I recently order iphone 13 pro max but the order wasn't placed the money was debited and than within 1 hour my money was received and than i ordered iphone 12 my money was withdrawn and my order was in pending for almost an hour and than it was cancelled and it has been more than 24 hours i haven't received any penny and the chat support is the worst they say hello and than they assist me with another specialist is this some type of joke i need my money back today itself or please placed the order i will really appreciate that and change chat support

    I want to change the phone number that is in my flipkart because i dont use that number anymore and i don't have access to it. The thing is whenever i try to change my ph no. it sends otp on both new and old ph nos. As i said i dont have access to my old ph no. how do i change it without the OTP.? Help ASAP because some stranger is using that number now and she raised a complaint with flipkart. Help me change my ph no ASAP

            I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 10 days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

            I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me".

                I ordered, YOFO back cover for redmi note 7pro, after some days flipcart showing that item delivered, but item is not delivered.
                I raise a complaints through customer care, they told your issue will resolve with in 48hrs, but not resolved till date.
                I again call to customer care, they again raise complain ...and told me that u wait for 01 Dec 21.
                This is wrong...plz help me

                        I have purchased a Whirlpool washing machine on 20th November 2021 from Flipkart and they have taken my 15000 rupees. that time delivery guys said if any Complaint you can replace within 10 days but we took very lightly that time.
                        and then On 23rd Nov 2021 when the technician came for installation he told me that the machine is damaged. I was totally shocked. On checking the machine he found that there is a very big dent on the lower backside of the washing machine(i have attached a photo also). he has captured the photographs and asked us to return or replace it on Flipkart. On the same day, I have asked for the replacement of this product but next 24 hr customer support said that we cant replace your product because it's our policy and they rejected my replacement request.
                        they are really poor and almost irreverent and poorly spoken.

                        I requested to flipkart, Kindly replacement this washing machine product as soon as possible.
                        I just want to know why the customer has to suffer for the wrongdoings of Flipkart or their sellers

                          Hi Consumer Complaints Forum

                          I purchased a Samsung Frame TV 65" inches during Diwali Big Billion festive sale in October. As advertised by Samsung on Flipkart with purchase of mentioned TV, Customer will receive free bezels of worth rupees INR 9900.
                          I am attaching snapshots advertised on Flipkart of this offer.

                          It has been almost 2 months no bezels has been provided. Flipkart and Samsung are not providing substantial resolution about it.

                          On contacting Flipkart customer care, They are not providing any solution and just stating customer is not reachable and closing incident.

                          Samsung customer support says Flipkart will provide the offer, Flipkart says Seller will provide the offer and Seller says Samsung has some technical issues to provide this offer.

                          Requesting you to please initiate the refund cost of Bezels or provide the Bezels as promised.

                          Please look into this matter.

                            I have purchased a Samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g on 19th Nov (delivered on 23rd Nov 2021). On same day I found that my handset is getting some issues. Later contacted the customer care of flipkart and they run some diagnosis. But still the issue was not resolved. So I claimed refund for my handset and after few hour the flipkart rejected my refund. Again and again they are rejecting refund of my product. And now they are not responding my calls and complains. That's why I came here. Please help me out. Now I found out that the handset is not original company made so I want my 100% refund as soon as possible.

                              My flipkart account is blocked since 2 years and I had a 3700 pay later bill in it. Now my cibil score is bad due to this, so I just want to pay the bill but they are not unblocking my account. I am facing severe problems just because of the CIBIL score. They are playing with my career. Customer care executives are not supportive . please resolve my issue

                                    I ordered a hp laptop from flipkart and it reached at junagadh but flipkart not deliver to me
                                    Now the order is cancelled by flipkart for what reason not specified and inform me about to place new order of hp laptop
                                    Now the price of hp laptop is increased so there is not my default
                                    It is flipkart fault to not complete the delivery to me

                                        I have purchased a Electrical engineering YCT book from the Flipkart.Com, The seller company shipped the book through Ekart logistics, but the Courier company updated the details delivery details for three days before but the Flipkart website does not update my product shipping status, actually I'm ordered the product last 17th November-2021 still now i did not get the book delivery details. as per the courier company website book arrived near my address but till now no update from Flipkart site. i trying to call the official customer care number but no response from flipkart... i am very disappointed with this. Now i have requested the seller company to re-ship the book but they say they have not yet received back the book. Please suggest the remedial.
