Hi there, we have ordered dress for kids recently. We ordered 2 dress, but the package had only one dress. We tried to contact the customer support and no luck as the old mobile number is not accessible and unable to change also without the otp to old number. We tried to return the item, but it is throwing error that 'something went wrong' and not allowing to return also. This is really surprising that our online shopping sites still not evolved to a global standard.
