Order id OD[protected]. I have mistakenly placed the order on my husband's name. Since there is no possibility to change name now, Flipkart told to cancel at door step and reorder.
But the delivery partner not returning the product even after 10+ days and not accepting to cancel.

I am contacting Flipkar customer service and seller both, but no resolution yet.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have ordered KENT ZOOM 16068 Hand-held Vacuum Cleaner and paid amount on 1st Nov[protected] RS). And what I received is something else. I have complained the same to flipkart and also shared the Pictures of product I received along with consent to raise FIR and my ID proof .

    After all this, I came to know from flipkart that, the issue will get fixed by 22nd Nov and initiated the return procedure. But when Pick person came for pickup they asked me the reason for the return and I informed them that the product I have ordered and received is different. So they didn't accept the pickup saying "it's asking verification code at their side" .So if they pick the product, the pickup person has to pay the amount it seems. So the same rejected!!!

    Again I have shared all these information to Flipkart customer care and they confirmed that next pickup will not ask for any verification code, Also they said that, the issue will get fixed by 23 Nov and pickup person came on 23rd for pickup and they again rejected the pickup with same reason " its asking verification code at their side". So if they get a pickup option without verification they can accept. And the same rejected for second time!!!

    Again complained the same to flipkart customer care and now they are saying they will fix this by 27th Nov and return and refund will be initiated post pickup, When I asked them how you guys are managing pickup this time I haven't received proper answer.. This is one of the worst support experience I ever had in my life. I want the refund of paid amount (RS:12599) at the earliest!!! So what ever action can take against issue to be fixed, please do that ASAP

    Now the third return also rejected by pickup person and flipkart custonercare now saying issue will get resolved by 1st Dec 2021.So the dates are going going, but NO refund yet.

    This is the latest rejection message I have received from Ekart today on 26th Nov 2021. I have already complained many times that, the product I have received is different. Last two times the pickup person is not at all came to my place and rejection reason This time mentioned as product mis matched. What he told me is "verification code asking" on the phone. So what next ??? How are you planning my refund ??? So as agreed proceed with my refund at the earliest!!!

      I want to remove the old ph number that I don’t use anymore from my Flipkart account. And the problem is I don’t have that number anymore and when i try to edit the number, otp goes to the old ph number as well. And I don’t have access to that. How do i change my number without otp being sent to the old number? Please help Flipkart

        I placed order and waiting on the delivery date. Status showing as "Out for delivery" at the evening I got message saying "Refund initiated and order cancelled" without any communication or call!

        Reason being mentioned as "Non deliverable area" where I stay in middle of Bangalore. Now if metro city falls under non-deliverable where can they deliver??

        Surprises not yet over!! I reached out Flipkart help saying how it can be resolved. If it was not deliverable seller can see it before hand. He has my address and pin-code. When its out for delivery how it could cancel and refund without even calling once? Reply from there is "You can place a new order with revised price" :)

        I ordered it again at the night and wolla! It’s delivered now! So guess you need to know the mood of the seller and your luck to get the product as Flipkart not gonna intervene although you trust Flipkart and order via their site!

        As a Flipkart customer I trust you as in inter mediator to resolve conflict and make sure right genuine product is delivered and listen to the issues, rather you say its seller who can make any decision to refund anytime without valid reason and he still can run business with you and keep cheating Flilpkart customer. ( so you saying we don't care its your issue deal with seller? did I go and bought from their shop/site!! NO I visited flipkart and ordered having trust that it will have consumer/buyer protection)

        Happy Shopping, I was thinking why I moved to Amazon from last 1-2 years whereas I used to be quite regular customer of Flipkart. Guess now I have the answers and my last order too!

        Thanks Flipkart for keeping my trust NOT to order anymore! Wish you luck to be in market for a few more years.

          I have registered my Complaint in the National Consumer Court Helpline. please help me
          The request is as follows, my name is Akash district Meerut sir I have contacted Flipkart company I ordered one (Canon EOS 1500D Dslr Camera) on 7th July from my account [protected] and gmail id [protected]@Gmail.com which cost ( 31, 499) with order id ( OD[protected] I got it on 9th July tracking ID ( FMPC[protected] ) and I paid it by courier online [protected]@ybl phone pe (QR code ) from my Ac[protected] Paytm payment bank UPI Ref.Id[protected]
          And I took it after paying and when I run it, the memory was not supporting. So I called customer care on 9th July itself and told that memory card is not being connected in it then they put its replacement and his message came that your replacement pickup will be on 13th July and on 9th July same day at 11 PM my account was blocked. When I got the replacement of this camera in 13th Date, I opened it and saw it was defective and not working which was already used.When I talked to Flipkart customer care and told them that I have got a bad camera and it is old, they said that your account is blocked, we cannot do anything, our team will contact you. I said that you sent me a bad camera, you are saying that we cannot help you. He repeatedly said the same thing, your account got blocked, our team will contact you. Till then you wait. I made many calls but got no help then a customer care
          Talked to the advisor, I told him the whole thing that I have got an old bad camera. They put the return request and I got 16 date that your product will be pickup then on 17th July I got a mail which said we want to inform you that your recent request has been canceled Then I called on July 17, I asked him that it was going to be pickup on July 16, then why the pickup was not done, then he said that it has been canceled by our team.I said you sent me a bad camera in replacement, you have to return it, either give me another camera or refund my money, I have given Rs 31, 499, you sent me a bad camera, I appealed a lot but a consultant put a return request and 19 Date pickup date arrived and then that return request also got cancelled. And I contacted again on 19th July Told them that it was not picked up today They told that your return has been cancelled. Our team will contact you please wait and got a mail from their side it was written in it. We would like to inform you that your recent request has been canceled because our system detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This will also mean that you will no longer be able to log in to your Flipkart account.
          Then told I did not make much returns.
          And I contacted a lot for 5 months 10 days but there was no help from your side. Nor do you understand my concern. You are requested to give me correct reply.

                registered mobile number in flipkart - [protected] sir, on 24 september 2021 i ordered 3 packs of speed height 3*60=180 capsules. i received my order on 29 september 2021 and i did a cash payment of ruppess 3129. when i came home and opened my parcel i found only 1 pack of speed height capsules remaining 2 packs were missing. on 29 september 2021 within an hour of delivery i complaint to flipkart customer care and registered my complain about 2 pack missing they told me we can only provide money refund in this product and you will get an update on this within 48 hours. but still after 48 hours i did not got any update after that i contacted them more than 15 times within 29 september to 29 october. and on 29 october they provided me money refund of only one pack i.e only ruppes 1043. still my money refund of one pack is pending. from 30 october to today i contacted them many times for the remaining one pack money refund they always say you wiill get a mail from our senior just reply to it . i got mail and they asked for aadhar card of mine . i sent them my aadhar card on 16 november 2021. but after few days again i got email asking for product image so then i share them product image on 21 november . after that again i contacted them more than 8 times they always say wait for 3 to 5 days you will get money refund but till time i did not got any money refund .
                so sir this is my humble request from you please provide my refund of rupees 1043 of one pack of speed height capsules

                    I have done a payment of Rs.1813 on 30th october at 7:52 pm to flipkart pay later account from my upi account. IT was shown successful on my upi account and the amount is deducted from my bank account.
                    Bjt the flipkart shown that it was failed transaction and the amount will be refunded within 3 to5 business days.
                    But till now the amount is not refunded.
                    I have some proof related to transaction being successful

                      I booked a flight ticket for my friend on 26 Jul 2021. The details of the flight ticket was attached here.
                      The travel date is SAT, 07 AUG ‘21.
                      The Friday evening my friend got the call from British airways and they asked him to change the airline (The phone was lifted by his wife the conversation was recorded.
                      She doesn't know English and she is unable to communicate his husband on that short notice to cancel and re-book the with other airlines.
                      At the airport, after being issued the boarding pass they denied his travel (boarding passes are attached here.)
                      We approached Flipkart and they pay back us a very minimal amount and the details were attached here.
                      We are demanding here with payback to us with hole amount since there is no mistake from my side.
                      We are approaching Consumer Complaints, hope the issue will resolved.

                        I had ordered POCO M3 pro 5G ordered on Flipkart on 4th November 2021. The product was supposed to be delivered by 23rd November 2021. On 19th November, I got a message from EKart that my order is out for delivery. However no one called me and no delivery person came to my delivery address. When I tried to contact the number provided, the delivery person didn’t pick up the call. Then I receive a message that my delivery failed as I couldn’t be contacted.

                        The same thing happened the next day. I complained in Flipkart Customer Care on call. They assured me it would be resolved. When the same thing. I was told that the EKart agent had falsely reported that I wanted an open package delivery, hence they didn’t hand the package to me. This is a complete lie as no one came to my delivery address. And the same thing repeated on 22nd November and I get a message that the order has been cancelled as it wasn’t accepted.
                        How can they be so brazen and lie so easily?? Is it so easy to cheat the customer by giving completely false reports????

                            I have placed Realme Bus air Pro on 28th Oct 2021 and it should be delivered by Nov 1st, Today is 11th Nov and its not even shipped yet.I tired reching customer care for this but no use, the seller is not even shipping the product .I purchased the product for half price on diwali sale. I tried placing another order with full price and it got shipped within an hour.

                              Ordered Khushak K brand plazzo set 854 rs. Flipkart send wrong size. When i tried to return there was msg pop up said too many return request in system so
                              contact on need help. I asked customer care if there is limit for returning product and she said no..(have call recording proof) So i dont get it howcome flipkart say too many return request on my account. I have hardly returned 10 products.

                              I msgd on need help i received call ( executive said i havent made purchase since 2014 on my account ...i have call recording of this convo) .

                              And then i received essay type long msg of Flipkart about asking for my adhar card identity proof..photos of product in flash neet clean bla bla...for replacement request.
                              Although my return policy is valid till 2 december flipkart intentionally not giving option of return refund .
                              I dont need replacement after going through all this hassel.
                              I want refund . I am not going to risk giving my identiy details to flipkart. Flipkart can send their own personnel to verify my id nd can click the photos of product as per their convenience.

                              Even though my return policy is valid i cant understand why to put customer through so much stress.

                                I placed 11 products in 4 to 5 orders on November 21st in discount. The sellers without any notifications cancelled all my orders on nov 22nd showing the reason as out of stock but to the truth they increased the price so they cancelled my order. Again I placed new orders for the same products again on 22nd evng. But again on 23rd they cancelled all the products of all my orders with same reason as out of stock. But the items are increased in price and so they cancelled all my orders again. I want to take a serious action on these sellers at any cost for making me suffer mentally

                                  i myself g.Vishal yadav, had ordered a product on[protected] on flipkart and amount of 53423/- inr has been deducted on[protected], order id od[protected], flip[kart . Order recieved on[protected], but the product was a 5rs coin, it was a very big fraud happened with us . As were expecting a 24k yellow gold product of 10gm which we booked on 16/11/2021 and paid same day . Kindly give us justice by taking this matter on top priority as we are from very poor family . We need a original product or else our money should return instantly.
                                  Its 1 week they are ignoring our mails and responding very lightly . So kindly requesting for a justice .

                                    Description of the incident :
                                    I ordered a mobile(Mi 11X) which costs about Rs.26, 999/- and the order was delivered on 12thNov, 2021. I've taken the order and paid the cash. When I opened the package the brand box given by the Mi was full of scratches but was okay when the seal was still present, so I've opened the box and the contents are all there. And when I switched on the mobile the usual setup which was supposed to do for a new mobile which is language setup, email login and security, there was nothing. It directly opened up and there were a lot of applications which is not given by the company like "live video chatting and dating apps, netflix, phonepe, hindi news channel app etc". So, I decided to request for a replacement and searched the flipkart options and did not find the reason "used product" in the replacement policy reasons and so I've kept it as screen damge which was present. The day when the technician visit was supposed to happen I got a message from flipkart, the details of him and when I have called he said, he was on leave so he won't be visiting. I called the flipkart customer care and said the same and they have rescheduled it for the next two days. And when it didn't happen, I called the flipkart customer care again, they said, " there seems to be a problem", so then they cancelled the replacement and again raised a new replacement on 18thNov, 2021, I said okay and the date given by them was 22ndNov, 2021 1:30pm the final issue resolve date. And from then I'm calling them repeatedly and saying to wait for 24hrs and then on 23th, 1:30PM the same thing that it will be on 24thNov, 2021 1:30pm. I'm facing difficulty to proceed the issue furthur.

                                    Desirable resolution :
                                    I prefer a refund as a 1st option because this is such a bad experience.
                                    I prefer a replacement for a new one as 2nd option in case refund is not possible.

                                    And also I'm not getting how to put all the images down below and when I'm to attach PDF it's not supporting.

                                      Sir, I purchased a shirt from Flipkart but due some fabric fault I return them. I return my Shirt on 13/10/21 and they said that after process they refund my amount on 17/10/21 to BHIM UPI account as I paid them through online BHIM UPI payment. But when I checked my account summary, that return amount is not reflecting there. And when I contact them they said that refund 249 rupees is completed and till now they are saying the same thing whenever I ask about my refund.

                                        I have ordered a bed sheet on 21 Oct 21 and it was delivered on 26 Oct 21 but it was not as per description so I requested for replacement on 26 Oct 21.
                                        On 03 Nov at 13:44 hrs I got the message that your replacement is out for delivery, I tried to contact delivery person number of times but he did not respond.
                                        on 04 Nov at 00:23h received the message that pickup cancelled and at 00:25 hrs order rejected because the product was not accepted during delivery.

                                        on very next day i called customer case and narrate the issue but he says your replacement period lapsed.

                                        1. Did the delivery person tried delivery at 00:23 hrs mid night when the message came as order rejected?
                                        2. If i did not accept what was the reason?
                                        3. If I does not wanted to get the replacement, why would I raise the replacement
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Even after lot of calls and correspondence again initiated pickup however the pickup did not taken place again pickup cancelled at 00:00 hrs on 19 Nov 2019.
