Dear sir,

Day - 1 (26-july - 2017)

I ordered for a 49 inch panasonic tv on 14th july on flipkart mobile app with order id: od[protected]. I got a confirmation that the tv will be delivered on july 21st by omnitechretail.

As i did'nt receive the product, i made a call to flipkart customer care on july 22 nd and it was informed that flipkart will call the retailer and make a confirmation on the product delivery. Flipkart also asked for 2 days time within which they will resolve the issue. But there was no response from flipkart end.

Myself sent mails on july 25th to flipkart to update the status for which i received no response. So i called the customer care on july 26th and mrs. Deepthi picked the phone and asked me to cancel the order and book for a new television. I was shocked with the kind of response from flipart. Really pathetic.

I made a call once again by 11.15 and someone said they will resolve the issue in next 24 hrs. This is the same dialogue i have been hearing from flipkart for the past 1 week.

Day - 2 (27- july - 2017)

Flipakart backend team called me at 5:17 pm today and ordered me to cancel the order, or the order will be cancelled automatically. You have rotated my money for 15 days and while i asked them why they didn't informed on day 2 or day 3, there was no answer.

I want to know why should i cancel the order, even if i do so, there is an extra 3000 rs to be paid from my end. So why should i cancel and payback? What about the interest rate for rs. 50, 000/- for about 15 days. Kindly update.

    And delivery date is 22/7/17. But till now i could, nt receive my delivery.
    2-3 times i complane but no any action done by your side all the time
    They are extenting the delivery date.

      Hi, i am writing to you to complain about the motorev solid men & women raincoat (Order no: od[protected] i bought from your online store on 24th june 2017 and received on 4 july 2017. After open the parcel, the product it completely different and the quality of the material used it’s very very poor.
      So i have logged return request more than 3 times, return request id given below

      Dated: 5th july return id:[protected]
      Customer support executive are saying wait it's under process... After a week it got cancelled when i ask the customer care they replied because of some technical problem return request cancelled. I am asking how long i have to wait. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last couple of years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time i am dissatisfied with the service you have provided. Especially from customer support team. They are very rude while talking. I would ask you refund the purchase price in full. I look forward to your immediate response. Or else i have to take some legal action.
      Very poor service level of flipkart which was not expected.

        The phone was purchased from your Flipkart on 1st April 2016, invoice no:#CHN_PUZAL_[protected].The phone is not reading the SIM card resulting in phone stopped functioning.The Phone show room informed me that the IMEI numbers are showing null. Please let me know what needs to be done or do you propose to exchange please.

          I have purchased a wooden laptop table from flipkart by placing prepaid order on july 4th 2017.
          Order details:
          Product name: wudore solid wood portable laptop table (Finish color - black)
          Order id: od[protected]
          Order date: july 4th 2017.
          Payment: prepaid through credit card.
          I received the product on 11th july 2017. The laptop table was not as per the specifications mentioned by the seller in the site. It was not in good condition and looked very weak. I have immediately placed a return request the same day 11th july 2017 and claimed for a refund.

          It has been 4 times i have called the customer care and placed the return request again and again, but there is no refund being initiated from their end. As per the return policy, the flipkart would be sending courier services to have a doorstep return pickup if location is serviceable. My location address is serviceable, but still sadly, no one has ever approached for return pickup till now.

          I have been continuously calling the customer care to know about the status of the return and why it has being delayed. The same response i get every time from them is: "sorry for the inconvenience, we see that your return request is not processed. We will raise a new return request and it will be completed within next 4 working days".

          Its been more than 3 times such requests are placed, but did not have the return completed. I even have inquired if i could send them the product back to them through courier on my own expenses, but they are not even accepting that. And now the product is simply lying at one corner of the house unused and packed.

          Because of flipkart, i have been facing mental agony and lost my patience. I am losing my complete trust on flipkart. The flipkart customer service is very bad for return and refund processing. They do not have any consideration for their customers. If not they would have processed this request immediately.
          They keep boasting that return and refund no problem. But the real problem with flipkart is return and refund.

          I think flipkart does not pay well to their service executives and tie-up courier partners. So how will anyone do their work in that case.

          I want the refund of money for this product order immediately, even if flipkart is interested or not in taking the product back.

          I have been contacted by Flipkart Support / Social Media team by phone on August 5th, 2017 (Saturday), who have taken the details of my complaints and promised to call me back within 30 minutes. They took around 15-20 minutes to go through the details and addressed the issue regarding the delay in return. They have taken the return request on priority basis and the pickup and return would be processed within August 7th 2017. Since the details in complaint was very clear and sufficient, the team were able to track and address the issue. The pickup personnel came immediately on the same day and refund was also processed very soon. Not only that, through the process, they were in contact with me and confirmed the return is picked up by the Flipkart courier personnel and till the refund processing got completed. Flipkart Support: +918067982300/400 Called Customer on: August 5th 2017 (Saturday) Pickup of return package: August 5th 2017 (same day) Refund of order into account: August 5th 2017 (same day), confirmed on August 6th 2017. Confirmation of refund by Flipkart Support/Service team: August 7th 2017. This kind of support is much required from Flipkart, what every customer hopes from you. Though the issue got resolved after much delay, but the courteousness of the end team (Flipkart Support / Social Media team) is appreciated. They have patiently listened to my concerns, and taken my feedback and suggestions on Flipkart Customer Service. They have called me back on August 7th 2017, and only after confirming the return and refund status with me, they have closed the complaint from their end. This is what a Customer Support/Service team is supposed to do / must do, but the process for a customer was not easy. I had to file a complaint because this was not done initially even after many interactions with the Customer Support/Service team. But this must not be process of resolving any customer issue. Addressing the customer and solving the issue only after Customer files the complaint, is not a friendly approach. I would like to thank Customer Complaints forum for helping me with this.

          I have been calling Flipkart Customer care on 15th July, 19th July, 22nd July and 26th July 2017 for the records.

          I have spoken with 6 customer service executives and 2 escalation managers/executives.

          When first called on 15th July 2017, I was informed that the return will happen by 19th July 2017.
          Again I called on 19th July 2017 to check with the status, a fresh request was taken by Flipkart executive and was informed that the return will happen by 22nd July 2017.
          Even after 22nd July, the request was not completed. So I called Flipkart customer service again, spoke to Mr Sandeep and requested for escalation. One Mr Gautam has taken the request on 22nd July 2017 with the complaint ID: IN[protected] and informed me that the request has been taken on priority and will be resolved on or before 26th July 2017.

          I called back on 26th July, because as again the return was not processed. In between twice my call was disconnected when I was put on hold.
          Then Mr Avinash has spoken to me and was informing me that the backend team had many queries and from his system details he told that I have not answered for that. For God's sake, how will I come to know about the queries of backend team without any communication to me. When asked about why the issue is not resolved, directly I was told to speak with the escalation team.
          Then Mr Subham attended me and was taking a fresh request. At that time his system had some issue and was not able to answer my question "What is the issue that the previous requests were not resolved? Is it problem at their end or from my end? Should I send courier with my own expense? If I get to know the issue, may be I can resolve from my end."
          No answer from his end. But was informed that within 24 hrs my refund will be processed for Back-to-source (to the same account from which I paid for the order) and a technician would visit my address.
          Again when I prompted for the issue, he started pleading me "please mam, I cannot help you now, my system is blank, the whole process has some issue, so all systems are blank".
          And that I have to callback Flipkart after 24hrs. Flipkart customer service is working without proper systems and monitors I guess.

          Here again it has crossed 24hrs / 1 day and as promised earlier about refund and technician visit, nothing happened and no response from their end too.

          So how would any customer react to such customer service. Is it any less than torture for customer for buying a product from Flipkart?

          Why do not the Flipkart take Customer service seriously? Do they think customer grievances as joke?

          customer complained that product quality is not good. We interacted and apologized for the issue and confirmed that pick up is done and refund also received. Hence closing the case.
          By mistake we ordered 2 memory cards .. so we returned them.. after returning them we didn't get the cash back of one of the two memory cards.. and the mobile number from which we ordered is not working moreover we dont know the id and the password .. so can we have the money back.. the mobile number from which we ordered was [protected]

            I have been a loyal customer of flipkart and have purchased appliances and goods worth lacs from them. However recently when i ordered 3 phones for myself, sister and friend due to their lack of knowledge of technology, flipkart blocked my account.

            This is ridiculous as i am a senior manager in an mnc and without a formal warning or communication, they blocked my account under assumption of me being a re-seller.

            When i called and spoke to the flipkart customer care manager he assured that this will be rectified and gave me time till 25th july 2017, 1pm. Issue was not resolved and i was sent another date over email for resolution by 27th july which has also crossed and i am loosing my patience.

            This is totally unethical and disrespecting to a customer who does not have any ulterior motive.

            I demand quick resolution.

            If flipkart fail to resolve this then they will lose another genuine customer to giants like amazon.

              I bought a mast and harbour shoe for 919/- rs which was defective from flipkart. The only mistake i did was i wore the new pair of shoes and went out and on the way i saw that the shoe is getting torn (The design at the back was getting torned) as i was far away from home i was not able to return home and change my shoe. So, as soon as i reached home i opened the shoe and watched it both pairs were torn and in the same way (I. E shoe was defective). I cleaned it bcz i have worn it. By a dry cloth packed it in the package as it was recievd and called the customer service. Told each and every thing as stated here. He approved the replacement after hearing everything. Told me to wait until the delivery boy comes. Delivery boy came and refused to accept the shoes. Told me that you have not provided the info that you have used it tried to convince him but result was zero he went off. Again contacted support team asked him they assured me that on 27/7/17 i will recieve the product but nobpdy came nothing happened and tonight i got a mail replacement request cancelled.

              Just making money by fooling customers.

                  Dear sir
                  I had purchased spl wallet from flipkart on 24 june for rs 1399. I had got the wallet and started using it. But after some days i started experiencing problem with it. The chain was not working properly colour started fading and stiches were coming out making the wallet unusable. I called the customer care on 20th july and they denied the replacement and refund of product. And kept calling them. And the return period closed and i am helpless now. I had paid rs 1399 for such a product that is cheap in quality. Please help me in getting my problem solved and save my hard earned money.

                      This is to inform you that i have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart which instructed me to pay 70/- extra to ensure that the dekivery is done within 2 days.. It was very important for me to get the delivery within two days as i wanted to gift it to my father on his bday.
                      But without any infornation to me, the phone was not dekivered in time. All above this, when i tried to check it with flipkart customer care, they rudely informed me that it will not be delivered on time, and if i want to cancel the order u can do so.. But in no case, extra 70/- will not be refunded to me. I fail to understand that what kind of customer service flipkart is giving to its customers. There is no one sensible sitting in customer care who can respond to the customer with some respect.
                      Its not about 70/- infact its about the commitment which you people are giving to your customers and still not fulfilling it.. I am very hurt with this kind of service, flipkart used to be one of my favourite ecomnerce site but now i have changed my thoughts..

                        I received order my order samsung galaxy j7 max today from flipkart in which product was missing and instead of phone it was fena soap really disappointed with this kind of service from flipkart. Despite i called customer support to raise this concern on priority. I spoke to agent name manish he raise an ticket in[protected] and i asked him to transfer the call to manager, he kept me on hold stating he is transferring my call to his manager. I waited more then 30mins but no one answered my call. Really poor service and no professionalism need your assistance on priority to get this fix as soon as possible. I want proper compensation for inconvenience for loss of service.

                          I have ordered a mobile redmi note 4 on 26th july 2017 for ra.10999. The amount was deducted from my account and i received a message that the item is supposed to be delivered on 28th july 2017. But on 27th july i received another sms that the order have been cancelled. I haven't cancelled the order then how did it happen. I had waited 1 week for redmi note 4 flash sale and once i ordered this happened. I need the product. Without me cancelling you cant cancel the order and if the product is out of stock it must have been mentioned while ordering. Please deliver the product asap or refund the money.

                          Called the customer, he said by mistake he had ordered from his friend's account and his friend cancelled it. Customer stated that he has already ordered for another Redmi phone and it got delivered. Customer is happy. Closing the complaint from our side.

                            I purchased dell inspiron laptop but i received defective piece which has following issues like keypad not working touch problem & some function not working properly.
                            I choosed flipkart for shopping just because of good service and quality.
                            I was not expecting this from flipkart.
                            It's very disgusting.
                            Inspite of submitting return request.. Still i dint get any call for replacement

                              As committed by flip cart they will refund my money before 14 july its 27 july i didn't get any refund from them. This shows how they screwing there customers. Website is showing they have refund but i gone through my bank statements i got nothing. They commit so much but they deliver nothing. Its not about refund of just 2020 rupees its about how they take order from market by virtue of this they use this bulk money of others for there own purpose.

                                I have ordered 2 jbl earphones.. Not a week has passed n one side of both the earphones hve been stop working.. If one of the earphones has not been working could be accepted but here both of them r inappropriate... Plzz get to the solution as soon as possible n do take the complain to the consideration..                                   If we keep for charge it didn't get charged as compare to earlier and it also get hang sometimes. It shouldn't be happen because it's ram is 3gb. As the lenovo k6 power is a latest model it's charging is too slow. It's my humble request to you that please get my phone repaired as soon as possible. This problem is from since 2 weeks. It's also get many tough charges when we go to shops.

                                      Complainting two times for replacement moto c plus within replacement offer time. Flip cart provide technishion by jeev.co.in, for solving problem, but problem is still persisted and much panic by product. Reports by problem resolved by customer but i'm not satisfied this report and get surprised, i have some screenshots about mobile temperature, still in visited of 5 mi n how can problem is solved?? My problem while talking browsing playing video and app playing mobile heated slowly slowly grossly increases temperature and picked high temperature after 15 to 20 min. It not to be touched @particular back mobile camera region. Mobile battery while full charge it's drain very fast. While all this problem persisted how can anyone submitted complaint resolved. Plz take proper action and replacement of moto c plus,. Bz it's making lots of panic.
