I ordered jio hotspot for my friend on 25/04/2017 with ref. No:74766517116716359712241 using my icici credit card, i cancelled the order. So, flipkart refunded the amount on 27/04/2017 with ref. No:74766517118716479197693.

Again i ordered the same on 27/04/2017 with ref:74766517118716479073043.

So, for this amount 1999/- i paid my credit card bill last month. Now again merchant debited amount of 1999/- second time (Ref: 74766517118716479073043) using the date as 25/04/2017. Again the amount is reverted to this month bill also. Why this mistake happened?

When the courier boy deliver the flip cover of microsoft lumia 540 and after opening the packet i saw that the flip cover s broken
I got Defect moblie Moto Gen 5+ without some accessories.

I made many complaints but no resolution .

    I had purchased ipad mini dated 29.12.2012. I am using that
    Ipad till now. My ipad got locked recently. I took help from apple
    Support. They asked me to provide invoice as well as the bill for
    Authentication. I sent my invoice for authentication. But i surprising came to know that the serial number in the invoice was not matching with my ipad serial number. Apple customer care people asked me to contact flipkart for the fresh invoice. I contacted flipkart, but their officials told me that since this was an ild order so they cannot help me. I mailed them several times but no result. Their official told me to hard format the ipad and login with new user name and password. But this will be abreach of faith between me and apple.

      Hi team,

      I will be really thankful to you if you can sort out this problem.

      1) i purchased a seagate plus slim 1 tb wired external hard disk drive in flipkart website on date[protected]. It got delivered to me on time that is on date[protected].

      My flip kart account details.

      Phone number: [protected].

      Issue: when i purchased this product it worked well, i have uploaded all my personal data in that and kept it aside. After few days right exactly on date[protected] days gap), i got some work with that data and i have taken hard drive and tried to insert in my pc.

      "pc is not detecting the hard drive and the light on the hard drive is not blinking"

      "tried in all other pc's/desktop which i hold same issue persist"

      My question: flipkart people are making customers fools by putting some sales and selling faltu products.

      How come a brand new failed within 15 days, i have used it only for 3 days (To upload data and to whether the data exists or not.

      When i called flip kart customer service this is what they said... Contact service center because 10 days replacement policy passed.

      I said boss this brand new product how come it happen like that. That means you are selling worst products which works
      Till replacement/return period... They said sorry sir we can't help out with this issue.

      I don't know where the service center is... It might be to far my place and cannot afford time/money for this issue.

      Finally, i even tried contacting service center... They are not helpful at all.& it is 30 km away from my place..

      Even flipkart customer service manager also did not try to help me out, they are simply disconnecting calls in b/w call...

      Also, i want to complaint on the segate company. How come a product failed to work in 15 days.. They are building up worst/defective products

      After raising this complaining, I have been contacted by some fraudulent companies asking for card details and those people are trying to do huge transaction using my card details.. Please kindly take action on them...Receiving fraud calls

      We had interacted with the customer was saying that he order for the hard disk and he is unable to work as he transfer his data and now it is not working in laptop so want to return it so informed him as per policy period as he was saying that he want replacement from flipkart so told him beyond policy can't be go and you need to visit ASC as it have warranty of 3 Years Domestic Warranty/...he was saying that he not know where the service center for the same and also have then it is very far from the place so you no need to worry as we will provided you the details which will be nearest to you ...but he was saying that he already checked with service center but not got the same. As the sellers replacement policy is over we had to deny the request for return, however customer can claim the warranty at ASC.

        Washing machine replacement

        I would like to bring my concern to you that I purchased LG washing machine over flipkart online on Fri, Oct 28th '16 which costs ₹23, 489. After receiving Item, we found that there was damage and i raised complaint (Id:[protected] to replace the product. But there was no response from the Flipkart team to get replace done.

        I have ordered the micromax mobile, i received yesterday the material worst quality, vibration mode not there, noise is coming in the speaker, i have raised the complaint to flipkart grievance, but they told we will replace the same. (If flipkarts are replacing also same quality another piece will come, not required the same product). I want my money return back.

            We have interacted with the cx he said wall mount installation is not done..& there is a defect in the product hence cx said tech visit done..spoke to brand..he said wall mount was not available..so it was delayed & the product is defective..it has got line on screen...Panel issue...hence approved for the replacement..informed cx the product will be picked up on or before..19/6/2017..& once product reaches ware house the new product will be delivered cx agreed hence closing the case.

                I ordered the product from flipkart on 31st may 2017 in summer offer with 10% discount with credit card and then the whole issue started. As usual flipkart started the packing & shipment process then the whole drama process of flipkart. Shipped the product, delivery person come with arrogant behavior without checking just said your imei number is not matching with the imei number he got and took the product back. I called flipkart for that & they said we are rescheduling your delivery & provided me the number of courier boy to call him & ask him to deliver the product. When i called the delivery boy he clearly refused to deliver the product. Then again called to flipkart for his behavior and then they assured i will get product tomorrow that was saturday. Received a message in saturday morning that your product will be delivered today but again undelivered till evening. At 6:00 in evening i again called flipkart then they assured me i will get product on sunday that is today but in morning i received message that cancelled: our courier partner has confirmed that the delivery of samsung galaxy on nxt... With order id od[protected] was not accepted. When they have not tried to deliver the product how can they cancel the product by them self, is there any new policy flipkart to deliver the product in mid-night at 2:51am (Find the image attachment). Does this is not cheating from flipkart. If they don't want to deliver the product then why they take order & provide offers like big billion, 10 year sale, summer sale.

                Is there any one from flipkart higher department who can answer this either calling me or saying we are working on this. What about customer satisfaction or is it business to money. No customer satisfaction.

                Now Flipkart calling me every time and giving the same blame reasons to Order again as your order is been Returned back. But No reason for the high amount now I have to pay. from Rs 10765 to Rs 16900. Flipkart don't Deliver the product cancel the order by them by saying Customer refused and then want to place order again. They should have delivered the product at any cost either giving blame Reasons.

                  Hi flipkart, i bought a men's wallet with this brand 'oster' but then i received a wallet of a different brand which is 'orbit'. The wallet which i receive also not as illustrated as it advertise in flipkart. I am very very dissapointed with the seller. This really spoils the faith i have of purchasing items with flipkart. I wouldn't never want to purchase with flipkart again! I want a refund form this item.

                    My oppo A57 handset got delivered to me on 31 June 2017. I had opened the box and start using the phone but thereafter I found phone headset female jack is not working properly. As I wanted to replace the phone so that I have lodge a replacment request to Flipkart against order.
                    Next day one guy name sahil Kumar came from Jeeves consumer services Pvt ltd. to check the phone problem and he found the same. He had filled his job sheet and mentioned that phone jack is faulty.
                    After 2 hours when I checked my Flipkart account there Flipkart has updated the request is rejected. Immediately I called to customer care and told him about the issue. He told me, that guy has reported to Flipkart that issue has been resolved and customer is happy.
                    Then again I have raised replacment request and same thing happened again. Again Flipkart rejected my request by saying that the guy has reported the issue has been resolved. Why Flipkart doing such rubbish things. It has become more difficult to shop from Flipkart.
                    Even I have mailed to Flipkart customer support team but still there is no response from them. I have also attached the job shat which had been filled by that guy. It is clearly metioned in job sheet that issue has not been resolved yet but I don't know why Flipkart is so dumb now.
                    I need the resolution..otherwise I will lodge a case against Flipkart and their third party company Jeeves.

                                Due to late delivery from flipkart i'm unable to apply for the following offer

                                The offer contains gift of rs.2500 and we have to apply for the offer within 15 days of purchase. I ordered this printer on 16 may 2017 and flipkart delivered it on 03 jun 2017. Hence i'm unable to register for this offer. Now flipkart should take responsibility for this loss of rs. 2500. I want my money back. Please help me.

                                  I had ordered double bedsheet vide flipkart order number order id - od[protected]
                                  Product - zesture cotton floral double bedsheet on 17 may 17. I was informed through email that order would be delivered on 29 may 17.
                                  On 29 may 17, when i checked online, i was intimated that the order has already been delivered on 24 may 17.
                                  I immediately called up the customercare and informed them that the order has not been physically delivered. Vide complaint number in[protected].
                                  I was told that they would contact me and resolve the issue. They sent me text message stating that they tried contacting me but in actual fact nobody made any contact.
                                  On 04 jun17 they emailed me to say that the matter is closed.
                                  I have once again raised the issue with complaint number in[protected] dtd 04 jun 17.
                                  I would like to have the amount (Rs 439) charged to refunded as the product has not been delivered.

                                  Spoke with the customer twice on the number [protected], customer stating he have not ordered anything, apologized and disconnected the call. Hence delivery confirmation mail sent and closing the case.
