I have ordered two things from your website, one of them have not yet been delivered and the other one is not the same as i have ordered, i have called flipcart and wanted to speak to a sup and i was kept on hold for an hour and i had to disconnect.

    I have purchased a new cell phone panasonic eluga turbo from online marketing flipkart.com on dated 29/10/2016. Our product id is od[protected]. But unfortunately there were problem came in that cell phone. I carried to panasonic service center but they has declared doa and given me a doa certificate. Already i have sent many time scan copy of doa cert. From that day to till date, i am sick of following only the rules & regulation of flipkart.
    I kindly request you, to pick the mobile phone from local service center & dispatch me as early as possible.

    We are sorry Dead on Arrival certificate is valid only if it is issued within 7 days of product delivered. As this Dead on Arrival certificate is issued after 1 yr of purchasing the product we will not be able to create return. Closing the complaint from our side.

    Conversation between flipkart company representatives, they said me that the Panasonic mobile is unavailable in stock. So that they will refund me my money. & they E mail me for the Bank details & I also sent them Bank details for the refund procedure. But the flipkart not pick the phone from service centre.

      Last year on july i have ordered a powerbank from flipkart from account named annwesha dash. The power bank worked all good but since the month of march its not working and there in some issue in the usb wire and as it has warranty of 1 year so i kindly request flipkart to exchange my product.         Resolution : Spoke with the customer, he stated that he lost his mobile and needed the invoice copy, confirmed the address from customer and then as per customers request invoice sent to [protected]@gmail.com. Customer stating that he needs the invoice with stamp. Apologized and tried to convicnce the customer that this is the invoice that we give. Customer stated that he needs to submit this in cyber crime office. Informed in online shopping he will not get the stamp type invoice. Closing the case.

          Hi, i ordered a table from flipkart; the order id is od[protected]. The item is at https://www.flipkart.com/royal-oak-bell-engineered-wood-office-table/p/itmeazdju...

          When the item was delivered, it didn't come with any screw or handle required for the table. Then i raised a complaint with flipkart to get the screws and handles. But the flipkart support person sent a mail to me stating that a technician visit was arranged on a specified date (5 june). I responded to that mail asking why the technician is visiting when i wanted the screws to be sent to me.

          To that, another support executive sent the same kind of mail, without even reading my support request or mail trails, stating the same thing — a technician will visit on 5th.

          On fifth, i waited till evening, and no one came. Then i contacted the support again, and they confirmed that the technician will visit and asked me to wait till end of the day. Nobody came or called.

          After that, next day i raised the request once again. After a couple of days, flipkart sent me another mail stating a technician visit is scheduled for 9th june. I have tried to contact them about it multiple times, but no support number is getting through. I requested callbacks, but they insist on not calling me back about this. All i am requesting is the screws and handles to be sent across to me and assembly to be arranged for the table.

            This is the worst service i have come across, i ordered micromax canvas-s led smart tv (Order no. Od[protected] on 2nd june which got delivered on 3rd june. The issue with the product is smart features are not working as wifi is not getting connected.
            On 5th june i requested for assistance from micromax technician or engineer who can visit and look into issue. But still no one has called or visited my location. Flipkart customer executive keep telling that the technician will call you in 2 to 4 days but no one responds. I am really frustrated with this service.

                  I have orderd samsung galaxy on8 mobile handset on may 15th 2017. I have received the mobile handset on may 19th 2017 from flipcart. After using for two days the phone got reset automatically. Since then the phone showing a beep sound with volume control sign after every five to seven minutes. Hence the mobile handset is certainly faulty or it may be a refurbished one. So the mobile handset should be replaced with new one.

                  The delivery information wasnt given to us so that my watch MACRO got rejected. Its your responsibility to give details of your arrival by the delivery team... its not fair... At first i was a huge fan of your but now i got changed... this is your first and last warning.

                      Hi,
                      I have ordered hp laptop along with laptop bag on may 15th 2017. The order id is od[protected].
                      But flipkart is unable to deliver the item even after so much wait time than the original delivery date.
                      So i had cancelled my order and requested for refund. Am facing the same problem again, still flipkart didnt refund my money. Everyday am calling flipkart and they are asking me to wait for 24 hours.
                      Its highly disappointing service from flipkart.
                      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          I bought two laptops, both are not working, i am requested to refund the money. One product is returned and second one with this serial number: r[protected] is pick up guys are not accepting due to serial number miss matching with them, only flip cart can make changes on there. I had chat with minimum 4-5 flip cart customer care guys regarding the issue. Non of them taking this issue is on serious way. Due to this i couldnt able to return the product please do the needful asap.

                            Recently i purchased a moto g 5 plus from flipkart.com. My order id is od[protected]. I ordered it on 31 may 2017 and received it on 6 june 2017. Right from the first day i noticed that there is a major issue with the screen display. Inside the lcd screen there appears to be a "hole". It can be clearly seen with the brightness full. So on 7 june 2017 at 12.28 am i filed for a replacement request. The customer care executive told me that a technician will visit my home and give approval for the replacement after verifying the device. So on 8 june 2017 the technician arrived. Now the technician was a very rude fellow, had absolutely no knowledge about mobile lcd's. After i showed him the problem on the screen (It is very much visible), he rudely told me that he will approve it because the problem is too small for flipkart's policy and his salary may get deducted. He also further told me to contact flipkart again and keep on pressurizing flipkart until they are forced to give me a replacement. He then took out the form, marked as "problem resolved but customer dissatisfied" and then he forced me to sign it. When i refused to sign the form, he started talking rudely again and kept on saying you have to sign this, i will not get salary and so on... So i hesitatingly signed it and thought about complaining to flipkart later.

                            Now comes the interesting part. A guy from flipkart called me and told me that not to worry the issue will be taken care of. Right after the call within 30 minutes i saw on my flipkart account that my replacement request was canceled because the technician denied. I tried calling flipkart again but they would simply disconnect the calls.

                            Please note that this product was "f-assured" and had 10 days replacement warranty.

                              Dear sir on 30 may 2017 the flipkart send me a defective product and when i complaint to them about the product the told me that my product will be replaced between 3 june to 8 june but today on 8 june they cancelled my replacement request and give me a new date of 13 june. From the starting they make me fool first they delivered a wrong product to me and after that by giving date again and again. They are harrasing me each day by saying that sir please wait up to 8 june and today they told me to wait again. Sir i request you to take strict action against them as soon as possible.                                   Hi team,

                                  I received an empty parcel with only bubble packets packed. May be the seller has overlooked while packing or else if it is said to be packed and shipped, then it might be while conveyance it went missing because the courier guy who delivers me the item usually every time, opened his huge bag in front of me and out of many items he managed to find mine. So i believe he has not misplaced it. Also the box was totally distorted with only bubble packets inside and i guess that the things was not tied properly for which during traveling it may have slipped out of the box. Its my guess by seeing the packing of it, otherwise i am not aware whether it was even packed or not for the following products :

                                  1. Zyaden suw342 round sunglasses

                                  I do not know what to return, but above generated claim is return ref. Id, as i could not found any direct way of claiming refund in the application for empty parcel.
                                  I order so many things in flipkart, but this time i am just frustrated following up with empty parcels i am receiving.
                                  Please refund my money for the above items respectively asap.

                                      I have purchase a mobile phone model vivo v5 (Crown gold-32 gb) vide order no-od[protected] dtd.18.5.17 & we have received the same on dated 25.5.17 but when i open the mobile & see there have screen problems & then i have a lodge complaint a replacement at the earliest.

                                      But, we are sorry to say & very surprises still not resolved this issue & your customer care also not giving any suitable answer.

                                      So, i would request you please check at your end & solve this issue at the earliest.

                                        I purchased sansui horizon 2 on 21 june from flipkart. But this was defective. So i request the company to replace the product. After replacement, the company delivers defective product again. Again i went to customer care through telephone and tell them issue and to change or refund. They again and again give me the customer care no. Of sansui india last 10 days after the date of replacement, they ignoring my complaint and not resolving my complaint. They neither replacing nor refunding for the product.
