The agency of courier said us that when you pay again the amount we will give you the order. Why this foolish thing? If it is like this for what we pay that amount? Because of that i can bring that book. We get this message rs. 438 withdrawn from your a/c *003099 details: pos/bangalore/flipkart int/732. Flipkart has sold the used/damaged phone the very next day i have raised the complaint for return trough website. but no response till date its been 1 week till now.
and poor customer care service the IVR always says will make a call back but never happen.

My Videocon TV delivered as on 17th Nov 2017 and yet not installed. On the other hand yesterday I got massage about 'INSTALLATION COMPLETED ON 19TH NOV (SUNDAY)'. But no one visited on the full day I was at home. It's a ridiculous information and hectic as well.. What is this????
