I ordered a Clairbell Smartwatch from Flipkart watch is delivered but watch have different specification so I request many times to Flipkart for refund or replacement but the seller again and again rejected the request. 3 times consumer care executive requested but the seller rejected the request again and again.
Plz help me

    We recived our product in approve franchise which notified in app, they not send our product to us who pay in flipkart, at same area pincode wher franchise available at our area.

      Be careful about online purchase
      I booked Oppo A53s 5G (Crystal Blue, 128GB and 6GB RAM price 14990 on 1st November from flipkart but today on 16.11.2021 the delivery boy delivered the phone to me. In the time of delivery I unboxed the packing box and found another phones of realme c11 which price 8500 approx. But the invoice bill have price 14990/- of Oppo A53s 5G. The delivery not agree to return my money though it is cash on delivery. It is very surprising fact a big company like flipkart how to do it.
      So everyone be careful ... Please see the attached video...

        Dear Sir/Maam,
        This is Amit K Singh from Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. I ordered a product (real me narzo 50A order id: OD[protected] date Nov 3, 2021, 6.08 pm through the e-commercial website Flipkart and the expected delivery was Nov 15, 2021. The seller has processed my order on Nov. 10 2021 at 11.13 pm and then it was picked up by a courier partner (Ecom express, tracking id: [protected]).
        My order section in Flipkart app showed on Nov. 13, 2021, that my item has arrived at the courier facility nearest to me and the delivery person called on Nov 13 and asked for the route to reach my address since then I am waiting for the product but haven't received it yet. after a few days on Nov. 16, it has been updated on the app "request to reschedule" which was done without asking me.
        I called several times to Flipkart help center and Ecom logistic, they have a very set answer that sir we are working on your issue and it will be resolved within 24 hours even Flipkart gave me a date that by Nov. 19 it will be resolved but today I got a call from Flipkart that sir we are still working on your problem and we will get back to you by Nov. 22, 2021.

        This is a kind of mental harassment done to me by Flipkart, Ecom, and the seller due to their everyday changing delivery date I am finding it difficult to go anywhere except waiting for the delivery boy. I have urgent need of my product and they keep increasing the day to deliver day by day.
        Therefore I demand my order as well as compensation from Flipkart as soon as possible.

          Hi,

          I have placed an order to flipkart on 28th October2021, order no. OD[protected]; item- THE ATTIC Sheesham Wood Solid Wood Close Book Shelf.
          The expected delivery date was 8th November and we have not received the product yet.
          I have tried raised several complaints against the same to customer care but they are only increasing the delivery date.
          Currently, I emailed them twice with follow up...

          I placed an order for Poco C3 on 9th November 2021 and then on the product page it was mentioned that "Get Disney+Hotstar 1 year subscription worth Rs 499 for free" I didn't know how I will get this offer that's why I verified with the customer care and they said yes you will get it after the product is delivered. Also, I posted a tweet on Twitter and @flipkartsupport replied that you will get the offer after the product is delivered. The product was delivered on 13th November 2021 and I didn't get the offer. Now they are saying the offer didn't apply, as a customer how I will get to know the offer is applied or not. I had already asked customer care.

            On 9th November, 2021 I placed an order on Flipkart. The order includes two products, one being a book. I purchased these products using two gift cards having 300 rs each. I received the 16th November. But the book is not the same as described in the product description. So I returned the book on the same day. They claimed that the money will be refunded before 18th November. But, I haven't received the refund amount of 241 rs for the book yet. So, I approached their customer support. I had been made to wait for more than 2 hours by 3 of the agents but still my problem is not resolved. They claim that they have initiated the refund and it should have reflected in my Gift Card. But, I have checked more than 3 times and the money has not been reflected yet. I need to by another book urgently with that refund amount as I am still a student. I am not getting any proper response from their side. Kindly help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

                I lost my mentioned number and now when I'm trying to add my new number [protected], otp is being sent to my old number as well to which I do not have access anymore.

                Please help to update my new contact number.

                  Hi sir/ma'am,
                  I'm Using Flipkart For the Past 4 Years. I'm Flipkart Plus Member. I order a number of products in Flipkart. In Recent Times, I ordered 4 leggings, But in the package, one item was missing. So I wrote the complaint and return the product then they realize and missing product amount was refunded to me.

                  Again I order the product after that product was delivered. But Legging Colour was Not matched. So Today I try to open the Flipkart account it was not opening. They said your account is blocked. please contact customer care. I tried to call customer care but it was not working from my number.

                  In the Past 4 Years, Roughly I returned the products 3 times. If the product is not good and not worthy. Everyone returned the product. Who likes the poor quality products.

                  For every order, I return the product means I agree for Flipkart to block the account.

                  Without any intimation how can they block the account? They insult the customer I am deeply hurt about Flipkart.

                  I need the proper explanation about our account blocking. Otherwise, I will go for further Action.

                    I have ordered three pens under a single order id OD[protected] . This order was not delivered but status shows delivered . Through my repeated complaints you made a partial refund.
                    I could not understand why the refund was partial.

                      Purchased Realme Buds Air ANC from Flipkart. Delivered on 13-Oct-21, the product was damaged so raised a replacement request on 19-Oct. When checked after a couple of days, no details were updated on the order. Contacted Flipkart Customer Care and they responded that technical issue call after a day. Tried a couple of days but the same response. Lost my patience and asked the support team to raise a complaint, without contacting me they closed the ticket when I called back they raised another ticket and he mentioned that recorded all the info in the new ticket and referenced the 1st one, the numbers are below.

                      But Flipkart responded after some time that you need to contact the brand to claim the replacement. Contacted support again and they asked for the pictures and details raised initially, sent all the details then she raised a replacement request on 17-Nov after a month of struggle. Received a message today that the replacement request is rejected and said that you need to contact the Brand. Back to the same response.

                      Frustrated about Flipkart response and lost all hope. Is there a way to escalate this issue to any Government E-commerce complaint department?

                        I have created flipkart account more than 5 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                          My order of Duroflex mattress from Flipkart (placed on 10 October) was delivered with a manufacturing defect. So I requested for a replacement & returned it on 29 October. Now the replacement order (which was shipped on 1 November) has been damaged in transit by their courier partner Ekart Logistics is still with them at the final delivery station. Flipkart customer support still has no idea why my order hasn't been delivered yet which was supposed to happen by November 12 & they keep wasting my time by giving me flase deadlines. They've wasted an entire week of mine in this manner. Their customer support representative Manali Jain keeps calling me on my phone number only to tell me that she's apparently still looking into the issue with no legit answers & doesn't give me any information about my order upon my request. I've asked her & several other customer care representatives multiple times to tell me the current location of the order & when it'll be delivered to me these past 7 days. But everytime I'm told that they currently don't have that information due to technical errors & to wait until whatever false deadline I was recently provided with. I came to know that the order was damaged by them in transit & it's current location by tracking it on www.flipkart.com/rv/trackorder. I purchased this product with a 45% discount during their Big Billion Days sale & which saved me around ₹2500. I just want an undamaged replacement product delivered to me as soon as possible as the initial 45% discount is no longer available. Please help.

                          Flipkart has just now cancelled my order without my consent!! I chose to shop via Flipkart because I hadn't thought they'd cheat me like this! Now I'm left with no mattess (for which I'd waited for almost 40 days) & I can't even order it again at any e-commerce due to all the festive sales ending a few days ago! Not only is this causing me great inconvenience but I'm now also left with a loss of ₹2500 of the discount price plus my loan processing fee etc. which is around ₹600 on my Bajaj EMI Network card which I used to pay for this. This is blatant fraud.

                          Their customer support representative Amey clearly assured me that I'd get my replacement. And now this is what they do! I don't want their refund! I just want my replacement of the product. I can't even order this product for the 45% discounted price due to all the e-commerce festive sales ending a few days ago! All Flipkart does is cheat their customers.

                            ------The MRP was removed by seller. When I have checked in package, it was 100 GM of each piece and Price taken for each is 45 Rs.

                            I have paid 450 Rs for 10 soap.

                            However the soap is of only 28 Rs MRP.

                            17 Rs extra taken for each soap. And total 170 Rs.

                            Flipkart saying they can not do anything because they are not able to see the price on soap!!!

                            Taken extra amount and now they are showing off.

                            Need my Refund asap.

                            Even their support person Mr. Sahil has tried to fool me by saying that he has checked information.

                            He asked me what is the mrp. I told it is removed and that is the issue.

                            He tried to make me fool and continue arguing that he can not do anything and he is the only senior there. He cut my phone . I haven't confirmed my talk.

                              Maine 3rd September ko flipkart se ek gyser order kiya 2899rs ka aur maine payment bhi kar diya tha par ye item abhi tak naa hi deliver hua hai aur naaa hi cancel...par abhi tak kuch nahi hua...main is se pahle 50se 60 baar call kar chuka hu ..meri call ko hold pa rakh k disconnect kar dete hai...har bar yehi bola jata hai aap 7days wait karo par koi solution nahi hota

                                मेरे द्वारा प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न किया मेरा रिटर्न अप्रूव भी होंगा और डिलीवर boy मेरा रिटर्न ले गया पुनः कल वापस आके बोला की ये प्रोडक्ट नही है आप मुझे 2799 रुपया पे कर दीजिए मेरा द्वारा बोला गया की मेरे तो रिटर्न किया हु फिर मैं पैसा क्यूं दू उसके द्वारा बोला गया की ये प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न नही होगा मैने बोला मैं पैसा नही दूंगा उसके बाद उसके द्वारा मेरे साथ बदतीमिज किया गया और 10 लड़के आके मुझे धमकी देने लगा, अंत में मैने एकार्ट बरौनी ब्रांच मैनेजर का no मांगा उसपे मैने google pay se 2799 रुपया पे किया ।
                                अतः आपसे निवेदन है की इस शिकयत को अपने स्तर से जांच करवाते हुए मेरे पैसा रिटर्न करवाने की कृपा करे अन्यथा मुझे बाढ़ होकर कंज्यूमर कोर्ट का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा ।

                                  I have order a 3seater sofa in flipkart.com with order no OD[protected] on 2nd October 2021. Assured delivery date by 16th October 2021. Without any information and confirmation to customer, flipkart.com is extending delivery date on by its own. Customer care is not giving any information regarding this and not even giving shipping details from the day 1st. It is very irresponsible behavior from flipkart.
                                  I have been paying interest for my payment and there is no reason for delay from flipkart and not even taking any action of the supplier also.

                                      I ordered stainless steel channels to fit in my modular kitchen from Flipkart. The seller sold me rusted channels and had return window of 1 week. I am an avid shopper on Flipkart and never saw 1 week return window on any products I have ordered so far. Due to Covid, we open any parcel only after 48 hours of their delivery. But we had to go to another city for some health checkup for 4 days and we did not open these parcels until a week. When we opened the parcels after a week, we found rusted channels in all of them (I placed 3 orders). The seller has very cunningly packed rusted channels in all 3 parcels. I promptly raised the issue to Flipkart but they are busy supporting their fraud seller rather than helping a customer out. One excuse is we did not raise it within return window. Who the hell keeps a 7 days return window in the 1st place? I hate Flipkart customer service so much, for not getting to root of issue and accepting their seller is fraud. I hate the seller for fooling customers and taking their money. Please beware of this seller and brand: NRT Side Mount Full Extension Drawer Slide (Pack of 2)
