I ordered the mobile Realme GT Master Edition from Flipkart on 3rd Oct, 2021 for Rs.20, 999 and it was delivered the next day on 4th Oct, 2021.From starting I noticed unsusal battery drain on my newly purchased device and within 2 days o[censored]sage the battery life became worse, it doesn't even last 12 hours so I requested a replacement, a technician from Flipkart visited me on 9th Oct, he checked my device throughly and recognized the device as a faulty one and approved my replacement, the replacement was to be delivered on 19th Oct and at the same time my faulty unit was to be picked up, on 19th Oct no one came to deliver the replacement and in the eveneing at 6PM I received a mail from flipkart telling me there is a delay and my replacement will be delivered on 21st Oct instead of 19th, I was okay with that.But problem started on 20th oct, on that day at 3.30 AM at night I received a mail from Flipkart telling me that my replacement is cancelled, same day within 1 hour at 4AM I received one more mail from Flipkart telling me that my replacement is cancelled because the courier service can't reach my location(I order many things from Flipkart and they always reach me without any probelm so this is just a fake excuse), then I contacted Flipkart via chat support(I was forced to chat with them as I was unable to call them whenever I request a call from flipkart I received a message from flipkart telling me they are unable t reach me via call), so I chatted with them and they raised an issue related to my replacement to a so called concerned team who should have resolve my issue by 25th Oct that is yesterday.In the meantime between 20-25th Oct I contacted Flipkart chat support multiple times and they only said that my issue will be resolved within 25th Oct and I received multiple mails, messages and even calls from flipkart telling me that there have been multiple failed delivery attempts and due to that my replacement got cancelled but this is a complete lie because no delivery boy called me neither I received any pin from flipkart required to receive the order nor did I receive any message from flipkart saying out for delivery.On 25th Oct, I waited till evening I didn't receive any update what so ever I again contacted flipkart chat support and they simply stared avoiding and dodging my chats without replying to me.I twitted about my issue tagging Flipkartsupport on twitter, there they even lied to me saying that as per their record my issue is already resolved, I freaked out and I again twitted with proves that they are simply lying and they said they will look into the matter after that at 1.11 AM on 26th they again mailed me saying that they will resolve my isuue by 26th Oct which is today but till now 6.09PM there is no update what so ever.After that on 27th Oct Flipkart contacted me and asked me whether I want a replacement or refund, I opted for the refund they agreed on that so so I received the confirmation email regarding my refund from Flipkart.My faulty device was to be picked up on 6th Nov and my refund was to be processed within two days of the pick up, but on 4th Nov just before 2 days of the pick up they cancelled my refund after that incident I received a call from flipkart telling me that my issue has been raised to the highest level of escalation and I am receiving that call from that highest authority, the guy promised me that my issue will be resolved within 7th nov but as expected nothing happened and then again that same highest authority guy called me on 7th nov and promise me to resolve my issue within 11th nov but again nothing happened as well, on 12th nov Flipkart messaged me that my issue will be resolved by today by 10.54 pm, nothing happened.
Now I want a solution for my issue from Flipkart, I demand Full refund of my 21k rupees that I paid for the faulty device
