As required by you, I am sending the pictures of Samsung Galaxy S3, which
will be exchanged to buy Samsung Galaxy S7. The phone is working and I am
sending the email from the same.
As per discussion with customer service on 14th November, It was supposed
to be re-inspected by 17th November and I should have been given S7. But
Flipkart cancelled the order without knowing of the buyer.
I have already purchased the accessories of approx Rs 2000/- for Samsung
Galaxy S7. Also the phone was purchased on EMI on my credit card, so the
interest(approx 3000Rs) now will have been on me instead of Flipkart, but
the phone is yet not delivered.
The prices for Samsung Galaxy S7 are shoot up from 29K to 34K. Also the
exchange price I was receiving in that offer was 5600Rs. which is not
available now.
Moreover, I wanted to gift the phone to my wife and suffering for delay in
delivery and unjustified cancellation.
I demand to compensate for the loss for the incorrect decisions taken by
Wish master or courier service or Flipkart.
