Hi flipkart team,

I already registered below compliant to this id "[protected]@flipkart.com" on 04 december morning. But your team not give good service from your side.

I am abdul renis, from kerala. December 03 (03:30pm) i ordered a jbl head set (Jbl t250si wired headphone (Black, over the ear) 349 inr + 40 inr (Shipping charge) = 389 inr (Total price)

Order successful message came. After delivery date confirmed 7 or 8 december. But december 04 morning my order checking time that my order cancelled.

Why???

Showing below messages.

"your item has cancelled' &"item cancelled by the seller"

Before my trusted site is flipkart.
But now???
I need that order in same price.
If not give your team that order, i will not purchase any item from your site.
My friends and relatives will block flip cart.

All evidence attached.

I need purchase more items from your website. (Shoes, sandals, sun glasses... Etc)
But... How i purchase???
My small issue you dn't solved.

I hope a good and immediate action from your side for me.

Don't cheat flipkart. I am trusting you. Its will be solve immediately.

    I ordered moto e4 plus on 13th novemeber 2017 and product got delivered on 15th november 2017, but the product was defected - randomly getting switched off, charger was not working, phone get restarted randomly etc. I requested for replacement, but the request was rejected, this happens for 3-4 times. I called customer care many times and finally they accepted return request, but again technician dosen't file the complaint and request is again rejected, this process is happening since 25th nov till now.

    These companies just take money and in return give nothing.
    I am very upset with the flipkart services and will never order anything from now on and will recommend everyone not to order anything from flipkart.

      We have received the samsung on5 mobile on 27.11.2017.. We have placed the order on flipkart for the mobile... Once when we received the mobile... The photo taken without flash on it was coming ok without any issue... When we on the flash and started taking the photo a shate appear in the photo at the bottom of the photo...

              I've ordered two quantity of a torrent aha glow s face wash in november last and on 25 november, 2017 i got the product delivery and i paid for it as cash but when i open the box, only one quantity of face wash was there inside the box. I complained flipkart on same day and they assure me the delivery of the missed item with 2-3 days. But till now the product is not delivered also when i call on customer care number they extends the date always by 2-3 days. I've call many times but no solution. I'm very fedup. Please resolve my issue asap. Never expect this type of service from flipkart.

                  Purchased a product and received a china made product that too incomplete. Few parts are missing. Third time flipkart people are doing same.
                  Tried to talk to flipkart coustmer care but now they are insisting to take refund... Poor service provided.

                  I ordered a collapsible wardrobe from Flipkart which was delivered to me without all accessories again. I tried to contact Flipkart but they are least bothered about it. Very easily they said that u can go to consumer forum.
                  For all those who are reading this kindly don't trust flipkart. They are biggest fraud and cheaters and are selling China made products and they are very irrisponsible too.

                    Hello flipkart,

                    This is being a worst experience i have faced this day morning, i have ordered a skull candy headphones yesterday, and i have paid extra 70 rs for the same day delivery but still i have not received the product and no notifications on the product, when i called the executive they easily asked apologies and asked me to cancel the order and no further option can be done.. The reason is so silly that technically default the product has mis rooted, how can other products come for the same address but not this.. Seriously it’s a puzzle, on the app it’s still showing to be delivered, no finally the product is cancelled and amount will be refunded in 6 days, your are just fooling the people sick of guys, below are the product details in app. Worst service and totally pissed off. I am gonna cancel my further orders and gonna tell everyone i know not to trust flipkart this is what i can do from my side

                      Got message that ordered has been shipped and the next day i got message that your order has been cancelled by dealer. So they are saying me to buy that headphone in new price. Take a scenario that today is diwali and last day of offer and i ordered the phone next day i got message that your ordered has been cancelled by dealer and you have to buy same mobile in new price.                         We have interacted with the customer, as per customers issue, arranged for a tech visit which our technician have solved the customers issue, hence closing the case, customer can get in touch with the authorized service center if at all the issue persists.
                        Purchased Moto E4 plus, it's getting heat up v hot when it is on charging and once get hanged while alarm was ringing and phone did responded for switching off the alarm. On & off button wasn't working as well as alarm was ringing with screen dead, and red light on top of the screen was beeping.
                        I have purchased fitbti Smartban WC12300 on 31.12.16.through Flipkart . Before the end of one year the battery has stopped working. So kindly replace the battery. Email [protected]@gmail.c
                        Mobile I purchased is becoming heat and going switch off imdeatly the phone is Moto z with style mode I had purchased it on october 4 for 2-3 weeks there was no problem there was only some heating the phone but after it started to become too hot and switch off automatically

                            Nowadays flipkart is one among top online fraud company in india. Recently i purchased a tempered glass for my i phone 6, but the product is damaged. I asked for refund as no one will pay for a damaged product, their executive told me it is not in its policy to refund. I found that flipkart nowadays started betraying not only customers but also seller. As recently i read in news about arrest of its directors for not paying the amount to its suppliers.in this regard i will request everyone not to purchase from flipkart and fall pray to its pick pocketing policy. Beware of flipkart.

                              Flipkart customer service centre and flipkart is mentally harashing me by not giving refund of rupees 14170/- from last 2 months.

                              Flipkart have not given me my refund till 1 month 25 days, After 1 month 25 days they have provided my refund but used my 14170 Rs for approx 2 months. I want the interest of 14170 Rs, amount which i have wasted calling them daily, charges of sending them couriers, wasting my time and mentally harassing me, i want compensation from flipkart or else going to register an FIR against them.                                 As mentioned above, i got message from my bank that "thank you for using your kgb rupay atm card for purchase of rs: 729.00 on pos at flipkart mumbai mhin" after that i verified with my bank and that amount was deducted. So, please help me to sort out this problem and try to cancel that transaction and please credit my amount. I thought this type of things will not happen in flipkart. So please sort out this problem

                                  I ordered a headfone jblt250si on 1st december mrp 2499. It's offer price was 389 including 40 delivery charges but yesterday on monday december 4th 2017 i received a message that your refund of 389 has been successfully processed.
                                  It means my order was cancelled without any reason i made a successful payment through phonepe app but i don't know why company cancelled my order.

                                    Hello, on 03/12/2017 i've ordered for skullcandy s5lhz-j569 anti headphone with order number od[protected] items). It was coming at a discounted rate of rs 495. I've made the payment of rs 20 with flipkart gift card and the rest with my debit card. The payment was successful and everything was perfect. I was happy that i will be getting my two headphones by tomorrow (04/12/2017, which never happened). The next day (04/12/2017), when the order was supposed to be delivered, i received a text in my registered mobile number. It stated that the seller have cancelled the order and i will receive a refund by 12/12/2017. I was so surprised with that. Because i've been waiting for this and without any communication how come such a big organisation like flipkart can cancel an order, when the customer have not asked for that. I think this is a pathetic customer service and being a regular flipkart customer i really fell cheated. I don't have enough word to express my frustration. I've bought many things from flipkart and it was good that is the only reason i also ordered for the headphones.

                                    At the end of the day once again i really feel cheated enough and you guys have to resolve this for me. I want my product at the earliest or else i will have to escalate it to consumer forum. I've contacted flipkart customer support and spoke to

                                    Sk farhan however the response was not satisfactory. I asked him to open a complaint which he didn't do, i also asked to escalate the case to his manager and he denied to do that. Hence i'm writing the mail.

                                    I am a customer. I will order for something which i can see on your flipkart website, and the order was of course made from your account so there is no fault from my end. If its a mistake from your end, then you have to resolve that, its not my look out. Its an unimaginable customer service that you guys are proving. The advisor whom i spoke to even didn't acknowledged the issue. Flipkart is proving appalling service. I'm really dubious about the fact that whether i will buy from flipkart any more or not.

                                    I've also mailed to your ceo [protected]@flipkart.com though i don't know if its the correct email or not. However i would expect you would look into this matter. And i want my product anyhow at that price. Or else i will complain it to consumer forum and i will post in social media about this.

                                    Flipkart's customer service is horrifying . When I ask them to call-back they never call on that time or even that day. Every single time they call-back when its non convenient . Guys if you are not going to give me the product on that price I will go to consumer forum and will sue you in court .

He just kept on repeating on same thing again and again, and he also raised his voice. Being a customer of Flipkart, this kind of behaviour is really non accepted. Your apology is not providing me any resolution . Its just wasting my time every single day, listening to your crap. It not being any good to me and for YOU guys I'm, wasting my valuable time. Either you guys provide me the product at that price or give a compensation of Rs500. And in the next call I would like to get a resolution. I need a call-back from a manager tomorrow before 12pm.

                                    Flipkart is the worst ecommerce website in India . Guys don't buy anything from Flipkart . They will fool you. I will never buy anything from Flipkart. It been more than a month and you guys haven't been able to provide no resolution to me. I will go to consumer court and I will make yotube videos about that. I will post that in Facebook, and Twitter . Such a shame Flipkart.
