Sir/ma'am,
I placed an online order on flipkart for sneakers on 10-jun-2017, which was delivered on 13-jun-2017.
After its use of 3 days only, the midsole & upper part of both of sneakers torn out/ detached/ separated from some places (Snaps attached) due to its very poor quality.
I lodged a request for return of sneakers on 18-jun-2017, which was refused by flipkart on 19-jun-2017, objecting that the sneakers were used. Then i contacted the call center, but received same negative response.
Please help me to take refund from flipkart against these very poor quality sneakers.

    Hi sir,
    1. Ordered and delivered "flip cover for motorola moto e3" from flip kart on 31-may-2017, product is defected, i applied replacement on same day and flip kart confirm for replacement.
    2. Flip kart done auto cancel the replacement of product, without my permissions on june 1st week.
    3. Again i complaint to flipkart, again i applied the replacement, they accepted.
    Again they done auto cancel on "6th june 2017",
    4. Again i complaint to flip kart, they accepted replacement. Again they done auto cancel the replacement on 16th june 2017.

    Please help on this.

          I have ordered lenovo​ k6 power. First i got defective piece (Sim 2 not working) then i requested for replacement and again i got same defective piece. As per flipkart suggestion i consulted lenovo customer care they said there is mother board issue and to replace that i have to pay almost same amount of phone cost. I tried to contact customer care it's saying all are busy (Even at 5.30 am also). If flipkart is unable deliver working product, i need my money back. Please return my money back or give me chance to order other phone (Not lenovo).

          Hi,

          After I submitted this complaint after 10 mins I got call from +[protected] saying that from Flipkart and he asked my debit card number to refund money. I have given my card number and he asked OTP I couldn't not realize it's fake call so I have given OTP number he deducted Rs 9899 from my account and then I realized it's fake call. Flipkart please take action on him.

            I purchased moto g5 plus from flipkart on 24th may within 2-3 days of buying it, it started showing problems. Whenever someone calls or msg me the phone doesn't rings it only vibrates. I informed flipkart about the problem but they didn't take the problem seriously. They send their technician jeeves who was also unable to detect the problem, he saw phone for less then 5 minutes and completed his survey. I even visited the service center they are also unable to detect the error any the problem is still occuring with the phone. Flipkart sold me a defective piece and now acting completely negligent. They are neither replacing it or returning the phone. I have suffered a lot because if flipkart and their technician jeeves. Please take some strict action i am uploading the video of the error.

              I bought moto e3 power mobile from flipkart on january.. It was fully fault model.. I gave three times for service in moto service center.. But there is no improvement.. Help me to recover this problem..
              Even i have a warranty of one year.. For last three months i can't use this mobile.. You should provide us good product or at least good service.. Don't make the customers feel bad..

                I have purchased panasonic eluga raymax from flipkart for rs.11999/- on 16/06/2017. But when i inserted sim and tried to make call i found that the receiver of the call could not hear any think from my call and i tried to contact any service station of panasonic in kochi, kerala, india i could not find any. Then i contacted a subject expert he told me that mike of the phone is not working and adviced me for replacement and i requeted replacement on the next day itself that is on 17/06/2017. An expert from the company called me on 19/06/2017 and he simply rejected my request. Kindly do some think to get the phone replaced or refund my money

                  I have purchased a hp laptop order number : od[protected].
                  Its a brand new laptop and working like a 4-5 years old laptop, when i ask them to take it back they straight away denied. And said that our technician will visit or you can take it to hp store.
                  After that some of their stupid technician called me (And trust me he does not know anything or he thinks users are fool) and he ask me to update the windows os than it will work fine, it has 4gb ram 2.54 ghz processor 1 tb hard disk and its working pathetic, but that technician think just upgrade the windows will make it like a brand new.
                  I don't understand why they are selling the products like this, but trust me i will never suggest anyone to buy anything from flipkart again.

                  Recently i have purchased a j5 16 and it heat at large extent and it also hang and frezz some time youtube video is nkt playing smoothley it hangs whenever i olay video on youtube i requsted for my refund and they told me that you should go to service centre why should i go to service centre i want my refund

                      Hi i bought adidas ryzo 30 m running shoes, od[protected]. After wearing it for couple of hours left toe start paining severely. As product has maufacturing defect it should be returned, but evertime i apply for return they cancel it. What should i do with this product. Its a showpiece for me.

                        I have purchased an newly launched yureka black. After receiving i found that phone clarity is not good and it seems there is an issue with that. Whn i raise an compliant they told that technician visit will occur and decide. Techician visited my house when i am not there n simply he told no issue. Again i raised the issue stating technician need to visit when i am in house so that i can show him and help him with my issue. Flipkart agreed for that and arranged for technician visit. But without visiting me they closed the case. Now they r telling that i have to visit the service center.

                          I have received my ordered product carrier 1.5 ton 5 star... With tracking id fmpc[protected] on 15/06/17. The concerned agency had installed it. There is a loud noise in the outer unit and on working the ac on the day of installation it was found that water from the inner unit is falling inside the room which was informed to the said engineer who had installed the ac. He checked the same and told that there is some leakage and he had applied some glue. But now again the same defect is seen. The water from the inner unit is falling in the room. Kindly do the needful by either replacing the ac or by curing the defect. Adv. Renu s rajan

                                I have purchased this product on may 3rd, 2017. During installation product was broken by their installation partner jeeves.co.in. I have requested for a replacement on 19th may, 2017. And flipkart has confirmed that product will be picked up by sat, jun 17 07:00 pm. And executive has confirmed if no update by seller about pickup, my refund will be initiated on 17th. Still i can see no refund is initiated and when i called customer care they told refund will not be initiated until product is picked-up.

                                So my complain is - what is the deadline of pick-up? In this way you can post-pone pickup indefinitely and keep my money. Flipkart is a cheat.

                                  I have bought an android phone from flipkart which is le max 2 and the phone is giving me problems... I visited the service centre and they denied to claim the warranty and accept the phone to repair... The problems are dead pixel proximity sensor dial pad touch and many... Le eco is still selling products bt no after sales service... Shame on le eco and flipkart recently u were selling this product at a discounted rate knowing the fact

                                    I have brought a phone lava arc blue with order # in[protected]. The phone is bad, low ringing volume and low hearing volume. First time i called for return of goods the customer service executive told me that the phone shall be replaced and if further i am unsatisified then they would either change it with other phone or refund it. The replacement phone is the same problem. Today i called the customer care and executive is saying it cannot be change or refunded, i have to visit the service center. I told him that its ok i dont need refund at least change the phone with differenct model and he is saying that it cant be done. These customer service executives are liars of the first grade. Never buy from flipkart.

                                      I didn't​ get my order I ordered a HP laptop bag, it's payment I choose cash on delivery. But Flipkart subscribe says out of delivery (address mismatch).And it's returned to Flipkart company. Now what can I do now?

                                        Please help me i am very suffering flipkart service, i have order 31.05.2017 lenovo vibe k5 plus payment through credit card, i have received mobile but camara is not good condition so flipkat request to replacement, he accept my request and i have next replace mobile received 12.06.2017 defective condition received mobile not start and not working anything in device, so i have customer care complaint again but not replacement my defective mobile say that only one time replacement warranty and second time no replacement hare i have go dated[protected] lenovo service centre, cp delhi said this device hardware problem so call flipkart and change product flipkart customer care not lisen any language me he say not replace your device any condition and not flipkart responsibility for default mobile replace. Kindly help me what to do i am very suffering
