Actually i have ordered sunglasses and it is not fitted to my face so i have raised return but due to their system error it is not updated as delivered and they called me and asked the picture and i have sent the invoice and product pictures and i continuously called them and they were asking for time only and they gave me mail saying that the issue will be resolved by 7th september 2019 but it is not resolved yet and today also i called them and again they are asking me for 24-48 hrs time to get back to me.
They are not acting on this and continuously asking for 24-48 hours to pick the product and return my money.

If there is a problem with their system why should i be the victim. My money got stuck and i cant keep the product which is not fit for me.

Please help me in this issue

    My flipkart account got deactivated on 07 september 2019 and it contained 2000 worth of gift vouchers in it. I am not able to login to my account since then and it every time says "login unsuccessful please retry in a minute". Please resolve this problem as it is my hard earned money and 2000 inr is not a small amount for me, i want my money back.

      About poco f1 trouble
      1. From day 1 phone not working properly.
      2. Complained with in 10 days replaced guarantee date
      3. Rejected replacement guarantee without communicated me.
      4. With in 45 days the phone (Poco f1) was died automatically.
      5. Flipcart denied to give replacement.
      6. Harrased by the service center and ask to deposit the phone.
      About extra interest on poco f1
      1. Bought this product on no cost emi.
      2. After purchase sailer charged extra around rs.1500 for 6 months interest on emi.
      3. Provide low cost invoice bill instead purchase price.

            My new phone was stolen, so in the time period i have trusted on flipkart and ask my friend to book a phone in 7k to 10k just for 2-3 month then i'll buy a good amount phone with using the exchange amount with new phone. But i got a bad, old, die phone. 10 days old phone battery is too bad every 1 hr i need to put my phone in charging. And 7k phone in exchange they are giving me 500/- in exchange. I'm surprised. I called to customer care i have wasted my 45 mint even more then that for 4 times but no resolution, i'm suffering, my pain got double, because i trusted on flipkart, she booked a good with 4gb ram but it's working like 1gb. Both sim are not working in same time just because of the phone i lost my one sim card, just to do remove insert again and again. Customer care are always asking me to do trubble shootings, on call they are asking me to restart my phone. I don't know which kind of service they are going to give us. I want this phone to be return anyhow so i can buy a new phone.

                      I have ordered redmi k20 phone from flipkart and got it on 21st of july. After few days i noticed that the phone is restarting automatically. I complaint to flipkart for replacement with a new phone but they are denying. I got a faulty phone and i dont want to keep on using a phone which is continuously restarting by itself.                           I had ordered vivo z1 pro by prepaid mode (Debit card) order id - od[protected] date on 08/aug/2019 their courier partner ekart delivered this product on 14/08/2019 after that flipkart cancel this order on approx 23/aug/2019 by their technical fault and initiated refund the courier boy came and he demanded money 13508. Because order had canceled but i payed him by phonepay because product already delivered me on 14/08/2019. It this case i complained so many times to flipkart to update the status but no response i feced two issue in this case 1-i loosed rs1000 by bank offer debit card and 2- i loosed 42 super coins because being order cancelled

                            Flipkart order id (Od[protected] i ordered a macbook air on exchange and the order got cancelled because of a very nominal scratch in the corner, how can flipkart expect an old laptop without even a single scratch? I am sure flipkart is cheating with this program as the delivery boy was desperately looking to get something, and when i said i would talk to customer care he was very confidant that they won't accept my request and would ask to pay the additional amount. It's a clear case of cheating, that they are showing good exchange amount on the product and them simply rejecting it and asking for more money.

Flipkart is clueless about the product where it is and denied to share any details of seller / courier service.

                                My flipkart marq ac bought 6 months back stopped working suddenly. Complaint was raised with marq customer care on 2nd sept. An executive from jeeves visited on 3rd evening (Without proper equipment) and identifed a burnt capacitor, i was told it would be replaced in 4 days. Today 7th sept i got a sms from jeeves confirming that executive will visit today. I called the executive and he is like i have no idea.. I told him to provide an exact date and he declined to confirm and asked to call marq directly.

                                Marq as usual says give us 48 hours and we will resolve without commiting to anything.
