Hi, i ordered this table from flipkart and it came without any screws or drawer handles. Regarding this for the last two weeks i am trying to get an answer from flipkart and they insist on not providing any kind of proper response. Every time i get in touch with customer support, and try to get a call back, they do not call you back and send an apology sms instead.

When i try to write mail to them asking for the status, they keep saying the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and it never happens. Here is a flipkart ticket number given by an executive i spoke to on phone: in[protected].

It has not been resolved and the customer support has been absolutely abysmal and pathetic. Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If not, i will have to move legal with my complaint.

Flipkart was awfully slow and unhelpful. I had to escalate multiple times before finally they picked up the product and processed refund. Thank you.

Today I spoke to your person, and then I spoke to your installation agency, Jeeves. They are updating me that the part will take one more week to arrive. Why am I waiting like this? I want to cancel this order, return the table and get my refund. I don't need this any more. Please do this. I will order my table from somewhere else.

Customer complained that screws and handle was not delivered and due to this customer asked for replacement. We could not process replacement because product is out of stock so refund processed and inform the same to customer and closing the case from our end

    I had some amount of 8990 in my flipkart wallet which was refunded by flipkart and they turned flipkart wallet into phone pe wallet money i tried ordering a lenovo phab 2 plus mobile on 30th may and today its 10th june more than 9 days when i contacted flipkart they told me write a mail to phone pe wallet i wrote a mail they told me wait for 9 days they are not contacring me directly and they are not evem responding to my mails and the executive is telling wait wait my patience level of waiting is gone i need my money its not in 100₹ or 10₹ its nearly 9k these both cmpany's especially phone pe wallet is a cheater company i have attached the mail screen shot

      I have purchased samsung galaxy on next but quality of phone is not good apart from this fingerprint sensor is also not working, battery backup is 6 hrs approx, camera quality is too worst. This phone is exclusively launched on flipcart so i was not able to view this phone on any outlet earlier to buy the phone when i have logged complain engineer were appointed but engineer were not visited at my palace when i have taken follow up from flipcart the executive told me that status is showing here engineer were visited at your site and no any problem were found when i have asked for documentary proof of engineer visit they told me that sir you don't worry again i am appointing engineer for visit.
      I have bought new phone from flipcart and facing that type of issue. So i am totally dissatisfied with service of flipcart.
      So, requesting you to look into the matter and availed me my refund.

        I ordered gold dust wardrobe which cost 4000/-, but i received the product of evana wardrobe which is a low quality product. So i make return for the same item for 5 times but the next day they my return request will be cancelled by filpkart. This is pure nature of fraud happening to many customers in india by flipkart. They r cheating people by supplying low quality product.
        So you should refund the amount and take back the low quality product.

          Hi sir/madam,

          I feel cheated, helpless and miserable for the last 15 days when i made an order from flipkart an apple ipod 32 gb worth 19998 and instead of that i got jsut a beard trimmer whithour any box or other accessories just packed in a polybag. As soon as i opened the product, i filed for the replacement request and the seller rejected, then again i filed the request again got rejected and then i got the option for trefund on the flipkart web portal and since 29th may i've been calling the flipkart customer support but they don't help me at all they just say in 24 hours it will get resolved, the wrong product will be picked up and the refund will be initiated but that never happened.

          I've reached them through social networking also, but still no luck, they have made by life miserable. I used to call them twice a day for last 12 days but they keep on saying "please be carefree we will solve your problem" but they are not doing anything.

          It's not about a 500 or a thousand rupees, it is about 20000 rupees product, i'm very helpless.

                Bought an onida smart tv from flipkart on the 31st may 2017. Installation was completed on the 01st of june 2017.. During the installation the dongle was missing which the engineer took notice of and mentioned in the feedback form along with my signature. Without the dongle the tv cant operate as a smart tv which was told to me by the engineer.. Seeking a replacement from flipkart eversince however i have only been provided with dates without any cure...

                    Sir/ma'am to whom it may concern. I have ordered samsung galaxy on next 64gb of rs. 16900 from flipkart. The phone got delivered in two days in kanpur and the delivery boy did not have any papers for the signing of a customer and when we opened the product it was a keypad phone of rs. 500 to 600. We have registered for a return request but no one answered our complaint from past 2 days instead they say daily that you have to wait for next 24 hrs. And from past 48 hrs. We are waiting for a proper solution of refund or change of product but no one bothering to do anything.

                      I purchased an item named royal oak wood shoe cabinet with order id-od[protected] from flipkart and it was delivered on june 1 2017. The installation for this item scheduled for june 5 2017. So i postponed my two journeys because of expecting this installation. But no one came yet for the resolution and not even get just call about the reason. Yesterday 9 june 2017 was the deadline date frame for the resolution. Yesterday also installation not done. Now it become very inconvenience due to this delay. Expected a best service from flipkart. Do the needful.

                          Conversation between flipkart company representatives, they said me that the Panasonic mobile is unavailable in stock. So that they will refund me my money. & they E mail me for the Bank details & I also sent them Bank details for the refund procedure. But the flipkart not pick the phone from service centre.

                              Resolution : Spoke with the customer, he stated that he lost his mobile and needed the invoice copy, confirmed the address from customer and then as per customers request invoice sent to [protected]@gmail.com. Customer stating that he needs the invoice with stamp. Apologized and tried to convicnce the customer that this is the invoice that we give. Customer stated that he needs to submit this in cyber crime office. Informed in online shopping he will not get the stamp type invoice. Closing the case.

                                When the item was delivered, it didn't come with any screw or handle required for the table. Then i raised a complaint with flipkart to get the screws and handles. But the flipkart support person sent a mail to me stating that a technician visit was arranged on a specified date (5 june). I responded to that mail asking why the technician is visiting when i wanted the screws to be sent to me.

                                To that, another support executive sent the same kind of mail, without even reading my support request or mail trails, stating the same thing — a technician will visit on 5th.

                                On fifth, i waited till evening, and no one came. Then i contacted the support again, and they confirmed that the technician will visit and asked me to wait till end of the day. Nobody came or called.

                                After that, next day i raised the request once again. After a couple of days, flipkart sent me another mail stating a technician visit is scheduled for 9th june. I have tried to contact them about it multiple times, but no support number is getting through. I requested callbacks, but they insist on not calling me back about this. All i am requesting is the screws and handles to be sent across to me and assembly to be arranged for the table.

                                  This is the worst service i have come across, i ordered micromax canvas-s led smart tv (Order no. Od[protected] on 2nd june which got delivered on 3rd june. The issue with the product is smart features are not working as wifi is not getting connected.
                                  On 5th june i requested for assistance from micromax technician or engineer who can visit and look into issue. But still no one has called or visited my location. Flipkart customer executive keep telling that the technician will call you in 2 to 4 days but no one responds. I am really frustrated with this service.

                                    मैंने Flipkart से moto z play पर्च किया (1/06/2017) था पर first time मे damage निकला था जिसे campay ने replace किया था 4 दिन बाद heating issue and charger not working की problem हुई तो मैंने Flipkart को CALL किया पर campay अब रिप्लेस नही कर रही है कंपनी की 10 days replacement की policy है। service centre वाले भी replace नही कर है ओर नही refund कर रहे है consumer court मे अपील कर दी है complaint Number: 300122

                                      Sir i was earlier purchase lenovo z2 plus phone from flipkart and my order id od[protected] that was deliver to me 2nd of june but product was mismatch i gotted another product. And after that i had given complaint of product replacement to flipkart customer care after that i gotten call from delevry.com whose deliver the product for product pickup they are tolding they have receive pickup request for lenovo z2 plus and they can only pickup lenovo z2 plus phone. But i had already told them i have receive another product so the are declining the pickup request. Still i am not getting right product (My product) sir please resolve my problem i want my product

                                        I have orderd samsung galaxy on8 mobile handset on may 15th 2017. I have received the mobile handset on may 19th 2017 from flipcart. After using for two days the phone got reset automatically. Since then the phone showing a beep sound with volume control sign after every five to seven minutes. Hence the mobile handset is certainly faulty or it may be a refurbished one. So the mobile handset should be replaced with new one.

                                        The delivery information wasnt given to us so that my watch MACRO got rejected. Its your responsibility to give details of your arrival by the delivery team... its not fair... At first i was a huge fan of your but now i got changed... this is your first and last warning.
