    worst product return

    I have applied for return but they rejected saying you need to reset the phone but even after reset the phone is hanging, technician also visited but during his visit the phone was working but still we are unhappy with the performance, technician was agreed with our problem as our phone hangs randomly then i called and flipkart said to take phone to service centre instead of replacing.     This is the first time i am getting so much trouble from a ecom
    Website. For a single item i have to place 3 orders and yet flipkart
    Doesn't help.
    Od[protected] was my first order delivered on 23-nov as soon as
    I found its one item is missing i raised the complaint with u but you
    Never provided with any refund and asked me to wait for return.
    I ordered again with od[protected] and again i found the
    Incomplete order sent to me.

    My money is stuck and i am been given only timelines for refund.
    Please initiate my refund as i can't wait more to your return completion.
    I have already placed a third order for same product please sent me my money.

        I purchased mobile Ivoomi from your portal. The quality of the product is so much poor that we decide we will never buy products from Flipkart portal anymore. We had tried to speak with customer care but they are showing your illogical reason for non exchange. We want to buy another brand mobile by exchange it. The camera quality is poor. Phone got heated.

        Customer raised a complaint for camera quality issue, we interacted with the customer and arrange for a technician visit as per the technician update issue is resolved. Customer told technician told him that product comes like that only informed customer if he don't like the quality and we won't be able to help him because whatever the details mentioned in the website as per that we delivered the product. Also informed customer if he know different brand has different resolution and pixel so the details which provided from the brand as per that description the product delivered to him. Customer told he wants to return the product denied the customer request and close the complaint from our end.

          I had placed an online order for gold coins on Flipkart.com on November 17, 2017 (Flipkart Order id - OD[protected] for my personal use. The seller of the said product was Bluestone Jewellery and LifeStyle Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.

          Said order was delivered on November 27, 2017 with no tampering on external package - as a regular Flipkart customer for many years with good experience till date, we accepted the package without opening in front of delivery guy - however upon opening the order later, I was shocked to find that there were no coins inside the package. Immediately raised a complaint with Flipkart on Nov 27, 2017.

          Till date, 10+ days have lapsed and Flipkart has not provided any resolution. Their customer service is worst with no care for the customer. In my email exchange with them copied to their senior management, the customer service team copy pasted their same revert 4 times without even bothering to read what I have mentioned. Pathetic customer service. Most of the guys at their call centre - they can hardly communicate let alone understand and resolve their problem. Amazon is light years ahead in terms of customer service.

          Still struggling to get refund with Flipkart.

              My product was delivered on 30 november 2017 and from 1 december 2017 to
              8 december 2017 i am getting same delivery messages about 350 to 400 times.
              When i contacted to flipkart they told me don't worry problem resolved in 24 to 48 hrs, this happen on 2 december, 5 december and 8 december.
              No one can resolved my issue.

                  One of the ear plugs of the earphones is not working.. There is no sign of any external damage on the earphones. They are under warranty. What should i do with them? I have invoice for it. I bought them from flipkart. It came on time. It was working perfectly well for sometime. Base was good. Sound was excellent. And then one day suddenly one of the ear plug stopped working. Help me please.

                          After a terrible experience and complete loss of trust with order id od[protected]Kross maximus 26 dual suspension 21 speed mountain bike for adults red 26 t 21 speed mountain cycle), now i am having to go thru yet another bizarre experience with the refund on same order.

                          For no mistake of mine, i am being forced to use the flipkart gift voucher worth rs 8000. I want to register that, after carefully checking the promised delivery date, i specifically purchased the flipkart gift voucher worth rs8000 only to buy this product but the promised delivery date was missed 5 times in a row and ultimately the product wasn’t delivered by the seller.

                          After a nightmare and several rounds of follow-ups via mail and phone, the amount has been refunded back as gv (The original mode of payment). Due to the horrible experience with last order, i am really unwilling to use the gv now and demand the same be transferred to my bank account. If i had not shopped with flipkart, i had the option to buy the voucher of other vendor like amazon etc.. I have no plans to buy any product from flipkart in near future and this rule is forcing me to do so within the validity period. This also means that even if there is a lack of service guarantee from flipkart, there is no business loss whatsoever. This is an unhealthy business practice.

                          I very well understand that there is a “term and condition” around this but not as detailed to this case specifically. By this gesture flipkart cannot force me to be a continued customer for a lifetime beyond rs 8000.

                            I ordered a 500 WD blue caviar harddisk vide order no. od[protected] on Sep 19th Nov 17. The product was delivered on on 24th Sep 17. While trying to install it, it was not working and when checked with WD customer care they told that it was out of warranty. The product that was delivered was 500 gb wd 5000avds which had green label. After complaint, the company took time to confirm that they will replace the product. It was more than 15 days. In the meantime, I purchased another hard disk from the market and installed it. When the company was ready to replace, I asked for refund but they refused because the replacement has been delivered. Again it was WD 5000AVDS instead of 500gb blue caviar 5000AkAX. Once again I confronted them on 18/11/17, then i got a mail on 23/11/17 asking for details of bank account. I sent 3/4 mails on 24th/25th and 28th Nov 17, but I got a reply on 26th Nov 17 we are closing the case as there is no reply. I do not understand what the company is trying to prove telling that the customer is not eligible for refund as it from no return policy, even though the seller is at fault supplying damaged/not working items and different item which is cheaper by RS, 1000/- or so. And when they are ready to refund, no proper mechanism is in place to see the mail and only automated replies are coming. Even contacting the customer care no [protected], on 27thNov and 28th Nov i got a message that they will call back by 8.30pm, but after the schedule time they send message saying we apologise for not being able to call. Pl contact customer care [protected]. What kind of response you can make out from this story. I am aggrieved and want my money Rs.2715/- paid be me with additional cost of Rs.10000/- as damages as the affairs of the company is managed in way to damage the interest of the consumer and no proper redressal mechanism in force. The company is not serious and does not have any hold on the supplier, as they despatch differenct, defective/out of warranty items and the company takes shelter under no return policy which is very much against the interest of the consumer.

The executive does not have any reply for the supply of defective, different and out of warranty items and non response to the email sent which shows that the company very badly has to do something to improve its image, by maintaining quality suppliers and ensuring the customer rights/expectations are fulfilled, rather than taking refuge under terms of sale, ie the no return policy.

                                Last Sunday (03.12.2017) I have placed one order for JBL headphone in Flipkart.But they cancelled my order on next day without my knowledge.I don't know why they are cancelled my order.After I called to customer care.They we can't deliver that product.they didn't give proper reason for cancellation.

                                Issue: order cancelled

                                Resolution: We had apologized and informed customer that order has been cancelled by the seller as its price was incorrectly listed by them on the website and app. Informed him that as Token of Apology Rs. 100 has been added to his Flipkart wallet as gift voucher. Hence, closing the complaint.

                                I know these things .But this reason is not good one.If seller made a pricing error that belongs your responsibility only.For that you cancelled My product.I can't accept this reason..

                                  The product (Philips kerashine high performance styler bhh777/20 hair straightener (Purple) does not seem to be the appropriate product for me to use.. And as mentioned on the flipkart site, they say that there id no return avalible...
                                  I need a refund or another product... Reguarding this, i called the dealer as per the information provided. I got to know that this dealer doesn't deal in electronics.. The information provided on your application is fake..

                                  Solution : conveyed the apologist interacted with the customer, customer it was a miss understanding no issue,

                                  requested for exchange in different model no policy such communicated the same closing the issue
                                  Check bid for MSI laptop on 6th December 2017. Terms and conditions page says "The Offer will commence on September 20th, 2017 and end on September 24th, 2017 ("Offer Period")."
                                  As such Flipkart keep rights not to issue the items.

                                    Dear sir/mam

                                    I have made a purchase of spacewood engineering rs 16998 order id od[protected] almirah on flipkart on 23rd june 2017 by making debit card emi purchase (Sbi od). I cancelled the product on 24th june 2017 and as per flipkart they refund the amount on 6th july 2017.

                                    I have enquired in bank they haven't received any amount against the debit card linked account / od accout. Till the date bank deducted rs. 16998+1200 (Interest). Now they are asking for proof of transaction. Flipkart is not sharing transaction details like utr no. Bank details etc.

                                    Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, requested him to raise chargeback with bank. Also, transaction ID is shared via SMS and email. Hence, closing the complaint.
                                    I opened my Flipkart account before 4-5 months ago but now i am trying to login with details it shows wrong password then i go for forgot password after entering new password it gives error "unable to update password.please retry"
                                    Please resolve this.

                                      I purchased a mobile named mi a1 from flipkart.com under my registered mobile number [protected] and registered e mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. The performance of the mobile ius very poor and i literally hate this set.
                                      Now when i am trying to return this, only replacement, isnt it a cheat with me, i strongly criticise and ask the government to check for this.
                                      I purchased the seeong the well esteemed image of flipkart, ut i feel like i have been cheated by the company.

                                      I request flipkart to kindly handover me my money within 48 hours back to me in the form of cash.
