Hi there i got a call fro your flip kart that you won tata safari car for bumper offer, & he tempted for me to take for just 8, 500 only so i transfered him that amount through neft & again he called up & said to tranfer 24, 000, after that will delivery that car so i transferred, but now he has switched off his mobile i want that money back or else i will do a big case on you.. If i not received any reply

    I have purchased lg washing machine, and it will delivered on 20 august but some how it is delaylay so that i complain to time to flipkart customer care and on 24 august i receved call from flipkart, your order is cancle due to delay in delivery and you place new orders amd for new orders i have to pay rs2000 mor so it is los for me,
    After that i have call two time to flipkart customer care and thay are not given any solution

      Dear sir/madam

      My name is ashish sharma. I have been facing some issues from the last 24 days. Which is my account blacklisted and payment not refunded.

      Flipkart id - ashish. [protected]@gmail.com

      I ordered realme x 128gb mobile worth of rs-19999/- on 31/07/2019 through flipkart gift card voucher. On 3/08/2019 my order has been cancelled. Then i received mail from flipkart

      "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account"

      I replied to flipkart that i purchased all the products for my personal use. I explained them so many times. I already told them if you want any proof then i will send you pictures of all the product but my account is still blacklisted.

      Now the 2nd part of the issue is my amount refund. Flipkart promised me to refund my money by 15/08/2019. So i mailed and called them so many times regarding refund. They said your refund is already initiated by egv on 15/08/2019.

      Now the problem is when i'm using those gift card into another flipkart id its showing error like "this card is belong to a wallet. Direct transaction are not allowed". Its mean my vouchers is still linked to my blacklisted account (Ashish. [protected]@gmail.com).

      Now how can i use my vouchers. You blacklisted my account and i'm unable to use my gift card voucher. Now what should i do?

      I complained 7-8 times flipkart customer care over call, i have already mailed grievance office 2 times, i have mailed 50 times to [protected]@flipkart.com and also tweet 20 times at #flipkartsupport on twitter. But my issue is still remain and also i didn't get any satisfactory answer from flipkart. I have all the proof that how many times i contacted you.

      Kindly remove my account from the blacklist. So i can use that amount.

      Please understand the nature of the problem. I'm facing soo much problem regarding this.

      Kindly help me out to get my money back. It has been too long since i didn't get any satisfactory reply from your side and i am facing problem regarding same.

      You have solved half of my problem by refunding but half of my problem is still remaining. As I told you, I made this order through Flipkart Gift Card Voucher's. First I added gift card vouchers to my wallet and then placed the order.

      Now when I use those vouchers, I get an error
      "This card is belongs to a wallet direct transaction are not allowed on this card"

      This means that my gift card vouchers are still linked to my ashish.[protected]@gmail.com account. Until I transfer those vouchers to another account, how will I be able to use them ?

      You have blacklisted my account Ashish.[protected]@gmail.com I am not able to login to that account. So tell me, how will I login to the account and how will I be able to use the vouchers that are linked with my account wallet ?

      I am sending you a screenshot of account login and a screenshot of the error of gift card vouchers. You are requested to please see this and help me.

      I hope that you will solve my problem this time, please understand my strength, I have become very depressed.

        I ordered wireless mouse on 24th august 2019 from flipkart with online paid. Due to late expected delivery i cancelled that order. Flipkart assured refund within 24 hours to bank account but till now not credited. Now flipkart gave another date for update regarding refund. They ignores my refund request. I kindly request you to take proper action against flipkart.

          I have ordered one canon printer - pixma g2000 (Prepaid order id - od[protected] to flipkart on 9 august 2019, which was supposed be delivered through delhivery courier on 16 august. It was a 'fully paid order' and not 'cash on delivery'. But they had neither delivered it on that date, nor on the extended dates (19th & 21st). They raised a false aligation that they couldn't able at contact me over phone on all these three days. The aligation is not true since i was beside my mobile phone on all these three days and hadn't found any misscall alert. Now flipkart has cancelled the order one sided. Today, flipkart's customer support representative informed us that the printer got damaged by the delivery boy of the courier (I recorded the conversation and kept the screenshot of all the communications) and requested me once again to sent a fresh order for which i need to pay more than rs 1000 extra. It is absolutely a fraud from the side of the flipkart which i wish to cerculate for proper redressal.

            I purchased onida washing machine which got delivered on 12 aug but no 1 has came for the instalation since so many days i complained 3 times but flipkart says it wud be done in 24 hrs but still not done, even i got call frm onida but that guy dont want to come after 5pm as we r govt servants bedore 5 house is lock so they dont want to come even onida is not giving proper service flipkart has taken money and i cant even use the product and if i wud open the parcel n the product is damaged then they will say y u have opened the parcel without our instalation guy

              I added a gift card last year and forget to use the balance amount. I did not received any message/ notification for my wallet money to expired. I see there is no amount in my ewallet now. I checked with flipkart customer care they said that your money got expired without any intimation.

              I got a call from Flipkart support but it got dropped while discussing the issue. Kindly call me again to resolve it asap.
              I had added Rs5000/ to my flipkart account from a gift card on 19th March 2021.On the same day I also added another gift card to amazon account. But after one year I found zero balance in my account though I haven't used the entire amount without any information. But in my amazon account I found the available unused balance. So it is purely cheating to the customers. Flipcart has cheated nearabout Rs1500 to me.So please refund my money.

                मैंने एक मोबाइल redmi 7a 22 जुलाई को फ्लिप्कार्ट द्वारा ऑनलाइन ख़रीदा जो कि मुझे 22 जुलाई को डिलीवर हुआ.उसमे कनेक्टिविटी प्रॉब्लम है, जिससे की नेट नहीं चलता है, रीस्टार्ट करने पर थोड़ी देर चलता है..फिर कनेक्टिविटी लॉस्ट...इसके बाबत मैंने 4 august को शिकायत की, फ्लिप्कार्ट ने एक तकनीशियन भेजा जो कि बोला की आप फ्लाइट मोड ऑफ करके ऑन करे चल जायेगा...ऐसा करने पर नेट चला फिर वाही बात...१ घंटे चले और बंद...शायद हमको फ़ोन यूज़ करना नहीं आता वर्ना हमें भी पता होता की वो हमे मुर्ख बना रहा है, मैं सॉफ्टवेर इंजिनियर हूँ और मुझे शायद उससे ज्यादा ही मालूम होगा, इसके बाबत मैंने फिर 13 august को कंप्लेंट की जिसके बदले में फिर वाही तकनीशियन आया और वाही बात फिर कही, मेरे फॉर्म पर सिग्नेचर न करने के वावजूद उसने आगे सही होने का कहकर बता दिया, मैंने उसकी शिकायत की तो फ्लिप्कार्ट वाले बोले आपके नजदीकी कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर मैं दिखा दे और उसका एड्रेस एंड मोबाइल न शेयर करे, पर फ़ोन जमा न करना वर्ना हमारी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं है, मैं जब सर्विस सेंटर गया और वहा दिखाया तो वह बोला सॉफ्टवेर और हार्डवेयर प्रॉब्लम है पर आपको फ़ोन जमा करना होगा और फ़ोन खुल जायेगा, और आपको jobsheet दी जाएगी, मैंने जमा नहीं करवाया, अब फ्लिप्कार्ट वाले बोलते है आपको jobsheet लेनी चाहिए जबकि jobsheet लेने के बाद फ़ोन वापिस return नहीं होता, इसका मतलब यह हुआ की नया फ़ोन लेने के बाबजूद मुझे उसकी सर्विस करानी होगी, क्यों, यह चीटिंग है, अब 15 दिन हो चुके है और जब भी फ्लिप्कार्ट से कांटेक्ट किया जाता है 48 घंटे में सलूशन का आश्वासन दिया जाता है और क्लियर seller मैं return and replace होने के वावजूद कोई न कोई बहाना बना रहे है और टाइम निकाल रहे है...कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करे

                  Delay of delivery of my order from flipkart. I ordered a sleepwell mattress. Promised delivery date was 14th august, my order was out for delivery from 14 july but i didn't get it. On 16th august i recieved a txt msg from e-kart logistic, that they will deliver tomorrow means on 17th of august but they didnt delivered till now. When i was called the flipkart costomer care they asked me a time till 19th august. After that they asked me to wait till 20th august for resolution from their end. I was not recieved any resolution or my product from them till today. Everytime i call the customer care they asked me to wait 24-48 hours. Every time same reply from them. Even i am unable to cancel my order. My order is prepaid by credit card. I have sent many mail to them but no reply. Kindly solve my problem and deliver my order as soon as possible. I am so disappointed by this delay of delivery of my order.

                    This is to certify you that i have purchased a redmi note 7s 3gb 32gb mobile phone from flipkart under independence day sale. My order id is od[protected]. I have used the phone and finds that the phone's speaker voice is low and the voice is not clear at all.in fact i can't able to hear anything when i visited any market or even a less crowded place. So i have made a return request for the same on 21st august. The phone comes under 10 day replacement policy which will end after 24th august. And i have made the return request before the return period will over.

                    After that a technician from jeeves technology, tie up with by flipkart, comes at my place on 22nd august. He checked the mobile phone and i alongwith my wife told him about the problem of speaker quality and voice issue. He has checked the phone and agreed on the point that there is a problem of speaker's voice and the voice is low. I also told him that the speaker's voice is not so clear and it sounds low. He said that he will forward my message to flipkart and will also tell them about the speaker's voice and clarity because the phone is brand new and it shouldn't happen with it. After that he went.

                    Later when i have checked the replacement status i get shocked to see that the replacement has been rejected by flipkart. I am very much surprised that how can my replacement has rejected? Even the technician has agreed on the point that there is a phone speaker's issue and voice is not clear. Then how come flipkart has rejected my replacement? But there was still a chance for return due to ten days replacement policy, so i made the return request again. And an another technician from jeeves visited on 23rd august. He also checked the phone and agreed that there is speaker problem and though it is a hardware issue, flipkart will change it. But again flipkart has rejected my replacement. And again i have made the return request. But i am damn sure that flipkart and its seller will reject my return again.

                    Lastly i came to know that flipkart is intentionally rejecting the return request because i have bought the phone for rs8998 in offer and now the price is rs9999. So its a difference of rs1000 so that's why flipkart is playing game with me. As they're doing with many customers day by day. There are thousands and thousands of complaints against flipkart in each and every online consumer platform nowadays. They are openly cheating their customers. So its a humble request from my side to please look into this matter seriously and please help me out from this trap.

                    Last but not least flipkart is closing and deactivating some customer's account who raise complaints against them.

                      I tried to reset my flipkart account and it is saying that unable to process request. Please retry.

                      I have my registered mobile and i have also tried to reset the password from my registered mobile number but from the app same issue persist.

                      I also have tried request otp option but it says login with otp unavailable. Please login with a password.

                        I received a call from delivery person regarding my product delivery i was not available i asked to deliver to my guard, he met with guard arrange a call but didn't deliver and marked it as delivered, i called him again and again that when my product has not delivered why you marked it as delivered, said i delivered asked to share number then i will send him photo of my guard to verify but he denied. Now i am feeling so cheated that i don't get mobile and i will pay 8000 for being cheat.

                            Order I'd is OD[protected].
                            Showing delivered but not actually delivered. No satisfactory response from Flipkart. On dtd 20th and 21st Aug'19, courier partner told me to deliver on alternate address. I refused and told him on address mentioned while ordering. Courier partner done this intensionally for discomfort of customer.

                                I am a loyal customer of flipkart. I want to buy a hercules roadeo bicycle. I reside in chennai. When i enter my pin code and many other pin codes where my relatives reside. It still says none of the sellers ship to chennai. Please help as i really want to buy a cycle from flipkart. Thanks. Please let me know what to do or tell me if i will be able to buy it in chennai....

                                I spoke to customer care person mr. Vasudevan regarding some doubt about my tv purchase. But his way of speech very arrogant & irrespective, he don't know how deal the customer and how to talk customer, his behavior hurt me a lot. This is the way you approach valuable customer? Even if customer wrong you need to explain everything in right manner that why its called customer care

                                  The above sms i recieved yesterday that they are delivering my order

                                  But the fact is it never delivered

                                  They themsel[censored]pdate status as there is no response from customer.

                                  Poor service from ekart courier people
                                  Not even care customer
                                  Behavior is pathetic

                                    I was supposed to receive this order from flipkart on19the august but i have not yet received. I kept calling them and they kept telling me 24 he's every time.
                                    Today they called me from rajasthan location and forcing to cancel my order.
                                    I want my order, a refund and compensation for this or i want to file pil against these guys. They are simply fraud

                                      I must say flipkart products are good and resonable but service is really poor... I had some experience with delivery boy... They are lazy or what... Everytime they tells me to pick my courier from their office, so why take delivery charge or say free delivery? If the product is not being delivered... These people are real lair, they tell us that they will deliver our product by tomorrow or any date they wish for but when we expect as said there comes a message, product returned customer not available... Seriously? I have been calling and requesting them to deliver my product but what reason is that?
