My order id od[protected] for product fabhomedecor ferris fabric 3 + 2 + 1 camel sofa s was placed on flipkart.
The product was delivered on 22nd sept.2017 and installation completed on 25th sept.17. Within 5 days of installation, the leg of one of the sofa got damaged. Technical visits were also by the seller, he told me of internal damage in sofa and ensured that he have sent the pics to his superior, rest be assured your product shall be returned. I waited for number of days for further activity by seller. But when no one visited, i decided to complain again on flipkart. I made number of calls to them they keep on telling your problem shall be addressed and solved in 5 days, 10 days and blah blah. Finally on 23rd nov 2017, flipkart in conference to seller called me. I was surprised to know that instead of accepting the fact, they are telling that product has been damaged by me and no refund shall be made. Kindly help me regarding refund for the damage product received?

Updated by bikesh0808 I AGREE PRODUCT WAS INTACT CONDITION BUT THE FITTER WHO VISITED TO FIX THE LEGS HAD NOT DONT IT PROPERLY DUE TO WHICH MY PRODUCT GOT DAMAGED. KINDLY FIX THE RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS CASE. IF YOU HAVE SUCH TRUST ON SELLER I BOYCOTT FLIPKART FROM NOW.
