Just a moment ago I was paying on flipkart through net banking mode just to place my order there..but then it shows me transaction error which means my order is not placed yet..but then I received a message from my bank about debit of rupees 102
I tried to contact with flipkart service and customer care but they doesn't care
Plz make them to refund my money

    Hi I have purchased two products from myntra 1) sangria women kurta of Rs.471.45 & one roadster shirt of Rs.668 using flipkart pay later option.due to some reason I returned that products.Got message from myntra that refunds are already proceesed on 23rd Aug, but in flipkart's pay bill only amount 668 shows, bill does not show refund of 471.I raised this issue on 3rd Sep'19 they asked me for screenshot of refund message, I mailed it to flipkart but after that I didn't get any response from flipkart, bill due on 10 sep.I called many times, every time they just registered the complaint and asked for feedback.who should I contact.what's the guarantee if i pay the bill my 741 will get back,

      My refund request has been rejected by 4 time by the seller and flipcart customer support does take any action to the seller please help me, I am a senior citizen, I purchased phone for me but thats doesn't receive me in good condition.
      Now I am very sad 😥😥 please give me resolution as soon as possible...

        Expected date is 9 september but till now phone is not come to me.
        They give resolution time of 13 september.
        They repeated this mistake 5th time
        Customer care is not beneficial in this matter
        They doesn't have value of time
        I request to you to solve this problem today till 7 pm. I hope you will take strict action against this issue.

          My account has been blocked and you give me the reason that i have returned some of the purchased items but you don't clarify. That did i violated any return policy.. And you are saying that i have ahuge numbers of returns but did i violated any policy..

          I have purchased more than 5 mobiles more than 5 tv and some products my minimum purchase from 2016 is more tha n rs. 2, 00, 000, you can check my order list.

          And pay later of 249 has been not paid but the reson for this is i can't login to my account.

          And this what you do for the loyal customer.

          if i had returned an item is it a reason to block the account did i return the item with out any reson. i return the item as it was not as described you are suppose to protect the buyer rights but flipkart is protecting seller and if the seller send defected piece also i don't have to return the item is what happend from your reply and i can't pay the pay later because i can't login to my account the link send by you is not had done the payment. please delete my account permently

                I had an order (Od[protected] placed on sept 4, 2019 to flipkart. The item was not provided on scheduled date (Sept 6, 2019). On complaint, another date (12 sept 2019) was provided, but the order was cancelled on sept 9, 2019 unilaterally, without any information to me either on my registered mobile number or email.

                Customer care refused to reinstate the order or register a complaint when contacted on sept 10, 2019 (Time of call 12:32 p. M.) and disconnected the call when requested to register complaint. They kept me busy or waiting for long (Call duration 44 min 54 sec) to discourage me to talk and then my call was disconnected. Customer care was again called at 1:18 p. M. But again kept on evading the main issue (Order cancellation) and also refused to register a complaint (Call duration 17 min 26 sec).

                They neither agreed to reinstate the order, nor register a complaint.

                  I used the fk pay later functionality once and i already paid my dues. But it's still not reflected on my dashboard. I'm getting no assistance even after multiple follow-ups. They have also blocked my pay on delivery facility as well. This is not acceptable. This doesn't seem to be an issue. Authorities are aware of the case and they are now ignoring the complaints. When i call them up to sell help, they end up saying that "air you will have to pay it". I also shared the transaction id. I'm sharing it here again. Mt192260034000010019772

                    I ordered for laptop and i got it on 28 aug 2019. It's display was faulty so i applied for return on same date. They told technician will visit by 4 sep. Technician came on 6sep he very well verified that display was broken. My laptop was supposed to be returned by 8gh sep but nothing happens. Today i checked status it's showing return cancelled as laptop was ok after reboot. Flipkart have bugged we with a broken display laptop. Details of order is bellow.

                      Seller has cancelled my order and my account got blocked.

                      Flipkart customer services is telling i have cancelled the order. It was prepaid order and why i will cancelled if i have already paid the amount to the seller.

                          Madavaram today i had return pickup request for 2 products with the correct reason stating that i have received different product and different brand and different style which i have ordered though myntra but ekart logistic person sarfi (Courier boy) did not accept my product telling that we did not get any reason from myntra what i think manager and sarfi (Courier boy) both of them or cheating that all the customers taking written after a day giving back telling that product as failed in quality and telling me you can raise a complaint whatever you want to just do it from your site we don’t accept the product i just want both of them you to suspend from the job and treat a good lesson and tell them the behaviour of the customer to speak politely if this repeat again the both of people will get bang from me and ekart manger at madhavaram branch telling all time you only getting different products and stating like i’m cheating flipkart and telling me wait i will raise legal complaint how come you can get all time different product and different colour style i want you take action on ekart manger or else i will scold him from side give suspension order for the both the people

                            I given a order in flipkart grocery. My order no. Is od[protected] on dated 30/8/19.
                            In my order on saffola gold oil 5ltr can having scheme 1 ltr free each. I order two 5 ltr cans.
                            On dated 4/9/19 i received this order, but in that free 1 ltr pouch not received.
                            In received can also mention this scheme i. E 1 ltr free.

                            Then i call to flipkart customer care they told me it is in the pack. But it is not available. After that i confirm this thing with saffola customer care, they clearly told me if it is mention on can then coming separtely 1 ltr pouch/ jar.

                            After i again call to flipkart customer care & given a complaint. They send me message i. E your query solve on dated 7/9/19 on 4pm. Then second message come on dated 7/9/19 we resolved on dated 9/9/19 at 4pm.
                            But not any call coming from flipkart. Then i send a mail on their customer care mail id but no feedback.

                            Again i called to customer care no on dated 9/9/19. Their excutive listen the query i transfer the phone to seniors but no one pickup the call. Only ring was going. I'll wait half n hour after transfer the call but no one pick up the call.

                            Flipkart customer care misleading to customers. Very worst service they given & also doing this type of fraud with customer.

                              Ordered the toy on 1st sept. Received used/second hand toy on 3rd sept wherein the box was broken/kinked. Wheels of toy were dirty. Requested for replacement on same day. Got the replacement date as 5th sept. Waited the entire day but no one turned up. Had to gift it to someone on 6th. Called 3-4 times to customer care number but the executives are useless and asked me to wait. Tried to send written complaint but your server was not working and not taking written complaint. Got message from flipkart that my issue will be resolved by 10th and got message on 9th that replacement got cancelled. Then eventually i had to opt for return. Person came to pick up the item and told that he cannot take it as balls were 5 and there are 3 in the box. Tried explaining to him that we did not open the box and received as it is. But he did not listen and cancelled my return. Please let me know what should i do that you either provide me brand new item or give my money back. Because i already committed mistake by ordering from flipkart and not from amazon even though the price was same. Pathetic service. First you guys dared to sell old product then cancelled the replacement and return both. I will tell everyone not to order from flipkart ever. Please resolve this else i will take an extreme step wherein you guys will be in trouble.

                                Was using flipkart pay later till oct 18, and due to some issues was not able to pay the dues on time. Have made the full payment of the dues along with the late fees after 15 days since the actual due date.

                                After that they blocked my pay later account.

                                What sort of nonsense is this? Even after paying the full amount my account is blocked.

                                Now it is showing that i have 3000 in my pay later account, but i am not able to use it. Unable to place any order with the pay later.

                                Please re-activate it asap.

                                  I purchased an item on flipkart-a mobile,
                                  But i accidentally booked wrong colour after knowing that i cancelled the product and reorder the same in the colour i need i bought this item using a gift card of 3000 and 4999 by debit card
                                  The payment through gift card has been refunded instantly but i didn't receive the payment through debit card
                                  When asked about it they said the amount is refunded by seller on 1st august and it will be credited to my account on or before 9th august but till now i didn't receive the payment
                                  When i contacted them the executive asked to wait till 12th august which isn't possible because i have urgent needs with that cash
                                  Please help

                                  Customer service executive said that they got the confirmation for the refund and i need to contact my bank
                                  For contacting my bank i need a reference number when i asked about this he said i will get a mail with relevant information but i didn't got one
                                  After that i chatted with their customer care and he said they don't have a reference number
                                  Then how can i contact my bank

                                  We would like to inform you that the seller has initiated refunded ₹ 300 on 01 Sep 19 and it will be credited to your EGV Wallet. The seller has initiated refunded ₹ 4999 on 01 Sep 19 and this should have been credited in your bank account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I had received apple iPhone XS MAX on 06-Sept-2019, inside flipkart package as following issues
                                    1. Wrapper of phone box open
                                    2. Phone already on inside package
                                    3. Charger unable to plug socket. Outside charger provided.
                                    4. Outside India SIM inserted
                                    5. SIM PIN device missed in box
                                    6. When I changed SIM card from JIO, then phone activation error comes on screen and try to activate and failed.
                                    7. Invalid SIM card message displayed. After that I updated software from connection of WIFI but same issue persists.

                                    I don't know, why this wrong product delivered by flipkart. I verified after purchased of product from customer care. They assured me, that is flipkart assured product.

                                    Customer care didn't reply valid answer. Request you to please help for same.

                                      I Bought a Vivo Z1 pro from Flipkart..When i receved i saw initially Screen was flikkering, Hanging too much then i found there was faulty headphone port..I create a Replacement Request 2 times, everytimes request got cancelled automatically without any update to me.Then i called customer care they presurise me to follow the nonsense troubleshooting process and told me that your problem will be solved and wait for 72 hours.That was the 9th day of policy so i remembered him that the policy will end the next day he assured that time will b extened ..dont worry..but nothing new happened ...Now i called them they misbehaving with me and denied..Please someone help me..I will go consumer forum tomorrow to lodge my complain..i have call recording also..my phone no.                                         I had ordered the product on 04/09/2019 where in i had a promised date of the next day but it was delayed and again promised to deliver today the 09/09/2019 but not yet received and again delayed by tomorrow. Very disappointed also have files a lawsuit against the company on consumer court where in you have to face the consequences dealing with the law so please do call me so i can take this issue further.                                         I am using Flipkart late 6 months but right now im getting a big issue and already given complaint many times but nobody taking seriously very bad service of flipkart paylater

                                        i have order using flipkart pay later but i have recieved on Rs.928 amount
                                        now i got statement of 1043
                                        I ordered 2 books which was to be delivered by 31st August but today is 3rd September and non of them are delivered.

                                        response one lady flipkart customer care babita disconnect my call.please resolve my issue as soon as posible
                                        I have ordered maybelline fit me foundation but i got a fake product.i want to return it.plaese i kindly request you to help me for returning this product and to get original one.
