Ordered a plastic tray worth of Rs, 1186/- and paid thru net banking on 03/11/2021. I suppose to get delivery on 18/11/2021. From 03/11/2021 onwards shows the status as waiting for pickup by courier partner. Contacted the flipkart customer care about the status. They told me to wait until 18/11/2021 to get the product or they will help to cancel the order with refund on 18/11/2021. So far the status is not changed and i have not got the product. Now flipkart customer care told me that they cannot cancel the order and asked me to wait until 23rd for the product. Seems flipkart is not suitable for paid orders. They cannot help to get the product on time or help on cancel to get our money. Irresponsible answers from flipkart customer care. The vendor name is Anjanin Putra manufacturing.

    Both shipping box & product damaged twice. Requested exchange, even shown flexibility to exchange is with other colour. Arrogant customer care executives. Desptie sending them damaged photos they were not believing. Flipkart should learn some professionalism from amazon

      Hi,

      I am GN Abhishek one of the customers of Flipkart. Recently I have purchased a smartwatch of Amazfit T rex, Ordered on 3rd nov and received at 12th nov. Within a day I found that the step counter of that watch is not working accurately it's detecting my steps while driving any vehicle.
      So I decided to get a replacement of the product and there was a process of getting a technical visit and after the approval of the technician, the replacement of the product will be done. The technician approved and a replacement was given to me on 17th Nov but the issue of the step counter still exists after the replacement.
      So I raised a refund request on 17th Nov itself because I wasn't satisfied with the product and same for this process the technician visit was required and I have shown the issue to the technician hence he conveyed to me that the issue is valid and within 20-30 min the refund will be approved but after 30 min I got a message from Flipkart that your refund was denied as the technician has verified that the product is working fine.
      A total scam process was done with me now again I have raised a refund request and again the same technician was allocated and he didn't pick the call and after 10mins I got a new technician allocated whose no is invalid.

      Their chat support is good for nothing a bot will only reply how can i help you and have made more than 30 calls to the customer executives but no resolution.

      Still, there is no technician visit and the technician is not picking up the call which is allocated.

      Again it got rejected without any update.

      Again technician is changed and today the previous technician had given a call that he would be arriving today.

          I have been using flipkart from 2 years and watching flipkart videos from almost 1 year but now i am facing problem in claiming my reward from videos. They show "Suspicious Activity Detected" even i hadn't break any rules and regulations.
          Many people also having the same problem from last month, so please resolved it.

            Order id-OD[protected] complaint no[protected] I have ordered Wakefit's 4 door wardrobe on Thu 30th Sep, 2021. Due to the festival season it showed expected delivery date as 15th Oct 2021.And it is prepaid payment I contacted to the senior in flip kart care center. He told that it has been extended to 26 Oct 2021. While tracking the order status there is no activity conducted from 9th Oct till date.Again on 26th oct I was contacted to the customer care team, they told that has been extended to 27th oct, next on 27th oct I have recevied a call by today evening your product will be delivered by 19:00hrs, waited for that as not recevied any call again contacted with customer team by 21:00hrs, again they extended it to 28th oct. Again 28th october contacted to the team they extended the date upto 30th oct.Now today 30th oct I have contacted to the senior team they said we can not track your product, wait upto 6th nov for furathier update.
            While I asked to cancel my order after 24hours order can not be cancelled they said,
            While I told to get refund my money they denied for that
            while I have asked my product delivery they can not trak the order so they can not deliver it,
            On 3rd november I have received a call from flipkart and they requested me for cancell the product as product has been misplaced somewhere, they do not able to track and canellation with full adavnce refund, So I have agreed and for cancellation.And they told by 11th november I will get my refund back, Still today I have not received my refund.
            Here my frist EMI has been deducted, with out product I am paying EMI.
            Worst service I have received till date. I need help on this.

                  Hi there, we have ordered dress for kids recently. We ordered 2 dress, but the package had only one dress. We tried to contact the customer support and no luck as the old mobile number is not accessible and unable to change also without the otp to old number. We tried to return the item, but it is throwing error that 'something went wrong' and not allowing to return also. This is really surprising that our online shopping sites still not evolved to a global standard.

                    I have received defective production where 4G wifi is not able to capture and not able to hear any phone call voice. Raise an issue on Flipkart return request also I have cooperated with Flipkart technical team and they cross-check issue later their tech analysis he visited at my home and crosscheck all issue and was agreed to with issue and send his feedback to the team and service team has declined the request. Rather than provide a new device and not support any further assistance and help a very unprofessional and useless team

                      Team, i have purchased a product on sep when i received found the product was not matching with the product displayed in website. I tried for returning the product multiple times, and got rejected the same. Later for doing so they blocked my account itself.

                          I have ordered the product wakefit mattress on 5 october 2021. flipkart say delivery date 16/11/2021... but till not delivered the item.. already complaint to flipkart costumer care 10 to 20 time but they tell my complaints under process.. but till now not delivering the item.

                          और अब फ्लिपकार्ट वाले 45-60 दिन के बाद आर्डर केन्सिल कर के दूसरा आर्डर करने के लिए कह रहे है जो प्रोडक्ट अब 5-6 हज़ार रूपये लगभग महंगा आ रहा है
                          कृपया करके मेने जिस प्राइस पर अपना आर्डर प्लेस करा था उसी प्राइस पर मुझे प्रोडक्ट दिलवाने की किरपा करे

                            An amount of Rupees 7, 874 was debited from my ICICI Debit card without my initiation on 3rd Nov 2021 and it was credited to the IPS DB FLIPKART account. I have contacted Flipkart customer services as many times as possible and even sent a mail to Flipkart senior manager, but couldn't get any response from them. At last, I would like to raise a complaint against Flipkart to refund the amount immediately.

                              Maine ek refrigerator apne relative k liye book kiya aur poori payment card se kari. 15 Nov ko refrigerator delivery hua aur delivery k time dekha to usme side se damaged tha.. wishmaster ne open box delivery form pe damaged mark kara k sign kara liya aur kha ki hmne shi product deliver kiya hai otp bataiye .damaged k liye Flipkart ko complaint kare...hmne waise hi kiya aur open box delivery form ka photo le liya ..aur complaint kiya app se ..seller ne complaint cancel kar diya..maine fir kiya aur fir refund/replacement ko fir cancel kar diya maine fir customer care pe call kiya uske kuch der baad mujhe mail aaya ki Flipkart ko id proof ka photo send karna hai tb refund hoga meri id ka verification karaya jayega..mujhe smjh ye nhi aa rha ki maine paisa kharch kiya badle.mauli mujhe damaged product mila ..baar baar replacement k request ko cancel kiya gya mujhe mentally pareshan kiya gya aur ab is proof mang k fir pareshan kar rhe hain..please help me in this..

                                My name is Madhusmita and I have been a regular flipkart shopper bur all of a sudden I can't seem to buy anything on flipkart cuz it says that no seller is shipping in my pincode...I don't know what's happening but I've always used that pincode when I shop from flipkart so I would like to know what's happening and please do something about this issue.

                                  Hello, I ordered a product for my brother on 30th October and the expected shipping date by the seller was in 9th November and today is 17th, no update from the seller side. The status is still showing "Ordered". Please remind the seller to shift as no customer would like to wait for so long, if failed by 18th I will be cancelling it. Also seller shouldn't give false information at all cost. Very poor service.

                                    I have ordered the product -KODAK 7X Pro 102 cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV (40FHDX7XPRO) on 10th-Oct-2021. I was delivered on 14th Oct 2021 and installed on 15th Oct 2021. We have detected the defect in TV on 20th Oct 2021 and the defect is that the display is getting black out in between several times. I have raised the Return request on 21st Oct 2021 (i.e. with in 7th days of installation which is under the 10 days replacement period time). A technician has then visited and seen the defects in products along with video evidences then, the technician itself requested replacement of the product and it is showing on flipkart portal as well. Later on this return request was rejected suddenly by the seller by sighting the reason that issue is resolved by troubleshoot which is not the case when technician itself raised the replacement request. This issue then updated as resolved on flipkart portal. I have soon reopened it and after several calls to flipkart customer care I have later on received a call from Senior executive from flipkart on 30th-Oct 2021 where she assured me that return of TV will take place and new TV will arrive after that and if there is defect in new TV then the refund of amount will be there. She raised the 2nd return request by herself on the spot and technician visit showing scheduled once again by 02nd- NOV 2021. However, no technician visit was done and I received an email once again the “seller is unable to proceed my request” and again the issue was shown as resolved on the flipkart portal by citing the same reason that issue is resolved by trouble shooting. I am cheated and thus, want to return the product and want my complete amount to be refunded to me as soon as possible.
