Od[protected], i placed this order in 8th of june through cod, but later in delivery day i got a notification that i can still pay for the order online and i did the payment through net banking, then flipkart showed failed payment but the amount was debited from my sbi a/c, i talked to the flipkart customer executive he told me that he is no seeing any payment done, it was a father's day gift for my father so i made another try to pay online, this time through other bank, hdfc, but same thing happened. Flipkart debited amount from both the banks but still they are showing no payment done for that order. I losed around 42k rs but not got the product delivered as the delivery boy told no payment is showing... I lost my money twice and also unable to gift my father, very much depressed with flipkart... I can give them bank confirmation numbers if they need it, it clearly shows that amount was credited to flipkart.

Flipkart Customer Care's response called cx and informed cx about CU[protected] transaction id and informed cx that flipkart received only 1 amount and the amount has been refunded ...also asked cx to contact with bank for the other amounts ...cx agreed and hence closing the case
