I placed an order with flipkartorder numbered od[protected] on 14 may.
Which i cancelled immediately due to wrong address input. Since then i am awaiting the refunf back in my debitcard. The status is being shown as complete on the site but i havent received the refund. I have been escalating the issue since 23 may, but no response received. I had horrible customer support experience with your customer support team as i am calling them everyday and been told by them every single day that please wait for 24 hrs and the issue will be resolved.
I have received multiple mails from your side stating the issue will be resolved by 12:00 pm 26 th may, then followed by same mails dated 27 th may, 30 th may and 31 may. Its 31 may and way past 12 pm and i havent heard back from any one. I am so annoyed at your support that i want to file a suit against you guys for mentally torturing me. I am receiving mails saying that you are unableto each me on my registered number so kindly provide an alternate number. I did provide that too. But still again the same mail that u r unable toreach me which i a blatant lie!! As i am getting all the calls from all the other numbers except from your end!!! And if i am unable to reach by you guys then how m i able to reach u through the same number!!! And i[censored] r not able to reach me, cant u just mail the resolution u wanted to discuss on phone??
There is a whole long story of rudeness and insults from your end. Not talking tho the customer properly, misguiding me, lying to me, and not taking my concerns upfront.
I seek solution to this problem asap.
I have even tweeted to ur twitter account and even there my tweets were being unresponded. Thats how irresponsible and ignorant u people are!!!
If the seller is claiming to return the money the same day order was cancelled, there must be a proof against that transaction in form of a transaction id or something with which it can be tracd where the moeny went. Because money does not vanish!!! It is either with the seller, or the flipkart, and if you say it has been reverted to the bank then it must be reverted with a number to track the transaction, becuase banks dont work otherwise. I need a proof from your seller or the flipkart that the money has been reverted.
