Dear team,
I have purchased a nokia 1280 on 1st june, 2017 from flipkart and i recieved the handset in bad condition, charger is not working properly, batter problem, body broken and i called to customer care regarding replacement of handset twice times but no response from flipkart, with order id[protected],
Now i want you to please take some serious actions on flipkart to sort out this problem

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained that handset in bad condition, charger is not working properly, battery problem, body broken and asking for return. Hence refund processed and closing the case.
