But this product will not delivered till now today is 12 th November;when I thought about to cancel this product and surprisingly I'm not be able to cancel this product ;all the executives are saying wait for 24-48 hours .what should I do now?

      I had purchased one Split AC Midea 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split
      Inverter AC - White on 1st July, 2021. order id is : OD[protected], Invoice Number # FAET7N[protected] for Rs. 27842/- in six installments with offer of "No Cost EMI" . But I am being charged Rs. 30343/- in six month's installments instead of Rs. 27842/-

      So, in above transaction, Rs. 2501/- Rs. are being charged excess from me. In past days I approached to both team members of Flipcart as well as SBI credit Card telephonic as well through mails. But no one is supporting me to close my issue.

      So, it is requested to please arrange to close my observation and arrange to refund excess amount charged.

        Dear Sir, This is Premchand. I have ordered Beard Trimmer from Flipkart on 28th Oct 21. I have received empty case in that. There is no Product in it. I have expalined the same to flipkart customercare upto 4 times they have cancelled my return request. I have asked about the product weight proof at the time of transit. So thats how they can know whether the product is there or not inside the box. They have responding but they are not clearing my issue. My order ID is OD[protected] dated[protected].

          I had ordered a Product from flipkart on 2nd Nov 2021

          But I have Not Yet received the Courier from Your side .

          The first Promised Date to deliver the Courier was 7 th November 2021 and then extended the Date of Delivery,

          Which is today 12 th November, But the Item is Not Yet received to the nearest Hub also . I have visited the nearest hub Thrice but the Item is Not Moving Forward from the last location .

            Hello, I ordered a product for my mom on 6th November and the expected shipping date by the seller was in 9th November and today is 12th, no update from the seller side. The status is still showing "Ordered". Please remind the seller to shift as no customer would like to wait for so long, if failed by 14th I will be cancelling it. Also seller shouldn't give false information at all cost. Very poor service. My order ID = OD[protected].

            Thanks please fix this as soon as possible.

              Hi, can I get assurance of mine return? IM now felt like brand ignorance, It's was a early Birthday present for mine own MOM, I hoped replacement would be better but some how my imagination don't match the expectations I hope FLIPKART will hold up me for Quicker response.Still this is unmatched that If I return it I will miss the great discount provided by Flipkart indeed partnership with SBI Bank.
              Please It's mine appeal In the fact FLIPKART surely provide a visible broken electronic device inspection, undoubtedly Rare spots of destruction can't be taken up in Digital form.
              Main Point of view :-
              On 11th November replacement of Real me GT Master delivered to me.As per mine inspection I founded same spots and same finger print where there on before replacement after replacement too.Coming to replacement mobile (Display had smell of sanitizer which is used as display cleaner.
              After inspection unfortunately I saw side panel is broken and cracked.I shared images to FLIPKART for return.Seller is blind can't see broken panel rejected mine return. It was shared by customer care 3rd replacement is possible I thought how is it possible? She was totally no knowledge Executive.
              1.)The mobile camed on 7th nearest hub of mine area, why they took 4 days for delivery final delivery worked on 11th.In front of delivery boy I founded and shared display has same spots of fingerprint and issues now even inner and outer box was damaged Also back cover has spots charger is not cleaned one. Overall it was manufactured recently but condition of the product was like too old. BACK SIDE OF MOBILE THE STICKER OF IMEI PRINTED THAT WAS HAVING DENT OF NAIL SCRATCHING.
              Flipkart s loop hole for sellers : customer can only share images one time for return request no 2nd or 3rd time image sharing.
              Viewer will view same again and again and keep rejecting the return?
              Every time same images will be seen.
              2nd loop hole: No email for customers to share images like Amazon has email for sharing even link too.
              Flipkart need lot to learn from Amazon.
              AS I CAN FOUND SELLER IS SENDING REFURBISHED AND OLD MOBILES LIKE NEW IN NEW BOXES.
              NOW A DAYS FLIPKART S SELLERS SENDING USED MOBILE.

              A piece of advice, dont create too much return request, they will deny refund/replacement request couple of times & then block you.

              Happened with me so i'm sharing my experience with you.

              If yoy want to continue for return request, withdraw all of your wallet money & clear all of your pay later dues, that way even if you get blocked by flipkart you will have not much to loose.

              Na, I don't pay later I brought mobile by using gift card I thought same let me use my GIFT card and ... Uninstall for ever but luck is not with me both the times seller sended defective or damaged mobile.i M 90K Invested customer in Flipkart + official reseller in shopsy

                  I ordered Sony Alpha ILCE 6000Y. from flipkart on 2nd of November and it delivered on 8th November but seller did fraud with me and send another used product of another company. so i requested return to flipkart and provided them all proof and id but from 8 to 12 nov my return request not approved and every single time when i call to customer care the put my call on hold and no response and cut the call after 15 min.
                  this is very disappointing experience with flipkart service.
                  flipkart please approve my return request i mentioned details in below attached.

                  Bhai u buyied from Flipkart choose amazon.u should have opened in front of delivery boy.I have done that both the times device was having finger prints on it.

                          I ordered a pair of puma shoes from flipkart, as soon as I received the box it was empty and I straight away contacted the customer service for which they replied that the order wasn’t marked delivered on their app and I should call back later. I called the next morning and was asked to submit some documents and images and I submitted the same but the return got rejected. The same has happened three times. Each day I am calling and talking to an executive and they ask me to reply on the app and upload the documents and yet again it gets rejected. Each time I have to explain all things to different executives who give same computerised reply. Even after being a regular customer and prime member the customer service is pathetic. The whole process is time money and energy consuming. Please help me

                            There was a return created again which I was told would be solved by 24th nov. Also there would be a follow up call but instead my account from flipkart has been blocked and so has my Twitter account without providing me any solution or reason.

                              Since then I had ordered items worth a couple of lakhs(gross total, frok very start to this day) in my flipkart account that is household needs, electrical items, phones, computer parts, consumables, gift cards etc. I believe in flipkart as they offer great deals & services. And i honestly look forward to continue availing services of flipkart if FLIPKART UNBLOCKS & GRANTS ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. AND ALSO I FUTURE I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE CREATING RETURNS OF ANYTHING.

                              Returns :
                              Returns are very common in e-commerce
                              Because as buyer & seller being in completely different location we don’t know the exact quality of item what the seller is sending, so customers upon delivery of item will open, check/inspect the item quality is item is good or not...If the item is good we will keep like that only, if not we will return to the seller as we got the item.

                              I am using my flipkart account since 8-9 years nearly, I had gross total purchases that goes above lakhs.

                              Let’s think : I had ordered nearly/around/approx 1000s of items in flipkart, In that few items were never delivered to me & went/returned back to seller. I had returned(less than 10% returned, majority i kept) only a few items since 8 years. You can cross check into my account's order history.

                              As up to me this is a not good to account blocked the account.

                              However, treat this is my first time innocent mistake and please unblock my account I kindly request to you that please consider my request in future i will be careful with my orders & extra-cautious with returns/replacements please unblock my account because their is my hard earned ₹3500(approx) left unused in my flipkart wallet and 2500 super coins, I will not create unnecessary returns consider this as first & last time mistake. Please I am requesting you as last resort because i have only 1 single flipkart account.

When I contact flipkart customer care they are giving extended date for resolving the issue again again. Now I am totally harrassed by them, so please solve this issue as sooon as possible.

                                    I ordered Mi Tv 50 inch on 22.10.21 and paid the amount the credit card, At the time of order, the date of delivery shown as 30 Oct 21. But the product not at all shipped on 27th of oct 21. I am called customer care and informed the status, they told me, we check it and update you on or before 6th of nov 21, i again called the customer care on nov 2nd or 3rd and informed the history, that person informed me, on or before 9th of nov 21. Due to delay and there is no response from customer care, i tried to cancel the product but they are up is allow to cancel the order but not reflecting as cancel. I called customer care to cancel but they also failed to cancel the order. I want the cancel the order and refund, I want the compensation amount for the delay

                                      I have purchased a Samsung Frame TV 50 inch during Big Billion days and as per the ongoing offers I am eligible for a coupon to purchase a Bezel for Samsung Frame TV worth Rs 8990, which i should get after the completion of replacement warranty period of 10 days. My TV was delivered on 11 Oct 21. So by 22 Oct 21 i should have received the Coupon.
                                      In spite of numerous call and chat with customer support i haven't received the coupon. However, on 11 Nov 21 i received a SMS quoting that the seller is not providing the free coupon, however you can purchase the bezel free of cost with this link. However, that link is not working and its validity is till 12 Nov 21. So when i contacted the customer care they said they will resolve it by 15 Nov 21. So as u can see by then the link will get expired and then i will no longer be eligible to get the free Bezel as promised by the Flipkart.
                                      Also that bezel of 50 inch is not available at Flipkart since last 30 days and that could be the reason that it's not working.
                                      So Flipkart is trying to act smartly by just giving the link which is not working with a expiry date of 48 hrs and then they will blame the customer, that you didn't utilized it on given timeline.
                                      Flipkart if you are reading this kindly resolve the issue or i will be force to go to the consumer court.

                                        I bought a Neel kamal TV unit from Flipkart a few months back. Now, last week I put my TV on it, within just a few days I noticed TV unit started bending down to center and drawers that were opening/closing easily have also stopped working.
                                        Flipkart is continuously denying support and even most of the time they didn't respond to query.
