I'm complaining about damaged earphones

Today I bought an earphones of sony ex115ap of 1182 rupees but received an damaged product. there is no option for refund on return page.I called to costumer care but nothing they said seller isn't providing refund only replace.I'm not satisfied with this product and its quality. how they can force to buy the same product again.I want my money back.I dont want to invest my money in this stupid online company....

send a wrong product

Flipcart sent a wrong product (That is hair dryer) whereas a cannon dslr was ordered with order id-od[protected] wort rs inr21999
For that return request was raised... But flipcart block account... Without any resolution...
So... Refund my 21999 or replace my product...
This a one kind of fraud... They take money by sending a worng product...
The customer are harassed due to that.....

flipkart voucher of rs 40000

I had already mailed to instacred regarding cancellation of the loan but they are saying that u have to use this voucher bcoz flipkart is not supporting for the cancellation. How can anyone force customer to use it. I had attached the screenshot of the mail that i got from instacred.

refund is not credited in my account

As i oder from flipkart card by using my debit card and immedealty i cancelled it. They said me that they have transferred your refund to your bank in 16 of july 2019 and it is credited before or on 24 of july, but sir i still didn't get my money back. I also called and talk with flipkart card customer service and also file a complain. But nothing doing. They said your issue should be resolved on 27 july, then said on 29 then 31 and now said...

blocked my account and stole gift card money

Flipkart blocked my account stating that my purchase trend shows that the items i bought are not intended for personal use whereas this accusation is totally wrong.
I had inr 7000 gift card amount in my account and they stole it too by blocking my account. I also had 600+ flipkart plus coins in my acount.
Moreover there was no prior intimation or any warning email before blocking my account....

tv after delivery not working at all

Now i thought the tv is proper condition. After two days of proper working the tv is not starting at all. Green lights comes and the screen gets freezed on jvc screen and keeps rotating. The person who cam for demo and installation didn't give us any demo as he didn't have pendrive or hdmi cable. He came and just informed us about stabilizer and other products to sell the same.

This is for the first time i am facing so much...

money deducted from account but no accountability by the company

I made an order on flipkart of 271/- which i cancelled later on so the amount of 271/- should have been transferred back via the same medium (Debit card) but it has been so mishandled. received different model product from flipkart

I ordered redmi note 5 pro - black 6 gb ram on 3rd july, it has to be delivered on 9th july as promised by flipkart but delivered on 11th july. I don't know what happened in between those dates and found the different product (Redmi note 4) when i opened flipkart parcel box. And also i couldn't see return option after delivering product. Items no yet received now they are asking me to cancel the product, despite resolving the issue they are harassing me, getting calls unnecessarily. Moreover i got a call date exactly not know from the wish master at 9:30 pm approx and told will be handed over the item between 10:30 pm to 11 pm which seems to be against the policy of delivery....

refund not received in my credit card

I ordered a realme 3 mobile rs 8999 on 11th april in my sbi bank credit card. My order id: od[protected]. But flipkart cancelled the product but the refund amount not received.
