Flipkart block my account without any information and i've some due on pay later but i can't pay it because flipkart blocked my id. And they messages me to pay their due otherwise legal action will be taken against me. If they block my id how can i pay my due? Most importantly they charged me 100 rupees per months for penalty. And their castomar services are so pathetic they didn't help me. Sir please take it seriously.

    Few days back i purchased one redmi 7a mobile with one back cover and one tempered glass..

    So at the time of delivery.. I didn't get back cover but i get 2 tempered glass and one mobile phone..

    Then i called customer care about the same that back cover is missing or wrongly packing done by u..

    The customer care taken a compliant to replace tempered glass and deliver back cover..

    But again after 2nd delivery i get same tampered glass instead of back cover..

    Again i called customer and told everything about the incident but they r helpless and then they transfered call to supervisor..

    Supervisor say we cant help u out and we cant give back cover to u.. So better take refund amount regarding the same...

    So this is bullishit service and pathetic words given by ur supervisor as well all ur customer care people..

    And i will drop this feedback to website and twitter to know how u make fool to people by sending wrong product with no solutions..

      Hi,

      I bought the asus zenfone max pro (M2) from flipkart in april 2019, and it was decent to use in the beginning but it started to create troubles as i use it and it has now become highly impossible to use the phone.
      It is strange that the phone started to make a lot of troubles within a few months after using. The problems that i am facing every day were,
      1. The memory card unmounts itself and i had to manually open and close the pin to set it up again.
      2. After the screen goes to sleep, i need to restart the phone to use it. I. E. It doesn't wake up with normal power button press.
      3. The phone hangs at times even while just using some low resource consuming apps like contacts or phone call, i had even double-checked that none of the apps run in the background.
      And many more issues.,

      I was trying to convince myself that this is a nice phone but i have lost my patience now to write this review.

      Please help me either get a refund or voucher for the equal amount.

        I have ordered sony bluetooth earphones for my friend which is the cost of 2250rs. From use of the 1st day some of her office colleagues reported that her voice is not clear and breaking of voice were observed. So i have asked replacement and it has done, but 2nd one also having same problem with which it cannot catch the voice while in walking. So ask for refund of my money... But costumer care service sent the technician 3 times but problem is not resolved, he just came saw the product asked problem regarding and simply he went away with out any troubleshoot or anything from 20days iam facing problem but i did not get any resolution and my question is why i have to face problems and attend to your calls and technician when i have paid amount which you have asked... It is very big problem while working in company to attend your and technicians.
        If problem is not with headset any person will not call or msg you these many time? I having problem with that it is irritating when she in office conference call. With other headsets there is not problem...

        If the technician resolve why IAM going to ask use these many times, I paid money for new one so you have to provide good one or otherwise should refund the money... I did not paid money for hand hand goods I have bought 2nd hand good I will go for the repair... But paid money for new one... Why I have go for serive center and why I have face this headache. I bought earphones in Flipkart for the brand sake I took this other wise I don't no the seller so you have to solve the problem

        Why your are encouraging such type seller who will not provide best service and best resolution to the costumers... If you are in my place what you will do...you will around the service center or ask for refund. I have paid 2250rs and why I have around the service center?

            after fifteen days of order they told me that your address is mismatched with pin code.
            I will prove that my address is 100% correct I got post for same address with pin.
            Flipkart has not checked whether given address correct or wrong they are blaming on me for wrong address.

                  Hii my name is ayaj khan i have booked a split ac from flipkart after confirming that they have door step delivery they told me yes you will get home delivery but the parcel has been reached on 19/08/2019 at hub near me around 12 kilometers far the delivery person denied to deliver it at home and did a phone call to me that come and take the parcel at parcel office they are not doing their work and telling me to do very irresponsible staff kindly help me to slove this problem thankyou

I have missed other good festive deals because of this order they have to adequately compensate and not go about freely cheating comsumer's in this manner

                        So i had ordered mi a2 of 15th august for a good discount and with an exchange of my old phone while delivery the wish master denied my phone for exchange (The phone has no scratches and is in working condition). I raised a complaint waited for 3 days after which they send a order cancelation mail to me saying that "as per my request ordered is canceled" which is fake as no request was made on my side i want to but the product and i refuse to place other order as it was a good discount in which i bought it

                          I have bought mobile phone redmi k20 pro black 8gb 256gb from flipkart. Order id is d[protected] i was supposed to get the order delivery on 9th of august 2019 but it is delivered to me on 11th august 2019. I have opened the flipkart packaging then i have noticed that mobile box seal was broken. And when i opened it the mobile was not in that box. As this happened i have contacted to the customer care of flipkart they suggested me to wait till 23rd august your problem will be solved. So i was waiting but today i have received one messgafe from flipkart it is saying your request is cancelled and now they have blocked my account too this is completely fraud and miss behaving. They are directly refusing to help by blocking account. I'm attaching the mail with i have received recently saying that they are blocking my account because of high return request. And matter of the fact is i haven't initiated any return request when ever i talked to their customer care executive they have initiated the return only for this mobile order which is always rejected. And yet i haven't returned any order. Though they are saying that they blocked my flipkart account because of high return request. Strange but this is fact and this proves that they are completely denied for any help. Plz help me

                            Since long time i am following with flipkart for this issue.
                            And this time i am fade up with flipcart.
                            What a ridiculous service first i got a phone which is not open and little damaged then i call for replacement but suddenly i get to know that the imei no. Is also not matched.
                            It means flipkart has provided me duplicate mobile.

                            I got a mail as per my request replacement has cancelled but i don't know when i cancel my replacement.
                            Till yet i haven't received my refund amount.

                            I request you pls refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will go to take some legal action against flipkart.

                              Dear team

                              This mail is regarding my buyback guarantee plan for the order purchased through flipkart the order copy is enclosed I am unable to avail the benefit of it as after few days of purchase of product I had to replace the mother board of my new mobile as Airtel volte was not working in my phone the mother board after replacement the things were fine but now when I am applying for buyback it's unable to fetch the new IMEI no which was replaced at that time through authorised service centre kindly resolve my issue and guide further I already mailed the job sheet and screenshot of my new IMEI no to flipkart as asked by them but no resolution till now kindly help

                              I received the mail from flipkart for asking my job sheet and other details which I had mailed but then too there is no positive response it's like misleading the customer and when I called up customer care they are saying that we have nothing to do with it you have to contact the brand for your resolution

                              My team kindly go through the mail which I had forwarded and the copy of which I had received from your end you had asked for the job sheet and other details on the cancellation of order from your end because and without verification of the job sheet and handset details the buyback guarantee policy still exists as it's the same product which was purchased from flipkart so you can't deny the updation of any changes in handset when it covers warranty as well as buyback guarantee so please don't mislead and understand the complexity of the issue

                                Flipkart scam
                                I purchased my phone from Flipkart on 12/8/2019 . And from 15/8/2019 it starts giving me problem. It gets rebooted every after 20 to 30 minutes . It gets heated up, and battery issue so I made a return request with Flipkart and from this actual scene started . Flipkart told me that there will be a tech visit . A technician came for three minutes and did nothing except clicking picture of my phone and goan and told me he will submit the report. After that he gave a report that my problem is resolved which was a fake report and my return cancelled. Then I again requested for return and again they told me that there will be a another tech visit and after that they will make return but this time the technician haven't visited and again my return cancelled . And now Flipkart is doing nothing. I think filpkart has given me a disputed product and now they don't want to replace this .I shouldn't purchased it from Flipkart. Now I m feeling very helpless . As I have purchased the phone with approx 11000. After all this harassment now I don't want replacement, I want my money back . Please help me with issue . I think a responsible person will feel my problem and will help me .

                                  I ordered Vivo Z1 pro Mobile from flipkart ( order id:OD[protected]but i received only two rin soap when i open the package. So i request to replace the product but flipkart rejects my return request two times. My money was deducted but i don't get Mobile .Even after return request rejection return page are blanked.                                     Flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I am a student and i ordered products for my friend and family members. As i live in rural area so there people hqve not enough knowledge about e-shopping websites. Please take action against this.                                         I have a order in Flipkart (OD[protected]. I paid the full amount on purchasing date. But I didn't get the product after 15 days. My delivery date was 16-august-2019. Now it is 20-august-2019. Not yet received the product.
