We write with reference to your e-mail dated September 10, 2021 to ICICI Bank regarding your Savings Account XXXXXXXX0858.

At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

We have done a detailed investigation on the concern raised by you and appended are the clarifications as sought by you:

As per our records the transaction dated August 27, 2021 for an amount of Rs.2, 042.00 has been successfully processed from our end and settled to beneficiary. For other transaction dated on August 27, 2021 for an amount of Rs.3, 395.00 we have requested the branch to raise a debit consent.

In your case, we have made multiple attempts and requested the incorrect beneficiary for the debit consent. However, we have not received any revert from the beneficiary.

In the absence of debit consent from the beneficiary, we will be unable to accede to your request for reversal of the funds.

Upon your complaint regarding the funds transferred beneficiary account, we have taken up the matter with Flipkart. whereas Flipkart team has wrongly credited to other customer’s Account Number XXXXXXXX0858 instead your Account number XXXXXXXX0858 by Flipkart.

Meanwhile, we suggest that for faster resolution / further assistance, you may also take up this matter along with RRN No.[protected] with the Flipkart bank directly.

We trust that the above clarifies your issue.

We have referred the case details to our Internal Ombudsman of the Bank (Appointed on the directive of Reserve Bank of India to look into the complaints), who has examined the case and expressed that the reply being given by the Bank's internal grievance mechanism is in order.

In case you are not satisfied with our response and wish to further pursue the matter, you may write to the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India of your region located at(contact details given below) for redressal of your grievances whose services are offered "free of cost".     We have purchased queen bed from Flipkart and we received the material on 7-Nov-2021 but till date 21-Nov-2021 no one from Flipkart came for installation, we also raised compliant with Flipkart customer care to take the product back which is also not happening on time.

    We already had word with customer care to take the product back as no one is coning for installation..

        Flipkart cancelled my flight booking after full payment deduction of ₹37897 . There is no refund update its been 9 days or more . They only say it is initiated but I can’t see any refund on my account. I haven’t book another flight because i got itinerary from airlines that day only when flipkart cancelled the booking . I want certainity about my refund and ticket .

          Sir i purchase many item before last 4 year but i never face this issue because i have no idea for flipkart return policy mean i ordered some item but due some bad quality of item recived so i raise returned request but after raise return request my item my account is blacklisted (blocked) by flipkart and i also added in my flipkart gift wallet Rs. 12136 but account blocked and my wallet money also stuck and i request u please reopen my account i promise you i never break your policy and if account open not posible please give my money in my bank account sir please help me i trust on flipkart so please i request u save my trust other wise i will take legal action on flipkart with the help of consumer court but i know never comes this time because i have trust on flipkart and i know you help your customer...

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

              The bed i bought is a FLIPKARTassured product. I didn't expect this kind of service from FLIPKART. Within one week of purchase layers of paper started coming out from all the sides. I was shocked to discover that the bed was not made of ply, or particle board, it's made of paper. Has anyone on earth have ever bought a bed made of paper. This is disgusting. Flipkart team called me and booked a technician visit. Technician came and confirmed that the seller said the damage is from my end. Please help me .

Who will take care of my credit card statement where I am buying and paying bill and then you are refunding - who will bear the interest on ~50, 000Rs amount for all your goo[censored]p?- I want to upgrade my phone, which you are not allowing me to do, then why should i pay 15000Rs due? Just take that mobile and go away.- You are going to declare to Credit card company that I am defaulter for 15, 000Rs (As per your continuous reminder mails for upgrade), why should I be punished for your mistakes ? - I bought both of above mobiles in Diwali sales and BBD sales ? will you provide me phone if I purchase now in same pricing?
                Give above all answers, I will not pay 15, 000Rs for your mistakes, rather I will choose to pay to Lawyer and go to consumer court with all evidences present.

                      We have a account with Flipkart since last 6 years but we have stopped selling products 5 years back due to huge return. But now we have again started selling on flipkart from last 3 months.
                      Recently we have faced an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart.

                      REASON - SELLER FRAUD
                      Steps to reactive your account-
                      Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities against customers/Flipkart. As this is a violation of our terms o[censored]se you will not be allowed to sell on the platform.

                      We also raised 2 tickets regarding the above and did not receive the satisfactory response from your end.

                      Our investigation team has investigated your account and has found that your account is linked to another suspended / blocked seller account on the platform. Our terms o[censored]sage clearly state a seller that has been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to register with us or use the Website in any manner whatsoever until such time that such a seller is reinstated by us†and you have been found in violation of these terms and appropriate legal action can be initiated against you.

                      Due to the proprietary/confidential nature of our business, we do not provide information on how we did the investigation and found you linked to other seller accounts. We have a strong Fraud Investigation Department which has clearly established your linkage to other suspended / blocked seller accounts on the platform, hence your account will not be reactivated.

                      As we have not done any fraudulent activity and not been involved in any linking of seller fraud accounts, we have a right to know the following:-
                      1) What does linking of account to another suspended seller account mean?
                      2) We would like to know which account we have been linked with?
                      3) Details of violation of the terms that are done from our side?
                      4) We would like to know the exact reason for the suspension. Directly deactivating an account is not a solution and affects our business very badly.

                      Requesting you to please check the above case as we are genuine seller/ brand owners and have not done any fraud.
                      We have been trying to contact the flipkart team in every possible manner to resolve the case.
                      If we do not get satisfactory answers, we will only be left with filing RTI CASE.

                          I raised a return request(refund) for this bata casuals shoe on 10th November'21.But the 'return approved' status has not been updated.Then I contacted with flipkart helpline.

                          And helpline agent said that :- the delivery status has not been updated that's why the 'return approved' status shows like that.Its a technical problem.She asked me not to worry and the problem will definitely be solved.She complaint a issue for me and I was said to wait 24-48hours.

                          Then after waiting 48 hours the delivery status was still not updated.Then on 20th Nov I contacted again with flipkart helpline.She said sorry and bla bla.She said that she mentioned and highlighted the issue again to the supporting team.But no changes has been seen yet.

                          Today is 21th Nov ..still the status is same.I requested for return on 10th Nov and 11 days have passed and I'm struggling and facing harassment through this after being a loyal customer for 3 years and a plus member too.

                          The flipkart executive team contacted with me both via email and call.Because of technical glitch they were unable to update the delivery status .So they arranged the refund process manually and they assured me that the seller will let me know the pickup time and date.I already got my refund.

                                I have ordered Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer particularly for dry and sensitive skin. But for surprise I got all skin types product. Those two were delivered in different days from different seller for moisturizer I thought ok fine let it be. When I saw even cleanser is same I was so angry and called customer care even though I know theirs no return policy for these products. Thinking I might get something from cal but I heard was sorry I know it's seller fault but am helpless. I know it's not big amount but yes it's my money that was wasted I have waited for something particular. I would have ordered some other sites for better price

                                        my problem is i am unable to update my password.

                                        Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                                        Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                                        Entered the code successfully.
                                        After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
