Dear Sir/Maam,
This is Amit K Singh from Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. I ordered a product (real me narzo 50A order id: OD[protected] date Nov 3, 2021, 6.08 pm through the e-commercial website Flipkart and the expected delivery was Nov 15, 2021. The seller has processed my order on Nov. 10 2021 at 11.13 pm and then it was picked up by a courier partner (Ecom express, tracking id: [protected]).
My order section in Flipkart app showed on Nov. 13, 2021, that my item has arrived at the courier facility nearest to me and the delivery person called on Nov 13 and asked for the route to reach my address since then I am waiting for the product but haven't received it yet. after a few days on Nov. 16, it has been updated on the app "request to reschedule" which was done without asking me.
I called several times to Flipkart help center and Ecom logistic, they have a very set answer that sir we are working on your issue and it will be resolved within 24 hours even Flipkart gave me a date that by Nov. 19 it will be resolved but today I got a call from Flipkart that sir we are still working on your problem and we will get back to you by Nov. 22, 2021.
This is a kind of mental harassment done to me by Flipkart, Ecom, and the seller due to their everyday changing delivery date I am finding it difficult to go anywhere except waiting for the delivery boy. I have urgent need of my product and they keep increasing the day to deliver day by day.
Therefore I demand my order as well as compensation from Flipkart as soon as possible.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
