I had an account on flipkart, so i ordered multiple things but the things i received were totally different form that in description, so i placed a return req. Certain products were returned but some rejected so i contacted customer care many times, they told it will be done soon. Then all of a sudden when i tried logging in my acoount, what do i see... That im unable to login, i recieve an email form their side that my account has been blocked, i try contacting customer care again, they say that reply to the same email and something would be done by different department: i do so, but nothing happens and then when i contact htem again, they tell me that now nothing can be done, account closed...
I have 500 rupees in my wallet please help

As per my return request a wish master came for pick on 9th FEB 2018 by 6 PM again the same thing happened that he haven't got any mail or any formal mail from flip kart mentioning like IMEI number miss match or Brand seal broken. Called customer care and spoke with executive and asked him to forward the call to Team Lead, after that got shocked the call got disconnected automatically. Now again got message mentioning " we have escalated your issue to the concern team. We will resolve your problem by 13th Feb 2018 2.00 PM. Really worst customer care from flip kart. This is my third request for return. If not solved by 13th Feb 2018 means what flip kart going to do?????????
