I was a flipkart customer. Recently i have ordered a smartphone but they have cancelled my order due to no stock. I have complained against them and i get my refund after 1 month. And also they have dismissed my flipkart account and they are saying the item i have ordered is not for my personal use. The item i have ordered for my wife. I am the one who is responsible for caring my wife. I dont know why they have cancelled...

Whirlpool refrigerator was purchased having Order No.OD[protected] dated 07/07/2019. The item was attended to deliver with a condition of COD instead of EMI on 20/07/2019. But it has not delivered till today.
There is also not provided any information about the delivery till date.
Please make me avail my refrigerator....

On 11th march i tried to buy few products and paid the money through internet banking, the money was debited but order was not placed. They said seller didin't get the money. I had to go multiple times in my bank as they said money must have stuck in gateway. When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?
