        I odered oregano oil it showed me varients 15, 30 and 50 I selected 30 but I got mustard oil dilevered today I searched oregano oil in most of the shops in bangalore but I didn't get so itself I ordered from flipkart if I needed mustard oil itself
        I have already 1litre of mustard oil in my home .
        I waited this oregano oil for more than 5days this is actual for some medicine purpose I don't need this mustard oil don't give wrong products please send me oregano oil it's very urgent

          On 2nd July I had a reverse pickup but ur delivery associate cancelled my pickup without my concern why ? How dare he is.. as per my knowledge if I cannot give return on first attempt then it should be reschulde for next day but that delivery associate cancelled it directly without letting me...what a job u all have done pls explain what u want ?             ON 30 JUNE at 12.00pm in sale i pay the amount throw my gift vouchers i tke gift vouchers from my friend of13000 rs and then after 3-4 hours my acc blocked then i try to open my acc flipkart saying login unsuccessfull then i try to contact flipkart he saying your acc blocked then i say we cancelled your order and we block your acc becouse you purchased the redmi mobiles in bulk but i purched all mobiles for my family members my father, my mother my sisters and my brothers he saying you are reseller they he saying we write complaint then next day he saying you recived a email reply thant email but no email recived no mail recived then i say send mail again he say ok we send mail again but next day no mail recieved from flipkart then next day i call flipkart he saying i write down your complaint for gift vouchers we contact you in 2-3 days then no call recieved no mail recieved i call today to flipkart he saying we are helpless we not help you

              in this purchase, i got 2 vouchers of "make my trip" worth Rs. 2500 each.

              Flipkart customer care informed me that I will get my vouchers through email till 30th June but I have not got any mail.

              it's after sale customer service is worst. they did not provide me any information about the issue and told me to wait.

                As I can see through My order id: FMPP[protected], has reached the hub nearest to me on 2nd July. This nearest hub is only 9km away from my home. First it has mentioned that my order will get delivered by today . At 12pm today I received an SMS, that my order is delayed without mentioning any reason. The ordered product is a mobile, I am in very much need of it . I don't know what the reason is. Either from your side please contact them and tell them to deliver it today . Or please provide the contact information I will contact them and go directly collect it . So kindly have an investigation regarding this and make sure the product reaches me..

                  It is very disappointing that flipkart behaves so irresponsibility towards its customers by doing this, i have placed the order paying 10.9k rupees through flash sale in flipkart and waited to get a new redmi note 4. But i see that order track status shows address and pin code mismatch. When i called 1st time to flipkart customer care they told to cancel the order and place fresh order. I was much in reluctant about it because with much excitement i order for this mobile handset paying full amount. If this is the case i am going to complain in consumer forum.

                    So I called Make my trip but they are saying to contact Flipkart.

                        both these orders were supposed to be delivered by 1st july and 30th june respectively.
                        But till date there have been no update regarding the status of the orders, even your customer care representative are unable to answer the reason for delay and they are giving lame excuses to just wait and keep waiting, moreover there have been no response to emails also.
                        Such a pathetic service was not expected from your end that you cant even inform customer about the products for which he had already paid.
                        There is no transparency in your service which make customers feel cheated.
                        Kindly revert back with a genuine reason asap bcoz m tired of hearing to wait for the product.

                          Dear flipkart team,

                          I am Safoora. I have purchased so many items from flipkart under my ID:
                          saaf.[protected]@gmail.com and safoora.[protected]@knowlarity.com . All were very good. my hubby gifted an iphone from flipkart. that was also awesome. but recently 5 months back I bought an Iphone 6 . but it is not functioning properly.

                          The problems are:

                          1. call is getting disconnected automatically after 70 sec.
                          2. Mobile is getting hung very often.
                          3. Brightness getting reduced automatically.
                          4. mobile getting mute and also going to silent mode automatically.
                          5. Some times even after pressing power button for long time, mobile not getting switched off.
                          6. Poor battery life time.

                                Booking ID: NH[protected]

                                Done a confirmed booking on MakeMyTrip on the 30th of June 2017, and received a cancellation mail on the 1st of July 2017 i.e 24 hours later after the booking was made.

                                When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they told me the following -

                                "We wish to inform you that the booking was failed due to some techinal issue however full refund was processed in the same gift card, requests you to please try again with new booking"

                                Whereas I have not received any refund until date. When contacted them once again today, they stated that -

                                "We wish to inform you that Booking ID "NH[protected]" stands cancelled as the Terms and Conditions o[censored]sing the FlipKart voucher has not been adhered. Please refer below T&C's for better clarification. For any further query on voucher T&C's, please contact FlipKart customer support."

                                NOTE : FlipKart issued these MakeMyTrip gift cards during the BIG10 sale and MakeMyTrip made successful bookings and issued booking vouchers too, before they left their customers stranded and cancelled all bookings done with the MakeMyTrip gift cards issued by FlipKart for every eligible orders placed during their BIG10 sale .

                                  I ordered Lenovo z2 plus black(32Gb) on 24 th of June17 from flipkart at price of 9999 INR which was on offer and was in stock. Flipkart promises to deliver the product upto 29 th of June. I got their conformation e-mail and messege. On 29 th of June Flipkart reschedule my order and promises to dilver on 4 th of July. I called them at evening on 3rd July and I got reply that phone is in shipping process and will be deliver on 6th of July and today.Today i got a message that the order is cancelled due to it is not in stock.Now the price of that phone is increased and now i wont be able to buy it. Please redolve my issue.

                                    I have ordered oppo f1s mobile in flip kart and received all notification regarding delivery but on delivery date they are saying that the address was incorrect and contact flipkart cs to update address with in 24 hrs
                                    Then i have contacted cs then they r saying u should have to cancel the order and order freshly so due to this i will loss my time and if i reorder i will loss my offer and i have to pay extra money and the refund amount will be credit with in a week so i can't reorder immediately but they are not understanding

                                      I have baught a cell phone from Flipkart 3 weeks back. After receiving the product I have come to see that this product has a manufacturing defect. When you press the back/side panel, a weird sound is coming from all over the place like pressing a plastic stuff. Though all other functionality are working fine but I was not satisfied at all about this phone. Immediately I contact Flipkart customer care service, they sent a engineer to me, after the visit of the engineer the problem was still there. I also write the same thing in the form given to me by that engineer. Don't know on the very next day I come to see that my replacement request have been cancelled and reason provided as my problem was resolved after engineer's visit, which was not correct. Called CS many times but they are constantly saying they cant do anything and I need to visit a 'Redmi' service center. My question is why should I suffer when there is no fault from my side.                                         This is to bring to your notice that I'm trying to return a product by name ManQ Solid Men's Waist Coat with order id- OD[protected] and the product wasn't of a expected quality and it's the worst product for that price, since from a month I'm raising a return requests and it is the 6th time now, but still can't able to get the resolution for my issue. Every-time the wish-master coming to collect the item but asking Mrp Price Tag which I haven't received at the time of product delivery, and I keep on trying to call flipkart helpdesk and everytime i'm explaining this issue to the agent and the agent will say our backend team will contact you, but after 4 days backend team will call and say we are raising return on behalf of you, when the wishmaster comes give the product to him he will take, but when wishmaster come and try to validate all accessories he is coming to the same point that tag was missing and without that return cant be approved. When i connected with agent again he is saying give the product sir he will take and will process the refund but no luck next day wishmaster coming and returning the item as rejected, almost about 35 times I have called the agent and everytime a new agent will connect and I need to explain the whole issue, it's very frustrating, continuously keep on facing this issue since from a month. I want to know why vendor lying that tag was there but god knows it wasn't and I keep on explaining this to the wishmaster and flipkart agents but no one trying to figure out this with vendor. Hate to continuously followup on this, why flipkart providing such a disaster issue, whilst I never faced this with Amazon or any other e-commerce sites.Why your making customer to suffer like this, we believe flipkart is the good site and will do purchase but this kind of service won't be acceptable and leaving a bad remark on this site.
