Dear sir,

I have ordered a fastrack watch from "http://www.flipkart.com" (Order#od[protected] for rs. 1304 on 01-oct-2017 and received on 15-0ct-2017. When i went to titan care for an issue related to chain of watch, they said that watch is duplicate and there is no serial number in the watch.

Requesting you to please look into it.

    I ordered the tab as black color. But i got white at the delivered time and also sim slot1 is not working when i got the delivery itself. Now the tab has some display issues i had a warranty for 6months. So please make the service for the tablet
    I kall n5 by using the warranty.

    I used to try to send this detail through flipkart app but it says "oops something went wrong, try again later.

      I ordered samsung galaxy s7 on 7th november 2017. It was supposed to deliver on 9th november 2017.

      First i got a false call from customer care that due to server problem we cannot identify the phone to be exchanged so the phone will be delayed. Second i receive a false email that that the phone will be delayed at vendor end. When i checked phone, it was already reached on time ie on 9th november in nagpur but shipment is damaged.

      So why confirmations came from flipkart that the phone will be delayed due to false reasons.

      Later on 14th november 2017, a courier boy denied the pickup of exchange phone and told us to call customer care. I informed to customer care that the courier boy hasn't handover the phone because he can't take exchange phone. The customer service person told me that someone will come and decide for replacement. I was expecting a solution but today at 1.35 am, you cancelled the phone without buyer's consent. When i called customer service he says he can't do anything because the order has been cancelled. The phone can not be delivered.

      Second in online tracking shipment was shown damaged but without sending it back and asking for replacement from vendor, why the courier boy came to inspect exchange phone.

      I am here by confirming you that buyer has not cancelled the order at any stage and need the product asap.

      No way without talking or writing to the customer, order should be cancelled.

      It looks like flipkart is showing false sale on their website with fake offers so that temporary sale boost up and credit will be received.

      Dear Sir,

      As required by you, I am sending the pictures of Samsung Galaxy S3, which
      will be exchanged to buy Samsung Galaxy S7. The phone is working and I am
      sending the email from the same.

      As per discussion with customer service on 14th November, It was supposed
      to be re-inspected by 17th November and I should have been given S7. But
      Flipkart cancelled the order without knowing of the buyer.

      I have already purchased the accessories of approx Rs 2000/- for Samsung
      Galaxy S7. Also the phone was purchased on EMI on my credit card, so the
      interest(approx 3000Rs) now will have been on me instead of Flipkart, but
      the phone is yet not delivered.

      The prices for Samsung Galaxy S7 are shoot up from 29K to 34K. Also the
      exchange price I was receiving in that offer was 5600Rs. which is not
      available now.

      Moreover, I wanted to gift the phone to my wife and suffering for delay in
      delivery and unjustified cancellation.

      I demand to compensate for the loss for the incorrect decisions taken by
      Wish master or courier service or Flipkart.

        Regarding my placed order id_od[protected], for which i have raised return request on the day of the product got delivered to my house i suddenly got the return rejected without anyone coming to my home for checking the stuff n quality. It's seriously unacceptable and doesn't fits in ur return policies and obviously proof how much u care of your customers where you are harassing us from taking our money and making us keep your low quality product for no reasons. It was my biggest fault to buy product from flipkart. As this thing happen in other product as well where i asked for replacement but your customer support has placed a return option by her own self, again making your customer look like a fool.

          I had placed an order to buy apple iphon 7 and the same was delivered today. However, to my surprise the box was not sealed. It was an entirely open box. How do we make sure that this one is a new product and not a refurbished one. And would like to know why there is no seal. We always get a mobile phone with a seal on the box. Need an action on this asap.

They contacted me on phone for several days and told them that they would be brought the next day but it would not last, but eventually i'd give a line, but i still have not got it yet.

            I bought mobile on flipkart with no EMI cost but i have issue in EMI payment flipkart say's that is not our problem & HDFC bank both say's that is not our problem.Both sidede responce is very bad.Please hepl me how to resolve this problem.
            I booked onida led 43 inch smart tv on flipkart it was deivered on time but when i opened it tv was damaged. i immediately ordered a return request so that they can dispatch a new tv and pickup the damaged tv, they are delaying my request everyday and they are not resolving anything. i am frustrated by please help.

              Hi, on 7th november i have purchased oppof3 plus from flipkart on exchange offer. Later the delivery guy denied to deliver the product and the order has been cancelled. Till now i have not received my refund. I have contacted the icici bank also but they are saying they didn't receive any refiund from merchant (Flipkart) side. And flipkart is saying they have already processed the refund. Also flipkart representatives are not responding properly. I'm really frustrated please help me regarding this

              The phone I ordered on October worked fine but now on November 14 it's display got off. I cannot see the screen but can hear the call, but the screen is still black.
              Sir, I have brought kitchen Chemney from flipkart and delivered on 03 November 2017, the received model found different as I have ordered, also bill is ganerating different. So have given return request on 5th November 2017. Still I am waiting for returning the item, no any action from flipkart.

                Today (21 nov 2017), my moto g4 plus mobile which was supposed to be exchanged for the redmi note 4.

                The delivery man has refused to accept my phone because of flaked paint.
                The exchange offer terms and conditions explicitly states only cracks on the body as basis of rejection.

                The delivery man had asked me to do a factory reset. Now because of this arbitrary action, it has caused me a lot of trouble in terms of getting my phone functional again.

                Desirable resolution: contact the delivery personnel and ask them to do a second inspection. My phone is not in violation of the terms of exchange.

                  Again they are doing the same thing I have already informed the support
                  the team I was transferred from the Ghatkopar location and my current location,
                  Thane, that I have already provided then why you are repeating the same
                  thing again n again I am not understood request you to please provide
                  correct solutions and work like professional.

                  Today I have spoken with your customer support team again they told me we
                  need to cancel the request first then you can raise a new request for new
                  address if I cancel the request it will take around four days to create the
                  new request I can't wait more I want an urgent solution to the same if it is
                  not possible so please tell me I can, t do follow-ups it's been already more
                  then one month.

                  now I want to do deactivate my Flipkart account I don't want to continue with Flipkart I will continue with Amazon and another merchant the customers are not important to you guys. also, I can't pay your pay later payment first you can resolve my issue then will pay I was too much frustrated.

                        I had purchased the same for rs 5939/- on 15/10/2017 under offer and 9 months no cost emi. Till date flipkart has not delivered this product and made false commitment of delivery. This mobile i was supposed to gift to my child on diwali. Now flipkart is asking me to cancel product and buy the same for rs 8500/- and their is now no cost emi. Why should i pay more and lose rs 2500 plus pay interest if product is taken on emi another rs 1000/-. Flipkart had this product till date but now they want me to pay more.

                          I ordered a leeco le max 2 on 16 november 2017 through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch).                             Provided complaint subject has been ordered from the firm flipkart. Where it denied 2 times for the delivery in the cost of 8099/- inr. With call and e-mail discussion with flipkart escalation team made a romour mail that they suspected that i would resell the product after the delivery and even my account login has blocked by firm. My patience took me all this bare and continued with flipkart again and cc executive informed that i could purchase a mobile of same cost which is of 8099/- (Offer price). As by the word by the executive i made a reorder for the subject and paid 10999/- inr and now the firm denied to take my request to refund the difference of 2900/- inr.
                            (Id od[protected] dt 09th november 2017. I need justice on the complaint raised.

                              My complaint against flipkart online shopping website, regarding order id : od[protected], i placed my order for "black sandstone" color but received "grey sandstone" colored handset.
                              This is not only concern, mobile is also defective as it is not connecting to mobile network. I requested to replace the mobile then i got a reply from flipkart customer care that they are rejecting my replacement request because of high numbers of replacements & returns in my purchase history & i'll not ever log in to my flipkart account again.
                              I just want to know if i got any different, faulty, duplicate or broken product then they want me to keep it?
                              & if i requested for any return or replace their concern team have to check my complain & if found my complaint genuine then they provide me replacement or refund.
                              Now in my present complaint regarding order id : od[protected] karbonn k9 smart 4g volte mobile price rs. 4090/-,
                              I received different item.
                              I placed my order for "black sandstone" colored mobile handset & flipkart send me "grey sandstone" colored mobile handset. Here i'm attaching images of invoice & mobile box where you can clearly check, in invoice "black sandstone" color & imei no. Of the handset & on box "grey sandstone" color is mentioned & imei no. Which is same as in invoice.
                              This is not only concern received mobile is defective or faulty as it is not connecting to mobile network after inserting the sim card.

                              Where is my mistake to get different or faulty item which i ordered? If not, then why should i suffer.
                              If flipkart doesn't have item which i ordered they must ask me to change or cancel my order before shipping it. They have no right to change any order without permission of a customer.
                              I requested them for replace or return on the same day i received the product, my flipkart id logged out & not getting log in, then i send them an email & received a reply in which flipkart customer care quoted "we'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."
                              Just asking "history of returns" they are cancelling my request of return/refund.
                              If the supplied product is not as it was mention or defective by any reason then how can they reach up to any conclusion to refuse return /refund.?
                              If their computer system has detected me as a bad customer than why flipkart made this supply?

                              After interfering by Indian consumer complaints forum, Flipkart accepted my replacement request & send me replacement but again they send me "Grey sandstone" colored mobile handset instead of "Black sandstone" colored handset which I ordered.
                              I contacted again to flipkart customer care this time they took my complaint seriously, & offered refund for the product after pickup. I was fed up with the fraud & cheater seller from Flipkart, so I agreed for refund.
                              Now I got my amount back after pickup.
                              Thanks to "Indian consumer complaints forum" for their kind & active support for resolving my complaint.

                                My account deactivated since long
                                I want to see that my account gets activated. I am deprived of good offers by flipkart by deactivation of my account. The reason cited about this step by flipkart is that there are many returns of ordered goods and fee quent cancellations. This is natural process. If customers does not like goods they are bound to be returned. He does not have privilege of inspecting goods but has to go by what ever described by seller and pictures posted. O

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is amit mishra, i purchased lenovo k8 note @rs.11, 000/- but its user interface is not upto the mark and i did not like the working of lenovo phone. Flipkart has easy "return and refund policy". I called customer care on the date the product delivered to my house and told the customer care executive of flipkart about that i am a loyal customer and i am not getting the customer satisfaction with this phone and if they can exchange it on first-time goodwill gesture, they bluntly denied and told me that i used to buy cheap product from there website and disconnected my call. Name of the executive is mr. Sanjeev, he didn't listened to my complaint and not gave me resolution.

                                    Flipkart is a big brand and if a big company like this can not resolve my issue then who will?? I guess in that case i need to visit consumer court and sue this company.

                                    I just want this phone to be returned and get my money back. I have been a loyal customer but i guess flipkart has lost one of its loyal customer.

                                      Roti maker sent to me is having rust and it seems that the used piece has been sent to me.

                                      I do not want to keep the same. Its not according to our family needs.

                                      Please take back immediately and return my money.

                                      Its quality is very poor. Its not as per the advertisement. Company has cheated me by sending old piece with rust.

                                        Please provide clarification of pending orders which is still not delivered.

                                        1. Mi max 2 (Black, 64 gb), i have received last communication that team is looking into mater and then i am not able to log in, as account is blocked from end so no issue can be raised on portal. I am not able to reset password also as it is showing unable to update

                                        2. Not getting invoice has lead to loss of rs.30000 plus

                                        3. I am mentally harassed by no response from your customer care despite several reminders and just met with accident.

                                        4. Provide me order details for delivery of different model mobile delivered and which was supposed to be replaced.

                                        5. All delivery which was returned was not delivered to self and as account was locked could not track them or raise request
                                        6. I have received information that you are linking my account to some unknown number and claiming as mine. Please veirify.

                                        I have already dropped you mail on oct 17, nov 7 and many call and reminders on your customer service but no response.
