I ordered Realme earphones on 27th September 2021, I opted for Cash on Delivery as my payment method but while the product was in transit the made the payment, before i received the product i chaned my mind about the earphones and thought about cancelling my order but i couldn't so i contacted customer support to cancel the order .They told me to not accept the package if you wish to cancel it.
I refused the delivery of earphones at my doorstep. The delivery boy went his way and after a couple of minutes I received order Cancellation call from Flipkart to confirm my Cancellation.

since Then, more than 40 days have gone by & i still haven't received my refund,
I've Contacted flipkart customer care more Than a couple of times.
they give me assurance
& a date by which my Issue will be
resolved. but as, I mentioned above more than 40 days have gone by still no Solution to
my problem. I have explained my
Issue like 5 times on call & even more than that
on their app. but Alas! I am tired of this behaviour andI would like my
money back.

      I ordered a Mobile phone POCO M3 64GB POWER BLACK Order id - OD[protected] on 29/10/21 and i got delivered it in 4/11/21 and it is physically damaged and small scratches on body and Mobile phone frame body misaligned as there is small gap visible and Automatically restart the phone when not using. This phone is completely hardware defected.

      I already requested for return, Return id - ID[protected] and they are auto rejecting the request, and I again called the helpline they told that their Network is error so they cant request for return.
      After 3 days these big complaint are showing in my phone, Please Replace my phone or refund my money.

          No one from Flipkart is helping me they're just making me wait until the replacement period is over . Technician visits and finds the phone faulty but still doesn't approve the return replacement. I can't deal with this 43000 fraud.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            A laptop HP Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) 14s-DQ2100TU Thin and Light Laptop was purchased from Flipkart having Invoice Number # FAD1JI[protected] with Invoice Date:[protected] with one Year Onsite Warranty. (kindly refer to the attached file OD[protected] for other details of the product purchase like [IMEI/Serial No: 5CD1180JFK] etc.)

            When the product was registered on the website with the same Serial 5CD1180JFK, it showed the warranty coverage from May 31, 2021, to May 30, 2022. while the laptop is purchased on date 4.10.2021. (kindly refer to the warranty file "hp warranty.pdf" downloaded from hp.com)

            Make correction in the warranty period from the currently shown period May 31, 2021 - May 30, 2022, to the period from 04 October 2021 - 03 October 2022. Failing with which we will have the risk of losing the warranty claim of 126 days (30 May 2022 to 3 October 2022 period, i.e., 1/3rd of a year!!!).

            In this regard, several reminders have been sent to both the companies: Flipkart as well as hp. But till now, we haven't received any positive reply from anyone. Rather, we received a phone call from Flipkart yesterday (01/11/2021) and we were told that the request for correction in warranty cannot be done by Flipkart.

            Further, if you look at the invoice received from Flipkart it clearly mentions a 1 Year Onsite Warranty. It means that either Flipkart is not mentioning the correct warranty claim or my requested warranty claim is deliberately not changed by Flipkart. Therefore, kindly justify that why not a full one-year warranty is given to me.

            It is requested to Flipkart give their reply on email ID ([protected]@yahoo.com). Because of my busy schedule, it is not possible for me to attend your phone calls. I hope, I have made everything clear in this mail. In case of any clarification, please drop an e-mail to me on the aforementioned email ID.

                I ordered Order ID - OD[protected] kg Pediasure Premium Chocolate Flavor Nutrition Drink and Order ID - OD[protected]
                9 set, 3 piece each set, NottyBoy Honeymoon Pack Mix Variety (Extra Time, Ribbed, Extra Dotted, Extra Thin, Plain, Strawberry, Apple, Chocolate) but I received 1/2kg pediasure and a different brand (Mithun) contraceptive. I already complain about it to the customer care of Flipkart but nobody couldn't solve my issues.

                    I purchased an iphone 12 mini from flipkart on 2nd of October and it was delivered on 3rd but my product was damaged i instantly registered a complaint on 3rd of October but they said that they were facing technical issues from that day till today i got no solution at all everytime I registered a request they closed the thread without providing me any solution at all and the customer support keep closing the thread again and again without any solution at all, your policy clearly mention that you people provide replacement and i m asking for the replacement but nothing happening u people just close the thread by your own i m clearly dissatisfied with your service

                      Hello

                      I'm writing to you guys in regards to the issue which is going through while to trying to order the phone iphone 12 mini .im getting an error message "Sorry ABB is not enabled on your account". Which means I'm unable to claim the buyback for my phone which I'm using rite now that is sumsang S20+ which I have purchased from flipkart as on dated 20 Oct 2020 and my buy back is valid till 21 Oct 2021. Previously I have ordered I phone 12 mini by replacing the same phone and due to issues with the wish master my new phone was not delivered for which above is the incident number. I have now googled this error message and found that flipkart is playing with customers money and never resolved this error message of any customers who have raised a complaint. Hereby I'm now going to take this to the consumer court and will make this viral on all the social website that flipkart is playing with custoners money if no body gets back to me on this issue.

                        I have ordered two dabur tulsi drop from flipkart worth Rs 352. But the packet had only one tulsi drop in it. The billing shows quantity as one but the price was of two. I trusted flipkart. But my trust was betrayed. Plz resolve the issue otherwise i will never buy anything from flipkart.

                          My mom had ordered a dining table on the 2nd of October and it's been almost 1 month since we placed the order and we have not received the product till date and they just keep on chaging the delivery dates.

                          To say that I have called Flipkart customer support would be an understatement I have called Flipkart almost 20 to 25 times and everytime I call I get the same reply that they are unable to track my order and they are also unable to cancel it .And also in one of my calls with a supervisor they promised to cancel the product but that also did not happen.I don't know what else to do and this is so frustrating and the worst part is that my mom blames herself for placing the order and trusting Flipkart.

                            I have ordered (Realme C11 smartphone) from Flipkart but the smartphone have many defects
                            So I have called to Flipkart bcustomer care executive for support)
                            At first they said one person will come for verification then if the person found defects in the smartphone they will accept the return and give my money back to my account
                            The person came to my house and found defects and then he accepted the return
                            But the delivery boy never came to my house to accept the return and now a message came in my number that (Pickup Rejected Product mismatched )
                            But the delivery boy never came to my house
                            It's a very serious isssue
                            Plzz solve my problem
                            I have called customer care executive
                            They are now saying only replacement is possible
                            Return is not possible
                            Plzz help me I want my money back

                              I feel ashamed your bad service for more than 3 weeks...

                              My sister order a mobile phone and gifted motorolo G60 and refer below mentioned mobile number to track...

                              Flipkart order placed account : 86674###09

                              Got mobile on 18th and gifted on 19th October and we noticed that there is a problem in taking 108 mp camera...while taking the 108 mp camera there was many lines coming in the middle of the photo...

                              Service person is not picking my call for last 2 days...

                              However he never picks the call and some times attends says coming today but not visiting my home for 3 weeks..

                              And closing the ticket as replacement rejects 2 times and this time also this technician guy is planning to so...

                              Kindly send some other technician or replace my mobile immediately or refund...

                                Last year October purchased Samsung Galaxy 20+ on Smart Exchange Offer, now I'm eligible for Buy back option trying to upgrade with new mobile, it's showing error as " ABB is not enabled in your device" regarding this i called customer care, no one is not resolved issue. More over they are saying pay balance advance amount and Keep with you.
                                Then why should we go for smart upgrade??
                                Seriously Flipkart is cheating and playing with Customers money.

                                      I had ordered Realme Narzo 50 A Phone on Flipkart and they delivered me the defective product. I had requested them a replacement but they rejected it so many times also I requested a refund /replaced that also they are not providing me. Now 20 days has passed.
                                      Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                        I Ordered SAFARI Soft Body Set of 2 Luggage - STAR Set Of 2 55/65 4W - Black with price of Rs. 3328 with Big Billion and Card offer. I given correct address, pincode with my phone number. I placed that order 6th Oct 2021 with order ID OD[protected]. this order delivery date was 15th Oct 2021. Some un-necessary reason given from flipkart side for delaying delivery this product. i raised complain through flipkart customer executive more then 10times. now this order was canceled by dealer reason is wrong pin code. i ordered morethen 50 product in flipkart with same address, phone and pincode. how this only order got pincode mismatch. when i called customercare executives they said please raise new order. now this product rate is 4749 Rs.[protected]=1421 Rs now i need to pay excess for getting this product.

                                        i asked three option from flipkart but that are not provided me.
                                        1. I want this product so please cancel my cancel request raised by dealer side.
                                        2.I nee compensation for holding my money more then one months.
                                        3.i will raise new order if any difference amount will come need to pay to me.

                                        this all request they are not accepted and now they said create new order. even their not even not ready to raise simple complain against dealer.
