Received duplicate washing powder(surf excel matic front load detergent) in torn package with powder packed in polythene cover.raised for refund but didnt get till now. Confirmed with phonepe that no money reached.they told to confirm with flipkart and vice versa ... Where is my money?

    I have purchased OTG in Flipkart Fossil on dated 1st October 2020 one day delivery on 10 October but still not deliver that I cancel my order on dated 12 October 2021 but still not credit amount in my account I got confirmation also from Flipkart on dated 12 you have successfully cancel your order and your refund money will be credited within 8 working days but still not credited I have so many times call and put a message but no one resolve my solution please help me same and do the needful I had already played 1642 rupees but still not credited my account

      My order OD[protected].when I ordered my promised delivery date was 14 th nov through ecom express.order reached on 11 th itself my destination.hence I reached customer care they asked me to wait until 14th Nov.but shipment not delivered and considering ecom express bad reliability, I cancelled order on 15th nov.when I checked ecom express tracking parcel was under return to origin lock.i requested flipkart to process my refund immediately but they refused and told me that they will process only after the parcel reaches back the seller.In this there is no mistake on my side it was the mistake of seller, ecom express and flipkart.Also according to IT act of India they should have grievance officer but I can't even escalate problem.They hold my money without any valid reason.

        I ordered one product from Flipkart (Sujata mixer grinder) on 3rd November 2021. Today (16 Nov 2021) it got cancelled stating that seller cancelled the order. This order is priced at Rs. 5283 when I ordered it. Now it is pricing at 6300 on Flipkart. My mother waited for around 15 days to receive this product and now it is cancelled as well as it is at very high price. Both money and effort are lost. This is highly irresponsible thing happened by Flipkart for the product under Flipkart assured category. I need this product as early as possible and at the same price offered before.

          I received the whirlpool fridge on 16/11/21. The door handle of the is damaged. I exchanged my old fridge with the new one. The following guidelines, mentioned on the website, where not followed by the company:
          1. No OPT came to my phone to cross verify the order.

          2. In my address it was specifically mentioned that I live at the 2nd floor. Only one delivery person came to make the delivery and therefore my aged father had to carry the fridge to the 2nd floor.

          3. Delivery person inspected my old fridge and took it. For installation, another person came and he opened the fridge. However, according to the policy given of the website, customer receives the OPT before the installation guy unbox the product. But no OPT was received.

          Now my old fridge is gone, the delivered fridge is damaged and it will take around 10 days to make another delivery. I have no fridge and this situation is seems to be forcing me to accept the damaged fridge. My parents are facing huge inconvenience.

          It is totally the negligence of the company. There is huge lack of service on the part of the company.

          I called the customer care and I didn’t receive any promising solution, moreover I have been put on hold for around 40 mins. and then the call got disconnected.

          I request you to make the delivery of new fridge and soon as possible and take appropriate actions against the employees who are at fault.

              I ordered MI 30000 mAh powerbank from Flipkart but guess what I recieved?? I got only a piece of brick in place of power bank. I called customer service many times. They keep my call on hold and after waiting half an hour they cut my call. I'm very frustrated. They are giving me dates to date. How much I have to wait to get my money back. That's my money only. Still I have to suffer so much. I won't bear this anymore. I want to take legal action against Flipkart.

                Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know

                  Respected sir,
                  I order product on 31st of October on Flipkart my order ID is OD[protected].
                  Flipkart promise me my product deliver me on 11th of November 2021. my product is out for delivery on 7th of November but after sometime delivery boy update fake message the home is un located.
                  then my product if again out of out for delivery on 8th of November he again update fastly similarly my product out for delivery 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th of November. almost it's time out for delivery but delivery boy do not call me me and they not accept my call after 10th November registered complaint on Flipkart support the complaint id is [Incident: IN[protected]].
                  Flipkart again promise mein my product is delivered before 16th of November.
                  after 15 November I call again Flipkart my product is still undelivered. the told me Flipkart team working on your issue. on 16 November we got call from Flipkart almost 11:30 o'clock they told me again wait for 72 hour. after 1 hour later Flipkart cancelled my order without my permission.
                  Flipkart and Ecom express they both are fuling me almost 10 days and after that they cancelled my order without my permission both companies need to be answered my questions.
                  such a shameful activity doing from Flipkart it's very heartbreaking.

                      i ordered on 4th nov. Received on 12th november and found parle g biscuit packet instead of ordered item. Delivery person told to call to customer care which i did and they assure the refund and placed return from their end. After two days person came for pickup and he informed that he will not take it back as it has biscuit. I again call to customer they again assure the refund. This happen three times. Every time customer care generate return of item but person not coming for pickup and cancel the return from his end. Today call to customer care and informed the issue they again forward return from their end and assure return by 18th nov. Now again agent has cancelled return. Now what should i do?

So flipkart company is a very bad fraud company

                            I had purchased IFFALCON by TCL 126 cm TV from Flipkart on 9th October 2021, this was delivered to me on 11th October 2021.

                            The TV was installed on 13th October 2021.

                            This is a smartTV and it has been hardly used in day time, we watch TV during evening or night for 3 to 4 hours only.

                            This TV started giving a line at the bottom of screen since 1st November evening hence had to log a complaint (Job ID IN[protected] on 2nd November regarding this issue. The technician came by 3rd November 2021 and inspected TV. He informed that TV has front panel issue and that has to be replaced.

                            Not even a month is completed, it is within 20 days and hardly been used and TV is giving issue of front panel gone bad, this is not a sign of

                            good quality product. I had purchased this product from Flipkart thinking they never keep products that are of bad quality.

                            Had spoken to TCL team executives (3rd November 21) and told them to replace this TV and not repair or else refund my money.

                            They responded, give us some time as this is festival time lot of delivery has to happen, so i did not called during last week to customer care and technical team.

                            Today (9th November 21) when i called to the technical team they are not having any updates or the status regarding to my complaint, when i asked to speak to senior persons that call executive said call after 1 pm as they come in office after 1 pm, i told him to take up my request and let your seniors call me back and let me know what is the solution been provided on my complaint.

                            I am still waiting for a call from senior technical (3.30 pm) and no updates has been provided to me with regards to my complaint, as the product delivered is not of good quality and customer services is not a standard professionals to deliver customer satisfaction services, kindly replace my TV or refund my money.

                            TCL IFFalcon this product is a obselete product no one should buy products of this company
                            as they do not have any services after sales they only sell the product no service given by

                              Hi, I have booked my flight from Flipkart on 04th Feb 2020 from Bengaluru to Kolkata for 16 Apr 2020. Due to pandemic the flight got cancelled. On 20th Jan 2021 Airsia has refunded the money to Flipkart but Flipkart did not refund to me till date. When ever I am calling Flipkart customer care, they are disconnecting the phone after hearing flight refund.

                                  Flipkart had assigned me 15 000 rupees as my paylater credit and upon checking my Cibil score, i was shocked to find that IDFC First has taken it as Personal Loan and also some due amount of 8326 showing since Dec 2019, i have noticed a foul play here and would like to take this as high as possible
                                  I have tried reaching Flipkart multiple times and still no resolution and when i visited IDFC first Bank, they asked me to talk to Flipkart and get no due email or letter. I have applied for a Personal loan and it is showing in my cibil that the amount is overdue but actually in my pay later account, no amount due is showing. If my loan gets rejected by the bank, who will be responsible for this? if we just think about the masses of the people involved in Flipkart pay later, we can guess what big a scam this is. I would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible.

                                      I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 822101 for almost 3-4 years and also been a flipkart plus member till now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 90% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 822101 about 5 days ago. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that does not help at all
