Order amount refund, I'm hang up on getting refund amount from Flipkart, I tried in follow-ups with Flipkart so many calls made & written mail for the same but everything went in a wreck.
Actual incident/case : Order ID OD[protected] having the 3 No's of Realme Pad the same ordered on 16th October, 2021 and suppose to get delivery on 23rd October, 2021 but delayed by Flipkart and rescheduled delivery date is 28th October, 2021 for delivery called for Flipkart Customer care and finally get delivery on 27th October (1 realme pad received) and suppose to receive 2 pads on 28th October in absent of me (I went out of station), the order delivered to my family member and after reaching of home in the morning of 29th October, 2021 around 7:15am I opened the sealed package and found that only 1 No of Realme Pad and same time taken few pics of the package and informed the incident to Flipkart customer care and explained missing item in the package but same time they not provided any solution for the same, later at afternoon again I called for the same but this time customer executive assured to get refund for missing product and initiated for refund on 29th October, 2021.
So that day onwards I am looking for my refund amount, and I received mail that my case will be resolved on or before 10th November, 2021 (as per TAT), but even so many calls and mails to customer care but there is no resolution for the query, even customer executive confirmed time frame for investigation and refund to be taken 3 days but Flipkart taken more than 2 weeks but still it's not resolved, again and again time frame postponing.

Here I am losing my patience regarding refund, why not process refund? How much time is needed to settle? Where are the lapses? Why do customers suffer with this? why less refund initiated, why not actual order value?
Please look into the matter and expect a positive response, take appropriate action needed from your office.
