    Dear team,

    This is regarding the purchase of Philips IN-SPA 5162B Bluetooth 5.1Ch 5.1 Home Cinema from you (Flipkart) online on 17th august 2019.
    It was delivered on 20th august 2019. When I open a shipment, I noticed the Product was damaged and old material. Again i packed as it is and ready for book return towards replacement.Flipkart was agreed for return and replacement also they said like replacement has been delivered on are before by 27th Aug, but till date(29th Aug) fresh product was not delivered even though i contacted several time to flipkart customer care service through online chart and voice calls but got replied as "technical falt your problems will be resolved shortly" like. still i receive same answer repeatedly but problems not solved .hence i don't wait even a hour . because i affected mentally as well as economically . therefore arrange refund to my account immediately and receive your damaged product at the earliest.

    Take it as very urgent cause and response it. otherwise tomorrow morning at 11 am i will complaint at consumer court.

      Dear flipkart team,

      Your service team is playing with customer valuable time by giving fake commitments,

      And now they have blocked me from all customer care services, i'm not able to contact them.

      When i texted them they are telling that return policy time over and you can't return as attached in the screenshot but whereas still 30th return time is their.

      And eveytime they will send technician and he will do nothing and simply they will cancel the my replacement?

      This is how flipkart is working?

      If i'm not getting the solution will escalate this issue in all social media's.

      Request you not give a chance to this and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        I tried to return and replace my order (OD[protected] . Because i was received damaged one which was identified by installation engineer. I received the order on 19 August 2019 and wait for the installation upto 22 August 2019. Installation engineer visited on 22 August 2019 and he unboxed it and found that internal filter was damaged. So i tried to make the return request on flipkart, but it shows some technical issues. Hence i connected with customer care team for resolve the issue. But i didn't get any proper response from the team. They were drag that issue for a week using excuses for 2hrs, 4hrs. 24hrs. 48hrs .. I was recorded the same . Untill now the issue is not yet resolved . Today is the last day for return as per my return policy.
        They are fraud.

              I have already contacted the customer care multiple times every time i am getting the same response. I ordered redmi note7 pro and received a damaged redmi note4.
              I have collected the proofs for the wrong and damaged product which i received from flipkart. For your reference i am again specifying all the proofs which i have:

              1. The mobile settings clearly says redmi note4
              2. The imea number mentioned in the package and imea number in the back case is matching but it is not matching with the product imea number mentioned in the mobile system.
              3. I can see someone face captured in the camera of the damaged phone that means someone must have opened the package before delivery.
              I am attaching the photos of the proof.

              As you specified the seller has given the correct order then also there is possibility of something might have happened before delivering the product to me.
              Please help me resolving this as i have the proofs which supports my claim for receiving wrong package.

              Product: Mobile (Redmi Note 7 Pro), Order id: OD[protected], Date of order: 13/08/19, Date of delivery: 19/08/19, Amount paid: 16, 999/-, Mode of payment: COD, Invoice bill no: FABZDH[protected], Registered mobile no: [protected]. I have ordered Redmi Note 7 Pro but they delivered me Redmi Note 4 which is also the damaged product, the IMEI no inside the mobile is not matching with the mobiles back case & also in invoice provided and also when I opened the camera there is an already captured picture in the cache of the mobile, so I contacted the company for the refund amount and also raised many complaints with them but they are not responding to me and closing the complaints saying the order was intact from their end, so I wants to file a grievance against the company. Expectation: I expect the refund amount.

                This item has not been delivered but it shows that it was delivered on 27/08/19. Every time i ring customer care, i am being told to ring after 2 hours as there is a technical problem. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
                I have placed an order on flipkart after a long time and this is my experience. I expected much better than this. This is a prepaid package. I would like immediate resolution of the problem

                  Flipkart has blocked my account. I have 20000rs gift card voucher linked to my account. Now neither flipkart is unblocking my account nor am i able to use those vouchers. Because without the account unblocked, i will not be able to transfer those vouchers to another flipkart account. Nor am i able to use those vouchers because those vouchers are linked to the gift card wallet of my blocked account. Flipkart has blocked my account as well as my money.

                  When i'm using those vouchers its getting an error
                  "this card is belong to a wallet direct transaction are not allowed"

                  Having complained about this, i did 50 times complaint regarding this issue, so far neither my account has been unblocked nor my vouchers have been unlinked.

                  Flipkart keeps sending me the same kind of email every time i am tired of contacting them again and again.

                  Please unblock my account so i can use my vouchers again

                  I beg flipkart to solve my problem soon. I am very upset

                    I have ordered a product and paid the fee. Promising date was 22 aug they asked for 4 days more and then again two days and now they are asking me to cancel my product.                         I'm writing in regards to my account with flipkart. I have loaded an amount of 929.00 using a gift card from american express.

                        I have also ordered a product of mi power bank but it was getting cancelled by vendor many times.

                        When i reached flipkart with a concern they said i have availed the maximum usage of the product and have blocked my account with 929.00 balance in my gift card wallet.

                        I never got the product delivered but this is what they did by disabling my account.

                        Infact after several attempt with customer care of flipkart they said me to contact amex for the refund. And when i called american express customer care they simply said that the amount is with flipkart portal and we are unable to help you out. Kindly reach flipkart as they are cheating with customers.

                          In my affiliate account. It's been few months I've been trying to reach the customer service of flipkart affiliate. The amount has not been credited to the account. It has been few months.
                          There is no response from their end.
                          It says any amount above 2500rs will be credited to my account.

                              I ordered an item luxliss keratin smoothing treatment 100ml from flipkart. I never received this product but suddenly the order status is changed to delivered. Also, when i try cancelling the order. They accepted my cancel order and accepted for refund of the amount for the product but even the refund is cancelled. Now neither i have the product nor the refund. I do not understand this kind of fraud which they do to customers. I am not sure if anyone has faced this kind of issue earlier and would like to know the resolution on this from flipkart end.

                                  2 invoice of glass and redmi note 7 s

                                  Mobile was missing in the packet delivered.

                                  I immediately informed fliplart and executive suggested to wait till 7 pm

                                  When at 9pm I checked fliplart was showing wrong status as delivered.

                                  I again called and get raise complaint.

                                  I have attached outer package box images along with invoice.

                                  This is very worst experience with prepaid order with shopping on Flipkart.

                                  Please send me new mobile or refund my money .

                                  I have problems with existing mobile so ordered redmi note 7 s with promise of next day delivery.

                                  But cheating/fraud happened with me.

                                  Please help me asap.
                                  Flipkart must resolve this in one day only along with penalty payment to me for fraud / delayed/ failed promise.

                                      My name is sandhya, i ordered some items through flipkart, before also i purchased, but this time flipkart charged me extra in the name of igst (Yardley london mist and yardely london bloom). Showing one amount in your site and charging extra is fraudulence, in this case i am going to cancel the other orders, i need a clear clarification regarding this.

                                        Sir I bought a oppo reno 10x zoom from Flipkart on 15th of August but I received defective phone I submitted complaint three time but no so called engineer or service man visited to fix the problem once a man called me saying we can't come at your place so visit at our center and center is very far away from my home and the status they shows about as not at home and cancelled complaint three times ...now they are not replying me no calls no mails...
