[Resolved] Flipkart — phone imei number different from invoice imei number

The product imei1: [protected] and imei2: [protected]. However according to the invoice the imei 1:[protected] imei2:[protected] for my asus zenfone max. Only when i went to get it fixed for a damage i was pointed out that the imei numbers are different.
Order number is od[protected]. Please help me out by resolving the issue.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that IMEI number is mismtach. We tried getting the IMEI number from customer but device is outside service center. So customer said once he get the product he will follow up. Inform to call to our customer care and not to change mother board. Customer agreed and closing the case.

My order had been canceled without informing me now you are saying wait for 6 days why should i wait for 6 days when it was not fault .

We got TV delivered in our house in May 2016 last year and continously we kept on following VU TV stores and called their helpline, even wrote mails to them but their executives are arrogant and demanded 30k more for product under warranty
