I've ordered Huggies wonder pant on 9th October 2021( Order I'd -OD[protected] & 31st October 2021 (order I'd - OD[protected] and product has not been delivered till date whenever I call to customer support they didn't reply any proper reason for delay always says your product will be delivered in 1 or 2 days but Yesterday I got a massage from Flipkart your order has been rejected with tracking id - FMPP[protected] from Flipkart could not be delivered today's since the product verification was not possible. Shipment will be return to seller contact Flipkart. They didn't even called once. I've contacted to their customer care about 10 or 12 times but still my orders are being cancelled without any attempt of delivery or a single call.
Seller SuperComNet and Flipkart services are worst in these day's.Please resolve my issue .

    I did order iphone on big billion day with the option exchange current phone. At the time of delivery the exchange value of the phone is not acceptable so decided to not to exchange the phone and paid the additional amount.
    I am not able to download any invoice from my app. Then contacted flipkart customer care. They emailed me the invoice but with old invoice amount and the total paid invoice amount.
    Multiple times followed with flipkart customer care but no luck so far.

    Would be appreciated if this get resolve.

      I ordered poco x3 8gb ram..128 gbpro mobile through the flipkart.The seller is India flashmart..today is delivery date ..but the product is still not shipped..Every one complained about the seller...now i have a trust issue with the flipkart..i need immediate refund or a product..cause i have my credit card due date in one week..so please take action immediatly

        I had very bad experiemce with flipkart, I ordered a mobile back case and its automatically canceled when i reached to helpdesk they said that i changed delivery date so order had been canceled, but i never cancelled the product.
        Similarly i ordered 6 products through flipkart in Aug-2021, delivery of all these productshas been delayed and after multiple followups i received items with 5 days delay.
        So finally from last 3 months i almost ordered 15 products in which 7 products delivered late after multiple followups and 1 product is automatically cancelled without my involvement.

          I have ordered 4 Quantity of Granola Premium Cashews (500g) on Oct 03, 2021, Order ID OD[protected], Paid Rs. 1251.0 + 11 supercoin. Delivery Expected by Oct 12, 2021, And these 4 items were delivered in a single packaging on Oct 26, 2021, (Delhivery AWB[protected] after long follow-up with Flipkart and courier partner. When I opened the package on same day, I found all the Four cashew boxes seal was broken, Even two Cashews boxes was half empty. Luckily I have made the video of the unboxing as well. There was no return option showing for this order, so I immediately called Flipkart CS on 26th Oct and the CS agent initiated return for this items, only for two boxes, not for all 4. (I don't now why). Return request has been accpeted with Return ID[protected].
          Then on 01/11/2021 I got sms that return request cancelled automatically. So I again contacted the customer support on 01/11/2021 and they have now initiated return for all the 4 cashew boxes, Return request has been accpeted with Return IDs[protected],[protected],[protected].
          Then on 07/11/2021 again I got sms that return requests has been cancelled automatically. So I again contacted the customer support on 07/11/2021 and they have now escalated the issue on 08/11/2021 (Incident: IN[protected]). And on Sun, Nov 14, 2021 at 11:33 AM, Rajat Singh Br from Flipkart Customer Support team given resolution that "We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."
          And now when I'm trying to login to my Flipkart account, it is showing "Your Flipkart account has been blocked. Please contact our customer support to fix this."
          Now when trying to email Flipkart, getting response, "The email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use", and Unable to login to contact support.
          Also I have added Rs.750 Gift Voucher in my Flipkart account which is still active. So this is my humble request to you, Kindly help me to get my money back.

            I jabe ordered iphone mini 12 white colour but Sreyash Retail bhiwandi via flipkart delivered me a cheap samsung phone instead. They are asking my Id proof after submitting that they rejected my return request 6 times.

                I bought rog3 from flipkart. It had display and camera issues, flipkart said not covered under there criteria so i went to asus service center. They took 20 days to provide me doa certificate which says product will be replaced by seller. Now flipkart says it has crossed 7 days policy. The both companies blame each other and i am suffering

                  I had created flipkart account few years back with my older mobile number [protected]. Few months ago, I deactivated it and switched to a new number.

                  When i try to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I have the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered since it's already deactivated. Annoyingly enough, the customer support can only connect with you on the registered phone number.

                  Please resolve the above at the earliest.

                    I have placed 3 Memory foam mattresses on Flipkart on Oct 4th-2021. It's been more than a month since I ordered and haven't received anything. I reached out to customer care multiple times but they are unable to cancel the order nor locate where the order is. Whenever I request a call from the customer care, they provide with a new resolution date. It is showing as shipped and been in that status ever since.

                      My sofa has not been returned or refunded yet, it was damaged and footrests were also missing. My refund request was cancelled 4-5 times without any technician visit. The invoice of the sofa is also not available. The executive team also refused to help me, they make fake promises, one of them even put me on hold and went to drink tea.

                        Hi,

                        I have ordered POCO M2 Pro on[protected] bearing order no OD[protected]. It supposed to be delivered on[protected].

                        I had a plan of travelling to home town on[protected] for Diwali and went with lot of regrets as I didn't celebrated Diwali with new phone. Despite of lot of customer care calls and reminders, it was delivered on[protected] to my co-tenant. 6 days of delay in delivery. I came back to Hyderabad on[protected] and here are the sequence of events happened after I opened the product,

                        1. Phone's manufacturing month & year is December 2020 which is 11 months old. That means age of Li Ion battery and other components are already 1 year old.
                        2. I observed speaker problem and I put a return request.
                        3. Two times Flipkart executive called me and i explained issue and did troubleshooting but issue still exist.
                        4. On[protected], I got message saying return request is rejected by Seller
                        5. On the same day, I have observed another problem in phone. Unable to disable app drawer option in Home Screen settings. Contacted POCO customer care and did troubleshooting as they suggested but no use again. Contacted nearest MI service center and they still didn't fix the issue. I feel, issue is due to 1 year old software flashed.

                        Even today, I am not enjoying phone.

                        We buy products by looking at FlipKart and not looking at Seller. Request to bring this issue with Seller and arrange replacement of newly manufactured product .

                        Just to reiterate, even though, its 7 days of return period, but in my case, I just got 3-4 days effectively due to delay in delivery. Please help arrange replacement.

                          Hi, I placed an order for a laptop on November 3 2021 at Flipkart, and received a confirmation mail at my email address with my correct postal address and phone number. The order was supposed to be delivered by Nov 10. I checked the status on Nov 7, and it was not dispatched by then. I did not receive any updates on my email or phone regarding the order. When I did not receive my order by Nov 12, I checked my account, and it mentioned that the product was delivered to some other address (with OTP verification). The details showed someone else's postal address and phone number. When I contacted Flipkart customer care, they wasted a lot of time in understanding the issue and did not even resolve it.

                          After much persistent chase on Twitter and via email, Flipkart looked into this incident, and finally refunded my money.

                            I ordered CENWELL Unisex masks from flipkart on 15.09.2021. On 23.09.2021 order was automatically cancelled and I didn't get any refund. I have talked to customer care executives many times. But they are unable to resolve the issue. order id: OD[protected]. So please initiate a refund as soon as possible.

                                  We have ordered a Samsung A52s phone and received my shipment with one of item was missing. This Sim injector was missing in Shipment box. I wondered there are two quality check team one is behalf of Samsung and other is Flipkart quality check team, after that I got an incomplete shipment box.

                                  I called customer service team of Flipkart but they are not taking it seriously. I really disappointed and going to file complain. I have also video recording o[censored]nboxing the product.

                                    I'm Pratik Bachhav, I tried to place an order for an iPhone 12 on 17th Oct, 2021 (9:07 am), via Flipkart. The order ID for the same is OD[protected]. The payment of amount ₹53, 999 was deducted from the BHIM UPI app (images attached). But, the order was not placed on the Flipkart. The reason mentioned was that "Your Payment was not confirmed by the bank". I also talked to Flipkart's support team and they mentioned that the money will be refunded in 8 business days. I have not yet received the refund (today is 15th Nov 2021), it'll almost be a month now.

                                    I have visited my bank (Bank of Maharashtra) multiple times with this issue. But the refund is not yet done. I tried asking for help with Flipkart's support team again, but they have started ghosting me and are ending the chat randomly without any solution.

                                    I'm attaching all the relevant images, please get this resolved as soon as possible. This has been a terrible experience.
