4-5 days in customer care they cannot help to solve my problems. If they cannot solve problems why they are sitting over there?? Just kick them out don't waste your money on then.. Today i spoke to a lady from customer care she is so first as she will catch a train. Half of her word is difficult to understand.
        Now coming to my problems. I am not able to buy a product as cash on delivery options is not available. Please make it available so that i can buy a product. Hope my problems will get solve soon.

          I bought a samsung on8 mobile from flipkart on 31st may 2017. At staring the mibile kept the charge for whole day after use. But from last 3/4 days i was facing the charge drain issue. It looks like charge is decreasing day by day and also i am facing one side heating issue. Today i checked to return/ exchange this product but it was showing 10 days replacement only. Today is the 11th day but i was not able to return/exchange. I am facing this serious issue after spending 12990 to buy this mobile from flipkart. So i am kindly requesting flipkart if they can replace this product with a good one because it seems like it is a damaged product. I am liking this mobile very much but only for the charge and heating issue i want to replace this product. If you are not able to replace this product with a new one then i dont want this product any more you can return my money.

          I am kindly requesting to flipkart if they can replace this product it will helpful for me otherwise return my money i dont want any product from flipkart anymore.

          We have interacted with the customer, he stated that he is facing a charging issue with the product and also overheating issue with the product so customer wants a replace so as per denied to create a return request as per replacement policy so informed to visit to ASC as per 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty and customer wants ASC so shared[protected], hence closing the case.

            Order i'd is : od[protected]
            I ordered the o3+ facial kit which contains 5 items, and i received only 2 items from the kit.
            I raised the issue with flipkart 6-7 times but each time i got response that this is under non returnable category so seller is unable to return.
            The price is rs. 3964 which is not a small amount. Several time the customer executives hang up the call without even listening the issue.

              My order id is od[protected]... The address mentioned in my order details is 750/14 patel nagar civil lines ludhiana, punjab. By mistake the pincode entered was of gurugram. Now no one from your side is willing to listen to this situation. They never cross checked the address (As there's no such place as ludhiana, punjab in gurgaon). Infact your customer care team wants me to cancel the order and re place the same but for a higher price. They are not even willing to give me the same deal.
              :- they are not willing to re route the product to me in ludhiana

              I mean what a joke is it? Try ordering something from amazon, and you will realise what customer centric is.

                  Od[protected], i placed this order in 8th of june through cod, but later in delivery day i got a notification that i can still pay for the order online and i did the payment through net banking, then flipkart showed failed payment but the amount was debited from my sbi a/c, i talked to the flipkart customer executive he told me that he is no seeing any payment done, it was a father's day gift for my father so i made another try to pay online, this time through other bank, hdfc, but same thing happened. Flipkart debited amount from both the banks but still they are showing no payment done for that order. I losed around 42k rs but not got the product delivered as the delivery boy told no payment is showing... I lost my money twice and also unable to gift my father, very much depressed with flipkart... I can give them bank confirmation numbers if they need it, it clearly shows that amount was credited to flipkart.

                    Hi, i ordered this table from flipkart and it came without any screws or drawer handles. Regarding this for the last two weeks i am trying to get an answer from flipkart and they insist on not providing any kind of proper response. Every time i get in touch with customer support, and try to get a call back, they do not call you back and send an apology sms instead.

                    When i try to write mail to them asking for the status, they keep saying the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and it never happens. Here is a flipkart ticket number given by an executive i spoke to on phone: in[protected].

                    It has not been resolved and the customer support has been absolutely abysmal and pathetic. Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If not, i will have to move legal with my complaint.

Why am I waiting like this? I want to cancel this order, return the table and get my refund. I don't need this any more. Please do this. I will order my table from somewhere else.

                        I have purchased samsung galaxy on next but quality of phone is not good apart from this fingerprint sensor is also not working, battery backup is 6 hrs approx, camera quality is too worst. This phone is exclusively launched on flipcart so i was not able to view this phone on any outlet earlier to buy the phone when i have logged complain engineer were appointed but engineer were not visited at my palace when i have taken follow up from flipcart the executive told me that status is showing here engineer were visited at your site and no any problem were found when i have asked for documentary proof of engineer visit they told me that sir you don't worry again i am appointing engineer for visit.
                        I have bought new phone from flipcart and facing that type of issue. So i am totally dissatisfied with service of flipcart.
                        So, requesting you to look into the matter and availed me my refund.

                          I ordered gold dust wardrobe which cost 4000/-, but i received the product of evana wardrobe which is a low quality product. So i make return for the same item for 5 times but the next day they my return request will be cancelled by filpkart. This is pure nature of fraud happening to many customers in india by flipkart. They r cheating people by supplying low quality product.
                          So you should refund the amount and take back the low quality product.

                            Hi sir/madam,

                            I feel cheated, helpless and miserable for the last 15 days when i made an order from flipkart an apple ipod 32 gb worth 19998 and instead of that i got jsut a beard trimmer whithour any box or other accessories just packed in a polybag. As soon as i opened the product, i filed for the replacement request and the seller rejected, then again i filed the request again got rejected and then i got the option for trefund on the flipkart web portal and since 29th may i've been calling the flipkart customer support but they don't help me at all they just say in 24 hours it will get resolved, the wrong product will be picked up and the refund will be initiated but that never happened.

                            I've reached them through social networking also, but still no luck, they have made by life miserable. I used to call them twice a day for last 12 days but they keep on saying "please be carefree we will solve your problem" but they are not doing anything.

                            It's not about a 500 or a thousand rupees, it is about 20000 rupees product, i'm very helpless.

                                I placed a order on 7th june i.E redmi note 4 and mi have provided the delivery address in durg but the order has been automatically cancelled at bhilai hub due to pincode mismatch but i have provided the right pincode 491001 which is the pincode of durg so why i have to face such kind of harassment. Please do some kind co-operation.

                                  Bought an onida smart tv from flipkart on the 31st may 2017. Installation was completed on the 01st of june 2017.. During the installation the dongle was missing which the engineer took notice of and mentioned in the feedback form along with my signature. Without the dongle the tv cant operate as a smart tv which was told to me by the engineer.. Seeking a replacement from flipkart eversince however i have only been provided with dates without any cure...

                                      Sir/ma'am to whom it may concern. I have ordered samsung galaxy on next 64gb of rs. 16900 from flipkart. The phone got delivered in two days in kanpur and the delivery boy did not have any papers for the signing of a customer and when we opened the product it was a keypad phone of rs. 500 to 600. We have registered for a return request but no one answered our complaint from past 2 days instead they say daily that you have to wait for next 24 hrs. And from past 48 hrs. We are waiting for a proper solution of refund or change of product but no one bothering to do anything.

                                        I purchased an item named royal oak wood shoe cabinet with order id-od[protected] from flipkart and it was delivered on june 1 2017. The installation for this item scheduled for june 5 2017. So i postponed my two journeys because of expecting this installation. But no one came yet for the resolution and not even get just call about the reason. Yesterday 9 june 2017 was the deadline date frame for the resolution. Yesterday also installation not done. Now it become very inconvenience due to this delay. Expected a best service from flipkart. Do the needful.

                                        I ordered royal oak wood shoe cabinet from flipkart and it delivered on 1 june 2017. The installation was scheduled for 5 june 2017. But no one came yet for the installation and i'm facing many inconvenience due to this delay. Regarding this for the last 2 weeks i'm trying to get an answer from flipkart and they insist on not providing any kind of proper response. Every time, i get in touch with the customer support and they keep saying the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and it never happens. Actually i purchased this item to use. I don't want any excuses or explanations from flipkart. We expected a best service from flipkart and what was actually happened is we received poor services. If your concerned team can, do the needful for today's installation.
