Sir, i have ordered one metal gear solid -5 pc game worth of rs1000/* including shipping&delivery charges. Vide order no. Od[protected], and the blue dart, courier service at punalur-kollam-kerala said /informed by phone that i have to collect it from their own office.
I am not willing to follow their substandard/idiotic instruction, since i am the part of indian judiciary and i am eligible and they are liable to deliver it...

I had ordered yu5530 from flipkar, on arrival handset touch was not working, i had called customer care they advised me to viist service centre for software update. I had done the same. But next day again touch was not working. I agained called customer care they suggested me that device will get replaced. But on technician viist he said that device is opned and he denied to replace the same. Further i ensure you that device not opened any...

I ordered iphone SE on[protected], and it was delivered to me on[protected], when i cheked on the apple website the phone was used and it had only 10 months warranty left, and when i unboxed the phone, it was showing 4 hours on call time. I have contacted Flipkart manytime but they refuse to return saying go to service centre for any problem, i told them why should i take a used phone in the same price, but they kept my call on hold for more...

I ordered redmi note 4.
It was shipped, payment was done & then flipkart kicks in. They cancelled my order for no reason.

I have wasted my time on that redmi sale to buy the phone for my mom's birthday and flipkart does their best to ruin it. Thanks a ton! I pretty sure, they'll come up with excuses, and also won't reship the phone....

We ordered a combo of 3 bedsheets and we just received only 2 and when we returned it and asked for replacement they gave us again 2 bedsheets. What is this? Are you all cheating us..? Don't you think that we are fools with lots of money? 2nd time too we received only 2 bedsheets instead of 3....

I had ordered levi's jeans for my dad on his birthday... But when i open my packet there was nothing rather it was filled with newspapers and trash clothes strips
... I had complained 4 times but my complaint is rejected again and again that jeans was worth rupees 2080... I am a student and i cannot bear this lost of 2080 rupees... And on that flipkart customer care exactive are behaving in a disgusting way... Please take a proper action...

Flipkart is black marketing redme note 4 mobiles by their executives.
May be higher authorities are so fool or has loose rules that delivery executives didnt ask for proofs or id details by any means and they just black marketing.

In my case i ordered a mi red me note 4 and at the delivery date it showed that product was delivered however i didnt recieved that ot any executive calls to recieve.

I orederd wirless blutooth headphone at 06/052017 and deliverd at 11/05/2017.
When i tried to operate the product it doesn't worked, it was a defective peice, i am very disoppointed with this type of service.
It's not started even. I am very demoralised with it, it was like mentaly disturbance to me.

I had bought moto x play from flipkart on 5th may. When using camera phone was heating up a lot and display was heating so much. I called flipkart they sent their technician to inspect phone he clocked 47.3 degree without any equipment while operating phone for only 5mins and sent final report to flipkart. But phone is clocked at 52.4 degree after usaing camera for 10min41sec.
Now they are denying to inspect again and denying to replace...
