I have given the first complaint on 10 aug in flipkart and mi engineer was visit on 11th of aug (Report attached). He was confirmed in report voice command issue in tv. As per attached report product is problem in under 10 days. I have call to your customer care on 12th of aug for this he given the closing time 14th of aug. For passing the time. And i revived an sms on 15th aug. Replacement request has canceled by sealer. After that i have send trailing mail to you on 15th of aug. But no action was taken your side till date.
Today your customer care executive ask me your product is not covered under 10 days replacement, why i regularly followup with flipkart from 10th of aug but nobody respond. I also have called to flip cart customer cared 15th of aug. 17th of aug. 19th of aug. 21st of aug. 25th, 27th.
After all i have call to mi customer care yesterday and engineer has visit today he found the problem in product. He ask main board need to replace for solve the issue. Report attached. I want to inform you my mi tv was not working (Voice command not working and screen back lite issue) from first day. So please refund my money and replace the tv as so as possible. Our first complaint of 10th aug report also attached. On 25th aug. Mail.
I have report for mi engineer 11th of aug and 01st sep 19 today. I will proved my tv was revived faulty and flipkart not replace the product and gain the time for deny the product replacement.
I will proof our product have to replace under 10 days replace policy with all mail and report and all recorded calls.

    I am pankaj. And i am order a "hp v220w-16 16 gb pen drive" but unfortunately it was old and corrupted. So when i was return the item only they give me many options, but i choose it was corrupted. Because it was corrupted. I never focus the item it was new or old. When i use the product it was not working. It was corrupted. And now they told me i am choose the wrong options, and sometimes say it was take more days, already i request to refund the item and now they say times is over. After telephonic conversation they said that we need 2 3 days to resolve the issue. And they call me when the issue was solve. But they did not call me, they did not inform me, and after end of the day i call the helpline no and they just say our return day policy it was over, and your choose option does not match. It is humble request give my money back.

      Hi,

      Shivonic mop was delivered on 24th.

      Part was broken so immediately return request was send. Your exe came & said color mismatch so cant take back, put same in new request & mentioned brand name missing also.

      So i did same, also contacted on social media, received call & was told it will be solved. Again nothing happened & request cancelled.

      Again got a call that we cant credit flipkart a/c so give bank details & for the. Same we will mail you. That mail didnt came whole day so called cc & raise return request in app. Spoke in chat too.

      Again today request got cancelled.

      Cc cant solve it.

      Called but your system was down asked to speak to senior, call was disconnected.

      Now what is my fault? Why cant you solve this?

          The delivery boy with contact number [protected], tried to influence me to postpone the delivery to 2 days (Tuesday) when i refused it, he made me to come 1.5kms far from the shipping address.

          He told that scratches should not be there & device should reset & boot within 30 seconds.in the reset process i lost my important documents.

          My phone had small scratches on the tempered glass. Which should be acceptable but he rejected.

          He called "ashwin flipcart" who is a manager according to him. Ashwin tried to influence me to cancel the order from my side, but i did not do that.

          Once he rejected & left, i got a magnificent saying "sorry, our e-kart executive was not able to reach you on phone for shipment fmpp[protected]. Please reach out to the executive on [protected] with pin 157 - valid only for today"
          I called that number, then i got "verification failed message" - as expected.

          I know he was lying & all this drama is because i made him to deliver the product today.

            I have purchased a new sim and whan i open a new account i fail to do so. Upon speaking to the customer care, i have been told that there is already a account associated with this ph number.
            I have already opened a seller account with this number, i need to open a buyer account urgently.
            This is not my fault that a acc is already associated. Please delete all account associated with this number and allow me to creata fresh account.

              I bought call mate powebank from flipkart. On that time i saw as details given on there sites as 7800mhz but it was misguided me at all because on products there were 9000mhz shown.
              Apart of it charging capacity is very dull, not stand by as prescribed me to give for customer satisfaction.
              I complained to flipkart just after 15days but they pushed me to go to contact service centre and buyers representative.
              Plz do something. I want to cancel this item completely and wanting my amount in my account as soon as possible.
              If he desire to give another best product of the same prescribed formate, i can take it without any problems.
              Otherwise i can take a step ahead to go consumer courts in this regards.
              So keep in mind, do and solve it as soon as possible.

                I ordered a bosch 7kg washing machine from flipkart. The mode of payment was through credit card. Now the amount has been charged but the product is not being delivered by flipkart. Flipkart is just delaying and saying everytime that wait for 24hrs. Nothing is happening. The delivery date was 23 august and today is 1st september. Very bad service!!

                  Myself akki. I was ordering mobile and other things for my family's and Friends but Suddenly flipkart blocked my account. When I ask for unblock they told me i think you are reselling our products. How Flipkart know without any research. I'm not reselling any product .                     I ordered the phone the phone promised date was 3rd july but the product comes in 10 july at that time i was not present so my roommate take this product when i come i 12 augest i opened the phone and use this phone when i go to charge the phone the adapter was not working then i go service centre than the engineer says that the all accessories was duplicate than i says how it is possible this phone is comes 2 days before than the engineer says this phone was opened in 5 months before they do fraud with you. Than i complain the flipkart approx 20 to 30 times the approved the replacement 3 times and after they cancelled the order, at one day they send me one mail of fire a fir on seller and this mail was replayed within72 hours but they cancelled my order on that day without any reason. At that i call they says they will send a mail to do a fir on seller but the no mail comes to me. The flipkart was doing nothing. I am saying that many times to flipkart that this phone is of price 57000 and this amount was very high and i am also a flipkart member why you don't replace it this phone they says please sorry for that give me time for that but nothing was happened. Please help me.

                      I ordered woodland shoes worth rupes 2953 but when i received the packet is damaged and inside that there is different brand of black shoes which is in used condition and shoe box is of woodland with bill after that i try to call delivery boy that time he left so i raise a concern to flipkart and they raise refund request.
                      But from the day of delivery no one pickup my order and wishmaster come and said they dont have any update flipkart that you received a different product and today is 6th time wishmaster come and refused to pickup my order.
                      I am in trouble and flipkart is not marking a mail to ekart logistics team about my issue so that they can pick up my product
                      I want my refund asap i am fed up of flipkart service.

                        Items purchased worth 71796 rupees (Bank statement showing deduction attached) on 29/08/2019 not showing in order history till today 31/08/2019 in the name of prasant behera. After speaking to flipkart call center on phone number[protected] today 31/08/2019, issue has been escalated with incident number in[protected]Incident report attached).

                        Some items were to be delivered rtoday 31/08/2019 and some tomorrow 01/09/2019, but till late night 2300 hrs nothing received (All electronic goods like elica chimney, whirlpool ac's 2 nos and godrej washing machine).

                        As per incident escalation, resolution could be done on 04/09/2019.

                        That means... Money has been deducted but delivery dates as mentioned while purchasing will not be met in any case.

                        Again called up flipkart for clarification of delivery, now calls are not received on[protected] today 31/08/2019. Probably help lien busy or my phone is blocked.

                        Claim suitable compensation for anxiety and harrassment for not upadting order history and intentionally avoiding phone calls.

                            My oder id od[protected]. This product is arrives size smaller and quality issue. Thats why i'm returning it. While returning the wishmaster ask me brand box and mrp tag. When i received the product it has brand cove r outlet with mrp tag labelled. He ask me about the box and where would i go for brand box and mrp tag instead of it brand cover outlet and mrp tag labelled
                            He thinks me as a theif and cheater. I'm genuine about my purchasing. I told him that it comes with brand cover outlet and mrp tag labelled.                             Wrost wrost wrost experience i ever had ..i got call from Flipkart customer care he said that he would not accept the return due to seller's return policy because of not having brand box and it is Flipkart assured it would definitely have brand box . Then i ask that leave this topic i would like to ask one question "you said that it would arrive with brand box .i will order another product if it is also not comes with brand box what will i do. He said that denied the product while receiving. I asked him " you said that it will definitely comes with brand box .then why such thing happened.he doesn't reply to this question .in Flipkart i buy assured products only. Now also i ordered assured product but this nonsense happened .i genuine at my side . really the product doesn't comes with brand box instead of it branded cover outlet.

                              This is briing to you kind notice that, i had ordered redmi note 7pro on 14th aug 2019, but till 20th august it is not delivered. If i didn't get in 7 days then why should order from flipkart.
                              The order was cancelled on 20th august vide cancelled order id.[protected]
                              But still refund was not credited to my account.

                              It is my humble request, kindly revert with the status of my refund. Other wise i will go to consumer court.

                              Pls note that, expecting your revert in a day or two. Otherwise i will post on my all social media accounts as fraud flipkart to spread worldwide & i have many followers in my social media accounts to spread in a minute.

                                    Myself avnish kumar. I was ordering mobile and other things for my family's and friends but suddenly flipkart blocked my account. When i ask for unblock they told me i think you are reselling our products. How flipkart know without any research. I'm not reselling any product. I was order for my joint family and friends because they don't know about e commerce this was totally disappointing for me. I have 850 gift voucher money in my account.

                                      Dear sir/madam, i had originally purchased furniture item from flipkart online e commerce website as on 10.06.2019. Product received with defect and same replacement place as on 01.07.2019. Again new product delivered as on 16.07.2019. Same issue occured in re place product and hence return call request. Till date there is after uninstallation product pick up not done. With the above process mentally torchered by e commerce company with time lag and defiency in service. Hence provide grievence for the same.

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        I have purchased blaupunkt tv model no. Bla[protected] from flipkart invoice no. Fab2az[protected], date-12.10.2018. This television is under warrenty period.

                                        17 july 2019 i have found my tv av1 and av2 port not working (Previously i havent used this port) i. E. Audio was not comming from this port. I have contact blaupunkt customer care for rectification of fault.
                                        Jeeves engineer comes many times but he havent sort out problem. Then he decided to change card main motherboard card, after too many days another person comes from jeeves and replaced faulty motherboard card, but service engineer done wrong connection and led card also burnt, now main motherboard card and led card both becomes faulty due to his mistake (I. E. Due to wrong connection done by jeeves service engineer).

                                        Now till date my tv is completely dead, i have contact customer care of blaupunkt and jeeves several times. No one is responding me.

                                        I have attached invoice reciept and some photos of faulty card with this mail.

                                        My tv is in warrenty peroid, i am requesting you sir take this matter to higher authority and i want replacement of tv or refund.

                                        My tv is completely dead from two and half months, please reply me as soon as possible.
