Hi,
I had ordered a product (Lenovo g50-80 core i3 5th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/dos) g50-80 notebook) order no. Od[protected] on 15th may’17. Expected delivery date was 23rd may’17 but you had delivered 26th may’17 with wrong product (Model number mismatch). Delivered item (Lenovo ideapad 310 15isk, s/n pf0n2uja, mtm 80sm01evih, mo pf9xb6c29055).
As same day i had already made a complaint against return of product (Lenovo ideapad 310 15isk, mtm 80sm01evih) and the problem is not resolved yet, i have been calling to customer care since last 13 days constantly but problem is still not resolved, i had conversation with manger abhishek, deepak and others senior associates also but no resolution provided yet. They all said your problem would be solved tomorrow every time. But problem is still pending. I am fed up with calling to customer care and ekart ([protected], somveer-[protected]) several times.
• customer care executive say to me your problem has been resolved and mail sent to the concern team you will get a call from them but i have not received a single call from your end.
• ekart executive say to me that he has not received any mail from flipkart regarding your product mismatch.
• pick up boy came to my house for 2-3 times but he did not picked up the product due to mismatch serial no or imei no. Etc.
I had suffered a lot because of this product. I have your sms, conversation, mail and all call recording as proof.
So it seems you are forcing me to take strong action against your company. Hoping you will resolve the issue asap, otherwise i would certainly go to the consumer forum.
