It has been a contusion harassment from flipkart where they have been not shipping my product and changing the date of my delivery everyday. They have changed my delivery date again, please help me in being getting harassed. I have already prepaid my money and after that time it has just been a continuous harassment. Flipkart is still offering next day delivery of this product on their site so i don't understand why they can not ship it to me. Its beyond my understanding, please help me.         Hi all,
        I bought a samsung phone from flipkart. The phone was hanging and was getting hot while using. I raised a complaint using the phone app. I have already formatted the phone twice and still the issue is there.

        They arranged the tech visit. He came to my place and said the there is problem with the phone and he will raise a request and get is replaced. But some days later i saw the request was cancelled and no one called to inform the same.

        I called the customer care to get the details but the customer care people are robots and the keep on saying the same thing that the tech said everything is find with the phone. But he said something else to me.

        Because of the pathetic service i cancelled other order that to was pre paid i cancelled my order. Now again i dropped an email to flipkart using the app but the response i got is that u have crossed 10 day. But i raise my complaint prior to that.

        And why should i be going to the samsung customer care, as you have mentioned the 10 days replacement.

        Would really appreciate the help to get it resolved.

          I had order mesha runnnig shoes with above mentioned order id. I received density brand shoes and that too in a torn brand box. I had to throw away the box. When i asked for replacement, again i am receiving the same shoes in torn box. The courier guy also was frustrated to see the box torn. I gave away the previous shoes i received assuming that flipkart must have sent mesha brand shoes this time. But again it was density brand shoes. It was shocked to know this kind of error the people working at flipkart are doing. Since i received the density brand box again, i gave the courier person density shoes that i received before. Later, when i checked the shoes received 2nd time thinking its better to compromise on brand rather than chasing flipkart for refund or replacement because flipkart has worst service. Both the shoes were of right leg, pathetic service. How careless flipkart operate, this was the best example. Now, the issue is that i cant use these shoes neither my shoes are getting picked up since last 10 days as i dont have brand box. I am just getting false assurance on calls that i need not to worry about pick up, it will be done. However, this is not happening as flipkart is not intimating courier company to pick up shoes without box. I have called flipkart many many times to inform that they need to inform ekart courier company also to pick up shoes without box but this is not happening. Its been frustrating experience to deal with flipkart.

          We have interacted with the customer, he states that he have receive an wrong shops with the damage brand box (later brand box was thrown) later we have taken an exception to provided the new replacement - Again customer cum back stating that shoe in that same pair of right leg, At the time of replacement hand to hand exchange, for replacement box now he do not have the brand box (SUSPECTED FRAUD ). We cannot take any exception in this case. hence closing the case.

            Sir i ordered a product a from flipkart on 9th june and product is delivered on 13th june. But the quality of product is not good. So i requested to return my money and pickup their product. But still not any pickup boy is coming yet to pickup my product. I called various times flipkart executives to resolve my matters but every time they said your problem will solve within 24 to 48 hours. But the result is same. Sir pl do something. I attach the product detail below.

              Received item on 14 jun 17.
              Tabac box had no deal. Bottle had no pilfer proof seal. Bottle cap was loose and contains were leaking when non vertical.

              To my horror, i found that the cologne was grossly diluted.

              I have been using the very same tabac cologne for over 20 yes and i do know what strength perfume it should be. Someone in packing for appears to have played the mischief.

                  I want to know how you came to know that there is high number of return request.

                  Also if a customer did not like the product that he/she has purchased, is this a way to treat him/her by blocking the account.
                  Customer should not be forced to purchase. If he/she did not like the product, there is only one option left that is to return.

                    I ordered redmi note 4 32gb order number :od[protected] a few days back and my money was debited from my card. Today when i checked the status of my order it showed out of delivery area (Address pincode mismatch) and it showed it reached a hub which is 40 km from me when i tried to contact customer care they are unavailable. Customer service is very poor and also unable to contact ekart logistics. I am very disappointed and comparing with services provided by amazon, snapdeal etc flipkart is very poor even ebay is better.

                        In your platform to gift my father a mobile phone on fathers day and you guys intentionally send me the empty parcel to play with my hard earned money. Do you think indian peoples are fool. I want to visit at you local office in delhi and also need personal number of sachin so that i can inform him whats going on in your ecommerce site. After 45 minutes of wait i was being connected to your customer care and they send me the foolish mail,

                        Dear customer, we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 28 jun, 8:30 pm.

                        Then on very next day after 12 hours they send me this mail

                        We’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement of samsung galaxy s8 plus (Midnight black, 128 gb) cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to customer with the product being intact.
                        I want to know when they call to the seller/courier partner; do they also admit when they do these types of scam?

                            Sir, i placed two signature blanket order on flipkart site and made payment online 798 rs. And this order was on an offers. Order was successfully placed. After placing this order flipkart cancelled my order without my consent and rise the price value of that item from 399 to 999 inr. And processed my return. Now flipkart is telling that you place a new order with new price.

                              Hi team,
                              I have ordered one king size bed (Spacewood) on 18th of may 16. This order was successful and delivery date was 21st jun 16 but order has been cancelled on 13th of jun. One day before cancellation i have called to check the status, as per associate he said sir don't worry we will honour delivery date and deliver product to u.

                              I have purchased that product at the time of sale and got the good deal.

                              But after waiting around a month this has been cancelled and i lost opportunity cost.

                              I was purchasing this to give someone as gift and it has not delivered so i felt insulted and my reputation gone down because of flipkart.

                              I want that product or market value of the product else will take further action on the same.

                                I placed order for spacewood fabric manual recliners (Finish color - brown).

                                But i received one local assembled product, with zero comfort.

                                I placed order for fabric — i received leatherette
                                I placed order for brown — i received black

                                After order, i found that seller have very poor feedback & still selling on flipkart, there is me some kind of tie-up with flipkart to fool buyers

                                I sent photo to customer care & i asked for refund, flipkart denied said we can do only replacement.

                                I asked for hand to hand replacement, because already taken 28 days to deliver, i don't want that same waiting time. Flipart denied hand to hand delivery.

                                I asked in how much time you can do replacement after reverse pickup, flipkart said we have no answer it'll take how much time.

                                I have already waited for 4 weeks & got wrong product, now not ready to support.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I am very much pissed off with the kind of services i am getting from flipkart.

                                    On 7th june'17 i have place an order for motom - mobile

                                    Od[protected]

                                    Which got delivered on 9th june'17. I found its charging port is not working properly.

                                    Thus on 11th june'17, i requested for return of the product. On 15th june'17, a technician came and checked for a minute. I requested him to watch the mobile for some more time as problem is there and problem with phone is this only - charging off and on.

                                    But he said if the problem occurs then i should call him and he will again com and see. He also asked for our signature on which i have completely mentioned that we will confirm by evening about the exact situation of the mobile.

                                    But no one is listening.

                                    I want to get it replaced or refunded else i will be forced to take a legal step and media help.

                                      I brought an voltas a. C. From fliplart on 30th may2017 and they delivered this product by 5th june 2017 and installation mentioned by 13th of june 2017 which never happened i return i followed up these flipkart customer care they said it was delayed and it will be done after couple of days i don't know why flip cart seriously fool customer, i called to them and updated from flipkart no status finally after wasting my money and time towards flipkart customer care finally i got a call from flipkart customer when i asked them to transfer my call to higher authorities she kept my call on hold for 1 hour time!!! Damm wonder systems in flipkart to transfer a call and it will take 1 hr and even after 1 hr no luck they disconnected.

                                      This clearly mention why you (Flipkart) are far behind than leading ecommerce (Amazon)
