Since the product was delivered to you on 06 Aug 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfil your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service centre and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

      We ordered tv cabinet on 17.07.19 and received the same on 03.08.19 that too damaged ones..

      Post that we are chasing from our end to sort / replace the same till date there's no clear communication from either flipkart nor the seller (Shekhawati, rajasthan).

      From my end this would be the last transaction with flipkart as there's no customer support received from both the sides.

      Even flipkart is not ready to refund the money!!!

      Would appreicate get my refund for the same on immediate basis.

        Sir since 3 september 2019 flipkart is promised to reactivate on 3 sep and then they extended to 7 later 9th sep after that 11 sep 9pm and next 12 sep 9pm... But still i am unable to login.. Account blocked contact customer support.. Today customer care also not able to contact why??? Indias no. 1 shopping site fail to reactivate my account since 15 days??? Why sir...?

            We bought this Item from flipkart site, as this item was defective we requested to return this item.

            It has been last 1 week there are not returning it and just postponing the dates.
            There customer support has been pathetic.
            It seems this is a fraud and we are being cheated by flipkart.

              I ordered a new phone is exchange on my old phone and during delivery Wishmaster refused to make the delivery. Without any proper inspection he rejected my phone stating that his device is not working and he cannot proceed. He then said that another wishmaster would come and inspect and deliver the product but that did not happen. I regularly followed up with Flipkart and called them around 25 times to enquire about my order. They kept saying that we are working on it and will update you. But it went on and on and after 3 days my order got cancelled WITHOUT any approval from customer side.

              I even agreed to pay the exchange amount but the Wishmaster did not agree to that as his behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. He said that I cannot do that and he is not aware of that. My old phone's condition was good and it had no dents or scratches and it was passing all the checks as mentioned in the website.

              Who gives the authority to cancel the order without customer's approval?

                I have bought flipkart marq 4k tv last november order id od[protected], but the tv is not working after 4 months. I have raised a complaint on last june 6th 2019 since i didn't get any response from marq.
                There is no response if i reached marq by mail or call from last 3 months. Simply they replying continuously to wait for 5 to 7 business days from the month 6th june 2019. Hereafter i don't want service or replacement. Please refund my money.

                My humble request, dont cheat customer who believe flipkart like this.

I booked a product refrigerator on 26aug delivery date is 5 sep but till now product not deliver on mention address. no updatation on that after 31 aug. please take action against them. I talk to customer care then daily by daily they told me please wait my team work on that but last 10 days no output. I talk to them I cancel this product then they told me ok i[censored] want to cancel then u can do. means they will take money 14000 15 days and finally told me i[censored] want then u cancelled. there is some policy for that if they r not deliver his product on same delivery time then it will return with whole money with compensation.

                    Flipkart is cheating customers with fake delivery dates and trying to increase sales!! 4 out of 5 orders from Flipkart were failed to delivery on the promised delivery date!! Worst of all when i have reached out to customer service, they read out a line" Due to unavoidable circumstances logistics team couldn't deliver, we have escalated this issue" Well how many times this happens?? Why it keeps happening why no action taken against logistics team??
                    Flipkart is doing this on purpose and i would like to complaint against fraud from Flipkart and claim compensation for causing me inconvenience and wasting my time!! Customer service agents dont have basic knowledge and keep reading same line again n again!! I want flipkart to stop this malpractice of selling with fake delivery dates, promise of faster delivery when even after a week product is not delivered! Proof attached delivery date promised 5th Sep 2019, even on 12 Sep 2019 product was not delivered n no reason provided for delay!!

                    I am attaching the screenshot of orders for 1 month which was not delivered on mentioned dates!! Give me proper explaination for "Unavoidable circumstances " else pay me compensation !! Flipkart is cheating customers with fake delivery dates and not delivering on the promised dates!! Customers will either cancel or forced to wait if its pre-paid orders!! This is considered cheating the customers, when repeated more than 5 times and keeps happening!! Need good reason, i have heard this excuse from customer care don't need again!!

                      Hi,

                      I ordered an mi tv on 5th september 2019 from flipkart under their
                      "ganpati festival sale" - order # od[protected]. I had opted to exchange my old lcd tv after looking carefully at the t&cs stated by flipkart.

                      The delivery date was 7th sep 2019 but the tv was delivered at 9th sep 2019 after numerous follow-ups. On 9th sep 2019, the delivery boy (Wishmaster) verified my old tv for 10-12 minutes and found that the tv had a sound issue. He denied to pick up the old tv due to this issue. I spoke to him and explained that as the t&cs stated in flipkart, this is not an issue. He replied me stating that "no one over here either reads or follows the terms and conditions, we do our checks and decide". I have pasted the terms and conditions for reference below.

                      Please note that the order was to be delivered at rajkot, gujarat (Pin: 360005) whose delivery team did not care to follow the t&cs. The wish master name and contact details are as below. They insisted that if flipkart informs us, we have no issues in exchanging your old tv.

                      I thereby contacted flipkart every day from 9th sep 2019 until 13th sep 2019 (Today) to seek help. They had raised the incident in[protected] on 9th sep 2019 with a promised resolution date of 12th sep, 2:30 pm. They kept assuring me that their team will contact me, but no one called me till date.

                      My parents stay in rajkot who were expecting this delivery. This is a clear case of "mental harassment of senior citizens" and i will request flipkart to compensate by considering the exchange of my old tv and also by furnishing an unconditional apology to me and my parents.

                      To quote, these are the terms and conditions that were stated in flipkart.

                      "please note that working tvs (As per the customer declaration) with no physical damage will be eligible for exchange and for non-working tvs (As per the customer declaration) with no physical damage will be eligible for exchange"

                      Products that will not be picked up:

                      For working conditions tv:
                      Not working (If customer has not already declared this while opting exchange) - not switching on
                      Display issue - discoloration, spots, lines or static on a part of the screen. Muddled or no display
                      Screen damage - scratches or crack on the screen
                      Plasma tvs will not be accepted
                      Black and white tvs and monitor screens will not be accepted
                      Any government sponsored/ngo funded freebie (Gift) tv will not be accepted

                      For tvs in not working condition (As per the customer declaration)

                      Screen/body damage - scratches or crack on the screen/body
                      Plasma tvs will not be accepted
                      Black and white tvs and monitor screens will not be accepted

                        I ordered one Huawei y9 mobile.And the seller sent me a used phone. Now the flipkart is not ready to give refund /replacement. I got a mail saying they need my concern to file a FIR with this issue, and I replied to that mail saying "do it". But on next day I got another mail saying my account is blocked because there were no reply from my side. On calling cc they said the back end team sent a mail asking for my ID proof and I didn't send the same. But I didn't get any such mail and I was ready to send my ID proof. But now the they blocked my account (and I have Rs 1300 in my wallet) and not ready to replace the old phone.

                        We'd like to let you know that our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
                        In this year I didn't return a single order .Yes cancelled 2-3 orders, but never returned any order. These cancelled orders also cancelled before shipping the product. After all ifso why didn't you informed me about this earlier ?. You sent me a old phone, which is clearly your mistake. And what about the cash I have in flipkart wallet ?. If you can't replace the phone I am gonna complaint to consumer court.

The seller has refunded ₹ 244 on 04 Sep 19 and this should have been credited in your bank account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                          I am also complain at bank regarding my payment of 244/- they said me that they receive any payment regarding this. If you have transaction detail regarding this payment then provide the same like transaction no, transaction mode, ect.
                          I have spend money at flipkart and I can claim flipkart only.
                          Bank replay attached and account statement also enclosed

                          I am also complain at Bank but said me that they had not received payment regarding this transaction. If you have transaction no. Of this payment of refund 244/- please provide same.

                          My account statement is also enclosed from 30the Aug 2019 to 08/09/2019.
                          But my amount is not received.
                          I am given payment to flip kart and I can raise my complain to flip kart.

                            There is signal problem in my redmi 7 pro handset. Sometimes network signal shows up and sometimes no signal shows. When same sim inserted in some other handset no network issue is being faced.

                                  Faulty asus 6z sent & no replacement provided within 10 days of purchase when asked for it. The on call executive made a million excuses, asked a billion questions, as if they are from cbi & i was a criminal, appalled!!!

                                  Flipkart executive completely refused replacement despite constant issues with the phone, finally had to make a videos & post it on youtube. Please have a look:

                                    I brought whirpool refrigerator 340l from flipkart on 7 september. Order id od[protected]. On next day, ants and insects are coming out from inside wall of refrigerator where insulation are damaged. I raised concerns to flipkart and following up with daily basis, there is no replacement yet from flipkart. Also, same day i raised concerns to whirpool company (Complaint no. Cn[protected]). Service engineer has visited my home and confirmed that refrigerator need to be replaced through flipkart. There is no proper reply from flipkart to replace the product

                                      My account got blocked
                                      Without any notification and the reason was given that system has found
                                      Multiple returns. Please check in your system as my orders were getting
                                      Cancelled by itself only. I raised a complaint about this also. I have my
                                      Voucher added in my account and have ordered a lot of items as well. You
                                      Guys provide such a bad support. I raised a complaint when one fake order
                                      Was placed through my account using my wallet. But u people didn't do
                                      Anything at that time. I tried to tell about this issue to your customer
                                      Team that my order are getting cancelled automatically no action was taken
                                      At that time also. And why you people provide return policy then. And if a
                                      Customer is not satisfied with any of the product he will surely return
                                      That. I dont think that i have returned this much product that my account
                                      Was needed to suspend. I'll definitely gonna post all this on social media
                                      That what a worse service you people provide. Then i asked for redemption of my supercoins which i earned after shopping for thousands. But its not possible. I stated them that please look into this matter as return was not from my side. My all power bank order got cancelled from system end. Please check i raised a concern about it over chat also. And why you people provide return policy then you could have blocked my returns in future. Seriously nva gonna buy or reconnect this to anybody ever. Even if my account is blocked i dont care about it. There are lots of good service providers in the market. People can buy from there. But i want to have my voucher (For which request has been processed) and use my my coins also. Even if there is something wrong then show me a proof. I have faced lot of issue. My refund of rs apprx 2 lac was stucked for almost one month. Had to go through a lot of tension. My accoynt was hacked raised a complaint about it not action ws taken. Order were getting cancelled due to technical issue. Complaint was raised. But no action was taken. You people dont care about when a customer go through a lot of probs. And u can block account just with one lame issue.

                                      Then You could have blocked my returns. You can make that return will no longer be applicable on orders. But I'm not able to access anything, not even my past orders. And my delivered orders are higher than my returns and even the amount is also higher than the returned product's amount. And I already have another account, then can you stop any customer from using that. As that was my primary account only that is the reason that I'm contacting you again and again.

                                        This is relating to order id 'od[protected]' cancelled on 08th august 2019. I am writing mail from august 08th 2019 and every day i am getting reply that i need to wait for another 24 hours. It is very bad service from flipkart. For cancelled item why you are taking 20 days time to refund. It is shame that flipkart is not able to refund a small amount of around rs 10500. Such a big company in market my credit card statement generated and on or before 01 september 2019, i need to pay from my packget or else they will charge penal interest. Will you pay penal interest as this is relating to flipkart’s blender mistake. If this is not resolved, i shall go to consumer court and ask for damage amount as you have given lot of trouble and unnecessary pressure to me. It is unfortunate that whenever i spoke about the above issue to customer care, without any resolution i am being informed to give rating for customer support. Please intervene and resolve the issue immediately. *thanks & regards* *vyas
