Hi,
I have purchased a laptop lenovo ideapad core i7 7th gen using hdfc debit card emi and has been cancelled by seller. I contacted with flipkart and flipkart is saying they have already processed the refund on october 17. Till now i have not received my refund. I have contacted the hdfc bank also and they says our record indicate that there is no debit for rs. 57, 990.00 debited from your account on october 17, 2017. Emi is still cutting. Under item that has been cancelled by seller, refund status is not completed yet and there is no refund id too there. I'm really frustrated please help me regarding this.
