I have ordered 4 Quantity of Granola Premium Cashews (500g) on Oct 03, 2021, Order ID OD[protected], Paid Rs. 1251.0 + 11 supercoin. Delivery Expected by Oct 12, 2021, And these 4 items were delivered in a single packaging on Oct 26, 2021, (Delhivery AWB[protected] after long follow-up with Flipkart and courier partner. When I opened the package on same day, I found all the Four cashew boxes seal was broken, Even two Cashews boxes was half empty. Luckily I have made the video of the unboxing as well. There was no return option showing for this order, so I immediately called Flipkart CS on 26th Oct and the CS agent initiated return for this items, only for two boxes, not for all 4. (I don't now why). Return request has been accpeted with Return ID[protected].
Then on 01/11/2021 I got sms that return request cancelled automatically. So I again contacted the customer support on 01/11/2021 and they have now initiated return for all the 4 cashew boxes, Return request has been accpeted with Return IDs[protected],[protected],[protected].
Then on 07/11/2021 again I got sms that return requests has been cancelled automatically. So I again contacted the customer support on 07/11/2021 and they have now escalated the issue on 08/11/2021 (Incident: IN[protected]). And on Sun, Nov 14, 2021 at 11:33 AM, Rajat Singh Br from Flipkart Customer Support team given resolution that "We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."
And now when I'm trying to login to my Flipkart account, it is showing "Your Flipkart account has been blocked. Please contact our customer support to fix this."
Now when trying to email Flipkart, getting response, "The email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use", and Unable to login to contact support.
Also I have added Rs.750 Gift Voucher in my Flipkart account which is still active. So this is my humble request to you, Kindly help me to get my money back.
