I order nokia mobile in flipkart, but i got used mobile and its not working. How can i replace it i checked now. Already 10 days finished.. Before who they used mobile there contact numbers are there in mobile.

    Hi,

    I purchased Asus Selfie Expert phone from flipkart as it was offering 10 days return guarantee.

    I ordered Asus Selfie Expert for INR 15, 299/- I received handset on 02nd May 2017. I started using it and found that mobile screen glitches, handset is over heated and baterry draining too fast... Evn if phone is not in use... Still it gets heated up. I lodged my complaint with flipkart on 11th May 2017 and on 13th May 2017, i received call from them saying that my request is under process and as per product policy and procedures, a technician will visit and check my handset but nothing happened and instead when i called back yesterday i was told that complaint is closed and i failed to call them after 72 hours of complaint being closed hence now nothing can be done. Handset packing print shows that phone was manufactured last year in April 2016.

    This is a clear case of cheating and befooling customer with false assurances that technician will visit to check handset and directly closing complaint.

    If the matter is not escalated to higher level then i have no choice but to go to consumer court.

    We're really sorry to hear that your debit/credit card was used to make an unauthorized payment of Rs. 64900/- Since the order has already been delivered, we'll be unable to cancel the order. The other amounts which you have mentioned of Rs 10, 000 and 5, 299 do not pertain to Flipkart. Please contact your bank to block further transactions and file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Police. As per our policy, we do not share order details of customers unless approached through Bank or Cyber crime complaint. Hope this helps.

      Five product were booked out of which for one product replacement request was made. The replacement product with tracking id fmpp[protected] received black in time.
      The order to tatkal shopping fun two wheeler cover for hero (Splender pro-silver)
      My grievance was/is as under:
      1. Sales package was two wheeler cover with carry bag but no carry bag supplied.
      2. Ordered for silver but received black.
      3. It is a used product.
      Above three grievances were not kept in mind and replaced same item which i returned.
      Now i need replacement again.

      We have approved the refund request for the replacement product as per customer words ( Received black color cover instead of silver. There was dust on the cover and no separate pouch to carry cover ) feedback shared to seller and case stands resolved.

        Hi all

        My citibank credit card ([protected]) was used fraudulently to buy items in flipkart on 18-may-2017 for around inr 50, 000/-. I immediately informed flipkart about the matter. However the issue can't be resolved on time and due to that reason most of the items were delivered. By the time they responded only one item was not delivered and that is refunded to my credit card. Rest of the amount around inr 39, 000 still pending with flipkart. Even they are aware that they are fast in delivering the items. They could not able to resolve the issue very fast. This is really bad that they don't have the better system design in place to find out the fraudulent transactions immediately and the result of that my amount can't be refunded. Please do the needful asap.

          Hi

          I purchased 6 Saris to gift to my wife at a very high discount during the deals running on Flipkart. Out of these 2 were delivered to me and 3 were returned to seller from Flipkart Logistics and 1 was cancelled by the seller. My concern is that on contacting the Flipkart Customer support, I am getting unsatisfactory answers. Also, the CCE "Priyadarshini Samal" is very rude and arrogant. Due to the error from Flipkart logistics side I suffered a loss of the products at a discounted price and now they are saying me to order on the regular price which is very high then the price at which I purchased. This is directly referring that the Flipkart is making fool of customers as they kept money of various customers for a duration till cancellation and then getting interest over that amount. Customers are the one who faced the loss in this no one else. I want serious action to be taken for this issue.

          Hi

          I got my AC installation done by Jeeves the partner of Flipkart. They charged me 1500 rupees for standard installation of AC which is fine but they also charged me extra 250 rupees to just put my Outdoor Unit over a stand which I did not purchase from the technician and provided from my side. When I contacted CC, the CCR firstly mentioned that there would not be any extra charge of this kind and then after few hours they called me and said that the charge of 250 rupees is for the installation of Outdoor unit as it does not come under the standard installation charges. Also, the CSR "Priyadarshini Samal" just simply denied me for the refund of 250 rupees. Flipkart is making fool of customers. I don't have any concern with the AC till now but these extra charging is really disappointing me and I will not accept this.

If you like, you may place a fresh order for the items and we'll have it delivered to you this time. However, the price, offers and discounts for products vary from time to time and are valid only for a certain period. This largely depends on sellers and we suggest that you place an order immediately to avail any offer you see on an item you like.

          I don't want this copied and pasted answer as I got the same answer in my email as well. My concern is still not resolved. I expect this forum to help me in my issue as this way Flipkart is fooling customers by cancelling orders without giving proper reason. I want to know why the product was returned from the Logistics department? If there was any issue with the product, then it should have been replaced and delivered to me instead of cancelled. I hope as a consumer this forum will help me in getting my issue resolved.
          I received a completely broken cream bottle of glass so I threw away and told to Flipkart the response was no refund my money waß just wasted

            On 20th dec 2016 i order mobile smasung on8 from flipkart and recieved wrong mobile .
            I got to know this 2 3 days back from samsung service center as the info outside the box were for on 8 and model is j7 16.

              I would like to state you that i had ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart! My order id no is od[protected]. The shoes were delivered to me when i received the product and opened it, i found wrong and damaged products was delivered to me, as i had ordered salomon shoes and i received reebok shoes and they are also damaged, i am very upset with the service of flipkart as i have completed many times through email and talked to the customer care executive but i found no positive response from your side, i am very much panicked and frustrated about it, my flipkart i'd through which i had ordered the shoes had also been blacked which is even more panicking, i have a regulation customer of flipkart for a long time but this time it was my worst experience.                 I placed an order with flipkartorder numbered od[protected] on 14 may.
                Which i cancelled immediately due to wrong address input. Since then i am awaiting the refunf back in my debitcard. The status is being shown as complete on the site but i havent received the refund. I have been escalating the issue since 23 may, but no response received. I had horrible customer support experience with your customer support team as i am calling them everyday and been told by them every single day that please wait for 24 hrs and the issue will be resolved.
                I have received multiple mails from your side stating the issue will be resolved by 12:00 pm 26 th may, then followed by same mails dated 27 th may, 30 th may and 31 may. Its 31 may and way past 12 pm and i havent heard back from any one. I am so annoyed at your support that i want to file a suit against you guys for mentally torturing me. I am receiving mails saying that you are unableto each me on my registered number so kindly provide an alternate number. I did provide that too. But still again the same mail that u r unable toreach me which i a blatant lie!! As i am getting all the calls from all the other numbers except from your end!!! And if i am unable to reach by you guys then how m i able to reach u through the same number!!! And i[censored] r not able to reach me, cant u just mail the resolution u wanted to discuss on phone??

                There is a whole long story of rudeness and insults from your end. Not talking tho the customer properly, misguiding me, lying to me, and not taking my concerns upfront.

                I seek solution to this problem asap.
                I have even tweeted to ur twitter account and even there my tweets were being unresponded. Thats how irresponsible and ignorant u people are!!!

                If the seller is claiming to return the money the same day order was cancelled, there must be a proof against that transaction in form of a transaction id or something with which it can be tracd where the moeny went. Because money does not vanish!!! It is either with the seller, or the flipkart, and if you say it has been reverted to the bank then it must be reverted with a number to track the transaction, becuase banks dont work otherwise. I need a proof from your seller or the flipkart that the money has been reverted.

                  Sir, i added a redmi note 4 during today's flash sale to my cart. But just as i was about to buy the phone, it went out of stock.

                  Note: i tried since last 3 week to purchased this product but always i am getting out of stock product.

                    I ordered a BP monitor on 14th of May and was supposed to be delivered by 23rd of May. I did raise the concern with them but every time i get the response that it will be delivered in next 48 hours, like that it's been now a week.

                    Also when i call the wishmaster, He says that he does not have a clue about the order.

                      Now the level of water has moved to a high extent enough is enough.

                      I made order of nearlr rs14000 with order id od[protected]
                      And you all started the game. I had already 1850 rs my wallet money also in that before ordering.
                      Initially i purchased 1500 egv also. Nd now u all have freezed my account or say put it on hold without any kind of proper intimation and discussion.
                      I can not understand how u all can do this to me who has been using your services since 4 years and purchased items of lakhs of rupees.

                      And moreover i am not able to reply u all through my email as u all have blocked.
                      Still i have 899 in my wallet and can not use them
                      I am not able to generate my invoices and can not go for my order history.
                      Many address were saved dont have access to them also
                      Totally fraud u all are doing.

                      I had a long discussion with one o[censored]r senior executive junaid (Pune customer care center) and he apologized from flipkart side and assured me to make the things in usual manner.
                      Junaid mentioned that : sir u are a valuable customer to us and we will do our level best that such kind of issues does not happen in future i will make sure that u will be able to use our services as u were doing before.
                      Please be assured for it.
                      But all in water same was done from your social media executive abhimanyu. And now its time to move to court as u all are playing with the customers. I m sure that u all must be doing with many customers in the same manner but they might be not raising their voices against u all. But i m not going to be quite. Let me c till when u all will fight.
                      I have all the recordings o[censored]r executive which is more than enough to prove u all wrong.

                      Its totally monarchy

                      It was just a simple warning to u all before moving to court.

                        I had ordered Jabra headset on 26th of may which was shipped and reached to my nearest hub which is 10 mins away from my place on 27th on my request as we are going out on 1st june. I got message related to delivery on 27th and product not yet delivered till Monday 31st may.

                        I called customer care of Flipkart for about 3-4 times but none of employees were helpful nor they shared the contact of ekart logistics nor address. They say they don't have any method to contact ekart logistics internally. Plus the backend didn't even lodge my request for delivery to ekart.

                        The employees were not at all helpful with any proper response. The employees name : Sumit, Anoop and some lady was there.

                        When I called Flipkart on 31st I requested call back and employee named Anoop called me back. I said him I am not going to recommend Flipkart to anyone after this incident and after call I recieved message saying "sorry we couldn't call you back"... What does that mean did he deleted my call from Flipkart system that he spoke to me and was not helpful?

                          Flipkart — the freebie offer have been cancelled by the seller without any intimation, faking offers on flipkart.

                          On may 2017 i've ordered 1 gopro hero 5 on which gopro 3-way grip/mount was free, later on after placing my order (24hrs) i got one email as the freebie has been cancelled by the seller. I contacted customer support for that and i logged a complaint against. I called them thrice but no resolution from customer support and they are asking to wait every time i called. Worst experience ever. how this can be possible so it means they are faking with the offer. Very pathetic

                            My Flipkart account linked with mobile number [protected] has a order on 'asuras the tales of vanquished' which was supposed to be delivered on 23rd May. But it was delayed. So I created a complaint in Flipkart regarding this on 25th May but they kept on escalating this without informing me. And today is 31st may. Every time I call the Flipkart they simply say a schedule for call is planned and please wait for it.i am so frustrated with these waitings.

                              Flipkart.com has first cancelled my product (Ceiling fan) and when i sec. Time booked it then they hiked the price. Now, fan has been delivered but half part is white and half is brown. Now what to do??

Once the delivery guy left, we checked that there are 2 different shoe in the box. This is disgusting. We need a refund or replace the shoe as 2 different shoe are of no use to anyone.                                   I have bought Adidas ALCOR shoes for 1849 rps. By mistake i ordered the wrong size shoes. I requested a return . I received a pickup and refund update message. Its been 7 days and the pickup man didn't came to pickup the shoes.
                                  Flipkart has the worst servie as compared to other online shopping sites.

                                    I ordered tenda d-305 router for home. I was said that they will be delivered in 7-8 days. But at the end of 6th day, when i tracked the details of shipment, i came to know that the product was "undelivered due to incomplete address".

                                    If the address is incomplete, how could they confirm the order at the first place?

                                      Recently buy one aquaguard superb uv+uf 6.5 l uv + uf water purifier and after delivery installation people told me my frnd this is not a ro and your requirement not a full fill please return and but another product.
                                      Same day send the request please return the product and refund the money or upgrade the product for best quality.
                                      Flipkart reject the request and told this is your mistake and as per the policy amount not refund.
                                      This is issue share the sachin (Ceo) but he is ignore the issue because amount already received.
                                      Request you to please pick up the product and refund the amount.
                                      This is effect my personal life and my friend ship.

                                        I have placed an order which was on the 6th of may. The eta for product delivery was between 27may -29th may, i called flipkart cu support and the person who picked up the call says that the product is getting delayed till 15th june and on top of it he is making fun of what i was saying.
                                        This is not acceptable,
                                        Flipkart sends me a message that we tried to deliver the table and you were not available (False info)
                                        I wanted to gift this table to someone and i will be humiliated now because of the company
