I had ordered a mobile vivo z1 pro worth 14, 999 from bajaj finserve. The amount has been deducted but the item has not been delivered. There are no updates on my orders. Coustomer care care cell is behaving careless stating silly reasons. Very bad customer care service i have experienced so far. The product is not been delivered and im asked to pay the emi from bajaj finserve.

    Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?

      I had ordered a redmi note 7 pro from my flipkart account and it was canceeled. I got the refund in my flipkart wallet as gift card balance and on next day they blocked that account with my money. For more than three months i have been asking them for the refund amount to be transferred in my bank account. But every time their customer service executive is saying "money will be transferred to your bank within three days" i had even sent a formal notice via mail also. But still without effect

      Sir, I think you did not read my complain properly. Yes seller had refunded my amount but it was in my flipkart wallet as flipkart giftcard. But as you blocked my flipkart account so i am not able to use that amount. Thats why i asked for that money to be returned in my bank account. And you are always saying "it will take 2-3 business days" but doing nothing

        I am a Flipkart customer..I want to buy a Redmi Note 7 Pro mobile with exchange of Samsung Galaxy J7 Mobile.. The flipkart deliver rejected my device for exchange though it dont have any problems like screen breaks, battery swollen, ny port damage or IMEI problem

        It was a removable battery mobile it must have some gap at back door.. he show it as a reason for rejection.. its very bad to expect this from flipkart..

          Since I've been regularly following up through chat, they have disabled my chat rights as well in the complaint request and only available option is to email them.

          Please note that they have changed delivery date 6 times earlier and now they are changing to 5th september without customer's consent. Is there any regulatory body in india which penalise e-commerce website due to their negligence and mistreatment to the customers. Please support.

                      This is regarding the purchase of Philips IN-SPA 5162B Bluetooth 5.1Ch 5.1 Home Cinema from you (Flipkart) online on 17th august 2019.
                      It was delivered on 20th august 2019. When I open a shipment, I noticed the Product was damaged and old material. Again i packed as it is and ready for book return towards replacement.Flipkart was agreed for return and replacement also they said like replacement has been delivered on are before by 27th Aug, but till date(29th Aug) fresh product was not delivered even though i contacted several time to flipkart customer care service through online chart and voice calls but got replied as "technical falt your problems will be resolved shortly" like. still i receive same answer repeatedly but problems not solved .hence i don't wait even a hour . because i affected mentally as well as economically . therefore arrange refund to my account immediately and receive your damaged product at the earliest.

                      Take it as very urgent cause and response it. otherwise tomorrow morning at 11 am i will complaint at consumer court.

                        Your service team is playing with customer valuable time by giving fake commitments,

                        And now they have blocked me from all customer care services, i'm not able to contact them.

                        When i texted them they are telling that return policy time over and you can't return as attached in the screenshot but whereas still 30th return time is their.

                        And eveytime they will send technician and he will do nothing and simply they will cancel the my replacement?

                        This is how flipkart is working?

                        If i'm not getting the solution will escalate this issue in all social media's.

                          I tried to return and replace my order (OD[protected] . Because i was received damaged one which was identified by installation engineer. I received the order on 19 August 2019 and wait for the installation upto 22 August 2019. Installation engineer visited on 22 August 2019 and he unboxed it and found that internal filter was damaged. So i tried to make the return request on flipkart, but it shows some technical issues. Hence i connected with customer care team for resolve the issue. But i didn't get any proper response from the team. They were drag that issue for a week using excuses for 2hrs, 4hrs. 24hrs. 48hrs .. I was recorded the same . Untill now the issue is not yet resolved . Today is the last day for return as per my return policy.
                          They are fraud.

                                I have already contacted the customer care multiple times every time i am getting the same response. I ordered redmi note7 pro and received a damaged redmi note4.
                                I have collected the proofs for the wrong and damaged product which i received from flipkart. For your reference i am again specifying all the proofs which i have:

                                1. The mobile settings clearly says redmi note4
                                2. The imea number mentioned in the package and imea number in the back case is matching but it is not matching with the product imea number mentioned in the mobile system.
                                3. I can see someone face captured in the camera of the damaged phone that means someone must have opened the package before delivery.
                                I am attaching the photos of the proof.

                                As you specified the seller has given the correct order then also there is possibility of something might have happened before delivering the product to me.
                                Please help me resolving this as i have the proofs which supports my claim for receiving wrong package.

I have ordered Redmi Note 7 Pro but they delivered me Redmi Note 4 which is also the damaged product, the IMEI no inside the mobile is not matching with the mobiles back case & also in invoice provided and also when I opened the camera there is an already captured picture in the cache of the mobile, so I contacted the company for the refund amount and also raised many complaints with them but they are not responding to me and closing the complaints saying the order was intact from their end, so I wants to file a grievance against the company. Expectation: I expect the refund amount.

                                    Flipkart has blocked my account. I have 20000rs gift card voucher linked to my account. Now neither flipkart is unblocking my account nor am i able to use those vouchers. Because without the account unblocked, i will not be able to transfer those vouchers to another flipkart account. Nor am i able to use those vouchers because those vouchers are linked to the gift card wallet of my blocked account. Flipkart has blocked my account as well as my money.

                                    When i'm using those vouchers its getting an error
                                    "this card is belong to a wallet direct transaction are not allowed"

                                    Having complained about this, i did 50 times complaint regarding this issue, so far neither my account has been unblocked nor my vouchers have been unlinked.

                                    Flipkart keeps sending me the same kind of email every time i am tired of contacting them again and again.

                                    Please unblock my account so i can use my vouchers again

                                    I beg flipkart to solve my problem soon. I am very upset

                                      I have ordered a product and paid the fee. Promising date was 22 aug they asked for 4 days more and then again two days and now they are asking me to cancel my product. Which i already paid and waiting from last 15 days. They are blaming their corrier partner. And the products value is now increased by 50 rupees. Everytime i call customer care they just excuse that there is some technical issue. Call in evening or call after 2 houra. Its really very disappointing
