I purchesed a samsung galaxy f41 with order id- OD[protected] in 2020 big billion day with smart upgrade plan now 1 year completed and my flipkart account was blocked now i call customer care to send me a payment link but customer care was not respond, if i don't pay the remaining amount 4950/- my mobile is permanent locked by flipkart. now what i do???

        Finally I have canceled the order...worst service...they made me struggle for 2weeks...I need the price change amount of 6000 as compensation to order for the same 53999 amount from different seller

          I have created Flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 94293xxxx. Few months ago I lost my phone number.

          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the OTP are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

            Bought tv of TCP brand of iffalcon, within 20 days tv has gone bad, Engineer came inspected and informed part.need to be replaced, I requested since tv has gone bad so early either repalce the tv else refund but no one from Flipkart or TCl brand is taking effort for satisfactory resulotion

              I ordered a poco M2 pro but received an old mi phone form Truenet commerce. I contacted flipkart customer care they said I will receive a mail, I received the mail to attach my id proof and received phone photos and I sent them a mail. But in response they replied "Since we had requested for a few images of the product received by you and it was not shared with us within {TAT}, the return request could not be processed by the seller". I don't know what to do, pathetic experience form flipkart. The seller Truenet commerce is also bad. Trust form flipkart is gone. My replacement request is rejected twice now.

                  I had booked a Preethi mixer grinder on 6th of nov'21, which was supposed to be delivered on 10th to Fatehpur, but now its four days, since i get the msg everyday that the product is out for delivery and the contact no is also not reachable... Feel cheated by the seller.

                    We ordered 3 seater sofa from flipkart order id OD[protected] on 15th Oct 2021 . Defective sofa was delivered to us on 6th Nov 2021. Immediately we took pictures and informed the seller on [protected]@bharatlifestylefurniture.com . No reply till date received from seller. Flipkart updated the status as delivered on 8th Nov after which we were able to place replacement request. Please note replacement request can only be placed after status is updated as delivered on flipkart. After this the worse experience started. Flipkart phone support was not able to arrange technician visit even after daily follow ups. At first technician visit was scheduled on 10th Nov, then changed to 13th Nov and then without any technician visit or any communication my replacement request was directly rejected. Our family is shocked because we followed every step on time but still flipkart failed to replace the defective product . Not only they failed to replace but also didn't follow the process of return . Without any technician visit or communication they directly rejected. Replacement ID:[protected]

                    After my first replacement request was cancelled by Flipkart, I immediately created a new replacement request on the same day. As per the new request technician was suppose to visit on 15th Nov but again same things repeated. Absolutely ZERO response from Flipkart or seller. Please refer attached image taken today 16th Nov.

                        While i try to order maximum number of products in currently out of stock this happens second time for me my pin code is 635810 i have had a chat with customers support they responded me and said to wait for sometime without knowing that how long you have to wait. I have asked for tat they suddenly asked me to elaborate my query after 40 mins of conversation such a knowledgeable person responded for me. After sometime another person with came ended with same question ❓ and finally I got to know that they're customer support team not as customer care or service team. Difference is customer Support team will support for Flipkart and service team will provide solution for customers. I hope that Flipkart must have customer care or service team instead of customer support.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Order amount refund, I'm hang up on getting refund amount from Flipkart, I tried in follow-ups with Flipkart so many calls made & written mail for the same but everything went in a wreck.

                          Actual incident/case : Order ID OD[protected] having the 3 No's of Realme Pad the same ordered on 16th October, 2021 and suppose to get delivery on 23rd October, 2021 but delayed by Flipkart and rescheduled delivery date is 28th October, 2021 for delivery called for Flipkart Customer care and finally get delivery on 27th October (1 realme pad received) and suppose to receive 2 pads on 28th October in absent of me (I went out of station), the order delivered to my family member and after reaching of home in the morning of 29th October, 2021 around 7:15am I opened the sealed package and found that only 1 No of Realme Pad and same time taken few pics of the package and informed the incident to Flipkart customer care and explained missing item in the package but same time they not provided any solution for the same, later at afternoon again I called for the same but this time customer executive assured to get refund for missing product and initiated for refund on 29th October, 2021.

                          So that day onwards I am looking for my refund amount, and I received mail that my case will be resolved on or before 10th November, 2021 (as per TAT), but even so many calls and mails to customer care but there is no resolution for the query, even customer executive confirmed time frame for investigation and refund to be taken 3 days but Flipkart taken more than 2 weeks but still it's not resolved, again and again time frame postponing.

                          Below are the sample incident no's. IN[protected], IN[protected], IN[protected]

                          Here I am losing my patience regarding refund, why not process refund? How much time is needed to settle? Where are the lapses? Why do customers suffer with this? why less refund initiated, why not actual order value?

                          Please look into the matter and expect a positive response, take appropriate action needed from your office.

                            I ordered the mobile Realme GT Master Edition from Flipkart on 3rd Oct, 2021 for Rs.20, 999 and it was delivered the next day on 4th Oct, 2021.From starting I noticed unsusal battery drain on my newly purchased device and within 2 days o[censored]sage the battery life became worse, it doesn't even last 12 hours so I requested a replacement, a technician from Flipkart visited me on 9th Oct, he checked my device throughly and recognized the device as a faulty one and approved my replacement, the replacement was to be delivered on 19th Oct and at the same time my faulty unit was to be picked up, on 19th Oct no one came to deliver the replacement and in the eveneing at 6PM I received a mail from flipkart telling me there is a delay and my replacement will be delivered on 21st Oct instead of 19th, I was okay with that.But problem started on 20th oct, on that day at 3.30 AM at night I received a mail from Flipkart telling me that my replacement is cancelled, same day within 1 hour at 4AM I received one more mail from Flipkart telling me that my replacement is cancelled because the courier service can't reach my location(I order many things from Flipkart and they always reach me without any probelm so this is just a fake excuse), then I contacted Flipkart via chat support(I was forced to chat with them as I was unable to call them whenever I request a call from flipkart I received a message from flipkart telling me they are unable t reach me via call), so I chatted with them and they raised an issue related to my replacement to a so called concerned team who should have resolve my issue by 25th Oct that is yesterday.In the meantime between 20-25th Oct I contacted Flipkart chat support multiple times and they only said that my issue will be resolved within 25th Oct and I received multiple mails, messages and even calls from flipkart telling me that there have been multiple failed delivery attempts and due to that my replacement got cancelled but this is a complete lie because no delivery boy called me neither I received any pin from flipkart required to receive the order nor did I receive any message from flipkart saying out for delivery.On 25th Oct, I waited till evening I didn't receive any update what so ever I again contacted flipkart chat support and they simply stared avoiding and dodging my chats without replying to me.I twitted about my issue tagging Flipkartsupport on twitter, there they even lied to me saying that as per their record my issue is already resolved, I freaked out and I again twitted with proves that they are simply lying and they said they will look into the matter after that at 1.11 AM on 26th they again mailed me saying that they will resolve my isuue by 26th Oct which is today but till now 6.09PM there is no update what so ever.After that on 27th Oct Flipkart contacted me and asked me whether I want a replacement or refund, I opted for the refund they agreed on that so so I received the confirmation email regarding my refund from Flipkart.My faulty device was to be picked up on 6th Nov and my refund was to be processed within two days of the pick up, but on 4th Nov just before 2 days of the pick up they cancelled my refund after that incident I received a call from flipkart telling me that my issue has been raised to the highest level of escalation and I am receiving that call from that highest authority, the guy promised me that my issue will be resolved within 7th nov but as expected nothing happened and then again that same highest authority guy called me on 7th nov and promise me to resolve my issue within 11th nov but again nothing happened as well, on 12th nov Flipkart messaged me that my issue will be resolved by today by 10.54 pm, nothing happened.
                            Now I want a solution for my issue from Flipkart, I demand Full refund of my 21k rupees that I paid for the faulty device

                                I have ordered IFB 6kg 5 star aqua energie fully automatic washing machine (Diva aqua VX) on 23rd October 2021 and the item was delivered on 29th October 2021. The installation was to be done on 3rd November 2021. Later, I got a call from IFB said it will done by 5th November. Again we contacted Flipkart and raised complaint and got surety that installation will be done on 9th November. They postponed the date to 11th November. They closed the complaint fraudulently with comments as installation cancelled.

                                  I have ordered a keychain on 5th of nov and it was expected to deliver on 11th of nov but then i have received an sms regarding my out for delivery message but the delivery boy couldn’t call me and rejected my parcel by himself and the next working day the same was happened and i tried to call him but he was not picking up the call and after trying so many times he picked the call and i told him that why you have rejected my product but for not apologising me rather he was blaming me and told me that he will deliver the product as in the evening but the I haven’t received any call ekart please do the needful I don’t know whats happening with my product or it is in the wrong hands for delivery please take a strict action agains these type of delivery boys

                                    Delivered a wrong product by flipkart. I order Seiko watch and delivered a local market product (watch). And I am waiting for return approved since 21 days. And not approved by flipkart..and I 100% dipressed and my situation is on suicide
