I have ordered 3 products in last flipkart sale, However Who will gonna suffer if E-kart logistic will not deliver products, my all 3 products is in nearby location from last 5days, all product were gone out for delivery, but none of them delivered. After raised many complaints, Yesterday one of representative "Ashwini K" called me and given assurance that all products will deliver by Tomorrow (i.e. 30-MAY-17) (I have an Email Proof), But today also products was not delivered. Again raised complaint in evening, got a call from one of representative "Rithika M" saying that the one of product is untraceable so we have to cancel that product. How product is untraceable? Come on flipkart, are you mad or what.
Afterwards Supervisor Mr.Amit spoke; He admitted that fault is from logistic Team. However my question is for you flipkart, who is responsible for such things, you can't give me that products is same price that i had purchased. Even you can't give compensation because that not under your policy. So we can assume that customer buy products at own risk, If such thing happen, flipkart easily cancel the product and refund amount. That’s all from flipkart. It’s not all about money, Time matters; you have taken more than 12days. That 12 days matters. At the end if you can't deliver product, don't give assurance and make false commitment.
Today Flipkart cancelled my product and refunded amount, but here is my question, My money is with you almost for 15days. for that who will gonna responsible, and the time that i had wasted on you and mentally stress.
Seriously Not accepted from giant Flipkart.

As informed earlier seller has refunded an amount of Rs.1, 549/- to your PhonePe on June 02, 2017 which will be credited by June 12, 2017 and the remaining amount of Rs.300/- has been added to PhonePe Wallet Cashback which will be credited by June 14, 2017. If you still wish to buy the product, you can place a new order with any of our sellers and we'll do our best to have it delivered it to you. Hope you'll understand.

    I have ordered a vu tv on flipkart on 29th may, 2017 as it was mentioned as one day delevery. I got the product on 30th and when flipkart engineer came to install the tv, it was found damaged. I asked flipkart for refund and they refused to refund and only forced me to take replacement. It is 4th day now and i neither got a replacement nor refund. Even today, they are not giving me correct date of delevery.

    I don't understand why their policy allows them to enjoy customer money with out giving the product.

    I have called and messages flipkart customer care and so far, i have got only several useless 'sorry's from them.

    Please suggest how to resolve this. I am expecting an immediate refund as this is mistake of flipkart for giving a damaged good. Or they should give compensation for keeping my money all this time with out giving me what i purchased.

    I also purchased a google chromecast 2 device along with the tv which i am not able to check as i don't have a tv now. It's 10 days replacement period getting close to end and i would not be able to verify by using it for minimum period. This is another risk bothering me due to mistake of flipkart.

      Dear sir,
      A crack has developed on mobile handset on its own over a period of time. The handset has not fallen from a height or so.
      The handset is under warranty. But flipkart has asked me to approach service centre and get the problem rectified by paying the charges.
      The service centre is demanding rs. 4000/-.
      My complaint against flipkart is that handset is under warranty. Why is flipkart asking me to pay and get the problem rectified.
      I requested flipkart to take up the matter with service centre and get the handset rectified under warranty. But flipkart is not ready to do so.
      I would request you to help me by getting my handset rectified under warranty asap.
      I can support you with necessary documents like invoice copy, warranty details, problem report submitted etc.

        Sir/madam,
        With reference to the subject cited above, i have the honour to inform you that, since[protected], i am communicating to you & also to asus regarding a product "asus zenfone 2 laser ze550kl, order id: od[protected]" which i have purchased from flipkart which has been delivered to me on 1st june-2016.
        I am facing problem with my zenfone which has been mailed to you several times in detail and in your last reply you mentioned that my zenfone covered under warranty period upto 1st june-2017 and for that i have to be in touch with asus authorised service center and accordingly i have visited "infosolutions & services pvt. Ltd, silchar, assam".
        Accordingly, i have sent my zenfone through one of my colleague to the service center on[protected] but sir, they are denying to avail me warranty, as they are replying i have ordered on[protected] and warranty period will remain upto[protected].
        Finaly i have asked them what i have to do then they replied i have to submit my zenfone to the service center in reply i asked them may i know what happened to my zenfone that its not working now & then they replied for diagnosis it will take time better submit the zenfone to service center and they will let me know latter on & for that i have to pay rs. 250/- as service tax & rs. 500/- as service charge. Without getting any ray of hope to avail the warranty period i kept my zenfone with the service center. On the next day evening they informed me over telephone that motherboard of my zenfone gets damaged and for replacing i have to pay rs. 6000/- approx. I was shocked by listening this then i replied, please don't work on it, i will come to collect it from service center soon. Today on[protected] again they informed me over phone that when i will to collect my zenfone and also told me if i don't collect my phone within 20 days then i have to pay rs. 300/- per day.
        Moreover i have submitted a complaint on[protected] to consumercomplaints.in "asus india customer care service".

        Now looking forward for your kind attention in the above mentioned matter so that i can get back my right so that i can use my zenfone smoothly which i have purchased from flipkart.
        This is for favour of your kind information and needful action at an earliest.

        With reference to a mail received from [protected]@asus.com dtd.[protected], 2: 21 pm, this is to inform you that, since long I am in touch with them & also waiting since long to resolve the matter. They assured me to resolve my matter and advised me to wait for the right time to come to make everything oky. Moreover, this is also to inform you that, today my colleague went to service center to take my phone back in dead condition then service center replies they had discussed the matter with the company's technical department & they will make it oky & can collect the phone in good condition after seven days.
        Now I am just waiting and hope the matter will be resolved soon.

        Once again my earnest request pls do something in favour of me and thus I shall remain thankful to you.

        We have apologized for the issue, as customer told that he received the product on 1st JUNE 2016 the replacement policy completed hence he has to claim warranty but the invoice was generated on 25th May 2016 hence the warranty will finish by 25th May 2017 so customer has to get paid service customer was not happy

        This is in reference to your respond, it is to inform you that, while to corresponding with Flipkart It has been informed by the Flipkart Customer Support on[protected] where it is clearly mentioned that, my product has been delivered to me on 1st june-2016 & my product is falls under manufacturer waranty. This is not my version as you have mentioned in above mentioned notification which I am repeating, it has been declared by Mr. Girish C, Flipkart Customer Support & now after so many days you are, saying that my product not falls under warranty period. R you trying to cheat me if not then what?
        For ready reference please go through the attached copy of mail received from Mr. Girish C, Flipkart Customer Support on[protected], 17:24:58 & hope you will be clear about the fact.

            I bought a shoes through flipkart. I am wearing this shoes from last 1 month. Within 1 month my shoes got delamination from sole. When I call to customer care regarding this they told me sorry I can't help you.               Received defect product and they are not replacing it

              HI,

              I ordered Lenovo K6 mobile and order number is OD[protected].
              1st I got product having heating and hanging issues later they replaced the product. 2nd one they delivered defect product, it is not at all working.

              I contacted flipkart customer care they told me to go to service center. If service center will not resolve issue with in 3 days they told flipkart will replace product or refund money....

                  Sir, i have ordered a moto e3 power and i have recieved an empty box. For this i have registered a complain to the customer services and i was given the date of 22nd of may for the replacement of the product. But, i have not got my product yet inspite of calling 100 times to their customer services. They always ignore me by saying sorry or apologising for the delay in delivery. My date has been extended regularly. I am very frustrated. So, plz resolve the issue asap.

                      I had order a product of izod skinny jeans with order number:- od[protected]

                      . I made online payments via my debit card due to some reason i cancelled the order and a reference number (Reference no:- hctr[protected])
                      Has to provide by flipkart for refund but i dont get any refund yet. Its about 6 months happened to this case. They told me that i will get my refund within 6 days and i also contacted from my bank of india related to this case. I email them about this case they told me to put form on their website. I also done this. But there is no response from them. And i again told my bank of india ' customer care. They told me to contact from from flipkart.
                      Please help me i am a student, every single rupees is important for me. Help me to get my refund back into my account.

                        I was trying to order an item on flipkart with a prepaid card (Item name:outlast trinity ps4) the first card which i tried had the sufficient funds but it should insufficient funds. So i went out to buy another card with extra money on it. I used the second card nd it showerd insufficient funds again. I lost my interest quickly. Few days later i tried to order something from the card nd i had no balance. So i checked my last 3 transactions which showed flipkart has taken approximately 2000 rupees from the first card nd the second card had lost about the same money as the first card. I lost 4000 rupees just trying to order one item. I want somene to contact me from flipkart. Conatct no [protected].

They apologized and convinced us it will be delivered soon. Product delivered on 19/5/2017 with just driver who asked me to lift the refrigerator. Again complaint raised with flipkart who promised action against tkil (Which has been closed with unknown reason as per customer care agent on 24/5/2017). We were assured fast installation, however no installation guy sent until 24/5/2017. Opened the package to find damaged fridge. Installation guy left and we called flipkart and registered a complaint. They promised to send a tech with two days (26/5/2017) and replacement will be done by 29/5/2017. Requested for refund as 29/5/2017 is too late, they said we have to wait for tech visit then decide. No tech arrived until 26/5/2017 - another call to flipkart they asked us to wait 24hr or till 29/5/2017. We informed them about their false promise to replace by 29/5/2017 & requested for refund again. They said tech has to confirm. Received message on 29th stating tech will visit on 30th,. And on 30th stating on 31st and 31st stating 1st june. Everyday we call them 2-3 times asking for money back. They keep dodging us promising tech will visit post which refund will be processed. It has been a month now since we spend 23, 000 in flipkart - and we do not have the money back neither a working a refrigerator. This has caused undue stress on my husband and me, we are paying double rent - for the new home which is still waiting for refrigerator for us to move in and the current home where we are still living out of.

                            I've ordered an electric kettle of Prestige, which got delivered today (31 May 2017). At first glance the box was damaged but when I opened it the kettle's metal(steel) was also tampered and damaged. I want it to be replaced. But not getting option. Only return is available. But at the time of purchase it was mentioned that it's replaceable within 10 days.

                              I order an item from flipkart on 14th may 2017 and the product was supposed to be delivered between 23-24th of may 2017. The product was not delivered. I called around 5-6 time to the flipkart sevice but every time i was being said that, my product will be delivered at the earliest.
                              On 26th of may i got an email from flipkart stating that my product will be delivered within 3 business days, but still, it is not being delivered.
                              My product is not yet delivered as it is 31st of may today.
                              The flipkart executives are also not willing to provide any compensation for my time being wasted in this process.
                              The flipkart executives promises are still not fulfilled.

                                Ordered on 17th may still shows delayed on app and it has not yet delivered as the last date of delivery was 27th may... However i have received the message from bajaj finance stating that (Dear customer, product for your transaction ref. No. Cs[protected] for rs. 20990.00 has been delivered on 17/05/2017. Available limit on your card is rs. 15920.00. Available emi amount: rs.39121.00)

                                May i know how this could be possible if the order is not yet delivered to me?? Its been 15 days now and its too much time which you are taking to deliver where the order is near my city which states dispatched to kalyan hub??

                                Do you guys have any answer or resolution for this to get my product delivered???

                                  I had order cloudwalker cloud tv (139cm (55) ultra hd (4k) smart led tv) [flipkart-assured product] on 18th may & order id is od[protected] ; after we were waiting for 10 days they had delivered the item. When we open the box we got shocked, there was no tv inside and they kept plywood inside. It was look like somebody could have removed tv from bottom side of the box and kept plywood inside and wrapped with package wrapper. We are following with flipkart from yesterday to resolve the issue and nobody is giving proper response from flipkart; flipkart customer care people are asking more time till 12 june to investigate this issue. My emi has started already. We had spent our hard-earned money to buy the things and this is not a small amount. I bought so many product from flipkart but this is my first and worst experience with flipkart. Not only me even every one in my apartment got disappointed of flipkart support.

                                  Looking to resolve this issue as earlier as possible and we can not wait for 12 days to resolve the issue.

                                    Sir, i have purchased above said product from flipkart for 23k on 15th may 2017. Product has some more problem which i have placed complaint for replacement and in return flipkart has arranged technician visit. But no one has make up for technician visit by 24th may 2017. Immediately they replace my phone with other same phone but still the problem continues.

                                    Now flipkart is not taking replacement request nor he his arranging refund for same within the stipulated period of purchase.

                                    They are not even ready to sent me email.

                                      I did purchase olay totaleffects touch of foundation cream for rs.700. But she I got product it looks like it is duplicate. I have been using the product for 7 years. So I know what it looks like. I have called the customer care. But they said there is no return for that product. But I can tell that it is not original. I need the refund. It's just cheating the customers.

                                      We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, and informed that we have sent multiple mail for this issue to get the bank details, but there was no response from the customers end, remainders also been sent, hence closed the case on 31st. Now call made from consumer complaint side and informed the product is not eligible for return as it has crossed the sellers policy also as there was no mail reply, we closed it. Confirmed the email with the customer, it was a wrong email ID in flipkart account. Informed we will be unable to create return for this due to the out of policy reason. Closing the case.
