I ordered spykar jeans on 5th March 2020 . The zip of jeans is not working so i created the return request . But it was rejected twice . I contacted flikart assistance and they said it was cancelled by seller due to unforseen reason .Why they are rejecting my return request if the product is under return policy and even it was my 1st return request. They are just making fool . Poor experience from flikart .
The order id is - OD[protected].
Never recommend to purchase anything from flipkart.

    I ordered poco x2 128gb n 6gb, order no - od[protected] on 11th feb 2020 through cardless credit emi.
    My order was cancelled my vendor. Got message my refund will be done before 21st feb 2020.
    But still i have not got refund. And they have asking to pay emi for my cancelled product.
    I have called flipkart customer care many times but still no proper reply.
    Its happening to everyone. We need to raise voice.

      I am absolutely disgusted with the flipkart service completely and not going to shop with them anymore
      Initially they blocked the account due to high no of return requests which were actually due to their delivery of wrong products at my doorstep of which i initially complaint many times
      Now in order to reactivate my account they asked to submit id proof which i did but in return they informed that the information is sufficient and to be honest i’ve been using these id proof all over
      And after making multiple calls to them to their customer support team in which no one was able to handle a single query those guys informed that i can only communicate via email to verification team and they have no role in it instead they can only forward my concern
      This email team never actually responds to your query and only sent predefined templates which is completely pathetic
      And now when after multiple attempts they were not of any help to unblock my account the paylater team is sending me an email to pay an amount of 4425
      How can i pay an amount when my account is already blocked so i made one more attempt to these customer executives seeking help with the same and as usual they cannot help me and can only forward my concern to those useless email teams to which their reply was the same “predefined templates”
      First of all i’ve to pay for an amount and things which i don’t want and secondly they are not even helping me the way to pay for it which will eventually stuck with me no paying and adding penalty to it
      Enclosed are all the screenshots of the flipkart team useless service
      Now i’ve been getting reminder to pay for paylater account

      Post the complaint filed against flipkart I’ve received calls from anonymous no [protected], +91 [protected] who don’t have a single clue or idea about any flipkart policy or anything but claims to be from flipkart
      After searching no on google and truecaller it stated “fake cheat” and “scam”
      Flipkart people if you want to reach me kindly give a call from official registered or legitimate numbers

        When I contacted customer support.they are suggesting me to cancel my order if a product is not delivered. Is it the solution for my product not getting delivered. This is really annoying everytime I order anything from Flipkart I face lot of problems.

        I ordered a football from Flipkart online shopping, headquarter, bengalore.
        Seeing Brand Nike I ordered Nike football.
        But unfortunately they sent me a duplicate Nike football,
        It was fake Nike football, cost around 1000rs and really a fraud, fake product by Flipkart.

          Flipkart delivered empty box. I am want missing product refund but flipkart blocked my account without any valid reason.

          Flipkart a chor ecommerce sites hai jo ki sirf apne sellers ko value deti na ki apne customer ko. Enka bs ak hi motive rhta ki customer ko kaise jutha sabit krna hai.

          Lekin youtube pe ak bhai flipkart bjji lga di. Flipkart ko aage se call krke video delete krne ke liye bola. Mai us video ka link niche de rha hu dekhe aur jrur share kare.

          Mai ak hi bat khunga flipkart fraud aur chhor company hai jo bs customers ko fools. Bnati hai.

              I have raised a return request of a product j purchased through flipkart. It was supposed to be replaced by 5th march 2020. But nobody called, confirmed or did anything about it and i am still waiting the item to be replaced. This is prolonged and i am being harassed. I have followed up with flipkart and they are still unable to resolve this. Please help.

              Flipkart has not picke up the return item yet. Even after several follow ups they are not doing their job. I have raised this complaint but still Flipkart is not doing anything. I am unable to use the product still it is lying at my home for a month now. Please help me to resolve this issue.
              As you have blocked my account number with [protected] i have one order with me that i cant return and i want to return the product because of its size issue. kindly give some resolution
              Flipkart has still not resolved the issue. They have not picked up the return item even after several followups.

                  I have mistakely received two ptoducts that was ordered by third party, these products are cash on delivery and on my behalf my family member received these products because address on it is mine, but i haven't ordered them, then i call to the coutomer care to return this products from me. And they have collected both products from me and coutomer care said that we will refund this amount on your flipkart gift card, and ask me my number to initiate my refund. I have given the my number both main number and alternative number. ([protected] & [protected]), now its been 10 days my refund is not transferred to me, i am calling their customer care every day and they are telling me to wait 24 hour every day. My total refund amount is rs.2954 and i think that it was a fraud wity me.

                  And recently they said that the refund is transferred to the gift card of the customer who ordered this, around 15days I'm calling them and always telling to transfer on my registered number but they have transferred to someone else and i call them again then they said that the third party account is linked with your account that's why they have transferred to his account but i am not aware of any linked account and any permission is not taken by me. Then i said to them how you can transfer my refund to someone else when i am providing all the details regarding this order. And even the third party has not a bill.
                  When my order is pick up for return Flipkart send me a email on 27Feb that we will refund your Rs.2954 in 24 hour and i have also received confirmation call from Flipkart that we have received your return and will refund you money within 24hour.
                  Rs.2954 is a big amount for me and so valuable for me .
                  I am giving every information regarding order to customer care and what they are asking to give information .
                  I have called them around 50 - 60 times and they are wasting my time.
                  i think that it was a fraud wity me.
                  I request you to to kindly take any action for this and please ask them to initiate my refund.

                    I hereby noticed that i have loosed rs. 6550/ (Six thousand five hundred fifty rupees) for spare part replacement of epson l565 print head unit and plus rs. 371 the ink purchased from flifkart total amount rs. 6921/- (Six thousand nine hunderd and twenty one rupees) due to supplied duplicate ink to me. The ink (Black) which was supplied me was duplicated and waste ink, the ink damaged my epson printer’s head unit.
                    Hence i request herewith you please refund compensation the same amount from flifkart / ink supplier (Ang printer and inkers mumbai).

                      I do not agree with you completely because the reason behind blocking my flipkart account is absolutely wrong. I bought only three orders from my flipkart account and i got an empty box that was my last order, i was very worried, i want to return my missing product, but because my flipkart account is blocked, i can not return my product. I request you to unblock the flipkart account, but solve the problem that the missing product has received. It will be so kind of you.

                      You can do everything but you are not want to unblock my account but anyway you not want to unblock my i am requesting you please at proceed refund request for missing product.beacuse my last order missing i am recived empty box.

                            2. Now the battery has swollen and gets discharged immediately, the same could have lead to an accident. Initially the battery was delivered against order and which was returned due to a broken.

                            2.Now the battery has swollen and gets discharged immediately, the same could have lead to an accident.You are requested to immediately refund d money and lodge a complaint for d faulty battery model Motorla Moto M XT 1663 3000 mAH vide onlin noe order no OD[protected] in the event of d vendor not responding that vendor be blacklisted...

                              I booked​ two tickets of air india from flipkart chennai to varanasi on 15 dec 2019 (Pnr z489y). I also paid to flipkart. We received an email from flipkart after some time and gave me my ticket. But i didn't get any confirmation from air india. Showed cancelled the flight through the news paper after a long time. I contact to flipkart customer care asked to contact air india. We had talked about air india customer care. They said the flight is cancelled and your contact number was not able to inform you due to lack of email. After that i talked to customer care of flipkart, they didn't accept their fault. While being the booking agent their primary responsibility is that my contact and email, they should have available to air india. After that i contact to the supervisor of flipkart on 16 dec. Told him to give me the proof that he had provided my contact and email to air india. He told me that in 3 days i will provide you all the documents. But till date they have not provided me any papers. I threatened to go to court when they refunded my money after deduction rs.540. While air india refunded him full amount. I complained to flipkart many times in this regard, but he never accepted his fault and could not give me proof. And this is totally fraud and the customer has not importance in flipkart.

                              I sent many emails to Flipkart travel help desk but I did not receive any appropriate answer. Also talked to supervisor of Flipkart travel department but their behaviour is no one more stupid than a customer.

                                Dear sir/mam
                                I kindly inform you i make a transaction on 10.02.2020 amount rs 1050 of quick heal total security. But my transaction fail due to some reason but my amount is debit from my account. Then i inform you costumer care about this problem then say you make a payment again and first amount is credit in your account in a week. But my amount is not credit in my account to till date. I discuss with bank he say your first transaction is satellited to merchant those transaction id is [protected]. I give u this transaction id on dated 18.0232020. Then your side give me time of result till 26.02.2020. The he will not give any status to me to till time and i will call regular to care and he give me 28 to 48 hours time every time and not give me any eject or suitable result through your care and manager service after 1 month. I face very badly situation and service. Pls give me reply also on urgent basis.
                                My complain is running from 10.02.2020 to till time.

                                So sir pls give a result as soon as possible.

                                      On delivery day the guy checked my phone and carried out a test which shows 3k off on exchange at last but he told me that i will get only 1k off when told him to check the app he restarted the test and failed a test saying phone does not switch on but that phone is my primary phone and it was switched on but he still rejected the delivery.

But i'm already raised a complaint about it like "i'm recive sometimes empty boxes". Another thing is i'm a plus member of flipkart. Please kindly unblock me from flipkart.
