HI Team,

This is regarding one of biggest mistake which I made I ordered a Samsung EVO card for my mobile. I have placed this order on 1nd July 2017 I was told this will be delivered on 3rd of July. So I checked my order status on 3rd and found a fake status on tried to deliver and user was not reachable so I called flipkart and requested them not to put a fake status so I was informed that it will be reattempted on 7th and found again a fake status tried to deliver and user not reachable so I called again and they gave a again a date that it will be delivered on 8th. On 8th i was shocked to see that this was delivered to my neighbor called sonu(no full name) with no mobile number and with no details. I searched all of my society and even Next Street I found no one by this name. when I called flipkart they gave me a date that this will be resolved with in the week and again surprised to see that its resolved however I have not received any call from courier no email from flipkart. So I called again and they gave me one more date 20th I called again on 20th and found they have changed the status to resolved so I requested them to recheck it again finally today I have called after listingin to my issue the helpdesk person told me that he is transferring this call to senior level and suddenly my call was disconnected.

Today is 25th and still I don’t have any update what happened with my order. Is it a professional company or what ? 24 days to resolve the issue this really shameful
Can I have any answer from anyone finally I have spoken to my lawyer and need to go to consumer court to solve the issue. This is serially a big question mark on your shameful service my case will be biggest hit on your entire company is it how you function I must say shame on you guys.
I will never ever use your services. I will not leave my money like this I need it back on any cost and that is my warning to you.

    I pleased to inform that i had received this product on 3rd july 2017 from flipkart about that i got very high network problem so that i registered my first compalaint on dated 6th july 2017 but this product is not picked by your courier due to imie no. Doesn't match so again i registered my complaint many times but flipkart customer executive didn't response to me.
    So i requested you to solve this prblem quickly

    On 20 july 2017 i buyed fidget spinner from flipkart and it broke on same day and i want flipkart to return me a new one or give my money back and the colour was wrong the quality of the fidget spinner is not good and i think that flipkart has given me a old fidget spinner
    I placed an order for 4 items worth 1500 and I payed through debit card and money was deducted from my account according to the message I got from my bank... but my order was not placed.       This is to bring to your notice that e - cigarettes are openly being sold on your internet site, namely, flipkart.com via the link:

      The most important ingredient of e - cigarettes is nicotine. Exposure to nicotine during adolescence can harm brain development. Kindly note that only nicotine preparation that is approved by the drug controller of india are nicotine (As polarcrilex) lozenges 2mg and 4 mg, nicotine as (As polarcrilex) gums 2mg and 4 mg and nicotine transdermal therapeutic patches. Selling any other nicotine product without a license is a punishable offence under drugs and cosmetics act, 1940. As per notification issued by state drug controller, punjab, letter no 16988-89 dated 5/9/2013 e - cigarettes are declared as "unapproved drug".
      E - cigarettes do not emit a harmless water vapour, but an aerosol that has been found to contain at least 10 chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. It is also to bring to your notice that a health advisory was issued by commissioner food and drug administration, department of health and family welfare; punjab highlighting that e - cigarettes are not a safe product. E - cigarettes are not fda - approved cessation devices were also mentioned in the advisory.
      As per drugs and cosmetics act, 1940
      Section 18 (C) no person shall himself or by any other person on his behalf manufacture for sale [or for distribution], or sell, or stock or exhibit [or offer] for sale, or distribute any drug [or cosmetic], except under, and in accordance with the conditions of, a licence issued for such purpose
      It shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to three years and with fine which shall not be less than five thousand rupees (Section 27 (B)
      This is to bring to your notice that drugs and cosmetics act is a central act applicable all over india. Already court cases have been launched in punjab, haryana and ut of chandigarh.
      As per punjab poisons possession and sale rules, 2014 under the poisons act, 1919:
      Rule 4: license for possession or sale.-no person shall store or sell for sale any poison specified in the schedule, unless he possesses a license in form-a, granted or renewed under these rules.
      Note that as per entry 69 in the schedule - nicotine is a poison)
      It is a common knowledge that e-cigarettes is being bought by children and youth of impressionable age through e commerce sites like yours. Therefore it is brought to your kind notice that selling of e-cigarettes is prohibited. So you are kindly requested to stop all sales of e - cigarettes/e-hookah for the good of all.

            This is unusual experience am having with flipkart am completely flipped, feeling no customer friendly and no value for customer feel about a product. I disliked product having issues, i told them multiple times to multiple people.. There is no point as flipakrt not listening to customer voice.

            Policies are there in place.. But however if there is no exception on genuine case.. Then e-commerce is all about much fooling people with photos and english statements by adding colors.

            Moto c plus i bought, it is exclusive only on flipkart, bought the mobile faced problems, arranged technician visit.. He did not approve

            Reason being for every replacement they approve from iquor (Company who certifies) personnel they cut salary of employee 400/- rupee hence they do not approve, they do not know english and say they are technical engineers... Who do not know android issues.

            If i ask about android widget issue it was straight away said not an mobile issue contact flipkart and flipkart says our technician has to approve.
            However approached social twitter spoke to a lady she arranged again a technical visit also promised to do best irrespective of replacement once technical person approves problem.

            Now on second visit problem identified and automatically system arranged a replacement. However i am unhappy with the product, product is not user friendly. Again today morning spoke to flipkart personnel social media he is telling only policy policy and being a customer its my fate to use the same... Mobile as it is my bad choice i choose flipkart to buy.

            Overall iquor company type with flipkart is cheating to customer i want value for money, i need my money back. I was asked to give feedback for motorola which i have done.

            After all i loosing so much of my time with flipakrt feeling like i lost 7k totally. One promised to do the best for cash reversal on first call and other noooooooooo.

            Life is in problem with this virtual world, mobile is not like a cloth somehow will accept and use. And when for a cloth try and buy option is there but not for mobiles, we will never come to know the feel or quality until it reaches however a customer voice being vanished today. But i heard one of my friend case where redmi-4a after 10 days replacement warranty request was taken to reverse money. Here flipkart says only policy.

            I dont want to use moto c plus anymore. Either i give back the defective now and do not return 7k thats fine for me.

              I had order a product via flipkart
              First of all it was delayed by 1.5 days
              And on asking the delivery guy about the update, he was rude
              Hence raised a complain with flipkart but the customer care took it very lightly and was very much unprofessional.
              When i asked to speak to the managed i was kept on hold from some guy named kunal for 35 minutes and thus i had to disconnect the call
              Highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior from flipkart
              I wont be ordering any more stuff from flipkart

                Delaying the replacement of faulty product, i have deliver the product on 11 july got product with fault requested for replacement, technichal guy came and approved replacement, first given date for replacement was 18 july not done on that day than 22 july nothing happen on the date and now 25 july still not confirm about pickup or delivery

                    Flipkart fraud company!!! I am a loyal customer of flipkart from many
                    Years now but never faced such issue before. I ordered mobile redmi note 4
                    64 gb and 4 gb ram from flipkart on date:14th july 2017, but i received
                    Wrong model redmi note 3. I requested return within two days. They said it
                    Is on process and they will solve the problem shortly. Many times... . When the reason entered into the flipkart replacement in the app was itself that it was broken which was approved by flipkart. Still i have yet neither received any refund nor a replacement phone. The system itself has cancelled the return request. The customer executives are misbehaving disconnecting our calls blaming it on network issue and ekart executives have switched off their phones. The delivery has already been delayed by 2 days and now even my replacement period is over. I have been an old customer of flipkart but never been so dissatisfied.
                    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Else i would have no option but to file a complaint in the consumer court.

                      I have order the MOTOE 4 mobile, and facing an soo many issues with mobile performance, so some days back i put request for replacement.But flipkart customers not at all responding.this thing not only happend to me even me friends also facing same issue with flipkart response.
                      Replace my product as soon as possible otherwise refund my amount.Do something for me . i have return my order with in 10 days as per policy but they are not responding.

                        I've pre-ordered the vu led tv on 15th july by paying full amount. The promised delivery date was 21st july. As it is a pre-order i expected a earlier delivery than the normal buyers. But to my shock the product status was in ordered status and till now it is the same. I waited till 20th july and called for the status. The csa told it will not exceed the promised time frame. I again called them on 21st july which is supposed to be the actual delivery date. This time they escalated the issue and stated that 24th is my resolution date. I called them on 22nd july asking about updates they told the backend team is working on this and they will deliver it asap. This time they created a new ticket and set the resolution date as 26th july. I again called on 24th july they say that the product will get delivered on or before 26th july. When i asked whether they have any updates they said no. But i don't know how they are assuring the delivery on 26th. Till now they are dodging with me by not giving reason for the delay and convince me on every call. I still don't know when they actually will deliver the product. I feel cheated by the flipkart as well as the fraud seller who has not yet shipped the item. I'm never buying things from flipkart. I'll sue flipkart if the item is not delivered on or before 26th july for sure.

                            I have order od[protected] from flipkart samsung c9 pro but they send me a wrong product brand name frome n9+ mobile, i have order on 18/07/2017 supposed to reach on 20/07/2017 but it didn't came on the promised time it came on the next day on 21/07/2017 at 3-pm i open the product at 3-25 pm when the product has been delivered to me from the minute i am continuously calling flipkart but i am not getting any support from flipkart * it's only saying a customer help will be get back to you in next 9 to 14 minutes * and after waiting 15 minutes again flipkart people send email and message saying * hi, we apologise for not being able to call you. You can always call our toll free number[protected] for any assistance * and when my call connected flipkart man kept my call on hold for more than 30 minutes and second time again the call got disconnected the person told system issue we are unable to help you... I had dropped a mail on sun, jul 23, 2017 at 11:31 am to them but it's more than 24 hours i didn't get any response from them i had called them in afternoon today they told me to wait more 24 hours they are just fooling me, i saved my 3 months salary then i buy this phone and i am a regular buyer of flipkart but i never face any problem like this in past...

                            #and the most important thing my order is never delayed and first time it's happened with me the order supposed to reach to me on 20/7/2017 but it didn't came on time it came on 21/7/2017 never happened this thing with me always you deliver before the time or on the time #

                              I had a very bad experience with you guys. I ordered for the first time. The product which was ordered was huda beauty liquid matte lipstick in the shade of material girl (Purple shade) and what i got is a light pink shade.
                              I want my money to be returned back to me asap. The quality sucks it sticks on my lips and when i join both the lips, feels like ive applied fevicol dude!!!
                              Huda beauty is a brand, if you people do not have the purple shade then at least dont name the pink shade as the purple one and put it in the pack and give, i ain't foolish not to recognize the shade which i'd selected. Secondly, the pack of the lipstick looks like it was stamped by your legs!!! Atleast provide the real product. I shall never recommend anybody to purchase from here. Return my money back or provide me the exact shade in the picture provided by you, online.

I applied for a transfer the land line [protected] to paduvapuram exchange, karukutty panchayath, VII/ 301, A, At ezhattumugham, Angamaly, Kerala. To my new residence. I applied with all documents to Angamalay BSNL office. I am an NRI, working at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia last 5 years. Please do the needful as early as possible

                                    I ordered an apple tv 4th generation (As shown in the image and product details) but when the ordered was delivered it was a pre-used product with visible wear and tear.

I have used phone for 3 month an suddenly the mic had stop working, my voice was not audible to person whom i use to talk (It happened on 28th may approx.). I got service once at (107, 1st floor, orchid plaza, near platform no.8, off s. V. Road, dattapada rd, borivali west, mumbai, maharashtra 400092). It was repair and i have to use new phone by repairing because flipkart send damage piece. Still i used and again today[protected] same problem i had to face again i had gone to same service station an got repair. Now i cant handle the issues even after paying the full amount. I want the mobile to be replace.

                                        I have purchased camera & powerbank during flipkart's big 10 sale. During this sale they offered me make my trip gift card worth rs. 2500. As per the flipkart, this gift card to be sent to my email id on or before 30 june 2017.

                                        Its 24th july 2017 now, & still i am waiting for this gift card. Why it has not been sent to me???

                                        I was trying to connect flipkart executive from last 1 week & everytime all the customer executive are busy with some other issues. Finally in a mail i received a feedback from flipkart that make my trip is responsible for this delay & to contact mmt team.

                                        As per the discussion with flipkart i tried to contact mmt team, & as per the mmt team flipkart is solely responsible for this gift cards.

                                        As per my knowledge if flipkart is offering me a gift card then how mmt will be responsible for any dealy???

                                        How flipkart will ask me to contact mmt team for any delay???

                                        Its been 1 week now, and after 3 complaints i still haven't received my gift vouchers.

                                        Flipkart is worst ever service provider in india. From last 2 weeks I am trying to connect flipkart customer executive over the call. But always they will revert as all their customer executives are busy with other issues & to call back. Flipkart is giving false commitment over the mails also. Trailing mails FYI. Today I received call from flipkart & they said that they will mail me my MMT coupon on my mail ID by 7 pm. But now its 10pm and I didn't received any coupon from flipkart. I have recorded call from flipkart. Pls contact me if anyone qants this. Their is no such escalation matrix to escalate the issue about flipkart. No one responding over the calls or mails property. Always giving false commitments to customers. Now I am fed up with this type flipkart services.
                                        Still this coupon not received in my mail box. Customer care executive just confirmed over the call that flipkart will mail me this coupon by 30 July 2017. Today 31 July 2017 & I am still waiting for my coupon.
