    I'm very disappointed with this product, i've used this phone first time today and it's tuch screen is not working properly.

    Also it's microphone is not working, while i'm on call the opposite person is not able to here my voice.

    I need to refund this product and wanna my amount refund.

    I'll have another mobile but not this one.

      I have ordered a camera on 29th july ..and it gave me a date of delivering within 11-12july but they dayed again it to 14th of july but I haven't got my product ..I have contacted to Flipkart executive they told that it is problem of courier partner (EKART LOGISTICS) they updated false updates I'm still waiting for the product to deliver..Improve you service Ekart and please don't deal with this kind of courier..because every customer blames the Flipkart site not the courier..Improve it otherwise remaining customers are also can snatched by you..AMAZON IS THE BEST ...IT GIVES DELIVERY WITHIN 4 DAYS..same on EKART..THE WORST SERVICE IN MY WHOLE LIFE..NEVER GO WITH IT..

          I ordered this phone on 7th july, 2017 and it is to be delivered on 11th july, 2017. But it is not delivered on time, i complained about it but i had reply from flipkart support officer that it will be delivered to me on 14th july, 2017. But it is very disappointing that there is no any changes in product shipping info when i am tracking it, and still not progress. Its very disappointing to me. People from your support office making fool o[censored]s, and not providing such quality services.

            I can write in english but write now allow me to speak in local language. sabse pehle toh aaplog customer ko chutiya banana chhoriye. jab product ki delivery time pe nahi kar sakte toh jhandu baam lagao sab ke sab. kya ye ekart logistics ka locha hai boss. one week se product ki shipment ho gayi hai par delivery nahi kar rahe hain log. so its my humble request to you please dont make customer fool and be biased on your terms. ye pehli baar nahi hai maine dubara se bharosa karke product book kiya.

            thodi si bhi sharm baaki ho toh take action regarding this.

                I received a detective saree and that too without any price tag or brand name in saree. While returing saree pickup person refused to take as it did not had any tag. I complained many times in flipkart customer care and every time they say that instructions have been given to pickup partner to pickup without tag. But every time i initaite request it was auto cancelled and customer care executives say that it is due to pickup failure. When i confirmed with pickup person he said he has got no instructions regarding price tag. Today pickup was scheduled as per customer care executive but i didn't recieve any msg from flipkart or delivery partner and till now no body has come to pickup

                  I ordered or 5units of carrier acs, only 4 was delivered and the 5th one is due 5weeks.
                  On the website the same seller omni tech from whom i ordered the entire stock has the product available and he is surprisingly a flip kart assured seller who is now claiming that the product is not available /in stock.
                  But, just now i have placed an order for additional 3and the stocks are available.
                  This is so frustrating as they are lying and cheating wanting me to cancel the previous order and place an order all over again for the same product same seller. And now the seller has increased his price.
                  The expectation is for me to forego initial offer rate and place an order which is 4k more. This is no fault of mine and i would expect flip kart to bear the differential cost and ship the product at a price that i had booked it for.

                    I bought lenova phab2 on14th may and there was a offer for makemytrip rs2500 voucher.. But till date they have not sent the voucher
                    Even after many compliant and emails flipkart ex executive say they will get this solved within 24-48 hours but nothing is solved.

                    Flipkart is cheating people with wrong offer.

                                    This is to inform you that despite of my numerous reminders and complaint flipkart is not able to deliver my order id od[protected] for lenovo k6 power mobile handset.
                                    First they don't have any idea about the delivery boy (Wish master) number and if they have the wish master on the day of delivery say somebody else have the packet and he is not carrying the order it is happened 3 times is same week. Yesterday concall with flip kart rep anwar and courier executive's contact number - [protected] : suresh and suresh assured me he will do the delivery uptill 12:00noon as he had forgotten the order at office now when i contacted him he said he does not have the order and do not have the idea of the person who is carrying the order.

                                    This is very much frustrating from the point of view of view of flipkart as earlier also placed orders with flipkart and they delivered on time.
                                    Also i will cancel the order if somehow you will unable to deliver my order today

                                        I bought a lenovo k6 mobile from flipkart in the month of february 2017. From the day of purchase, the volume of the sound was slow. I checked everyone they said there is problem with the phone mic. I bought this mobile after a long wait but my dream is thrashed. Now, i have checked for the service center and gave the mobile for repair and its almost 17 days, i have not got my mobile back from them. They say the part is yet to come. Why you are selling a phone when the parts are not available.

                                        Flipkart Customer Care's response
                                        customer claiming that service center taking much time to resolve the issue. We tried multiple times to reach customer but failed. Hence closing the case from customer end till customer reverts with alternate number.
