I received a k6 power on 23rd may, 2017 which was 2 days earlier than their suggested delivery date. Bt the product was having manufacturing defect. So i did a return request on 25th may, 2017.
But they didnt call or other response from their side,
I called them on 27th, one of the customer care executive told me that my mobile will be delivered by 28th may.
But it didnt came.. Again on 29th when i called them they told me you will have a technical visit. Then on 1st of june technical visit was done. My product was declared faulty.
I was a message from flipkart that you product will be replaced by 3rd of june.. But there is no update in there site till 3rd june. So i called them, they told me your product will be delivered bt 7th june.
Now i cant understand why they are delaying in delivery..
There commitment was on 3rd june but now they are telling 7th june.. May be on 7th they will say 10th june.. Its too much irritating..

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complains that that her device is flickering and screen is jumping on it's own and automatically freezes and needs to wait for 15-20 minutes and then customer has to re-start it. Hence replacement processed and closing the case.

My oppo A57 handset got delivered to me on 31 June 2017. I had opened the box and start using the phone but thereafter I found phone headset female jack is not working properly. As I wanted to replace the phone so that I have lodge a replacment request to Flipkart against order.
Next day one guy name sahil Kumar came from Jeeves consumer services Pvt ltd. to check the phone problem and he found the same. He had filled his job sheet and mentioned that phone jack is faulty.
After 2 hours when I checked my Flipkart account there Flipkart has updated the request is rejected. Immediately I called to customer care and told him about the issue. He told me, that guy has reported to Flipkart that issue has been resolved and customer is happy.
Then again I have raised replacment request and same thing happened again. Again Flipkart rejected my request by saying that the guy has reported the issue has been resolved. Why Flipkart doing such rubbish things. It has become more difficult to shop from Flipkart.
Even I have mailed to Flipkart customer support team but still there is no response from them. I have also attached the job shat which had been filled by that guy. It is clearly metioned in job sheet that issue has not been resolved yet but I don't know why Flipkart is so dumb now.
I need the resolution..otherwise I will lodge a case against Flipkart and their third party company Jeeves.
