On august 22nd 2019 it updated the order status as delivered but i have not received the product yet.
This is really sad that the company like flipcart is so irresponsible towards customer's satisfaction.

    I have ordered wrangler jeans but my refund is not provided and they are closing the case. the payment was made through credit card, and gift voucher. the credit card amount is credited but gift voucher is not credited. i called them 10 times but they closed the case, saying telephonic conversation, but no calls done. my order was made through [protected].

        I had ordered a provogue shoe from flipkart, which on 13/08/2019 wa going to deliver on my address. As usual, I got the link of Ekart to make payment through phone pay. Firstly made the payment through phone pay, but because of some unknown issue I didn't get the 4 digit key which I should receive through SMS on my registered mobile number, the delivery boy told me that "this is common issue sir, you can make payment through cash on delivery, after that your money deducted will be refunded to your account "
        I was waiting for the key but after some time since the delivery boy was not willing t give the product without that key and I want the product that day,
        I made another payment through my debit card and got the product.
        BUT, the most interesting part starts now, I am trying to call customer service of flipkart to solve my issue, they are acting like a dead .
        from 13/08/2019 I called them more than 30 times, every time on executive say that consulting team will contact you within 48 hours.
        Once they called too but that too makes no sense, when I sent them all the transaction made by me to them via mail, since then they are totally neglecting the issue, no one gets in touch me even after calling many times. The best part comes today when I tried to call them they just hold my call and the call got disconnected after 30 minutes of hold.

          Hi team,
          Flipkart perfect homes julian engineered wood 2 door wardrobe, order# od[protected], delivered on may 20, 2019 got fungus affected with in 2 months. I contacted flipkart and they said to clean the fungus using some coconut oil, i dont think coconut oil solve the fungus issue. Also in the description of the product flipkart clearly mention that the product is 100% termite resistant and the material used in this wardrobe is laminated from all the sides to give it full proof protection from moisture and other external factors. Currently flipkart saying they are not responsible for this product and only seller can do anything here. Still i didn't get a proper update from flipkart side to resolve my issue. Can you please help me to get this solved?

            Hi Sir, I am writing this email with full grief and i am really hoping for a expedited resolution. I have had puchased Whirlpool 7.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine Grey Warranty: 2 Years Comprehensive Warranty and 10 Years Warranty on Motor and Prime Mover from Whirlpool 1. [IMEI/Serial No:[protected] ] CGST: 9.000 % SGST/UTGST: 9.00 From Flipkart on 10th August 2019. It was promised thatthe product will be installed within 24-48hours of the delivery, to which its already12-14 days have passed with no updates on installation. I was sent a message from Flipkart thatthe product has been successfully installed which is really shocking and completely a false statement. When i contacted customer care of Flipmart they promised to resolve this with in 24hours to ehich already atleast 240hours (10days) have been passed. The Service centre of whirlpool at Jind, Haryana-126102 is a fake service centre that keeps on promising manythings and when ut comes to delivery they dont have anything. It is really emabarrassing fir my aged parents to get the clothes washed at our neighbour's house and sometimes with hands which is really painful for me to see. No one else is getting impacted as a result of this other than mr and myfamily and hence i request you to help me out here. I am looking forwars to have a decent compensation from seller/flipkart/whirpool/service centre/all and a written warning issues to them so thatit doesnot get repeat with some other person.               I had ordered iphone7plus on 24th august 2019 thru flipkart order no [protected]. Today i received the parcel but it doesn't have any phone. It consists of soaps. I had called flipkart but they they require the unboxing video. I don't have that. And they have denied the refund. Please help me. It's avery expensive product. How can set deny the refund. It's my hard earned money

                  I have ordered 2 wardrobes on Friday that is 23/08/2019, paid INR 21180 through credit card. Till now dint get any confirmation on Flipkart account neither on my mobile phone. They have already confirmed on twitter that they got the amount but till now they are nor confirming on my order neither they are returning my money back. Even there is no ORDER ID as nothing is showing in Order history, they keep saying the same thing "We are checking". Its been 4 days now, no confirmation yet.

                  One of the manager called me on Saturday, promising that Monday we will deliver the product else we will return your money. Now since morning only thing they are keep repeating is that "We are checking"

                    I have ordered a real me c2 mobile in flipkart and i have done payment for the same on 19th aug -2019, promised delivery date by flipkart is[protected]. I have checked with their customer care they said some problem with their seller they will sort it out and provide the delivery by 24th of the same month. Later i have keep on asking them for the delivery they have told by 26th aug -2019 i will get the product.. Still i didn't got the product.

                    So please help me on this. I don't want their i need the product at right time.

                      The delivery executive of biswanath chariali, they just cancelled my order without letting me know about it as i have also paid for the order. If they can't deliver they should say it before. Its was a birthday present and they cancelled by their own. The delivery executive is setting up his mind to not deliver at that address and if he can't deliver he could inform me i could have collect the order from the office. But they didn't do anything just cancelled it by themselves.

                          My approved payment was around 17000 but j have received only 9005 rs rest of money is missing
                          And they removed it from dashboard also
                          But i downloaded the approved payments report last month so i have proof thay approved payments are 17000 but i jave recieved only 9005
                          What to do

                            I ordered a laptop costs 25999 rs on flipkart on[protected] they given will be delivered by[protected] but on[protected] delivery boy called and said it will be delivered by tomorrow i. E on[protected] but today also my product was not delivered to me. And again i got message that it will be delivered by[protected] if this continues like this then i will be ending with minimum loss of my purchased amount interest... So there should be some punishment to the firm on not delivering said product in the said time... So please take this issue seriously and do the needful. Thanking you.

                                I had ordered redmi note 5 pro black colour mobile phone with flipkart on 19th august and i had received the item on 21st august 2019. When i'm opening the cover there is packing of redmi note 5 pro and inside that cover there is old china mobile phone.in that same time i called flipkart complaint number inform them to replace and they told me to wait 72 hours and still i'm waiting for the replay.                                   Recently flipkart had done a cheating with me. I bought a new phone from flipkart but i came to know it has manufac defect so not working properly. So i had done a return request on 7th from 10 days of return replacement period. So flipkart wasted my remaining days said we will call you evening then tomw then again evening but not got a single call and said your return request cancelled apply again then i applied again and said you cant apply now as 10 days got over. This is v big cheating.

                                    Check it out I am spending 50 coin then got flipkart plus member after that redeem 1000 + 1000 flipkart coins voucher. If also return product then how can I got 150 coins ( not super coins) check it out first after that give me response. Already lost my 16999.00 rupees around 45 days, give me my refund quick. Legal case or FIR against flipkart I have to generate soon because I have a legal many documents against you flipkart. Requested flipkart please investigate my case or give me a right solution soon.                                       I am a long term customer of flipkart and i have been also buying items from flipkart from a long time. Recently i have ordered and ambrane charger and the item got automatically cancelled and i got a mail that "your order order has been cancelled because you are not ordering for personal use, using for reselling purpose" and this statement is totally false. I have all the products in my home only. May be i have ordered for my friends or family. There is not mentioned point that i cannot do so. I have not ordered anything in bulk so that you can say that i am ordering for reselling purposes. I have ordered single product every time and for personal use only but still today i got mail and it was written there that my account was banned for this purpose only. My flipkart account was attached with [protected] number.

                                      Please check the full history manually and do not depend on system check. I am also a flipkart plus member. This is not the behavior that i was expecting from flipkart. Flipkart is sending sending same email again and again from 3 weeks, they are not even calling me for the proper explanation.

                                      I hope my account get backs to normal state and i can again use flipkart.

                                      W are sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                                      You are saying same thing again and again. I have not done any reselling. I have ordered everything for my personal use only and I can also prove that. As i have all the products in my home only. Please try to understand and resolve my problem at earliest.

                                      I am also facing a similar problem. Flipkart has blocked my account. I have 20000rs gift card voucher linked to my account. Now neither Flipkart is unblocking my account nor am I able to use those vouchers. Because without the account unblocked, I will not be able to transfer those vouchers to another Flipkart account. Nor am I able to use those vouchers because those vouchers are linked to the gift card wallet of my blocked account. Flipkart has blocked my account as well as my money.

                                      Having complained about this, I have been back 50 times in a month, so far neither my account has been unblocked nor my vouchers have been unlinked.

                                      Flipkart keeps sending me the same kind of email every time I am tired of contacting them again and again.

                                      I beg Flipkart to solve my problem soon. I am very upset

                                      Yes same thing happening with me. They are not fixing the problem at all. I never expected that Flipkart would do something like that.
                                      Yes sayandutta Flipkart is ignoring our problems, not listening to the account block issue, just sending the same kind of messages again n again

                                        My guess what account has been blocked by flipkart as i was using two account. On same mobile i regret also but now i am unable to use any account.
                                        It's my request to flipkart please allow my account to again use guess what game zone on my mobile
                                        Waiting eagerly for the solution.
                                        Please solve it as early as possible.
