I have purchased redmi note 4 on 02.05.2017 after that said phone going to overheating and accordingly i visit to mi customer service center at taratala (Kolkata) on 05.05.2017. After three days observation they are advice me for replacement of said phone through flipkart within ten days. Accordingly i have booked for replacement and one technician (Mr. Dutta mobile no.[protected]) visit at my home and said me for 24 hours observation....

I want to know the return and refund process why still not accepted. The product overheated and so much noisy.

My return and refund request done on 09/05/2017 at 04:22 p. M. Which still pending for approval whereas no intimation from flipcart the status of request.
Every time flipcart done same thing...
