I ordered a camera from flipkart and they sent me another things. Cost seems like 2000 and i paid 36000 to them for camera not the things they sent me. Customer care or their team both are not rwsponding. It seems a seller fraud because on one product there is written aslam cd hydrabad. And seller is also from hydrabad so i think seller is fraud. Now they are not returning product or my cash even. Customer care no is not connecting through my no. What to do? Its a huge loss.

    Hi team,

    This is to bring in to your notice that i raised a complained around a month back that for my order id od[protected] which is for iphone6 the iemi number is not mentioned in the invoice which took flipkart team a week to investigate and then they came up with a resolution that the phone will be taken back and the refund will be initiated. This was on 23rd june and was asked to format the phone and get it packed for handling to the courier guy and the pickup was scheduled on 26th of june, but that didn't happened until 13th july where the courier guy refused to pickup the order saying that he was asked to pickup a new phone. I called up flipkart customer care and i was promised for the pickup again. I also received a call from a senior team member kriika stating there might have been a confusion so it was promised again for a pickup but later on at midnight i got a mail that my return has been cancelled with no reason. So i called up flipkart again and the l1 level guy told me that its a system issue and will be rectified by senior team. So the call was transferred to the senior team member ishaan, who simply noted down the complaint and told me i will be contact by 16th july. Now question to flipkart, please keep yourself in my shoe and think as a customer.
    1. Do we call it work ethics that when assuring the pickup on 26th the phone is not yet picked up.
    2. When promising the pickup the return is getting cancelled
    3. I just have one phone which has been kept packed that means i am without phone.
    And lastly when my case is pending for so long does the flipkart team simply asks me to wait and just say the pre recorded sentence that they understand my situation, where in actual they are not.

        I order a phone and did exchange for that and what i got is no exchange because your delivery boy said it has a crack. Even your delivery boy didnt knew that was the design of the phone after wasting 5 minutes he found a one more line. Seriously he you want want to exchange them simply don't publish such offer. You will not get a brand new phone in exchange offer it is known. Do you want me to buy a new phone so that there will be no scratches at all.           I have ordered redmi note 4 mobile on 28th june 2017 via order no. Od[protected]. I have already paid rs. 10999 through debit card. On 29th june i have got message that it is ready for dispatched, and on 30th june 2017 i have got mail and message that my order has been dispatched and it will be delivered by 10th july 2017. They have provided courier ref. No. Ad[protected]in. But till date (13th july 2017) i have not yet received the mobile. Even status of courier is showing for 30th june 2017 only. On 10th july i have complained through customer care about non delivery of order, then they told me to wait upto 13th july, 2017. Again on 13th july i have called then, again they have said that i have to wait upto 17th july. Flipkart was such a reputed company is doing such a cheap things. Shame on flipkart. Govt. Should ban on flipkart. They are holding our money for 10 to 15 days after that they know that we will cancel our product due to non delivery. For these 10 to 15 days they will earn interest on that amount. By this way they are earning lakhs and lakhs without doing anything. I want compensation for the same. A request to govt. To punish such companies.

          We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the delay, informed customer that we will try our best to get the product delivered. Later customer cancelled the order, due to that we will not be able to deliver the product since it is cancelled. once the product reaches the warehouse, the refund will be credited and within 6 Business days it will get reflected in customers account.

              I ordered pink colour and i received in orange please check the attachment.

                        They are just playing ping pong with the item. The item was received at hyd by 7th july but still they are just moving it to different places.

                          I had ordered ifb washing machine recently and after demo i dont like the product since it doesnt meet my requirements, but still flipkart is forcing me to keep it since their policy dont mention such things. I want the product to be returned!! Else they should stop selling online products since online we cant see demo and buy it. Its quite obvious that online we cant feel the product unless we see a physical demo!!

                            Hi team

                            I have purchased moto g5 plus mobile from flipkart online shopping and i ordered the product on[protected] & order id - od[protected] i have receive the product on[protected].

                            When i was checking the mobile, i found out that its sim tray is damaged. So i have raised the return request with return id:[protected]) to flipkart within return policy period of 10 days.

                            Flipkart assigned an engineer to check the mobile based on my return request having any problem. The engineer who checked the mobile also confirmed that sim tray is damaged.

                            I checked the status of my return request for the respective order id, and i was surprised that flipkart had cancelled my return request without any information to me. Again i have placed the return request (Return id:[protected] and also i have spoken to flipkart customer service person and i asked the reason for cancellation of my return request id
                            [protected].

                            As per the flipkart update, there was no issue in mobile. There is contradiction between flipkart engineer report and the flipkart customer service team update.

                            Flipkart team promised it will be resolved after next tech visit, but today my return request is again cancelled without any information.

                            I am looking for positive approach for this issue of my mobile replacement.

I called them many times and every time they made false promises to me and no body visited my place so far. This is very annoying.                                 Fabhomedecor katy double fabric sofa bed (Orange)
                                I have purchased a sofa bed from flipkart, but the product color doesn't match to the picture provided by the seller/flipkart... Actually the seller doesn't take picture of every sofa colour instead he takes photo of only one particular colour & then changes it to different colour by photoshop, that way seller is duping the consumer...
                                It has a bad smell as water had been spilled on it, the stench is so bad it has 3 days now but the stench has not gone...
                                Flipkart has denied me a return & refund only because i've opened the packing of the sofa bed myself... They say i should have waited for the seller to open it for me during installation, which he is taking forever to arrive... If i've waited for seller arrival the 10 day replacement warranty period had been passed and i would have been stuck with this useless sofa bed forever without having a option returning this product

                                  I demanded cap of pre & probiotic 3 bottles but you sent me garcinia cambogia 3 bottles on 06 jul 2017 & paid you advance through internet banking rs 1750/=

                                  I am surprised to see the irresponsible company in such a competitive market.

                                  I am senior citizen army officer & i am harassed beyond my imaginations.

                                  I request you to refund my money immediately.

                                  customer complained that he ordered for pre & probiotic 3 bottles but received garcinia cambogia 3 bottles. We interacted and apologized for the issue and politely denied to process the refund request it is a incorrect order placed. So requested to place new order. Hence closing the case.

                                    Thirteen thousand debited from my account, even i didn't login my account. Very worst. No support from customer care. If necessary action is not taken i will confirm a complaint against flipkart which is already raised. I have blocked my bank account. Since i'm not even using my account in flipkart how they confirmed my order and even i didn't get otp also.

                                      Bought a mobile dated 10 july 2017... Order id-fmpp[protected].

                                      Company promised to get the same delivered by next day-11 july.
                                      - could not delivered on 11 nor 12th july,
                                      - no communication from company for any delay reason or communication,
                                      - i called on toll free number several times no positive response only sorry for delay... However while tracking online found that product was shipped from lucknow to delhi on 11 july evening... And customer care people were not aware about this and they were keep on saying that it has been shipped by delhi itself will be deliver timely.
                                      Unable to understand how come a product ordered from delhi can be shipped from lucknow and still confirms its delivery in 1 day.. (Obviousely making fool of customer).

                                      I had to go my hometown dated 11 july expecting this delivery but got my ticket cancelled due to this totaly unethical practice and pathetic service by company.

                                      Need a clarificationn on time value of money and mental harrassment done by company with customer with a positive reply.

                                      Also clarification that how company can use improper means (Falsification on item delivery or anything related online just to increase sale.
